While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

UN chief urges world not to be ‘intimidated’ by Israel over recognition of Palestinian statehood

NEW YORK, September 20, 2025 (WAFA) –

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres said on Friday that the international community must not allow itself to be “intimidated” by Israel as it continues its war on Gaza and accelerates the de facto annexation of the occupied West Bank.

In an interview with AFP ahead of next week’s high-level UN General Assembly meetings in New York, Guterres responded to reports that Israel has threatened to formally annex parts of the West Bank if more countries move to recognize a Palestinian state.

“We should not feel intimidated by the risk of retaliation,” Guterres said. “Because with or without doing what we are doing, these actions would go on — and at least there is a chance to mobilize the international community to put pressure for them not to happen.”

His remarks come amid growing international momentum toward recognizing Palestinian statehood, as well as mounting criticism of Israel’s ongoing devastating war on Gaza, which has left tens of thousands killed, wounded, starved and displaced.

Several European and other countries have signaled they may push forward with diplomatic recognition of the State of Palestine during the upcoming UN meetings, despite Israeli opposition.

Guterres has repeatedly called for a ceasefire in Gaza and for renewed efforts to implement a two-state solution based on international law and existing UN resolutions. He has also condemned the expansion of Israeli settlements and other unilateral actions in the occupied territories, warning they jeopardize the prospects for peace.

One person martyred in fresh Israeli strike in southern Lebanon

Saturday 20-September-2025

BEIRUT, (PIC)

An Israeli airstrike in southern Lebanon killed one person on Saturday, the Lebanese official National News Agency reported.

The news agency said the strike targeted a car on El-Khardali road near 'Ain El-Qasab junction in the Nabatiya district. The victim was from the town of El-Khiyam and residing in Kfar Kila.

The attack came a day after Israeli strikes on vehicles killed two people and injured several others in southern Lebanon.

On Thursday night, the Israeli occupation army launched aerial attacks on five towns in southern Lebanon.

The Israeli occupation forces continue to target homes, cars and motorcycles in different areas of southern Lebanon despite a ceasefire agreement that started on November 27, 2025.

Under the agreement, Israel was to withdraw all its forces from southern Lebanon, but despite the deal, these forces have remained at five Lebanese border positions.

GCHR: Israel is creating a demographic shift in Gaza

Saturday 20-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Gaza Center for Human Rights (GCHR) has accused Israel of working to engineer a demographic shift in the Gaza Strip through forced displacement orders.

In a statement on Saturday, GCHR said that the Israeli occupation army forced hundreds of thousands of residents to relocate to the area south of Wadi Gaza (Gaza Valley), claiming that it is a humanitarian zone, although this area lacks the adequate shelter provisions as defined by the international humanitarian law.

GCHR explained that Israeli forces in Gaza City carry out intense aerial and artillery attacks, detonate more than 15 explosive-laden armored vehicles every day, and issue illegal evacuation orders with the aim of depopulating the city and transferring all the residents to the south of Wadi Gaza.

“What is happening reflects a systematic Israeli policy aimed at engineering a demographic transformation and eliminating any Palestinian presence in northern Gaza and the Gaza governorate — areas that once housed over 1.3 million people. This amounts to a forced population transfer without justification or necessity and clearly violates the international humanitarian law. It constitutes a war crime and falls within acts defined as genocide,” GCHR added.

“The Israeli military assault has led to the depopulation of northern Gaza, forcing its residents to relocate to Gaza City and the southern region. Meanwhile, the escalating offensive, ongoing for over 40 days, has driven about 700,000 people to crowd into a 10-square-kilometer area in the western part of Gaza City,” GCHR said.

GCHR affirmed that the Israeli army killed hundreds of people, carried out massive destruction and obliterated all aspects of life, forcing around 300,000 Palestinians in northern Gaza to flee under duress to the Mawasi area of southern Gaza, which Israel designates as a “humanitarian zone” despite its lack of essential living conditions.

GCHR underscored that Israel’s designation of al-Mawasi as a “humanitarian zone” is misleading, as the area continues to be targeted by airstrikes and tank shelling.

This area also lacks sufficient space to accommodate the displaced people, the center pointed out.

Euro-Med: Israeli army uses 17 high-explosive vehicles daily in Gaza City

Saturday 20-September-2025

GENEVA, (PIC)

The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor has said that the Israeli occupation army detonates more than 17 explosive-laden vehicles daily in Gaza City, each one equivalent in force to a 3.7-magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale.

“Over the past week, the Israeli army detonated approximately 120 explosive-laden vehicles carrying nearly 840 tons of explosives inside Gaza City’s residential neighborhoods,” the Geneva-based Euro-Med Monitor said in a statement on Saturday.

The Monitor has described the massive destruction tactic used by the Israeli army in Gaza City as “the largest and most brutal campaign of force aimed at destroying the population” and “part of a grave escalation in the ongoing crime of genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip,” which has now entered its 24th consecutive month.

Israeli war crimes suspect at “healing retreat” in Greece: HRF files complaint

Saturday 20-September-2025

ATHENS, (PIC)

The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) has submitted a formal criminal complaint to the Public Prosecutor of the Court of First Instance in the capital city of Greece, Athens, against Naor Shlomo Dadon, a soldier in the Israeli occupation army’s Givati Brigade, for his involvement in committing war crimes and acts of genocide during the ongoing Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip.

The complaint was filed on September 19, 2025 by Greek human rights lawyer Evgenia Koniaki, on behalf of HRF.

The complaint is based on a 70-page investigative report prepared by HRF, documenting Dadon’s deployment in Gaza, his unit’s direct role in the destruction of civilian infrastructure, and his own public celebration of those actions via social media.

A soldier who documented his own crimes

“Dadon served in Gaza from at least August 2024 through August 2025. As a member of the 432nd Battalion, Dadon was part of a military campaign that leveled neighborhoods in Rafah and Jabalia, displaced tens of thousands, and destroyed schools, homes, and public infrastructure.”

HRF’s evidence includes:

• His confirmed presence during the arson and demolition of civilian areas • Participation in the burning of Hamad Bin Khalifa School, which had sheltered displaced civilians • Instagram posts glorifying destruction, including flag-raising over ruined UNRWA buildings • Posing for photos while grilling food in a besieged zone amid mass starvation

“These materials, archived and verified using forensic capture tools, are now part of the official complaint submitted to Greek authorities.”

A “healing retreat” for genocidaires

“Dadon is currently in Zagora, Magnesia, attending a retreat hosted by the Israeli organization Rising Heroes, which offers “mental resilience” programs for Israeli combat veterans. According to Rising Heroes, these retreats aim to help soldiers ‘process trauma’ and prepare to return to service ‘stronger.’”

“But this is not rehabilitation — it is impunity disguised as wellness. While Gaza lies in ruins and survivors are left to bury their families, the perpetrators are given nature walks and therapy sessions in Greek mountain villages.”

“These retreats serve not only to shield war criminals from accountability, but also to reintegrate them into military service as if their only burden is emotional fatigue, not legal responsibility for acts of genocide,” according to a statement published on the foundation’s website on Friday.

The Ministry confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 2023 has risen to 65,208 fatalities, with an additional 166,271 people sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.

According to the Health Ministry, a total of 12,653 people have been killed and 54,230 others have been injured since the Israeli occupation army resumed its genocidal war on Gaza on March 18, 2025.

Israeli occupation army escalates attacks on civilians, mainly in Gaza City

Saturday 20-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation army continued, last night and on Saturday, to carry out intensive deadly strikes and target civilians in different areas of the Gaza Strip, mainly in Gaza City, where a large-scale military operation was launched recently.

According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate and bomb more homes and tents and displace families across the Gaza Strip, further deepening the dire humanitarian crisis as the population grapples with worsening famine.

According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including airstrikes that killed and injured dozens of civilians in Gaza City.

The PIC reporter said that Israeli warplanes bombed a residential block this morning in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, killing five civilians, including two girl children, and injured others, adding that the casualties are from the family of Dr. Mu'hammed Abu Salmiya, director of Al-Shifa Hospital.

Residents reported that Israeli forces dropped leaflets demanding the evacuation of the camp, as Israeli aerial and artillery bombardment intensified across various neighborhoods of the city.

Israeli warplanes reportedly launched intensive airstrikes targeting homes and public facilities in Tel El-Hawa and Sabra neighborhoods in the south of Gaza City, and detonated 10 booby-trapped armored vehicles in the vicinity of Tel El-Hawa.

Medical sources at Al-Shifa Hospital reported that two children were killed and several others sustained injuries in an Israeli airstrike on a school sheltering displaced families in central Gaza City.

Additionally, a woman was martyred and others injured after Israeli drone strikes targeted civilians behind the Jordanian field hospital in the south of Gaza City.

Israeli attacks also killed six people in Al-Mashahira area of Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood and three others in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood.

Nine other people were martyred following an Israeli airstrike on a house belonging to the family of al-Jamla in the southwest of Gaza City.

The Israeli army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip last night and today, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women.

Meanwhile, several people were martyred or injured in Israeli attacks on aid seekers near distribution points in separate areas of Gaza.

Other Gazans were pronounced dead after they succumbed to injuries they sustained in recent attacks, according to Gaza’s health ministry today.

900,000 Palestinians in Gaza refuse displacement despite relentless Israeli bombardment

Saturday 20-September-2025

Link copied! + -

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) confirmed on Saturday that more than 900,000 Palestinians remain steadfast in Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip, firmly rejecting displacement to the south despite the ongoing genocide and brutal bombardment carried out by the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) in what it described as a crime of permanent forced displacement, in violation of all international laws and conventions.

In its statement, the PGMO reported an escalation in forced displacement from Gaza City toward the south since the beginning of the IOFs mass eviction campaign. Around 270,000 people have been forced to leave their homes under relentless bombardment.

However, the PGMO also recorded reverse displacement, noting that more than 22,000 residents had returned to their original neighborhoods in Gaza City by Saturday noon after temporarily moving their belongings south for safekeeping, only to return due to the lack of basic living conditions in the south.

The statement highlighted that El-Mawasi area in Khan Younus and Rafa'h, currently home to around one million people and falsely promoted by Israeli occupation authorities as “safe humanitarian zones”, has been targeted by over 110 airstrikes, leaving more than 2,000 martyrs in successive massacres carried out by the IOFs.

It stressed that these areas are entirely devoid of basic necessities: no hospitals, no infrastructure, no essential services such as water, food, shelter, electricity, or education, making life there virtually impossible.

According to the PGMO, the so-called “shelter zones” designated by Israel on its evacuation maps constitute no more than 12 percent of the Gaza Strip, into which the IOFs are attempting to force over 1.7 million people.

This, the PGMO said, reflects a plan to create “concentration camps” as part of a systematic policy of forced transfer aimed at depopulating Gaza City and northern Gaza, a full-fledged war crime and crime against humanity under international law.

The PGMO strongly condemned the continued genocide and forced displacement carried out by Israel against Palestinian civilians and denounced what it called the disgraceful silence of the international community and its failure to uphold its legal and moral responsibilities.

It held Israel and its strategic ally, the US administration, along with other states complicit in the genocide, fully responsible for the ongoing crimes and their international legal repercussions.

The PGMO urged the international community, the United Nations, and international courts and legal institutions to take urgent and concrete action to stop these crimes, prosecute Israeli leaders before competent tribunals, and ensure the protection of civilians and their right to remain on their land in safety and dignity.

Palestinian Health Ministry launches 8th round of ‘Our Blood is One’ campaign to support Gaza’s wounded and sick

RAMALLAH, September 20, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Saturday the launch of the eighth round of the “Damuna Wa'hid” (Our Blood is One) campaign, aimed at collecting blood donations in support of the wounded and sick in the Gaza Strip, where humanitarian and health conditions continue to deteriorate due to ongoing Israeli aggression.

In a press statement, the ministry said the campaign will begin on Sunday and cover all governorates of the occupied West Bank through blood banks at public hospitals, the central blood bank, and a mobile blood donation unit. The drive will continue until the end of the month.

Minister of Health, Majid Abu Ramadhan, said the initiative comes as part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to meet urgent and growing health needs in Gaza, where Israeli authorities continue to block the entry of medicines and medical supplies.

He urged citizens across all governorates of the West Bank to head to hospital blood banks, the central blood bank, and the mobile donation unit to contribute to the campaign and support patients and the wounded in Gaza.

Dozens of West Bankers kidnaped, detained in Israeli arrest campaign

Saturday 20-September-2025

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped and detained dozens of Palestinian citizens during a large-scale arrest campaign in different West Bank areas.

According to local sources, Israeli forces stormed Al-Dthahir area of Bait Ummar town in northern Al-Khaleel (Hebron) and kidnapped all the young men who were detained and interrogated following raids on several homes.

The sources explained that the Israeli occupation soldiers handcuffed the detainees and herded them into a house they seized and used as a makeshift interrogation center.

The number of those kidnapped in Beit Ummar town is estimated to be around 30 individuals.

The IOFs also kidnapped a number of citizens during raids in the villages of Raboud and Abul-'Asja, south of Doura City in Al-Khaleel (Hebron) province.

In Jineen, the IOFs detained and interrogated dozens of citizens following violent raids on homes in Ya’bad town.

In Qalqilya, six citizens were taken prisoner during an IOFs raid in 'Hajjah village. Head of the village council, Amjad Basalat was among those arrested.

Israeli authorities require special permits for residents of villages near northwest Jerusalem

JERUALEM, September 20, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation authorities have imposed special permits on residents of Al-Khalayla neighborhood and the villages of Beit Iksa and Nabi Samwil, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, restricting their movement to and from their villages.

This step deepens the policy of isolation, movement restrictions, and land control.

Based on this decision, anyone without permits will be barred from passing through the  military checkpoint at the entrances to the three villages, stressing that such step will deepen the isolation of the said communities and tighten Israel's control.

The villages already face near-total isolation due to the separation Wall, checkpoints and military gates surrounding them. This has deprived them of natural urban expansion. Residents are prohibited from building new homes or bringing in essential supplies without special permits. This has led to a decline in population growth.

About a month ago, hard-right Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich announced his approval of the construction of thousands of colonial units within the colonial plan in the E1 area, east of occupied Jerusalem.

Such move would undermine the possibility of establishing a Palestinian state on the ground, undermine its geographical and demographic unity, isolate Jerusalem from its surroundings, sever the geographical and demographic continuity between Jerusalem and Palestinian communities, and expand the borders of the occupation municipality by annexing the Ma'ale Adumim colonial bloc.

The village of Beit Iksa is home to approximately 2,000 residents and covers an area of approximately 9,000 dunams.

The village of Nabi Samwail covers around 3,500 dunums, with only 1,050 dunums remaining for the residents after the occupation seized the largest part of it. Only 300 residents live in it.

Al-Khalayla neighborhood has some 650 residents living in on roughly 4,000 dunums, surrounded by four colonies that encroach upon its land.

Palestinian injured in settler assault south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron)

Al-Khaleel (Hebron) , September 20, 2025 (WAFA) –

A Palestinian man was injured on Saturday after being severely beaten by the armed illegal Israeli settlers in the Masafer Yatta area, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) in the occupied West Bank.

WAFA correspondent reported that the victim, Mohammad Abu Aram, was attacked while returning to his home in the village of Al-'Halawah in the said region. He sustained bruises and contusions as a result of the assault, and subsequently received treatment on site.

Israeli colonists in the area, often armed and operating under the protection of the Israeli military, regularly carry out attacks against Palestinian residents and communities in Masafir Yatta, an area that faces ongoing threats of displacement and land confiscation.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack ambulance in Ramallah, assault homes near Bethlehem

RAMALLAH, September 20, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers carried out two new attacks on Saturday evening, targeting an ambulance in the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah, and Palestinian homes in the village of Kisan, east of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem).

Local sources reported that colonists hurled stones at an ambulance belonging to the Sinjil Municipality while it was present south of the town. The attack shattered the vehicle’s windows and caused damage, but the ambulance crew escaped unharmed.

The Sinjil Municipality confirmed this was the second such attack on its ambulance, describing it as part of an intensifying pattern of colonist aggression against the town’s residents, lands, and property.

Meanwhile in the Bethlehem district, Israeli colonists assaulted homes on the outskirts of the village of Kisan using stones and clubs, according to Ahmad Ghazal, the secretary of Fatah in the village. Residents were able to confront the attackers and repel them.

The village of Kisan has witnessed a sharp uptick in colonist violence in recent months, as colonists aim to drive out Palestinian residents and seize more land for settlement expansion.

Israeli colonist attacks on Palestinian communities—often carried out under the protection of the Israeli military—have increased significantly across the occupied West Bank, particularly in rural areas, in an effort to force Palestinians away from strategic locations.

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime seizes 140 dunums of Palestinian land in 'Anata to expand settlement infrastructure

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), September 20, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime on Saturday issued new land seizure orders targeting 140 dunums of privately-owned Palestinian land in the town of 'Anata, northeast of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), in favor of the Israeli municipality.

Local sources reported that the orders were delivered to landowners in 'Anata, indicating that the confiscated land will be used for the construction of a parking lot and the expansion of roads leading to the illegal Ma'ale Adumim settlement.

The targeted area stretches from the Shu’fat refugee camp checkpoint, past Ma’ale Adumim, and extends to the military base east of 'Anata. The land is privately owned by Palestinian residents.

The move is part of Israel’s ongoing efforts to implement the so-called E1 settlement project, which aims to connect Ma’ale Adumim with occupied Jerusalem and effectively cut off the northern West Bank from the south, undermining the territorial contiguity of a future Palestinian state.

Protests erupt in four Arab countries demanding an end to Gaza genocide

Saturday 20-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Thousands of demonstrators across Morocco, Mauritania, Lebanon, and Yemen took to the streets on Friday to denounce the ongoing genocide in Gaza, which has continued for nearly two years backed by the US.

In Morocco, cities including Tangier, Casablanca, Tetouan, Marrakech, Kenitra, Fez, Meknes, and Agadir witnessed mass rallies, many held after Friday prayers.

Protesters condemned the Israeli blockade and starvation of civilians in Gaza, while calling on Arab regimes to scrap normalization deals with Israel and urging the public to boycott Israeli goods and companies supporting Israel.

Crowds gathered in front of the parliament in Rabat, waving Palestinian flags and raising portraits of Palestinian resistance leaders. Demonstrators demanded accountability for Israeli leaders accused of committing war crimes, while praising the global solidarity fleet sailing toward Gaza.

In Mauritania, hundreds rallied outside the Grand Mosque in Nouakchott after Friday prayer, chanting pro-Gaza slogans such as “Starving Gaza is a war crime.” Protesters condemned what they called global silence over Israel’s crimes, and held the US responsible for enabling the genocide. Demonstrators also renewed their demand for the expulsion of the American ambassador.

In Lebanon, a popular march was held in the northern city of Tripoli under the slogan “We will not leave Gaza alone.” Organized by the non-governmental “Committee for the Defense of Al-Aqsa,” the march started from Abdul 'Hameed Karami Square and moved through central streets.

“We tell our people in Gaza: you are not alone. Do not despair, remain steadfast, for you are teaching the world what it means to stand firm on truth,” Sheikh Nasir al-Tikreeti said on the sidelines of the rally.

In Yemen, hundreds of thousands flooded the streets of Sana’a and other provinces following calls from Abdul Malik El-'Houthi, leader of the Ansar Allah movement.

Demonstrators carried Yemeni and Palestinian flags while raising banners rejecting global silence on Israeli crimes. The march was held under the slogan “With Gaza, we will not accept the disgrace of betrayal regardless of the crimes of aggression.”

In a statement delivered during the Sana’a protest, participants pledged to continue weekly demonstrations “in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and in rejection of the criminal Zionist enemy.”

The statement praised Palestinian resilience and endorsed Ansar Allah’s military operations against Israel.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has waged a US-backed genocide in Gaza, leaving 65,174 Palestinians dead and 166,071 wounded, mostly women and children, along with hundreds of thousands displaced.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
