In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter promise (of punishment) comes, (our worshippers) will sadden your faces, and will enter the Masjid, as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they will take over, with (total) destruction" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

M.N. *** Israel renews attacks on Beirut’s southern suburb Thursday 14-November-2024 BEIRUT, (PIC) Israeli warplanes launched a series of raids on the southern suburb of Beirut on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, as its war on Lebanon continues for the 53rd consecutive day. Lebanese media reported that Beirut’s southern suburb has been subjected to seven Israeli airstrikes since Wednesday evening, adding that black smokes were seen rising in its sky. Israeli raids targeted the southern suburb on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, with Wednesday targeting buildings in the areas of Ghobeiry, Haret Hreik and Burj al-Barajneh, according to the official National News Agency. The Agency reported early Wednesday that an Israeli airstrike targeted a residential apartment in the Aramoun area, which is not among the areas traditionally considered to be affiliated with Hezbollah. The Ministry of Health said in an updated toll on Wednesday evening that the Israeli raid resulted in the martyrdom of eight people, including three children and three women in addition to 17 others wounded. An Israeli drone targeted at dawn Thursday a building inhabited by displaced people in the Doha Aramoun area in Mount Lebanon, resulting in a number of injuries, in addition to significant material damage to the targeted building. Meanwhile, Hezbollah announced the implementation of 24 operations deterring Israeli attempts to advance in southern Lebanon and targeting Israeli military sites, gatherings, and settlements. *** *** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces*** On November 14, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in 3 main massacres, in which 24 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 112 others were injured, in the past 48 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today). This increased the accounted for death toll in Gaza Strip to 43,736 and the injuries to 103,370, since the start of the Israeli genocidal war on October 7, 2023. *** 24 Palestinian martyrs, 112 injured in 3 Israeli massacres in Gaza over the past 24 hours Thursday 14-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Thursday that the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) committed three massacres in Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours killing 24 Palestinians and injuring 112 others. The ministry noted in its daily statistical report that most of the casualties were women and children. It added that the number of martyrs has thus risen to 43,736 while the number of injured has reached 103,370 since the IOF launched its brutal aggression on the besieged enclave on October 7, 2023. Dozens of victims are still under the rubble or on the roads and the ambulance and civil defense teams could not retrieve them, the ministry said. *** Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters Day 405 Thursday 14-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 405th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas. Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Thursday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens. The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 41, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area. Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services. According to local sources, a citizen was martyred in an Israeli attack in an-Nazla neighborhood in Jabalya. Three citizens were killed and 10 others were injured when the Israeli army bombed a gathering of people near Hamama School in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, west of Gaza City. Five citizens, including two girl children, suffered injuries following an Israeli strike on an apartment in an-Nafaq street in Gaza City. Other people were injured in an Israeli drone attack in Jabalya an-Nazla area, north of Gaza. An Israeli warplane also targeted a group of civilians in al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, killing five of them and injuring others. In southern Gaza, a number of people were wounded when the Israeli army bombed a tent sheltering a displaced family in al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis. Earlier, two airstrikes targeted the same area of Khan Yunis, killing nine people and injuring several others. More casualties were reported in different areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today. *** Abu Safiya: Homes in northern Gaza became graves for wounded citizens Thursday 14-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The director of the Kamal Adwan Hospital, 'Husam Abu Safiya, said that the homes of citizens in northern Gaza have turned into graves for them after they were bombed over their heads. In televised remarks on Wednesday, Abu Safiya added that any wounded citizen who is buried under the rubble of his home die because there are no rescue equipment or teams to remove the debris and save them. “What breaks our hearts is that we are still receiving appeals for help from people under the rubble, breathing, talking and asking to save them, but we cannot do anything to them due to the scarcity of resources, so they die within days and their homes turn into graves for them,” Abu Safiya explained. Abu Safiya also said that the Israeli occupation army attacks wounded civilians as they walk to the Kamal Adwan Hospital, affirming that six wounded people were killed and 15 others were injured in an Israeli strike after they arrived at the hospital’s gate on Wednesday morning. “We are talking about days that have gone from bad to worse for the health system in northern Gaza. We have a shortage of medical capabilities, so we provide the bare minimum of services,” he pointed out. He appealed to the world to urgently send special medical delegations as well as ambulances and civil defense crews to northern Gaza. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces *** IOFs assassinate two resistance fighters in Toulkarm Thursday 14-November-2024 TOULKARM, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) assassinated two Palestinian resistance fighters on Wednesday evening after besieging a house in 'Izbet Al-Jarad suburb, east of Tulkarem in the West Bank. Local sources said that two young resistance fighters, Tha-ir 'Amara and Mamuon Shuraim, were martyred in 'Izbet Al-Jarad suburb after the Israeli occupation forces encircled the house of Shuraim and fired live bullets and projectiles at it. During the IOFs operation in the suburb, military reinforcements stormed and spread in the area and blocked all its entrances. A little child, the son of martyr Tha-ir 'Amara, suffered a shrapnel injury in his head and another citizen in his 30s suffered a bullet injury in his shoulder during the same IOFs attack on the house. Following the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the area, Red Crescent ambulance crews entered the house and evacuated the martyrs and the wounded to the Thabit Hospital. *** Israeli forces assault two children in Sinjil and threaten residents with death RAMALLAH, November 14, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces attacked two children this evening in the town of Sinjil, located north of Ramallah, local sources reported. According to eyewitnesses, Israeli soldiers severely beat 11-year-old Alaa Mahmoud Asfour in the al-Muzayri'a neighborhood of Sinjil, in front of his home. Asfour sustained bruises and contusions from the assault and was later transported to a local health center for medical treatment. In a separate incident, Israeli soldiers also assaulted a 17-year-old boy, confiscated his mobile phone, and sent a threatening message to a community WhatsApp group. The message warned residents that "everyone who causes trouble will be killed." Earlier in the evening, a group of Israeli soldiers broke into the town on foot, setting up checkpoints and disrupting the movement of residents. During this raid, locals reported being harassed and intimidated by the soldiers. According to local sources, Israeli soldiers disguised as civilians infiltrated into the Old City of Nablus at dawn before they were followed by military reinforcements, which spread in different streets. The sources said that the IOFs kidnapped a young man after ransacking his home in the Old City of Nablus. Israeli occupation soldiers also kidnaped a young man and savagely assaulted four others during a raid in Burqa village, northwest of Nablus. Another young man was kidnaped by the IOFs from his home in Jabel ash-Shamali neighborhood in Nablus. Two other citizens were taken prisoners during IOFs raids in Al-Tayba village, northwest of Jenin, and Jannatah town in Bethlehem. Israeli forces with one bulldozer reportedly stormed Tamun town in Tubas and raided several homes, with no reported arrests. The IOFs also carried out raids on homes in other areas of the West Bank, without making arrests. Since October 7, 2023, the IOFs has jailed or detained over 11,700 Palestinian citizens from the West Bank and Jerusalem, including 435 women and 765 children, according to Palestinian figures. During the same period, the IOFs kidnapped 135 Palestinian journalists, including women, from the West Bank and Gaza. 58 journalists are still in detention. According to Palestinian organizations defending prisoners’ rights, those Palestinian detainees have been exposed to different violations during and after their detention. For long years, the IOFs has been carrying out regular raids in the West Bank and Jerusalem, but such raids have escalated with the beginning of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack olive pickers in Nablus, Tulkarem Thursday 14-November-2024 NABLUS, (PIC) A group of the illegal Israeli settlers shot at Palestinian farmers while picking olives in their agricultural lands in Nablus and Tulkarem provinces and stole their harvest on Thursday morning. Local sources reported that settlers assaulted olive pickers in the village of Jalud, south of Nablus, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces (IOF). According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the IOF and Israeli settlers have carried out more than 253 attacks on Palestinian farmers since the beginning of the olive picking season, including 184 attacks in the northern West Bank, 113 of which were carried out in the Nablus Governorate. Meanwhile, other groups of Israeli settlers attacked olive pickers in the village of Shufeh, southeast of Tulkarem. The Farmer Tahseen Hamed explained that a group of settlers from the Avnei Hefetz settlement, built on Shufa’s lands, and others from the pastoral settlement outpost, attacked the farmers at gunpoint and forced them to leave their lands. He added that the settlers opened fire on the farmers, with no injuries reported, and chased them from one area to another, claiming that this land belongs to them not to the Palestinians. He stated that the settlers threatened the farmers not to return to their lands again, pointing out that the lands were planted with ancient olive trees long years before the occupation state was established. Palestinian farmers in Shofeh are subjected to almost daily attacks, at the hands of settlers, while picking olives, resulting in the destruction and seizure of their agricultural tools, in an attempt to force them to leave their lands. In every year’s olive harvesting season, Palestinian lands and farmers are subjected to repeated attacks by settlers and IOF. Farmers constantly face obstacles and arbitrary practices that prevent them from accessing their lands, which leads to huge material losses and exacerbates their daily suffering under the occupation. *** IOFs demolish a Palestinian house in Nablus Thursday 14-November-2024 NABLUS, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) demolished on Thursday morning a two-story Palestinian house in Nablus, in the northern West Bank. The IOF, escorted by two military bulldozers, raided the town of Yetma in Nablus and forced the citizen Baraa Ismail to evacuate his two-story house, before proceeding to knock it down. The head of the Yetma village council, Ahmed Snober, said that this was the second time in which the IOF demolished the house. Snober pointed out that the IOF had recently handed home demolition notices to 170 houses in the town of Yetma, under the pretext of construction within Area C territories, elaborating that most of the town’s lands are classified as Area C, highlighting that two homes were demolished in the past two months. Meanwhile, Israeli bulldozers demolished a mosque in the village of Um al-Hairan in the Negev, the last structure demolished in the village after the displacement of its people. Human rights sources reported that the Israeli authorities were terrorizing the residents of the village, noting that they arrested three of its citizens and raided the village several times and threatened the inhabitants. The sources pointed out that the Abu al-Qi’an family were forced to demolish their homes and evacuate the village. The residents of the villages of Um al-Hairan along with eleven other villages in the Negev region face the risk of forced displacement, as the Israeli authorities seek to turn the villages into Jewish-only settlements. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Gaza Municipality: 70% of wells and 105,000 water lines destroyed Thursday 14-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Gaza Municipality revealed on Thursday that the Israeli occupation destroyed more than 105,000 water lines and more than 70% of water wells in the Gaza Strip. The limited capabilities of the municipality hinder its ability to solve this severe crisis, which forces some citizens to transport water manually to their homes, said the municipality’s spokesman, Asem Al-Nabih. He pointed out that the prices of desalinated water witnessed a significant increase due to the sharp increase in fuel prices, which further exacerbates the suffering of local citizens in obtaining potable water. On October 23, two employees of the Gaza Municipality were killed, and two others were injured while repairing water wells at the Bir Al-Safa station in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza. Since the start of the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, the Israeli occupation has been working to destroy all aspects of life in the Gaza Strip *** Euro-Med reports new flour massacre targeting dozens of gathered citizens in Northern Gaza Thursday 14-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor has reported a new massacre in which the Israeli occupation army killed dozens of Palestinians who were gathering in the Sudaniya Roundabout area in northwestern Gaza City, waiting for humanitarian aid after nearly 50 days of blockade. The Euro-Med Monitor explained that Israeli army forces directly fired shells and live ammunition at dozens of Palestinian civilians who were waiting for aid trucks on the coastal road in northwestern Gaza City around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 13. When these individuals attempted to seek shelter in a nearby house, the Israeli forces bombed it, resulting in the deaths and injuries of many, and several others remain missing under the rubble. An eyewitness confirmed that the occupation army targeted a group of civilians who had been suffering from starvation for weeks due to the Israeli army’s blockade preventing any aid or food supplies from entering Gaza City and the northern region. As they approached to obtain flour, the army bombarded them with shells and gunfire, prompting them to flee to a nearby two-story residential building. However, the Israeli army quickly bombed the building after they sought refuge there, leading to its destruction. Screams from survivors inside could be heard pleading for rescue, but rescue teams and civil defense personnel could not reach the area. According to initial reports, around 200 people were gathered in the area, with approximately 70 killed or injured, while many others are still missing and trapped under the rubble. No rescue operations have yet been conducted due to the Israeli army’s restrictions on civil defense and ambulance services, which have been unable to operate due to bombardments and threats, and the confiscation and burning of ambulances and fire trucks for the past 23 days in northern Gaza. The Euro-Med Monitor has called for urgent intervention to ensure that civil defense and rescue teams can safely reach the targeted area, where survivors may still be trapped, and to facilitate the transfer of victims to hospitals. It emphasized that the situation, after 41 days of the Israeli attacks on northern Gaza, has become unprecedentedly catastrophic, with the ongoing bombing and demolition of hundreds of homes, the killing and injuring of thousands, and the forcible displacement of tens of thousands from the area. The Monitor has also called for an end to the genocide being perpetrated by Israel in Gaza, which uses starvation as a primary tool. It urged immediate action to allow life-saving supplies to enter Gaza through crossings and land routes efficiently and effectively, particularly in Gaza City and northern areas. It also called for municipal teams to be allowed to repair and restore health, water, and sanitation services, ensure safe and sufficient food for the entire population, including the nearly complete absence of infant formula in northern Gaza, provide treatment for hunger and malnutrition-related diseases, and restore local production systems and commercial goods. *** MSF calls for medical evacuation of eight children injured in Gaza Thursday 14-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has denounced the Israeli decision to block the medical evacuation of eight children and their caretakers from Gaza who are in need of medical care, including a two-year-old with leg amputations, to the MSF hospital in Jordan. “It’s utterly shocking and outrageous that children who need essential treatment are being blocked by Israel from leaving Gaza. Israel’s denial of urgent medical evacuations defies reason and humanity,” said Moeen Mahmood, MSF country director in Jordan. In recent months, MSF applied for 32 children and caretakers to be medically evacuated from Gaza to Jordan. Only 6 were allowed to leave. Lengthy procedures and unexplained denials block the provision of medical treatment for children who have been severely injured in Gaza. MSF called on the Israeli authorities to ensure medical evacuations for Palestinians in need of medical care, including their caregivers, while ensuring that all patients and their caregivers are guaranteed a safe, voluntary and dignified return to Gaza. The healthcare system in Gaza has been dismantled, meaning those in need of specialized medical care have nowhere to go. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there are at least 14,000 people in need of medical evacuation. Over 43,000 people have been killed in Gaza and 100,000 injured since 7 October 2023. *** UN committee: Israel’s actions in Gaza meet genocide criteria Thursday 14-November-2024 GAZA, (PIC) Israel’s warfare in Gaza is consistent with the characteristics of genocide, a special UN committee said Thursday, saying that the Israeli occupation “is using starvation as a method of war.” Israel’s warfare practices in Gaza “are consistent with the characteristics of genocide,” the UN Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices said in a newly released report, pointing to the “mass civilian casualties and life-threatening conditions intentionally imposed on Palestinians there.” “Since the beginning of the war, Israeli officials have publicly supported policies that strip Palestinians of the very necessities required to sustain life – food, water and fuel,” the committee said, adding that Israel has systematically interfered with humanitarian aid to use vital supplies for political and military ends. Covering the period from October 2023 (when the Gaza offensive began) to July 2024, the report highlighted the devastating impact of Israel’s ongoing siege and bombing campaigns. It underscored how the destruction of Gaza’s infrastructure, including water, sanitation and food systems, has led to a humanitarian disaster. “By destroying vital water, sanitation, and food systems and contaminating the environment, Israel has created a lethal mix of crises that will inflict severe harm on generations to come,” the committee warned. The report also raised concerns over Israel’s use of artificial intelligence-enhanced targeting systems in military operations, which it claims has led to disproportionate civilian casualties, especially among women and children. “The Israeli military’s use of AI-assisted targeting, with minimal human oversight, combined with heavy bombs, underscores Israel’s disregard of its obligation to distinguish between civilians and combatants,” the committee said. The committee also called for international accountability, urging UN member states to halt support for Israel’s actions in Gaza and the West Bank. “A failure to do so weakens the very core of the international legal system and sets a dangerous precedent, allowing atrocities to go unchecked,” it said. On Thursday, the Gaza Health Ministry said in a statement that at least 43,736 Palestinians have been killed and 103,370 injured in Israel’s military offensive on Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
