While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

'Hamas slams US veto of Gaza ceasefire resolution, accuses Washington of complicity in genocide

Friday 19-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement denounced the US administration for vetoing a UN Security Council resolution calling for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, describing the move as “blatant complicity and active involvement in the genocide being perpetrated by the Zionist occupation regime against the Palestinian people.”

In a statement on Thursday, 'Hamas said that the US veto against the resolution was a green light for the Israeli occupation regime to persist in its crimes and its attack on Gaza City.

'Hamas appreciated the position of the 10 states that submitted the draft resolution to the UN Security Council, urging them, other countries and international bodies to continue exerting pressure on the government of Benjamin Netanyahu to end its aggression and genocide in Gaza.

Palestinian Foreign Ministry welcomes UN General Assembly vote allowing President Abbas to address annual session via video

RAMALLAH, September 19, 2025 (WAFA) -

The State of Palestine today welcomed the United Nations General Assembly’s vote in favor of allowing President Mahmoud Abbas to address its 80th annual session via video.

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, in a statement, said this exceptional decision came after the United States denied the Palestinian delegation the necessary visas to participate in the General Assembly’s meetings, in clear violation of the Headquarters Agreement and rules of international law, as well as the outcomes of the General Assembly’s preparatory meetings of the Credentials Committee, which affirmed the right of the Palestinian delegation and its President to be present at the General Assembly and to represent Palestine.

The Ministry also appreciated the positions of the countries that sponsored and voted in favor of the resolution.

It stressed that the State of Palestine, its President, and its delegation will be present and engaged in all aspects and meetings of the General Assembly. It affirmed that President Ma'hmoud 'Abbas, as representative of the Palestinian people, will deliver the statement of the State of Palestine during the current session.

The Ministry added that the General Assembly will convene at its scheduled time and place without change, despite attempts to disrupt its work or reduce the momentum generated by the New York Conference, which will resume on September 22, when states are expected to recognize the State of Palestine.

Two people martyred, others injured in new Israeli attacks on Lebanon

Friday 19-September-2025

BEIRUT, (PIC)

Two people were martyred and others were injured in Israeli drone strikes in different areas of southern Lebanon on Friday in a new violation of the ceasefire agreement.

In a statement, Lebanon’s health ministry said that an Israeli airstrike on a vehicle in the southern town of Tebnine killed one person and wounded 11 others.

Later in the day, a similar strike hit a water truck between the southern towns of Kauthariyet al-Rez and Ansar, killing one person.

The new attacks come after overnight Israeli strikes on five towns in southern Lebanon that were preceded by evacuation warnings for six buildings.

The Israeli occupation forces continue to target homes, cars and motorcycles in different areas of southern Lebanon despite a ceasefire agreement that started on November 27, 2025.

Under the agreement, Israel was to withdraw all its forces from southern Lebanon, but despite the deal, these forces have remained at five Lebanese border positions.

Rights groups condemn Israeli massacre of Yemeni journalists

Friday 19-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor strongly condemned the Israeli occupation army’s recent targeting of a media center in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a, on 10 September, which resulted in the killing and injury of several journalists and media personnel, in a grave violation of international law.

In a statement issued Friday, the Euro-Med said that Israeli airstrikes had targeted the offices of the newspapers 26 September and Al-Yemen, both housed within a media center located in the densely populated Al-Tahrir district adjacent to Sana’a’s UNESCO-listed Old City.

The attack was part of a broader Israeli campaign involving heavy bombardment across Sana’a and Al-Jawf, resulting in the deaths of dozens of civilians and injuries to many others.

According to the local newspaper 26 September, 31 journalists were killed and 22 others injured in the bombing of its office. The Yemeni Journalists Syndicate also confirmed fatalities and injuries among media professionals during the Israeli assault.

The Euro-Med asserted that the attack reflects a systematic Israeli policy aimed at silencing the press and suppressing the flow of information through repeated crimes against journalists and media institutions throughout the region.

Human rights center: Systematic escalation of Israeli prison violence

Friday 19-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Center for Prisoner Advocacy has confirmed that Israeli prison authorities have intensified their assaults on Palestinian detainees.

In a statement issued on Friday, the center stated that Israeli special units continue to storm prisoner sections and cells, brutally assaulting inmates daily under baseless and unjustified pretexts.

The Center pointed out that Israeli guards typically raid cells after throwing stun and gas grenades before launching physical assaults using batons, sticks, police dogs, pepper spray, and electric stun devices.

It also noted that the detainees are currently suffering under extreme weather conditions, with temperatures in prison areas exceeding 113°F (45°C). Overcrowded cells, poor ventilation, and the absence of minimum humanitarian standards have made conditions unbearable.

Prisoners are reportedly unable to sleep due to the excessive heat, and their bedding is soaked with sweat because most of the prisons are located in desert regions.

The center stressed that the ongoing abuses inside Israeli prisons demand urgent action from international human rights organizations to put an end to these violations and ensure legal and humanitarian protection for Palestinian detainees.

AMO calls for revealing fate of thousands of Gaza prisoners in Israel’s custody

Friday 19-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Asra Media Office (AMO) has urged international human rights organizations to act immediately, form independent field investigation committees, and pressure for access to Israeli detention camps in order to reveal the fate of thousands of prisoners from Gaza.

The AMO said that the continued policy of enforced disappearance, extrajudicial executions, and torture leading to death constitutes a full-fledged war crime and a stain on humanity, warning that international silence only enables further atrocities.

Human rights data confirm that since October 7, 2023, Israel has systematically enforced disappearance against thousands of Gaza prisoners. The practice, the AMO explained, is used to cover up killings and field executions, especially against those accused of participating in resistance operations or crossing the border on that day.

This policy effectively mirrors the “prisoner execution law” promoted by extremist ministers in the Israeli government. Although not officially passed by the Knesset, the Israeli occupation has implemented it in practice, executing dozens of detainees and concealing their fate to avoid accountability.

To date, Israel refuses to provide any accurate information regarding the number, conditions, or whereabouts of Gaza prisoners. It has only partially acknowledged holding about 2,800 detainees under the “unlawful combatants law,” an exceptional measure that allows for indefinite detention of civilians without charge or trial.

Israel deliberately withholds names and details, shrouding detainees’ fate in secrecy, which enables systematic executions and slow-kill policies without oversight.

Reports highlight that Gaza prisoners are caught between field executions carried out immediately after arrest, documented in hundreds of cases during the ground invasion, and brutal torture in military camps such as Sde Teiman, where deaths under interrogation are recorded but rarely acknowledged.

Survivors face horrific abuse: electric shocks to sensitive areas, attacks by police dogs, prolonged shackling under the sun, denial of bathing and prayers, starvation, and severe beatings.

Crimes have even included rape, with perpetrators boasting publicly in Hebrew media, an open violation of international law and human decency, targeting both minors and adults.

The outcome of these practices has been devastating: at least 46 identified prisoners from Gaza have been martyred since October 7, 2023, due to torture, medical neglect, and inhumane detention conditions.

Rights groups fear that hundreds more remain missing, victims of enforced disappearance behind Israeli prison walls.

Doctors Without Borders condemns killing of staff member in Gaza airstrike

Friday 19-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) strongly condemned the killing of one of its staff members, Hussein al-Najjar, who died after being injured in an Israeli airstrike that struck the area a few days ago where his tent was located.

In a statement, the organization said the killing of its colleague in Gaza was “not just a tragic incident, but further proof that there is no safe place left in Gaza.”

Al-Najjar, who succumbed to his wounds on September 16, was the 13th MSF staff member killed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) since the start of the genocide on the besieged enclave.

MSF reiterated its urgent call for an immediate ceasefire and for civilians to be protected.

The 33-year-old nurse, father of three, had been working with MSF in its medical clinics in Dair El-Bala'h and Khan Younus since January last year.

He had previously served as a sterilization technician with MSF teams at Al-'Awda Hospital’s limb reconstruction project.

MSF expressed solidarity with al-Najjar’s wife, children, family, and friends, stressing the urgent need to end the bloodshed in the devastated Strip.

According to the latest figures from the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, at least 540 aid workers have been killed since the IOF launched its genocide in Gaza nearly two years ago.

IOFs kidnap Palestinian citizens, attack house in the West Bank

Friday 19-September-2025

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens and carried out a projectile attack on a house during dawn and morning raids in the West Bank on Friday.

In the town of Surda, north of Ramallah, Israeli forces besieged a house for several hours amid heavy gunfire and direct shelling with Energa projectiles, resulting in a massive fire and thick plumes of smoke rising from the site.

Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation soldiers intensified their presence around the town, and blocked ambulance crews from reaching the area, amid sounds of explosions.

In Nablus, the IOFs kidnapped at least six citizens during raids on homes in the city.

In Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), the Israeli occupation soldiers reportedly attacked a Red Crescent ambulance while it was transporting a wounded person from Al-Duhaisha refugee camp.

On Thursday evening, six Palestinian civilians, including an elderly man, were injured when the Israeli occupation forces assaulted them at Al-Karama border crossing, between the West Bank and Jordan.

The Red Crescent said that its ambulance crews evacuated six citizens suffering from bruises and burns from Al-Karama crossing to the hospital after being assaulted by Israeli soldiers.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian vehicle in northern Jordan Valley

JORDAN VALLEY, September 19, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian vehicle on Friday in the Al-Farsiyah area of the northern Jordan Valley, northeast of the occupied West Bank, shattering its windows with stones, according to local sources.

The targeted vehicle belonged to Raed Sobai'h, a Palestinian who was passing near the area when a group of colonists hurled rocks at his car, causing significant damage.

The Jordan Valley has seen frequent colonist assaults in recent months, particularly in and around Al-Farsiyah, Khirbet Humsa, Ein al-Hilweh, and other Bedouin and agricultural communities. These attacks often include vandalism of vehicles, destruction of crops, setting up illegal outposts, and physical assaults on residents.

Palestinian communities in the Jordan Valley face increasing pressure from colonists and the Israeli military, including home demolitions, land confiscation, movement restrictions, and denial of access to water sources. Many of these actions are carried out with the aim of forcibly displacing residents and expanding Israeli settlement activity in the area, which is classified as Area C and remains under full Israeli control.

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime seizes hundreds of dunums of land west of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem)

Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), September 19, 2025 (WAFA) -

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime seized hundreds of dunums of agricultural land today in the town of Nahalin, west of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), according to a local official.

Hassan Brijieh, Director of the International Law Department at the Wall and Colonization Resistance Commission, said that Israeli forces will seize part of Basin No. 4, west of the town, covering about 300 dunums. He noted that the seizure order was issued on August 15, but the landowners were never notified.

He added that under this order, Israeli forces will change the land’s use from agricultural to residential, paving the way for the construction of housing units and colonial roads.

He pointed out that the order gives landowners 60 days to object, of which 50 days have already passed.

He stressed that the seizure aims to tighten control over the town of Nahalin and expand the boundaries of the “Jabrot” colony and the “Gush Etzion” colonial bloc, as part of targeting the western countryside of Bethlehem, warning that this signals further land seizures in Basin No. 4 of Nahalin.

Russian Foreign Ministry: Lasting peace in Middle East cannot be achieved without just and comprehensive solution to Palestinian issue

MOSCOW, September 19, 2025 (WAFA) -

The Russian Foreign Ministry affirmed today, Friday, that lasting and genuine peace in the Middle East cannot be achieved without a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue, stressing that the Palestinian-Israeli settlement remains the cornerstone for achieving stability in the region.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said during a press conference that justice in the question of Palestine is the foundation of any sustainable peace agreement in the Middle East, and that Russia continues to believe in the necessity of establishing an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with relevant international resolutions.

Zakharova added that Russia views Israeli settlement expansion in the occupied Palestinian Territory as a major obstacle to progress toward peace, stressing that the international community must take firm positions against these policies and that diplomatic pressure should continue to guarantee the right of Palestinians to self-determination.

Global Sumud Flotilla sails from Sicily to break Gaza siege

Friday 19-September-2025

SICILY, (PIC)

A global flotilla known as the “Global Sumud Flotilla” set sail on Friday from the shores of Sicily, heading toward Gaza Strip in a renewed attempt to break the suffocating blockade imposed by the Israeli occupation.

The flotilla, consisting of 48 vessels from three countries, was completed after Italian ships and those arriving from Tunisia gathered off the Italian coast, according to Al Jazeera.

Thiago Avila, a member of the flotilla’s coordinating team, said efforts are underway to reach Gaza as quickly as possible amid what he described as “the final stages of the Israeli genocide,” referring to recent intensified attacks on Gaza City.

Avila noted that the flotilla’s progress had slowed in recent days due to adverse weather, bureaucratic hurdles, and the aftermath of a drone attack that struck its largest vessel off the Tunisian coast last week, sparking a fire on board.

He stressed that all challenges have been addressed, affirming that the mission will continue “at any cost” until its goal of breaking Gaza’s blockade is achieved.

Severe storms had forced the flotilla to delay departure on Thursday, prompting organizers to reschedule for a collective launch on Friday instead of sending out the larger ships first.

The “Global Sumud Flotilla” has faced repeated delays due to weather conditions, organizers said. Despite this, the initiative, supported by delegations from 44 countries, remains committed to delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza using civilian vessels in defiance of the Israeli-imposed naval blockade.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
