While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Nakhala: Trump-Netanyahu Gaza plan a “formula for ongoing aggression against our people”

Tuesday 30-September-2025

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)

Islamic Jihad secretary-general Ziyad El-Nakhala has condemned the US-Israeli announcement made during a news conference at the White House, calling it a “formula for perpetuating the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.”

In a statement on Monday, Nakhala said that the Trump-Netanyahu announcement regarding Gaza was a complete reflection of Israel’s position.

“Israel seeks to impose, via US backing, what it failed to achieve through military means. Therefore, we regard the US-Israeli declaration as a recipe for igniting broader conflict in the region,” the Islamic Jihad leader added.

The White House has unveiled its ceasefire plan for Gaza, including an alleged temporary administration headed by US president Donald Trump with the help of former British prime minister Tony Blair.

The 20-point plan was released on Monday evening by the US government during a joint news conference held by Trump and Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu, a war criminal wanted by the International Criminal Court.

The US-Israeli plan says that if the fighting ends, Gaza will be placed under the control of a transitional government headed by Trump and others, including the former British prime minister.

The plan calls for sidelining the Palestinian Authority and all the Palestinian factions, and seeks to establish a new security force in Gaza.

According to the plan, the remaining Israeli captives being held in Gaza must be released within 72 hours. It says this will be followed by Israel releasing Palestinian prisoners.

Speaking at the White House, Netanyahu told Trump, “I support your plan to end the war in Gaza which achieves our war aims.”

Al-Ansari: Mediators meet with 'Hamas, Türkiye participates to discuss Trump’s plan

Tuesday 30-September-2025

DOHA, (PIC)

A well-informed Palestinian official confirmed that 'Hamas began discussions within its leadership and with Palestinian factions on Tuesday to study the plan announced by the US President Donald Trump on Monday evening to end the Israeli war of extermination in Gaza.

Agence France-Presse quoted a source described as close to 'Hamas as saying that the Movement has launched a series of consultations within its political and military leadership frameworks, both inside Palestine and abroad. 'Hamas is expected to present a national response representing the Movement and resistance factions, noting that the consultations “may take several days.”

'Hamas announced on Monday that it had received the 20-point plan from Egyptian and Qatari mediators and promised to study it responsibly.

Qatar announced a meeting on Tuesday evening in Do'ha between 'Hamas and a Turkish delegation to discuss Trump’s plan.

Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesperson Majid Al-Ansari said during a press conference in Do'ha, “During meetings held here in Do'ha, Qatar and Egypt handed the negotiating delegation from 'Hamas the plan, and they promised to study it responsibly. It is still too early to respond, especially since it was delivered late Monday evening.”

Al-Ansari added, “Today, there will also be another meeting with the Turkish side present, along with the negotiating delegation, to consult on this plan.”

He emphasized that the first step in the Gaza war-ending plan is reaching consensus among all parties. He noted that negotiations will take place regarding the timeline for implementing the plan’s provisions, whether concerning Israeli withdrawal from Gaza or the entry of aid into the besieged territory.

Regarding Israel’s approval of the plan, Al-Ansari said, “What we heard from the US President is that Netanyahu has announced his acceptance of the plan.”

Al-Ansari declined to comment on specific provisions of the plan, affirming that Qatar welcomes the plan in general and believes that, with US leadership, it represents a comprehensive model for ending the war. He added that this has always been a key goal for Qatar, alongside delivering aid to Gaza’s residents and helping them resume normal life after the war.

Trump announced the details of his new plan on Monday evening to end the two-year war in Gaza, pledging to transform the territory into “a zone free of extremism and terrorism” and ensure it poses no threat to its neighbors.

Trump said that the initiative targets a permanent ceasefire and restoring stability to the region. In a White House press conference, he said, “This plan aims to give the people of Gaza peace and prosperity without forcing anyone to leave their home,” calling on all parties to engage with it “responsibly and realistically.”

The plan calls for a ceasefire, the release of Israeli prisoners held by the resistance within 72 hours, disarmament of resistance groups, and a phased Israeli withdrawal from Gaza in three stages, followed by the formation of a Peace Council chaired by Trump himself.

Among other provisions, Trump’s plan states that if the Palestinian Authority implements the necessary reforms, conditions may finally become favorable for a credible path toward Palestinian self-determination and statehood.

Trump's 20-point Gaza peace plan in full

BBC, September 30, 2025

Donald Trump's plan to end the war in Gaza has been accepted by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, while Hamas is yet to issue an official response.

Here is the full text of the proposal, as provided by the White House:

1. Gaza will be a de-radicalized terror-free zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbors.

2. Gaza will be redeveloped for the benefit of the people of Gaza, who have suffered more than enough.

3. If both sides agree to this proposal, the war will immediately end. Israeli forces will withdraw to the agreed upon line to prepare for a hostage release. During this time, all military operations, including aerial and artillery bombardment, will be suspended, and battle lines will remain frozen until conditions are met for the complete staged withdrawal.

4. Within 72 hours of Israel publicly accepting this agreement, all hostages, alive and deceased, will be returned.

5. Once all hostages are released, Israel will release 250 life sentence prisoners plus 1,700 Gazans who were detained after 7 October 2023, including all women and children detained in that context. For every Israeli hostage whose remains are released, Israel will release the remains of 15 deceased Gazans.

6. Once all hostages are returned, Hamas members who commit to peaceful co-existence and to decommission their weapons will be given amnesty. Members of Hamas who wish to leave Gaza will be provided safe passage to receiving countries.

7. Upon acceptance of this agreement, full aid will be immediately sent into the Gaza Strip. At a minimum, aid quantities will be consistent with what was included in the 19 January 2025 agreement regarding humanitarian aid, including rehabilitation of infrastructure (water, electricity, sewage), rehabilitation of hospitals and bakeries, and entry of necessary equipment to remove rubble and open roads.

8. Entry of distribution and aid in the Gaza Strip will proceed without interference from the two parties through the United Nations and its agencies, and the Red Crescent, in addition to other international institutions not associated in any manner with either party. Opening the Rafa'h crossing in both directions will be subject to the same mechanism implemented under 19 January 2025 agreement.

9. Gaza will be governed under the temporary transitional governance of a technocratic, apolitical Palestinian committee, responsible for delivering the day-to-day running of public services and municipalities for the people in Gaza. This committee will be made up of qualified Palestinians and international experts, with oversight and supervision by a new international transitional body, the "Board of Peace," which will be headed and chaired by President Donald J. Trump, with other members and heads of state to be announced, including Former Prime Minister Tony Blair. This body will set the framework and handle the funding for the redevelopment of Gaza until such time as the Palestinian Authority has completed its reform program, as outlined in various proposals, including President Trump's peace plan in 2020 and the Saudi-French proposal, and can securely and effectively take back control of Gaza. This body will call on best international standards to create modern and efficient governance that serves the people of Gaza and is conducive to attracting investment.

10. A Trump economic development plan to rebuild and energize Gaza will be created by convening a panel of experts who have helped birth some of the thriving modern miracle cities in the Middle East. Many thoughtful investment proposals and exciting development ideas have been crafted by well-meaning international groups, and will be considered to synthesize the security and governance frameworks to attract and facilitate these investments that will create jobs, opportunity, and hope for future Gaza.

11. A special economic zone will be established with preferred tariff and access rates to be negotiated with participating countries.

12. No one will be forced to leave Gaza, and those who wish to leave will be free to do so and free to return. We will encourage people to stay and offer them the opportunity to build a better Gaza.

13. Hamas and other factions agree to not have any role in the governance of Gaza, directly, indirectly, or in any form. All military, terror, and offensive infrastructure, including tunnels and weapon production facilities, will be destroyed and not rebuilt. There will be a process of demilitarization of Gaza under the supervision of independent monitors, which will include placing weapons permanently beyond use through an agreed process of decommissioning, and supported by an internationally funded buy back and reintegration program all verified by the independent monitors. New Gaza will be fully committed to building a prosperous economy and to peaceful coexistence with their neighbors.

14. A guarantee will be provided by regional partners to ensure that Hamas, and the factions, comply with their obligations and that New Gaza poses no threat to its neighbors or its people.

15. The United States will work with Arab and international partners to develop a temporary International Stabilization Force (ISF) to immediately deploy in Gaza. The ISF will train and provide support to vetted Palestinian police forces in Gaza, and will consult with Jordan and Egypt who have extensive experience in this field. This force will be the long-term internal security solution. The ISF will work with Israel and Egypt to help secure border areas, along with newly trained Palestinian police forces. It is critical to prevent munitions from entering Gaza and to facilitate the rapid and secure flow of goods to rebuild and revitalize Gaza. A de-confliction mechanism will be agreed upon by the parties.

16. Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza. As the ISF establishes control and stability, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) will withdraw based on standards, milestones, and timeframes linked to demilitarization that will be agreed upon between the IDF, ISF, the guarantors, and the United States, with the objective of a secure Gaza that no longer poses a threat to Israel, Egypt, or its citizens. Practically, the IDF will progressively hand over the Gaza territory it occupies to the ISF according to an agreement they will make with the transitional authority until they are withdrawn completely from Gaza, save for a security perimeter presence that will remain until Gaza is properly secure from any resurgent terror threat.

17. In the event Hamas delays or rejects this proposal, the above, including the scaled-up aid operation, will proceed in the terror-free areas handed over from the IDF to the ISF.

18. An interfaith dialogue process will be established based on the values of tolerance and peaceful co-existence to try and change mindsets and narratives of Palestinians and Israelis by emphasizing the benefits that can be derived from peace.

19. While Gaza re-development advances and when the PA reform program is faithfully carried out, the conditions may finally be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood, which we recognize as the aspiration of the Palestinian people.

20. The United States will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for peaceful and prosperous co-existence.

UNRWA: Children's education must be part of any agreement to end the Gaza war

GAZA, September 30, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, stressed on Tuesday that ensuring children's education  in Gaza must be a core element of any agreement to end Israel's  war on the Strip.

In a statement on the X, he said, "Children's education must be part of any agreement to end the war in Gaza. The proposed plan must offer some hope to more than 660,000 children who have been deprived of education for a third year."

He emphasized that returning children to classrooms should be a collective priority to promote lasting peace and stability, adding that UNRWA,  thanks to its staff, UNRWA has the experience, infrastructure, and knowledge necessary to support the gradual return to formal education for children in the war-torn Strip if a ceasefire is reached."

Lazzarini underlined that "before the war, UNRWA provided education in its schools—UN schools—to more than 300,000 children."

He called on UN member states to support UNRWA in protecting its mandate and work "so that it can continue to make a tangible difference in the lives and futures of Palestinian children."

"Without education, children risk falling prey to exploitation or extremism," he warned, renewing his call for the need for an immediate ceasefire.

Medication shortage deepens Gaza’s health crisis

Tuesday 30-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza issued a stark warning on Tuesday regarding the catastrophic challenges faced by medical teams due to a worsening shortage of essential medicines and medical consumables.

This came as the Israeli military continues to undermine access to medical supplies across hospitals in the Strip, amid a prolonged and severe closure of border crossings since March.

In a press statement, the ministry declared that “medical teams are facing catastrophic challenges as the crisis of medicine and medical supply shortages intensifies.”

“The Israeli occupation’s obstruction of emergency medical supply access to hospitals is worsening the health conditions of patients and the wounded.”

The ministry urged all concerned parties to act urgently to guarantee the safe delivery of medical supplies and prevent the collapse of healthcare services.

The Ministry of Health has earlier warned of the grave implications of the acute shortages of medicines and medical necessities, which have resulted from Israel’s near-total closure of Gaza’s border crossings since March, blocking humanitarian, relief, and medical aid.

This critical shortage coincides with deliberate attacks by the Israeli military on Gaza’s healthcare infrastructure. According to data released by the Gaza Government Media Office, since 7 October 2023, 38 hospitals and 96 primary healthcare centers have been destroyed or rendered non-operational, in addition to 197 ambulances being targeted.

International human rights and health organizations have previously warned of an imminent collapse of the healthcare system in Gaza due to ongoing Israeli aggression and restrictions.

Supported by the United States, Israel has been perpetrating a genocidal war on Gaza since 7 October 2023, resulting in 66,055 martyrs and 168,346 injuries, alongside massive destruction of infrastructure and a deadly famine that has so far claimed the lives of 453 Palestinians, including 150 children.

UNICEF calls for evacuation of 25 infants from Al-'Hilou Hospital incubators

Tuesday 30-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has called for the immediate evacuation of at least 25 sick or premature infants from incubators in Gaza City to save their lives, following an overnight attack by the Israeli occupation forces on Al-'Hilou Hospital, which houses nearly half of these children.

Medical sources in Gaza confirmed that Israeli tanks are surrounding the hospital, where approximately 12 infants remain in incubators, while the facility continues to be bombarded.

Earlier, the Government Media Office said that the Israeli army shelled Al-'Hilou Hospital in Gaza City with two projectiles, making access to or exit from the hospital impossible, as it is besieged from all directions.

According to medical sources, the hospital includes several departments, among them a cancer ward and a nursery with 12 premature infants.

More than 90 people, including medical staff and patients, are currently inside the hospital amid a complete blackout of communications and internet.

Official data indicates that the Israeli occupation forces have destroyed or rendered 38 hospitals in Gaza Strip out of service, targeted 96 healthcare centers, and damaged or disabled 197 ambulances.

Gaza’s healthcare sector is facing near-total collapse due to the ongoing blockade, preventing entry of medical supply, the rising number of wounded and sick, and the difficulty of performing surgeries or providing treatment, amid widespread destruction affecting most hospitals.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation has been committing genocide in the Gaza Strip, leaving 66,097 killed and 168,536 injured, most of them children and women, and causing a famine that has claimed the lives of 453 Palestinians, including 150 children.

Gaza: Death toll from starvation surges to 453 civilians

Tuesday 30-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Tuesday that the total number of hunger-related deaths, in the Gaza Strip, climbed to 453 people, including 150 children.

According to the Ministry, 175 of the famine deaths, 35 of them children, occurred after the UN-backed hunger monitoring system Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) formally declared Gaza a famine zone last August.

These deaths occurred amid ongoing Israeli military operations and severe restrictions on humanitarian access, which have intensified the man-made famine in the territory.

Since March 2, the Israeli occupation army has been closing all the border crossings with Gaza, preventing the flow of humanitarian aid and vital needs. Although limited quantities of aid have recently been allowed in, they remain insufficient to meet the minimum basic needs of the population.

A Palestinian shot near Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) injured but not killed

Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), September 30, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Palestinian General Authority for Civil Affairs said Tuesday evening it had informed the Commission of detainees and Ex-detainees Affairs, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society and the Ministry of Health that Mahdi Mu'hammed 'Awadh Diriya, 32, was injured by the Israeli occupation forces south of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem).

This came after the Israeli occupation forces retracted the news of his death. His condition was described as between moderate and serious.

Israeli soldiers had opened fire on Diriya near the town of El-Khadhir, allegedly for carrying out a ramming attack, before arresting him while he was wounded.

Video footage showed the young man lying on the ground beside a vehicle after being shot by the occupation forces, with the nature of his injury remains unclear.

It is worth noting that the Israeli occupation deliberately manipulates Palestinians' emotions by announcing the death of a citizen when he is actually injured, or by announcing inaccurate names of the wounded or killed, or withholding the bodies of those shot.

This is done while blocking Palestinian ambulances from reaching them to provide treatment.

El-Khaleel (Hebron), September 30, 2025 (WAFA) –

Several Palestinians suffered from suffocation on Tuesday afternoon after Israeli occupation forces fired tear gas canisters at them near the entrance to the town of Idthna, west of El-Khaleel (Hebron).

WAFA correspondent said that Israeli troops stationed at the main entrance to the town, which has been closed with an iron gate for the past two years, fired live bullets, sound bombs, and tear gas towards residents, their vehicles, and university students, causing several suffocation cases.

Israeli occupation forces continue to close the main entrance and all dirt roads leading to the town, while carrying out daily raids, arrests, and collective punishment measures. UN Rights Office condemns Israeli troops’ detention of two Palestinian children in El-Khaleel (Hebron)

El-Khaleel (Hebron), September 30, 2025 (WAFA) –

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Human Rights (OCHA) in the occupied Palestinian territory said on Tuesday that Israel's' detention of two Palestinian children in El-Khaleel (Hebron) highlights the daily cruelty faced by Palestinians, including children.

On Monday, the Israeli occupation soldiers detained the two brothers, Mu'hammed and 'Abdul Fatta'h Ayman Al-Karaki , aged 6 and 8, as they were playing football near their home in the Hebron's Old City. A video circulating online shows the two children surrounded by Israeli soldiers and bursting into tears.

The UN Human Rights Office confirmed in a statement that "Palestinian children's rights to life, health, education, freedom of movement, and other rights are violated on a daily basis. Every day, children are killed, injured, or arbitrarily detained by Israeli forces in the occupied Palestinian territory."

It reiterated its call for accountability for such violations, an end to the occupation, and the realization of a two-state solution where Palestine and Israel live side by side.

Illegal Israeli settler attacks on water wells threaten thousands of Palestinians in Ramallah area

RAMALLAH, September 30, 2025 (WAFA) –

Repeated illegal Israeli settler attacks on water wells in the 'Ain Samia area, east of the town of Kafr Malik, northeast of Ramallah, on Tuesday evening have halted water flow from the main wells, threatening to deprive thousands of Palestinians in more than 19 residential communities of their basic right to water.

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate Water Authority said in a statement that the latest attack involved cutting the control lines to wells 2, 4, and 6, causing them to shut down completely.

It stressed that its crews are working around the clock to repair the damage and resume water pumping as soon as possible, while renewing calls on official and international bodies to urgently intervene to stop these daily attacks and safeguard Palestinian’ access  to water as vital source of livelihood.

The authority pointed out that 'Ain Samia wells have been subjected to a series of repeated attacks over the past months, while its crews face significant challenges in reaching the wells to carry out maintenance. It warned that the ongoing assaults are deepening the water crisis and threatening the water security of dozens of Palestinian communities.

Temple groups call for mass raids on Al-Aqsa Mosque, during Jewish holiday

Tuesday 30-September-2025

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC)

Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Tuesday, while extremist “Temple groups” operating under the so-called Union of Temple Organizations urged their supporters to join mass raids next Monday to mark the Jewish holiday of Sukkot.

Local sources reported that settlers entered the Aqsa from the Maghariba Gate under heavy protection from Israeli occupation police forces. They carried out provocative tours and performed Talmudic rituals inside the compound.

The groups announced that their planned incursions would continue for an entire week starting October 6. To increase turnout, they pledged free transportation for children and settlers, aiming to break previous records of participation.

These raids come as part of ongoing attempts by Temple groups to Judaize the Aqsa Mosque by exploiting Jewish religious occasions. The scale of these provocations traditionally escalates during Jewish holidays, with organized efforts to impose Talmudic rituals and advance plans for temporal and spatial division of the holy site.

Settlers continue storming the Mosque daily, except on Fridays and Saturdays, through the Maghariba Gate. Numbers typically spike during holiday seasons, intensifying violations of the Mosque’s sanctity.

At the same time, Palestinian calls are growing for mass mobilization, steadfast presence, and protection of the Islamic holy site to counter settlers’ plans.

Haroun Nasiruddeen, head of the Jerusalem Affairs Office in Hamas, said the calls by Temple groups “reflect the deepening religious war the occupation is waging against the Aqsa, and its ongoing attempts to entrench Judaization, temporal division, and the imposition of Talmudic rituals.”

He called on Palestinians in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), across the occupied Palestinian territories, and along all points of confrontation to mobilize and remain steadfast in the Aqsa’s courtyards. He also appealed to the wider Arab and Muslim world to rise in defense of the Mosque and reject the occupation’s aggression against land, people, and holy sites.

Spain to investigate companies promoting settlement products

MADRID, September 30, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Spanish government announced on Tuesday that it will lunch investigations into companies that promote products or services in Spain originating from Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The move follows the adoption of a decree last week prohibiting the promotion of these goods and services in Spain to prevent companies from profiting from the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories.

In a statement, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs said the decree forms of a border   package of measures, including an arms embargo on Israel, aimed at halting the genocide in Gaza.

Consumer Affairs Minister Pablo Bustenduy had previously said that his office would use "all necessary resources" to ensure that no company operating in Spain benefits from the occupation.

"No company's budget should be stained with the blood of the Palestinian people," the statement quoted him as saying at an event held last July.

On Friday, the United Nations released an update to its database of companies with activities in Israeli settlements in the Palestinian territories, listing 158 companies from 11 countries.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
