In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The war, triggered by the deadly October 7, 2023 'Hamas attack on Israel, has focused on Gaza City since last month and the offensive has continued despite talks. HOW DO GAZA HEALTH AUTHORITIES CALCULATE THE DEATH TOLL? The latest detailed breakdown released by the Palestinian Ministry of Health on October 7 showed 67,173 killed, including 20,179 children, accounting for 30% of the total. The official ministry death toll dwarfs those killed in all previous bouts of fighting between Israelis and Palestinians in Gaza since 2005, according to data from Israeli human rights organization B'Tselem. In the first months of the war, death tolls were calculated simply by counting bodies that arrived in hospitals, and data included names and identity numbers for most of those killed. In May 2024, the health ministry included unidentified bodies, which accounted for nearly a third of the overall toll. However, since October 2024, it has only encompassed identified bodies. A Reuters examination in March of an earlier Gaza Health Ministry list of those killed showed that more than 1,200 families were completely wiped out, including one family of 14 people. IS THE GAZA DEATH TOLL COMPREHENSIVE? The numbers do not necessarily reflect all victims, as the Palestinian Health Ministry estimates several thousand bodies are under rubble and it does not count the 460 malnutrition-related deaths it has recorded amid a famine in North Gaza. Official Palestinian tallies of direct deaths likely undercounted the number of casualties by around 40% in the first nine months of the war as Gaza's healthcare infrastructure disintegrated, according to a peer-reviewed study published in The Lancet journal in January. The U.N. human rights office also says the Palestinian authorities' figure is probably an undercount. The conflict deaths it has verified using its own methodology up to July 20 show that 40% were children and 22% were women. Netanyahu says Israel will decide which foreign troops acceptable. A U.N. inquiry assessed last month that Israel had committed genocide in Gaza - citing the scale of the killings as one of the acts backing up its finding. Israel called the finding biased and "scandalous." HOW MANY OF THE DEAD ARE FIGHTERS? The Palestinian Health Ministry figures do not differentiate between civilians and Hamas combatants, who do not wear formal uniform or carry separate identification. The Israeli military said in January 2025 it had killed nearly 20,000 Hamas fighters. It has not provided an update since. Such estimates are reached through a combination of counting bodies on the battlefield, intercepts of Hamas communications and intelligence assessments of personnel in targets that were destroyed. Hamas has said Israeli estimates of its losses are exaggerated, without saying how many of its fighters have been killed. Explainer: How many Palestinians has Israel's Gaza offensive killed? | Reuters *** Israel kills a Palestinian woman every hour in the Gaza Strip, including 7,920 mothers so far Euromed, 12 May 2025 Palestinian Territory – Since the start of its genocide in October 2023, the Israeli army has killed an average of 21.3 women per day through direct bombardment of the Gaza Strip. This amounts to approximately one Palestinian woman per hour, not including those who have died due to siege, starvation, or lack of medical care—none of which are encompassed in the statistics. The shocking, unprecedented rate at which women are being killed in the Gaza Strip reflects a systematic Israeli pattern of mass killings deliberately targeting Palestinian women, especially mothers. Euro-Med Monitor’s field team has documented the killing of thousands of women, many of them of childbearing age, including thousands of mothers killed alongside their children in their homes, displacement camps, temporary shelters, or while fleeing in search of safety or trying to protect their children from bombardment. The escalating pattern of daily targeting indicates that Israel is using the killing of Palestinian women in the Gaza Strip as a tool to destroy an entire demographic, falling within the crime of genocide under international law. Field data reveals a systematic Israeli pattern of killing pregnant women and young mothers alongside their children, or while they attempt to care for and protect their families. This is a blatant violation of international humanitarian law, and is an act that directly threatens the future of the Palestinian population. We were about 135 people in the house. There was a sudden Israeli strike, and only 12 of us survived Sabreen Salem, a survivor of an Israeli airstrike on a building in Gaza Official health records confirm the killing of 12,400 Palestinian women, including 7,920 mothers, during the 582 days of Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip. Field data further indicates that death rates among mothers, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women have reached unprecedented levels due to direct Israeli bombardment. Euro-Med Monitor has documented several cases of mothers being killed, including Naifa Sadiq Zaki Ali Awida (24), her husband Abdul Salam Mahmoud al-Agha, and their two daughters, Ayloul (less than 24 days old) and Zeina (18 months old). They were killed in a direct Israeli strike while sleeping in their tent in the al-Mawasi area of Khan Yunis at dawn on Sunday, 11 May 2025. Nada Abu Shaqra, her husband Moatasem al-Alami, and two of their children were also killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a displacement camp in the same area. A third family was targeted at dawn on Thursday, 17 April 2025: Khadija Asaliya (30), her husband Ghassan Asaliya (31), and their five children were killed in a drone strike on their tent in Jabalia, in the north of the Gaza Strip. “We were about 135 people in the house. There was a sudden Israeli strike, and only 12 of us survived,” said Sabreen Salem, a survivor of an Israeli airstrike on a building in Gaza on 19 December 2024. The strike killed over 120 people, including children and “many women and pregnant women whose bodies were torn apart”, according to Salem. “It was an unbearable scene.” Israeli targeting extends beyond killings, as 60,000 pregnant women are currently enduring severe conditions due to malnutrition, hunger, and inadequate healthcare, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. This situation results directly from Israel’s strict blockade and ban on the entry of goods and aid since early March. The killing of Palestinian women and mothers, particularly pregnant women, follows a clear pattern of birth prevention, constituting a fundamental element of genocide under Article 2(d) of the 1948 Genocide Convention. This Article defines “imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group” as an act of genocide. Israel’s prevention of births in the Gaza Strip takes multiple forms, including the direct killing of women of childbearing age; the targeting of pregnant mothers; the destruction of healthcare infrastructure for childbirth as well as maternal care; the denial of essential medicines and medical supplies; the starvation of mothers and infants; and the lack of adequate nutrition for mothers and infants, resulting in slow deaths and severe health complications. Palestinian mothers experience complex psychological distress due to the loss of their children, husbands, and/or homes, plus their inability to protect themselves, their families, and/or secure their livelihoods. The lack of safety and repeated displacements further intensify anxiety, depression, and severe psychological trauma. “We have been displaced more than 10 times and survived many bombings,” said Abeer H., a mother of four from Gaza City who requested that her surname be withheld due to safety concerns. “I cannot reassure my children. Every night, they fall asleep to the sound of bombing, and I cry, fearing I might wake up to find none of them alive.” She continued, “I have witnessed the tragedy of losing mothers and children. I have become a powerless mother, without food.” All states, both individually and collectively, must fulfil their legal responsibilities by taking urgent action to stop the genocide in the Gaza Strip, through implementing effective measures to protect Palestinian civilians; ensuring Israel’s compliance with international law and the decisions of the International Court of Justice; and holding Israel accountable for its crimes against the Palestinians. The International Criminal Court must reissue arrest warrants for the Israeli Prime Minister and Minister of Defence at the earliest opportunity, in accordance with the principle that there is no immunity for international crimes. The international community must also impose economic, diplomatic, and military sanctions on Israel for its systematic and grave violations of international law. These sanctions should include an arms embargo; an end to all political, financial, and military support; freezing the assets of officials involved in crimes against Palestinians; imposing travel bans; and suspending trade privileges and bilateral agreements that provide Israel with economic benefits that enable its continued crimes. Israel kills a Palestinian woman every hour in the Gaza Strip, including 7,920 mothers so far *** Genocide in numbers: Israel’s destruction of Gaza Over 17,000 students, 10,000 women, 20,000 children, 540 aid workers, 254 journalists reported killed Nearly 90% of Gaza’s population faces acute food insecurity Israeli attacks damage 80 to 90% of structures, 62% of roads, most schools and hospitals, according to governmental, UN figures Anadolu, Istanbul -- After two years of almost nonstop bombardment, Israel’s genocidal war has left the Gaza Strip in ruins, with international organizations and local monitors documenting mass casualties, widespread destruction, famine and the collapse of basic infrastructure. According to the Gaza Health Ministry, the Israeli army has killed at least 67,160 people and injured 169,679 others since October 2023. With a current population of about 2.1 million, more than 10% of Gaza’s residents have been killed or wounded. Gaza's government media office reported that the number of deaths and missing individuals has reached over 76,600. Civilians have borne the brunt of the violence. The UN Human Rights Office reported that over six months, from November 2023 to April 2024, nearly 70% of verified victims were women and children. Since the ceasefire broke down in March, the indiscriminate attacks appear to have intensified. Fifteen out of every 16 Palestinians killed by the army were civilians since then, said the independent global violence monitor Armed Conflict Location & Event Data (ACLED). In June, the Israeli daily Haaretz cited a pre-print academic study suggesting that official fatality figures may be conservative. Based on direct attacks as well as indirect consequences of the war, the study estimated nearly 100,000 deaths in Gaza. Famine claiming lives With about 98% of Gaza’s cropland damaged or inaccessible and Israel blocking most food aid, access to food has been severely restricted. In late August, the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC), a UN-backed monitoring system, officially declared a famine, reporting that more than half a million people were facing catastrophic conditions. Famine is confirmed when three thresholds are crossed – extreme lack of food, high rates of acute malnutrition and evidence of starvation-related deaths. The situation has steadily worsened, according to the IPC. In the first year of the conflict, about 1.84 million people in Gaza faced high levels of acute food insecurity, classified as crisis level or worse. By mid-2025, that number had risen to nearly 1.94 million – around 90% of the population. At least 460 people have died from starvation, including 154 children, according to Health Ministry figures released on Oct. 6. Four people died of hunger in 2023 and 49 in 2024. The majority of deaths occurred in 2025, with more than 182 reported since the famine was officially declared. Children of Gaza Gaza has one of the youngest populations in the world, and children have been among the worst affected, both physically and mentally. The Health Ministry said nearly 20,000 children have been killed and more than 42,000 injured, making up over 30% of the death toll.In two years, an estimated 1,015 babies under one year old were directly killed, according to Gaza's government media office. Children have also been particularly vulnerable to starvation. They accounted for about one-third of those who died of hunger. Since late August, at least 39 children have died of starvation – almost one per day. The Health Ministry said that 51,196 children under five are suffering from severe malnutrition. UNICEF estimated that 26,000 Gaza children require medical treatment for acute malnutrition. If the situation continues, the agency said 43,400 children will be at severe risk of death from malnutrition by June 2026. At the same time, more than 56,000 Palestinian children lost one or both parents in the Israeli onslaught as of August, according to UNICEF. The agency also reported that 1 million children require mental health treatment and psychosocial support to cope with trauma and damage caused by the war. Women of Gaza More than 10,100 Palestinian women have been killed and nearly 23,000 injured, according to Health Ministry figures. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the war has taken a severe toll on pregnant and breastfeeding women, with more than 40% severely malnourished. The Health Ministry reported in early September that 55,000 women are malnourished and 67% are suffering from anemia – the highest rate in years. According to the UN, 23,000 pregnant women are going without care during delivery, and about 15 babies are being born each week with no medical assistance. Lives lost on the path to food Amid the severe food shortage, seeking aid at distribution sites backed by the US and Israel has become perilous. These militarized supply sites began operating in late May after Israel cut off the entry of food and other goods into Gaza. Some 2,610 people have been killed and 19,143 injured while trying to obtain food at these sites, according to the Gaza Health Ministry. Some 108 Israeli attacks on food distribution points and centers were recorded, according to the government media office. Earlier in September, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported 2,256 deaths at the sites, most resulting from live fire. Humanitarian, health workers The Israeli army has killed at least 540 aid workers and 1,722 health workers, according to OCHA. The government media office reported that more than 1,800 humanitarian workers, including health personnel, have been killed. Over 780 police officers and personnel working in aid delivery were killed. Victims include paramedics, doctors and other locally employed health staff, as well as members of international organizations such as the Red Crescent, Doctors Without Borders and World Central Kitchen. Journalists' death toll At least 254 journalists have been killed in Gaza, according to the Gaza government. The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) has reported similar figures. The first year of the war was the deadliest for media workers, with 175 killed. At the same time, 50 journalists were detained and 120 media institutions were destroyed, according to the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate. Athletes and artists Even those whose jobs tend to be far from the frontlines have been killed in large numbers. At least 894 athletes have been killed, according to government figures. The Palestinian Football Association reported 776 deaths. Israeli strikes have also targeted 288 sports centers, causing partial or complete destruction. At least 45 artists, writers and cultural activists were killed in the first six months of the war, according to the Palestinian Culture Ministry. PEN International, a London-based writers’ union, confirmed that 41 Palestinian writers and poets died in the first year. Collapse of Gaza’s healthcare system The Israeli army carried out 778 attacks on health facilities, damaging 34 hospitals, 91 medical centers and 210 ambulances, according to the WHO. As a result, more than half of Gaza’s 228 hospitals and primary health care centers went out of service, said OCHA. Twenty-five of Gaza’s 38 hospitals stopped functioning, while the remaining 13 are partially operating under harsh conditions, the Health Ministry said. According to the Gaza government, Israel’s targeting of health facilities deprived more than 2 million people of medical services, including 50,000 pregnant women and 12,000 cancer patients in the first year. Health Ministry figures also showed that more than 400 dialysis patients – about 40% of all such cases in Gaza – died in the first 18 months of conflict. The WHO has reported that 15,800 patients in critical condition require evacuation abroad. According to the Health Ministry, 5,580 children among 18,000 patients were denied medical evacuation. Meanwhile, over 83% of people with disabilities in Gaza lack assistive devices such as wheelchairs and hearing aids, according to a UN report in August. Collapse of education Two years of attacks have also devastated Gaza’s schools and universities. UN figures show that 17,237 students, 1,271 university students and 967 educational staff were killed. According to Gaza’s Education Ministry, more than 25,700 students and 3,100 teachers were injured. Sixty-three university buildings were also destroyed. With most education disrupted, nearly 660,000 children remain out of school, according to the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, or UNRWA. OCHA reported that 97% of school buildings were partially or completely damaged. Religious structures Religious sites have also been hit. More than 835 mosques were completely destroyed, over 180 sustained partial damage, while three churches in Gaza have been targeted several times, the government media office said. According to Gaza’s Endowments Ministry, at least 79% of mosques were destroyed and three churches damaged. The Israeli army also killed 255 clerics and imams and detained 26, the ministry said. More than half of Gaza’s 60 cemeteries have also been struck, with 14 completely destroyed and 18 partially damaged. Destruction of infrastructure The destruction of infrastructure has also been a trademark of the war. Nearly 80% of all Gaza’s structures and 62% of the road network have been damaged or destroyed, OCHA reported. The Gaza government said Israel dropped more than 200,000 tons of explosives, destroying nearly 90% of the enclave and causing losses exceeding $70 billion. According to the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), 83% of agricultural wells and 71% of greenhouses were damaged as of April 2025. Some 725 central water wells were destroyed, government data showed. Water systems have also collapsed, with 96% of households facing water insecurity, the UN said in July. Mass displacement campaigns Almost all of Gaza’s population has been forced to move at some point, many multiple times. More than 1.9 million people have been displaced, according to OCHA. Over 80% once lived in areas subject to evacuation orders or heavy bombardment. More than 90% of homes have been targeted, with 60,000 completely destroyed and 276,000 damaged. Around 1.4 million people now require emergency shelter and household goods. In September, Israel ordered residents of Gaza City to leave, displacing more than 200,000, the UN said, while Israeli authorities claimed over 550,000 had departed. Gaza's government media office said on Sept. 20 that more than 900,000 people remain in Gaza City and northern areas despite evacuation orders and bombardment. Seventeen displaced people, 14 of them children, froze to death in refugee camps, the office said. Israel has designated just 12% of Gaza’s territory as “shelter zones” while attempting to confine over 1.7 million people there, it added. For a Palestinian family to flee, the average cost is nearly $3,200, according to UNRWA. Unlawful detentions The Israeli army has detained more than 12,000 Palestinians, with 3,500 still held in prisons, the Prisoners’ Media Office reported in May. At least 46 people have died in Israeli custody, according to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society. The Israeli prison administration has reported 2,662 detainees held without trial or charge under the classification of “unlawful combatants.” FACTBOX – Genocide in numbers: Israel’s destruction of Gaza *** *** Impacts and Aspects of the Israeli Genocidal War on the Gaza Strip *** Two people martyred by Israeli air strikes on southern and eastern Lebanon Sunday 26-October-2025 BEIRUT, (PIC) Two Lebanese citizens were martyred on Sunday in separate Israeli airstrikes on the country, marking the latest in a string of deadly attacks despite a ceasefire agreement that has been in place for nearly a year. Lebanon’s Health Ministry said today that two people were killed by Israeli airstrikes targeting the country’s southern and eastern regions. According to the ministry, one person was killed when an Israeli drone fired one missile at a car in El-Naqoura town, a coastal town in Soor (Tyre) Province, near the southern border. A separate strike on a vehicle in El-Nabi Sheeth town, located in the eastern Ba'albek region, claimed another life. Additionally, the ministry reported that a civilian was injured in the town of 'Aitaroun, south of Lebanon, in an explosion caused by remnants of war. The Israeli occupation army has maintained almost daily attacks on Lebanese territory, mostly in the south, and still has soldiers in five locations in Lebanon along the border in violation of the ceasefire agreement that ended the war with Hizbullah. *** El-'Hayya says mediators free to choose members of Gaza ruling committee Monday 27-October-2025 CAIRO, (PIC) Khaleel El-'Hayya, head of Hamas’s political bureau, has affirmed that his Movement has granted mediators a free hand to choose the names of the committee members designated to govern the Gaza Strip, adding that this committee will have full authority over the Strip. In an interview aired Sunday evening (October 26, 2025), on Al Jazeera satellite channel, Hayya emphasized that some issues related to Palestinian national priorities are beyond any single group’s exclusive decision-making authority, highlighting that these matters concern the entire Palestinian political spectrum. El-'Hayya noted that Hamas had held numerous meetings with different factions, including the Fatah Movement, adding that the issues agreed upon with the Palestinian factions are nearly identical to those discussed and agreed upon with Fatah. El-'Hayya also pointed out that the statement issued by Hamas affirmed, in its opening clause, “the formation of an administrative committee, currently being coordinated by mediators, to assume governance responsibilities in Gaza.” The 'Hamas leader added that his Movement had approved the list of names proposed by the Egyptian side. He explained that nearly four months ago, 'Hamas provided the Egyptian mediators with a list of over 40 Palestinian national figures with no political affiliations, asking them to select those they deemed suitable. He also said that all the Palestinian factions agreed to establish an international body tasked with overseeing reconstruction efforts. “This body will be responsible for securing funding and supervising the rebuilding process.” *** 'Hamas: No objection to Gaza being governed by any national figure Sunday 26-October-2025 CAIRO, (PIC) 'Hamas leader and chief negotiator Khaleel El-'Hayya has said that repeated remarks by US officials signal the end of the war on the Gaza Strip, stressing that the Israeli occupation has failed to achieve its objectives after two years of conflict. In an interview conducted with him by Al Jazeera satellite channel on Saturday, El-'Hayya affirmed that his Movement would not give the Israeli regime any pretext to resume its genocidal war on Gaza. El-'Hayya added that the Movement handed over 20 Israeli captives within 72 hours of the ceasefire along with 17 corpses, amid ongoing efforts to locate and recover the remaining bodies in other sites. El-'Hayya also said that 'Hamas would hand over “all administrative control of the Gaza Strip to an interim committee, including security.” On the issue of disarmament, El-'Hayya said that the resistance’s “weapons are linked to the existence of occupation and aggression, and if the occupation ends, the weapons will return to the state.” “The issue is still being discussed with factions and mediators, and the agreement is still in its infancy. We have no reservations about the management of the Gaza Strip by any national figure residing in Gaza.” *** UNICEF: Gaza ceasefire “vital chance” to protect one million children Sunday 26-October-2025 AMMAN, (PIC) The UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) said Sunday that the Gaza ceasefire agreement is a “vital chance” to protect one million children in the war-ravaged Palestinian enclave. “Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip have resulted in wholesale devastation. Words and numbers alone cannot convey the scale of the impact on children that I saw – an impact that will last for generations,” UNICEF Middle East and North Africa regional director Edouard Beigbeder said in a statement. He said the Gaza ceasefire, which “offers a vital chance for the survival, safety, and dignity of children,” cannot be allowed to fail. “It will take time, but an inclusive future that prioritizes the rights of Gaza’s one million children is possible with peace, action, and collective will.” According to UN data, more than 64,000 children have been killed or injured, and more than 58,000 have lost at least one parent since the outbreak of Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip in October 2023. “One million children have endured the daily horrors of surviving in the world’s most dangerous place to be a child, leaving them with wounds of fear, loss, and grief,” Beigbeder said. He noted that UNICEF is working to save children from “preventable threats, like malnutrition, disease, and the winter cold.” UNICEF has provided face-to-face education for over 100,000 Palestinian children in Gaza, while efforts are ongoing to help 650,000 other school-age children return to their schools. “The importance of restoring education in this early recovery work cannot be overstated. After two lost years, families know that a return to proper education will provide a foundation for learning, healing, hope, and long-term social cohesion in their communities,” Beigbeder said. The regional director called for “the safe, rapid and unimpeded movement” of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, noting an increase in the amount of UNICEF aid allowed, which is still not sufficient to meet the needs of civilians in Gaza. He demanded Israel open all border crossings simultaneously for the entry of humanitarian aid and needed equipment and materials, allowing relief to move through all feasible supply routes, including through Egypt, Israel, Jordan, and the West Bank. “UNICEF education kits and mental-health and psychosocial support have been blocked for over a year. We need these kits to enter immediately,” he added. *** Israeli occupation army turns Gaza border areas into a dumping ground for settlements’ waste Sunday 26-October-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Footage has shown Israeli trucks transporting construction debris from settlements adjacent to Gaza into the Strip through the Kissufim crossing, dumping it in areas destroyed by the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip. The footage, published by Haaretz on Sunday, shows Israeli trucks leaving the settlements loaded with construction waste and heading into Gaza. The trucks advance roughly 200 to 300 meters inside the Strip and unload their cargo along roadsides, rather than at designated sites, before returning empty to the settlements. On the Israeli side, bulldozers refill the trucks with more waste, which then follow the same route back into Gaza to dump their loads again. According to the report, massive amounts of construction debris and waste have accumulated in the area, much of it left behind by the Israeli army during the war as it built dozens of bases and military posts near the border, along with infrastructure, fences, roads, and concrete barriers. Haaretz quoted Israeli army officers as saying that field commanders had issued orders allowing trucks owned by private companies to enter Gaza and dump their waste “wherever they see fit.” A soldier currently serving inside Gaza and living in a nearby kibbutz said, “Mountains of garbage will remain inside the Strip right in front of our homes for the rest of our lives. What’s the logic in dumping thousands of tons of waste just a few hundred meters from our houses?” According to one source who asked his commanders why waste was being dumped inside Gaza in undesignated locations, the response he received was that “countries will soon enter Gaza to oversee reconstruction, and they will handle this debris.” The Gaza Strip faces the largest construction and humanitarian disaster in modern history. Estimates indicate there are between 65 and 70 million tons of rubble and debris resulting from the genocidal war waged by Israel over the past two years, according to figures from Gaza’s Government Media Office. This rubble includes the remains of thousands of homes, facilities, and vital infrastructure deliberately destroyed by the occupation army, turning the Strip into an environmentally and structurally devastated area. It has also severely hindered rescue operations and the delivery of humanitarian aid. Efforts to remove the rubble face immense obstacles, as Israel continues to block the entry of heavy machinery and rescue equipment, in addition to the presence of around 20,000 unexploded ordnances, bombs and missiles dropped during the war. The Government Media Office stresses that this reality compels the international community to shoulder its legal and humanitarian responsibilities by pressuring Israel to open the crossings and immediately begin clearing the debris, paving the way for Gaza’s reconstruction after the catastrophe that has befallen it. *** ******

On October 1, colonists from the same two colonies cut down more than 200 olive trees and more than 100 fruit-bearing almond trees in the same area north of the town. K.T. *** Illegal Israeli settlers launch coordinated attacks against West Bank farmers and lands Sunday 26-October-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Groups of the illegal Israeli settlers have launched a series of coordinated attacks in recent days targeting Palestinian farmers and farmland in Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), El-Khaleel (Hebron), and the northern Jordan Valley. These attacks, which were carried out under military protection, included vandalizing olive trees, planting on Palestinian-owned land, and fencing off grazing areas as a prelude to annexing them. In the village of El-Maniya, south of Bethlehem, local council chief Zayid Kawazba reported that settlers from the illegal Israeli settlement of Ma’ale Amos, vandalized dozens of olive trees planted across about two dunums of land in an area known as El-Qarm. These dunums belong to a Palestinian citizen called Ma'hmoud Jabbareen, who was assaulted by settlers in a vicious attack that resulted in a broken arm. Despite being the victim, Jabarin was kidnaped by Israeli soldiers, while the settlers who attacked him were not detained. In El-Khaleel (Hebron), dozens of settlers planted trees on swaths of Palestinian-owned land in the village of Bireen, southeast of El-Khaleel (Hebron). Fareed Burqan, head of the Bireen village council, accused the settlers of intending to seize the land. Burqan explained that the settlers planted the trees under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, pointing out that such settler violations recur in areas like Masafir Yatta and the town of Bani Na’eem, where Palestinian farmers are routinely barred from accessing their lands, while settlers deliberately release their livestock into fields in those areas to destroy crops. In another incident, a group of the illegal Israeli settlers attempted to storm the house of a Palestinian citizen in the village of Susya, south of al-Khalil, but local residents managed to fend them off. In the northern Jordan Valley, settlers fenced off new swaths of Palestinian-owned agricultural land in Khirbet El-Farisiya, in a move aimed at imposing control over the area and preventing Palestinian landowners from accessing their property. According to local sources, the land grab in Khirbet El-Farisiya took place ahead of the winter planting season, which residents rely on to produce feed for their livestock. Settlers fenced off hundreds of dunums over the past few months in the northern Jordan Valley as part of a broader policy aimed at pressuring Palestinian residents and forcing them to leave their land. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** President Abbas issues constitutional declaration for Vice President of PLO to assume leadership in case of vacancy RAMALLAH, October 26, 2025 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas issued a constitutional declaration today stipulating that, in the event of a vacancy in the office of the President of the Palestinian Authority, and in the absence of the Palestine Legislative Council, the Vice President of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), also the Vice President of the State of Palestine, will temporarily assume the duties of the President for a period not exceeding 90 days.
