While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Khalil Al-Hayya: Any attempt to give up a single inch of Jerusalem is a betrayal

Wednesday 26-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Head of the Palestinian Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, in the Gaza Strip, Khaleel Al-'Hayya, said on Wednesday that “the Palestinian resistance has succeeded in exposing the true face of the occupation as a strategic enemy of the nation.”

The 'Hamas leader said the current phase is unprecedented in the history of Palestine.

He further said that the Palestinian resistance, through Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, has irreversibly reshaped the struggle for Palestine.

Khaleel Al-Hayya stated that the Movement “has exerted every effort since 7 October to end the aggression, killings, and terrorism perpetrated by the Zionist enemy, along with its ongoing settlement expansion.”

He affirmed that “Jerusalem remains the central symbol of this conflict, and any attempt to concede even a single inch of it is a betrayal of the entire nation.”

He stressed that “the occupation has overturned the agreement it signed and which was guaranteed by mediators and has resumed its aggression against Gaza.”

Al-'Hayya also confirmed that the Movement “responded positively to recent proposals aimed at achieving a complete ceasefire and a full withdrawal of the enemy from Gaza.”

Since the renewed offensive began on Tuesday, 18 March, more than 800 Palestinians have been killed and over 1,660 injured—most of them women and children—according to the latest health ministry figures.

Israel’s assault on Gaza, which resumed after a brief ceasefire, continues a broader military campaign that began on 7 October 2023. To date, the onslaught has left over 163,000 Palestinians either dead or injured, with more than 14,000 people still missing—many believed to be buried beneath the rubble.

'Hamas: Returning to war is a premeditated decision by Netanyahu to thwart the agreement

Wednesday 26-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement said that returning to war was a premeditated decision by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to thwart the agreement in addition to succumbing to his internal security minister Ben-Gvir’s blackmail.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Hamas held Netanyahu fully responsible for the failure of the agreement and called on the international community and mediators to pressure him to halt the aggression and return to the negotiating track.

It noted that the resistance is doing everything in its power to keep the Israeli captives alive, but the indiscriminate Israeli bombing is putting their lives at risk.

The Movement asserted that Netanyahu is lying to the families of the captives when he claims that the military option is capable of bringing them back alive.

Hamas, in conclusion, emphasized that every time Israel tries to recover its captives by force, it returns them dead in coffins.

Massive marches demanding end of Israeli aggression continue in Gaza Strip

GAZA, March 26, 2025 (WAFA) –

Massive marches continued in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, demanding an end to the Israeli genocidal aggression and war of extermination waged against the Strip, lifting the blockade, and the entry of basic needs.

The marches extended from towns and camps in the northern Gaza Strip to the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, with popular anger escalating over the current situation.

Participants chanted slogans demanding that Hamas “keep its hand off the fate of our people in the Strip”, emphasizing that the Palestinian people will not accept that their fate remain dependent on a regional-factional agenda that does not reflect their national identity and supreme interests.

They held up banners reading: "we refuse to die," "the blood of our children is not cheap," "enough with wars," and "stop the war."

These marches come amid deteriorating living conditions in the Gaza Strip, especially after the Israel unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on March 18. Gaza now suffers from a stifling blockade that has impacted all aspects of life. The imposed restrictions and monopoly of basic goods have caused unprecedented price hikes, further fueling public discontent.

Accusations have also mounted against some merchants believed to be exploiting the crisis for personal gain, amid suspicions of collaborating with the de facto authority, Hamas, to control the local market.

Israel unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Strip on Tuesday, March 18, carrying out a wave of bloody airstrikes across the Strip and killing hundreds of Palestinians, including over 100 children.

The death toll reached 506 with 909 others wounded, according to medical sources. Emergency teams are attempting to recover victims still trapped beneath the rubble.

The aggression was resumed amidst concerns over the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Strip given the ongoing siege and ban on the entry of medical and humanitarian aid.

Israel has waged a military onslaught on the Strip since October 2023, killing 50,183 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 113,828 others.

Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip.

The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafa'h near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba.

Palestinian female prisoners strip searched in Damon prison

Wednesday 26-March-2025

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

Palestinian female detainees held in Israel’s Damon prison were subjected to a violent and degrading assault, including forced strip searches, according to a statement issued on Wednesday by the Palestinian Prisoners’ Media Office.

The incident, which took place during daylight hours last week, involved the Israeli “Yamas” unit, which reportedly stormed the women’s cells, forcibly removed them to the bathrooms, and compelled them to undergo strip searches—a practice described as a gross violation of human dignity and international norms.

Following the assault, the detainees were transferred to the prison’s canteen room, where all food items they had gathered in preparation for the holy month of Ramadan were confiscated. The statement noted that these raids were repeated three times, with each cell being targeted individually in what was described as a campaign to intimidate and break the morale of the prisoners.

There are currently 24 female prisoners in Damon prison. The statement highlighted that daily food provisions have not been increased, despite the growing needs of the detainees, particularly during Ramadan. The food provided consists only of basic legumes, such as chickpeas, lentils, rice, and pea soup, and the women are prohibited from storing food for the pre-dawn su'hoor meal, forcing many of them to rely solely on water after a long day of fasting.

The statement strongly condemned these acts, declaring them a clear breach of international and humanitarian law, and emphasized the urgent need for intervention to ensure the protection, dignity, and basic rights of the detainees. The organization called on human rights and international bodies to take immediate action, holding the Israeli authorities fully responsible for the well-being and safety of the women in detention.

Palestinian Children in Megiddo prison suffer from health issues amid scabies outbreak among prisoners

Wednesday 26-March-2025

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

The majority of detained children in the Israeli Megiddo prison suffer from health issues, as medical crimes are escalating amid an outbreak of scabies among Palestinian prisoners.

The Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) documented testimonies of prisoners including recently released children, and testimonies of lawyers who have recently visited the prison, confirming that the situation portends a health disaster as a result of the continued spread of scabies, in addition to other data indicating the spread of other infectious diseases.

The PPS explained, in a statement on Wednesday, that serious infections affected the prisoners in Megiddo prison including children, the last case of which was the martyrdom of prisoner Waleed A'hmed, who died in prison as a result of a medical crime.

Testimonies of the children who were recently released from Megiddo prison confirmed that most of them are suffering from health issues and facing tragic detention conditions.

The PPS stressed that the Israeli prison service deliberately deprives prisoners, including children and women, of their basic humanitarian rights that would contribute to reducing the spread of diseases, such as good quality food, stopping the crime of starvation, providing them with clothes and personal hygiene items, and exposure to sufficient light and ventilation.

“Scabies, in addition to medical crimes of denial of treatment, has become the most prominent tool for killing prisoners, added to the crime of torture, abuse and humiliation that is carried out against them on daily basis,” it said.

The PPS held the Israeli occupation authorities fully responsible for the fate of thousands of detainees, renewing its call on the international human rights organizations to end the state of helplessness in the face of the ongoing genocide as well as the ongoing crimes against detainees in Israeli detention centers and camps.

It called on the World Health Organization to urgently intervene to stop the Israeli systematic medical crimes, which are practiced against Palestinian detainees in an unprecedented manner.

The overall number of casualties since Israel launched its war of genocide on the Gaza Strip, on October 7, 2023, had reached 50,183 martyrs and 113,828 wounded, it added.

The Ministry pointed out that an unspecified number of victims are still trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings or lying on roads, while rescue teams cannot reach them.

Israeli forces forcibly displace thousands of Palestinians in Gaza amid ongoing aggression

GAZA, March, 26, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation army Wednesday continues to forcibly displace thousands of Palestinians in several areas of the Gaza Strip to other areas, this time from areas in Gaza City.

In a social media post, the occupation called on those in the neighborhoods of Western Zaytoun, Tel Al-Hawa, and Al-Shaikh 'Ijleen to evacuate and immediately move south via Rashid Street to the south of Wadi Gaza, to the known shelters.

The majority of the humanitarian zone lacks infrastructure, lacks water and other services, and is uninhabited. It is experiencing health and environmental crises, and is plagued by disease and epidemics.

Displaced families face significant difficulties transporting the elderly and sick and their basic needs, especially since the occupation prohibits movement by vehicle.

Israeli genocidal airstrikes on central Gaza Strip kill 16 Palestinians, injure others

GAZA, March 26, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli genocidal airstrikes targeting the central Gaza Strip Wednesday afternoon killed 16 Palestinians and injured others, according to WAFA correspondent.

He said that Israeli fighter jets pounded the vicinity of 'Abdullah 'Azzam Mosque in the camp, claiming the lives of six civilians and injuring others.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces targeted the vicinity of the al-Qassam Mosque in the refugee camp, resulting in five fatalities in addition to casualties.

This came as Israeli airstrikes targeted tents sheltering displaced people, west of Al-Zawayida in the central Strip, killing two civilians, at a time when another civilian was killed and two others were injured in an airstrike near ash-Shuhada Junction in the central Strip.

Israel unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Strip on Tuesday, March 18, carrying out a wave of bloody airstrikes across the Strip and killing hundreds of Palestinians, including over 100 children.

Renewed Israeli offensive ongoing for 9th consecutive day

Wednesday 26-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Israeli occupation forces have continued their renewed offensive on the Gaza Strip for the ninth consecutive day on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, launching dozens of air raids and heavy bombardments on residential homes and displacement shelters.

The latest wave of attacks reflects a brutal escalation in the ongoing campaign of killing and collective punishment, which rights groups increasingly characterize as acts of genocide.

The PIC reporter said that residents of Gaza endured yet another night of relentless bombardment, as Israeli warplanes and artillery struck multiple areas across the besieged territory.

According to medical sources, at least 11 Palestinians have been killed since dawn today alone. Among the victims were Intisar Mustafa 'Eisa Al-La'ham, 69, and Mu'hammed Khaled Khadir Saqr, 26, both killed in a strike near Al-Najjar family council building in central Khan Younus. A third individual was wounded in the same attack.

In the central refugee camp of Al-Buraij, a child was killed and several others injured after an Israeli airstrike targeted a residential flat. Meanwhile, airstrikes were also reported north of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, while heavy shelling by Israeli artillery struck areas in northern Bait Lahya.

In one of the deadliest incidents of the day, eight civilians, including five children, were killed and others wounded when Israeli forces bombed the al-Najjar family home in Jabalya, north of Gaza City. Further south, residents of Tel al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafa'h reported loud explosions as homes were targeted by the Israeli forces.

Since the renewed offensive began on Tuesday, 18 March, 2025, more than 800 Palestinians have been killed and over 1,660 injured—most of them women and children—according to the latest health ministry figures.

PGMO: Closing the crossings leads to unprecedented catastrophe

Wednesday 26-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Government Media Office (PGMO) in the Gaza Strip said that Israel’s continued closure of the crossings is pushing conditions towards an unprecedented catastrophe that threatens the lives of 2.4 million Palestinians amid a genocide being perpetrated by the Israeli occupation forces since October 7, 2023.

The Office added in a statement on Wednesday regarding the repercussions of Israel’s renewed closure of the crossings since March 2, 2025: “For the past 18 months, the Israeli occupation has continued its criminal war against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, using policies of genocide and ethnic cleansing.”

It continued: “In continuation of the closure of the crossings since the start of the genocide and again since early March 2025, the occupation escalated its crimes by making an arbitrary decision to close all crossings leading to the Gaza Strip, completely preventing the entry of humanitarian and relief aid and fuel tankers.”

The GMO clarified that under the humanitarian protocol within the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, which came into effect on January 19, 2025, 600 aid trucks and 50 fuel tankers were supposed to enter daily.

It revealed that since the beginning of March, Israel has prevented the entry of 15,000 aid trucks and 1,250 fuel tankers, warning of a real humanitarian catastrophe.

These aids form a lifeline for the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, who have been turned into impoverished individuals due to the Israeli genocide, according to data from the World Bank.

Doctors Without Borders warns of collapse of water system in Gaza

Wednesday 26-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Doctors Without Borders warned that the depletion of fuel in the Gaza Strip could lead to the “complete collapse of the remaining water system, which will cut off people’s access to water.”

The organization said on Wednesday that Israel is effectively prohibiting access to water in the Gaza Strip by cutting off electricity and fuel, calling for the passage of humanitarian aid to Palestinians to avoid further loss of life.

The statement quoted the organization’s water and sanitation coordinator in Gaza Strip, Paula Navarro, as saying, “With the new attacks that have resulted in hundreds of deaths in a few days, Israeli forces continue to deprive the people of Gaza of water by cutting electricity and preventing fuel from entering.”

She added that the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza Strip is exacerbated by the “water crisis,” as many are forced to drink unsafe water, while others completely lack access to it.

For her part, the medical team coordinator at the organization in Gaza Strip, Chiara Lodi, pointed out that the skin diseases suffered by children are a direct result of the destruction of Gaza and the Israeli blockade imposed on it.

She said, “Our staff is treating an increasing number of children suffering from skin diseases like scabies, which causes significant suffering, and in severe cases leads to scratching the skin until it bleeds.”

Lodi attributed the children’s scabies in Gaza Strip to their inability to bathe.

Doctors Without Borders noted that “jaundice, diarrhea, and scabies” are among the most common cases treated by its teams in Khan Yunis (south), resulting from the lack of safe water supplies.

Israel continues to prevent fuel from entering amid a tightened blockade and closure of crossings to humanitarian, relief, medical aid, and goods since March 2.

The organization renewed its call for the Israeli occupying authorities to lift their inhumane blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip and to comply with international humanitarian law and their obligations as an occupying power.

It demanded an immediate restoration of the truce and the allowance of electricity and humanitarian aid into Gaza Strip, including fuel and water supplies, to avoid further loss of life.

On March 9, Israeli Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Eli Cohen decided to stop supplying electricity to Gaza Strip “immediately,” as Israel was providing the enclave with a limited capacity of electricity to operate the water station in central Gaza.

In a preliminary count, the number of martyrs and injured since the start of the genocide against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023 has risen to 50,144 martyrs and 113,704 injured.

Since the resumption of the genocide on March 18, more than 750 citizens have been martyred, and about 1,400 others injured, most of them children and women, amid Israeli bombardment targeting homes, facilities, hospitals, displacement camps, vehicles, and citizen gatherings.

Health in Gaza: Laboratories and blood banks are depleted amid huge shortage of medicines

Wednesday 26-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that hospitals in the Gaza Strip are suffering from a major shortage of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.

The Ministry explained in a press statement on Tuesday that the stocks of laboratories and blood banks are depleted, and what is available does not meet the requirements of work with the increasing number of the wounded.

Most of the injuries that reach hospitals as a result of the ongoing genocidal war in Gaza, are in the head and chest, it revealed.

Israel did not allow access of any medical equipment after destroying all the equipment in the Gaza Strip, and currently there is no MRI machine in all hospitals of the Gaza Strip, the ministry pointed out.

It further elaborated that the continued closure of the crossings, which prevents the entry of medical supplies and laboratory equipment, exacerbates the crisis and increases the number of martyrs.

It pointed out that there is a significant shortage of blood units, which is the backbone of service delivery, explaining that the need for blood units in hospitals reaches 8,000 units per month in order to cover the needs of the wounded as well as blood and thalassemia patients.

“We face a challenge in providing blood units from donors due to the lack of food, water and medicine security among citizens,” it said, adding that laboratories in Gaza and northern Gaza hospitals are working under emergency procedures due to the lack of laboratory equipment and consumables.”

The health system in Gaza has almost completely collapsed, with more than 80 percent of hospitals and medical centers out of service, according to a previous statement by the ministry.

Since the resumption of the Israeli genocidal war, hospitals have been receiving hundreds of injured people around the clock, most of them women and children, amid poor capabilities, lack of medical supplies and the scarcity of intensive care rooms, which number does not exceed more than four in all hospitals located in Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip.

Fresh IOFs raid and Kidnapping campaign across West Bank

Wednesday 26-March-2025

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) launched a large-scale raid and kidnapping campaign across various areas of the West Bank in the early hours of Wednesday, sparking confrontations in several locations.

In Ramallah, the IOFs stormed Al-Mughayyir village in the northern part of the governorate, raiding dozens of homes, many of which belong to former detainees. During the operation, dozens of young men were detained, held inside a house that was forcibly converted into a military outpost, and subjected to field interrogations in the presence of Israeli intelligence officers.

Troops reportedly vandalized homes, assaulted residents, and stole money and gold jewelry. Two young men, A'hmed Bashar Abu 'Alya and Anas Zaki Abu 'Alya, were kidnapped, while the others were later released.

Former prisoner Jabir Abu A'lya, who was released as part of the Gaza exchange deal, was reportedly assaulted by the Israeli occupation soldiers after they seized his house for military use.

In the town of Ni’leen, west of Ramallah, the Israeli occupation forces conducted overnight raids and kidnapped two young men, one of whom was injured. He was subsequently abandoned outside the town and later transferred to Ramallah Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery.

In Nablus, the IOFs raided Balata refugee camp, kidnapping two brothers, Hani and A'hmed Mousa, later releasing one of them. They also kidnapped Samir 'Hashash and former detainee Mahir 'Harb during a separate incursion into the refugee camp.

Additionally, the Israeli occupation forces stormed 'Ayda refugee camp, north of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), and carried out another wave of kidnappings.

These operations form part of an ongoing policy of arbitrary detention and military raids in the occupied Palestinian territory, raising serious concerns under international humanitarian and human rights law regarding the protection of civilians under occupation.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian citizens and their property in Jordan Valley, Salfeet

Wednesday 26-March-2025

WEST BANK, (PIC)

Illegal Israeli settlers carried out several attacks targeting Palestinians and their property in the Jordan Valley and Salfeet areas in the West Bank on Tuesday night.

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers reportedly assaulted a citizen and a solidarity activist in the Bedouin community of Khirbet al-Farsiya in the northern Jordan Valley.

Armed settlers stormed citizens’ tents in the Naba Ghazal community in Al-Farsiya, and beat the citizen Yazan Daraghmeh and a solidarity activist who was visiting the community.

Residents confronted the settlers who tried to sabotage their tents, amid a state of tension and panic as settlers pointed weapons at the citizens.

For years, Al-Farsiya has been suffering repeated attacks by armed settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation army, storming tents of citizens, preventing shepherds from grazing their livestock, trying to steal their sheep, and attacking them while they are in the pastures.

In Salfeet, settlers placed Israeli flags on a house in Wadi Al-Matwi in Salfeet city, and threatened its owner not to remove them.

In another incident, settlers attacked a Palestinian bus while it was close to Al-Asbat Gate in occupied Jerusalem on Tuesday evening.

During February 2025, 7,773 violations were carried out by Israeli occupation forces and settlers against Palestinians and their property in the West Bank, according to The Palestine Information Center (MUTA).

Israel denies thousands of Palestinians access to Jerusalem’s Al-Aqsa to observe Laylat al-Qadr

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), March 26, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation forces denied on Wednesday thousands of Palestinians access to the occupied city of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) to commemorate Laylat Al-Qadr at Al-Aqsa Mosque, according to local sources.

They said that thousands of worshippers flocked to the permanently-staffed Qalandya military checkpoint and 300 checkpoint, which separate Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) from the rest of the occupied West Bank. However, they were prevented from crossing into the city by the gun-toting soldiers manning the checkpoints.

The occupation forces turned back thousands of Palestinians, including women, elderly, and children, at the aforementioned checkpoints, purportedly for not having the required entry permits.

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate reported that the occupying forces even prevented a number of elderly people from entering the city despite their possession of permits.

It added that the occupation forces have transformed the city of Jerusalem into military barracks and tightened restrictions on the entry into the holy site. They checked the IDs of young men at the entrances to the Old City and the gates of the mosque.

Laylat Al-Qadr, which means ‘Night of Decree’, marks the night when the holy book of Islam, the Quran, was first revealed to Prophet Mu'hammed, peace and blessings be upon him.

Illegal Israeli settlers seal off two roads in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)-governorate town

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), March 26, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers Wednesday sealed off two roads in 'Hizma town, northeast of the occupied West Bank city of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), according to WAFA correspondent.

He said that settlers, under army protection, closed two entrances of the town that were used by Palestinian-licensed vehicles using poles and barbed wire.

He added that the gun-toting soldiers fired barrages of tear gas canisters at the residents who protested against the closure of the entrance.

There was no immediate information on any casualties or suffocation cases.

The occupation forces have been tightening military measures across the occupied West Bank since hours after the release of the first batch of Palestinian prisoners as part of the Gaza ceasefire went into effect last January, dismembering and isolating cities and governorates one from the other using military gates, barriers, and concrete blocks.

They have severely restricted Palestinians’ freedom of movement within the occupied West Bank through a complex combination of approximately 898 fixed and flying checkpoints and gates, including 18 gates that have been installed since the start of 2025 and 146 others installed in the aftermath of October 7, 2023, settler-only roads, over 200 military bases, and various other physical obstructions.

The Israeli military measures are in parallel with ongoing attacks by Israeli colonists across the West Bank to terrorize Palestinians and displace them from their lands to seize them and build illegal Jewish colonies that separate Palestinian communities.

Closures besides other measures, taken under the guise of security, are intended to entrench Israel’s 58-year-old military occupation of the West Bank and its settler colonial project which it enforces with routine and frequently deadly violence against Palestinians.

Israel rejects all attempts to deliver aid to Gaza: UN agency

RAMALLAH, March, 26, 2025 (WAFA) –

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) confirmed that Israel has rejected most attempts by humanitarian organizations to bring essential supplies into the Gaza Strip, which is on the verge of an unprecedented famine.

In a statement, the UN agency said that the current situation in Gaza is deteriorating as violent hostilities continue into the second week.

It went on to say, "Essential supplies are running low, and some will only last a few more days unless shipments into the Strip resume."

The statement emphasized that most "attempts by humanitarian organizations to coordinate access with the Israeli authorities are being rejected."

UNRWA spokesperson 'Adnan Abu 'Hasna said in a statement regarding the situation in the Strip: "There is a near-total collapse in all aspects of life in Gaza."

He stressed the need for a ceasefire and the entry of thousands of trucks of aid, considering that otherwise would be "a death sentence for the place, the infrastructure, and the people."

Euro-Med: Israel kills 103 Palestinians on daily basis

Wednesday 26-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Since it resumed its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip on March 18, Israel has been killing over 103 Palestinians and injuring 223 more every day, the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said in a new statement issued on Wednesday.

Since dawn on Tuesday, March 18, the Israeli occupation forces have killed 830 Palestinians and injured 1,787 others in hundreds of airstrikes, artillery shellings, and fire from military vehicles and drones throughout the Gaza Strip, according to the Euro-Med field team.

The Israeli occupation army still bombs houses while the occupants are inside, killing large numbers of people. The most recent incident killed eight Palestinians, including five children, when it bombed the al-Najjar family’s home in Jabalya, northern Gaza, at dawn today.

Without any military justification, the occupation army has made it a daily crime to target homes—or what is left of them—and the tents where civilians have sought safety following more than 18 months of genocide. Instead, it is a component of a systematic policy that aims to kill people, ruin their lives, and impose a terrible reality that makes it impossible to survive.

The Israeli army also killed civilian government officials in administrative positions, including supervisors in the education sector. The victims included Jihad al-Agha, the head of the Supervision Department at the East Khan Younus Education Directorate, who was killed in an airstrike targeting his home on March 23 along with his wife, child, and three daughters, and Manar Abu Khatir, the Director of Education in East Khan Younus, who was killed along with two of his sons in an Israeli airstrike on Khan Yunis on March 24.

The Euro-Med said that an individual does not lose their civilian status or become a legitimate target for attack simply because they hold administrative or civilian positions within governmental or organizational structures, unless they are actively and consistently engaged in hostilities, which is not the case in the aforementioned situations.

According to testimonies given to Euro-Med, the occupation forces shot civilians while they were trying to escape, leaving their bodies lying in the streets. Around 50,000 civilians are still confined to a small geographic area while Israeli military activities, such as shelling, bombing, and raids, are taking place.

For the 2.3 million people who now face daily killings and starvation policies due to the closure of crossings and the denial of aid and medicine, Israel’s return to widespread killing and systematic destruction of buildings and property, similar to what it did for more than 15 months prior to the ceasefire, imposes a catastrophic reality on their lives. This intensifies genocide policies by enforcing increasingly lethal living conditions that result in slow and gradual death.

In just one week, over 200,000 people have been forced to leave their homes, and thousands more are still getting ready to leave and looking for temporary housing while basic services and security are still unavailable across the Strip.

The Euro-Med concluded by calling on all countries to take responsibility for their legal obligations and act quickly to halt the genocide in the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian civilians there must be protected in every way possible, the blockade must be lifted completely and immediately, the movement of people and goods must be unhindered, all crossings must be opened without arbitrary conditions, and effective measures must be taken to protect Palestinians from the forced displacement and slow killing plans, it concluded.

Germany criticizes Israel’s killing of journalists in the Gaza Strip

BERLIN, March 26, 2025 (WAFA) –

Germany criticized on Wednesday the killing by Israel of journalists in the Gaza Strip.

“Of course, freedom of the press is a precious asset and must be protected. Therefore, attacks on journalists are never justified and must be prevented,” German Foreign Ministry spokesman Christian Wagner told a press briefing in Berlin, adding that journalists must “not become targets in Gaza” as reported by Anadolu Agency.

“The situation in Gaza is catastrophic, extremely dangerous, and extremely difficult for the people there, as well as for the journalists reporting on it. This must change urgently,” he added.

He renewed the call for the Israeli government and all partners engaged in negotiations to quickly resume the ceasefire and find a political solution.

On Monday, Israeli bombardment killed Al Jazeera Mubasher correspondent 'Hussam Shabat in the northern Gaza Strip.

Al Jazeera Mubasher journalist and contributor, Shabat, was killed in an Israeli airstrike on his car in Salah ad-Din Street in the northern Strip while he was covering events. The same airstrike also resulted in the killing of four civilians and injuring others.

This followed the killing of Mohammad Mansour, a reporter for Palestine Today TV, who was killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a house in the Al-Batin Al-Sameen area, south of Khan Younus earlier on Monday.

The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafah near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
