In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The attack marks a renewed violation of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon. Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency reported that the strike had also wounded another person. On Friday, two Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon killed three people and wounded two others, targeting two vehicles. The Israeli occupation army claimed yesterday that it had killed a 'Hizbullah member named 'Abbas Karaki in El-Nabatiya. The Israeli occupation forces continue to target homes, vehicles and motorcycles in different areas of southern Lebanon despite a ceasefire agreement that started on November 27, 2025. Under the agreement, Israel was to withdraw all its forces from southern Lebanon, but despite the deal, these forces have remained at five Lebanese border positions. *** UNRWA renews its call to allow humanitarian aid into Gaza as winter approaches RAMALLAH, October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) called on Saturday for humanitarian aid to be allowed into the Gaza Strip. According to UNRWA's official website, the agency stated in a post on X that as winter approaches in Gaza, people's need for shelter and warmth increases. It added that shelter materials and winter supplies for displaced Palestinian families are available in UNRWA warehouses in Jordan and Egypt, but are being prevented from entering. As the genocide enters its second year, displaced people are facing jarsh and unbearable conditions in tents that lack even the most basic means of protection. They are human beings searching for shelters, and several, especially children, have died as a result of the severe cold during the past two winters. Y.S. *** Aid organizations warn of decades-long danger from war remnants in Gaza GENEVA, October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – International aid organizations have warned that the danger posed by war remnants in the Gaza Strip could persist for between 20 and 30 years. Nick Orr, an explosives clearance expert with Humanity & Inclusion, described Gaza on Saturday as a “terrifying minefield without a defined map.” He said that his team, consisting of seven experts, will begin surveying key infrastructure sites next week—including hospitals and bakeries—to identify areas contaminated with unexploded ordnance. Orr noted that the problem extends underground, explaining that “if we are talking about a complete clearance, that will never happen. We will continue to find these explosives for generations to come.” M.N. *** UNRWA calls for entry of winter shelter supplies stuck in Egypt and Jordan Saturday 25-October-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) confirmed an urgent and pressing need to bring shelter materials and winter supplies into the Gaza Strip. In a post on X on Saturday, UNRWA said there is a growing need to provide shelter and warmth to the residents of the Strip as winter approaches. It added that those resources, allocated for displaced families, are currently stored in UNRWA warehouses in Jordan and Egypt but have been prevented from entering Gaza. The agency stressed the need to resume allowing UNRWA to deliver humanitarian aid inside the Strip, especially with the beginning of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza on October 10. On Thursday, Israel’s public broadcaster cited an unnamed government official as saying that Israel does not intend to allow UNRWA to resume operations in Gaza, despite the International Court of Justice ruling that ordered Tel Aviv to permit the agency to continue its activities in the Strip. On Wednesday evening, the International Court of Justice stated that Palestinians in Gaza “have not received sufficient supplies” of humanitarian aid, ruling that Israel must allow and facilitate their entry into the enclave and cease using starvation as a weapon of war. This came in a non-binding legal advisory opinion issued by the court regarding Israel’s obligations in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, based on a request from the UN General Assembly in December 2024. Over the past two years, Israel has carried out a genocide in Gaza, leaving 68,280 martyrs, 170,375 wounded, and widespread destruction affecting 90% of the Strip’s civilian infrastructure. *** UNICEF warns of “lost generation” in Gaza, wandering streets without school Saturday 25-October-2025 El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) With Gaza’s education system shattered by two years of genocidal war, UNICEF’s regional director says he fears for a “lost generation” of children wandering ruined streets with nothing to do. “This is the third year that there has been no school,” Edouard Beigbeder, the UN agency’s regional director for the Middle East and North Africa, said during an interview in Occupied Jerusalem on Thursday after returning from the war-torn territory. “If we don’t start a real transition for all children in February, we will enter a fourth year. And then we can talk about a lost generation,” he said. The devastating Israeli genocidal war on Gaza reduced vast tracts of Gaza to rubble, displaced the vast majority of its population multiple times and crippled public services. The destruction “is almost omnipresent wherever you go,” Beigbeder said. “It is impossible to imagine 80 percent of a territory that is completely flattened out or destroyed,” he added. The US-brokered ceasefire, which came into effect earlier in October, has allowed UNICEF and other education partners to get about one-sixth of children who should be in school into temporary “learning centers,” Beigbeder told AFP. “They have three days of learning in reading, mathematics and writing, but this is far from a formal education as we know it,” he added. Beigbeder said that such learning centers, often located in schools or near displacement camps, are tents or made of metal structures covered with plastic sheeting. He said there were sometimes chairs, cardboard boxes or wooden planks serving as tables, and that children would write on salvaged slates or plastic boards. “I’ve never seen everyone sitting properly,” he added, describing children sitting on mats or carpets. Despite the ceasefire, Beigbeder said the situation of Gaza’s education system was catastrophic, with 85 percent of schools destroyed or unusable. Of the buildings still standing, many are being used as shelters for displaced people, he said, with the situation compounded by the fact that many children and teachers are also on the move and looking to provide for their own families. Gaza’s school system was already overcrowded before the war, with half the pre-war population under the age of 18. Of the schools managed by the West Bank-based Palestinian Authority alone, Beigbeder said that some 80 out of 300 were in need of renovation. He said 142 had been completely destroyed in the Gaza Strip, while 38 were “completely inaccessible” because they were located in the area to which Israeli troops withdrew under the ceasefire agreement. Beigbeder said it was vital to put education “at the top of the agenda” and rebuild a sense of social cohesion for Gaza’s children, who are traumatized and in need of psychological support. UNICEF said one of the priorities was getting permission at border crossings to bring in materials to set up semi-permanent schools, as well as school supplies which have been blocked as they are considered non-essential. Israel repeatedly cut off supplies into the Gaza Strip during the war, exacerbating dire humanitarian conditions, with the UN saying it has caused a famine in parts of the coastal territory. “How can you rehabilitate classrooms if you don’t have cement? And above all, we need notebooks and books … blackboards, the bare minimum,” Beigbeder said. *** ****** Death Toll from Israeli Aggression on Gaza Rises to 68,519 Martyrs and 170,382 Injured Gaza, October 25 (QNA, PIC) - The death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2023, has risen to 68,519 martyrs, in addition to 170,382 injuries. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that hospitals in the Strip received the bodies of 19 martyrs, in the past 48 hours, four killed in direct Israeli occupation attacks and 15 whose bodies were recovered, along with seven injuries. The Ministry added that since the ceasefire took effect earlier this month, 93 Palestinians have been martyred and 324 others injured, while the bodies of 464 martyrs have been recovered. It further noted that 220 martyrs have been added to the cumulative death toll after their data was verified and approved by the judicial committee responsible for tracking reports and missing persons. Moreover, the Ministry confirmed that 64 bodies have so far been identified out of 195 bodies handed over by the Israeli occupation authorities as part of a prisoner exchange deal. A ceasefire agreement between the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement ('Hamas) and the Israeli occupation regime was reached in the Egyptian city of Sharm El-Shaikh and came into effect on October 10, 2025. *** Child killed, several injured as building collapses in Gaza City GAZA, October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – A nine-year-old Palestinian girl was killed and several others were injured on Saturday evening following the collapse of a building in Gaza City, according to local sources. WAFA correspondent said that the girl was killed and three other citizens were injured when a building belonging to the Al-Bal'awi family collapsed on its residents in the Al-Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City. Destroyed and partially collapsed buildings—damaged by repeated Israeli bombardments—pose a serious threat to the lives of residents searching for shelter amid the vast devastation that has struck Gaza’s infrastructure and housing sector. Earlier, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) reported that more than 61 million tons of rubble now cover large areas of the Gaza Strip, with entire neighborhoods wiped out during two years of war. Many families continue to search through the debris for water, shelter, and basic necessities. M.N. *** Several Palestinian civilians injured in Israeli airstrikes on central and southern Gaza Strip GAZA, October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Several Palestinian civilians were injured on Saturday afternoon when Israeli forces targeted the central and southern Gaza Strip. According to medical sources, dozens of people were injured when the forces shelled a civilian vehicle belonging to the Abu Tu'aima family in the town of Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Younus. One civilian was wounded when Israeli troops opened fire on civilian homes east of Al-Buraij refugee camp. The occupation forces' artillery shelling continues east of Dair El-Bala'h, and the demolition of residential buildings east of Khan Younus continues. Y.S. *** Four Palestinians injured in Israeli airstrike on vehicle in central Gaza GAZA, October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Four Palestinians were injured this evening when Israeli occupation forces carried out an airstrike targeting a civilian vehicle in the central Gaza Strip, in violation of the declared ceasefire. Medical sources said that the four citizens sustained injuries after the Israeli strike hit a car in the area of Al-Ahli Club in Al-Nuseirat refugee camp, central Gaza. They were transferred to Al-Awda Hospital for treatment. M.N. *** IOFs blow up two fishing boats, kidnap three fishermen off Gaza coast Saturday 25-October-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) on Saturday morning kidnapped three Palestinian fishermen and blew up two fishing boats off the coast of Gaza, in yet another violation of the ceasefire agreement. The assault coincided with renewed artillery fire, home demolitions, and gunfire across several eastern areas of the Gaza Strip. Zakariya Bakr, head of Gaza’s Fishermen Committees, said the IOFs naval forces blew up two fishing boats and kidnapped fishermen Mu'hammed Nafidth El-Habeel, Fuad Nafidth El-Habeel, and A'hmed 'Omar El-Habeel while they were working off the coast of Gaza City. The Israeli warships also opened heavy fire toward boats and coastal areas in Gaza’s waters. Meanwhile, the Israeli ground forces fired live ammunition east of Jabalya refugee camp, in northern Gaza, while artillery shelling targeted areas east of Dair El-Bala'h, in central Gaza. Earlier at dawn, the IOFs demolished several homes in the eastern El-Shuja'iya neighborhood of Gaza City, continuing a pattern of destruction and aggression despite the declared ceasefire. *** US military operating drones over Gaza to monitor ceasefire compliance Saturday 25-October-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The US military has begun flying surveillance drones over the Gaza Strip in recent days as part of what it described as a mission to “verify compliance with the ceasefire agreement” that came into effect on October 10, 2025. According to The New York Times on Friday, Israeli and American military officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, confirmed that the drones are being used to monitor activity in Gaza with Israel’s approval. The operations are intended to support the new Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) established last week by US Central Command in southern Israel to oversee implementation of the agreement. The report noted that these reconnaissance flights reflect Washington’s desire to obtain an independent assessment of the situation on the ground, separate from Israel’s narrative, despite close coordination between the two militaries. The US military had previously deployed MQ-9 Reaper drones during the early stages of the war to help locate Israeli captives, sharing the intelligence collected with the Israeli army. The Times added that the US State Department, which is overseeing ceasefire monitoring efforts, did not respond to inquiries regarding the drone operations, while the Israeli military declined to comment. In a related development, the State Department on Friday announced the appointment of Ambassador Steven Fagin, the US envoy to Yemen, as the civilian head of a new center responsible for implementing the ceasefire agreement and facilitating humanitarian aid entry into Gaza. The announcement came following US Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s visit to the Civil-Military Coordination Center at the Kiryat Gat base in southern Israel, where he pledged to send additional American diplomats to join the roughly 200 US troops already stationed there. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Three Palestinians, including two children, injured by Israeli gunfire in Toubas Toubas, October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians, including two children, were injured on Saturday evening after Israeli occupation forces opened fire during a raid on the city of Toubas, in the northern occupied West Bank. Medical sources said that a 14-year-old child was shot in the lower limbs and sustained serious injuries, while a 15-year-old was wounded by live bullets in the leg. An 18-year-old youth was also injured by live fire in his foot. All were transferred to hospital for treatment. Earlier this evening, Israeli occupation forces stormed Tubas with several military vehicles and deployed across multiple areas, sparking confrontations with residents. M.N. *** IOFs kidnap Palestinians, bar farmers from harvesting olives in the West Bank Saturday 25-October-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped a number of Palestinian citizens and prevented farmers from reaching their olive groves in the West Bank on Saturday morning. According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped at dawn a citizen from his home in 'Anza village, south of Jineen. In Salfeet, the IOFs kidnapped three young men after ransacking their homes in Dair Ballout town. In Toulkarm, two other citizens were taken prisoners, during an IOFs raid in Qaffeen town. Another one was kidnapped from his home in the Shuwaika suburb of Toulkarm City. In El-Khaleel (Hebron), the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped a citizen after searching his home in the city and closed roads in different areas of the Province. In Ramallah, the IOFs closed the main entrance of Turmus 'Ayya town and prevented Palestinian vehicles from leaving or entering the area. In southern Nablus, a local official said that the IOFs continue to bar farmers in Douma village from reaching their lands to harvest olives and provide protection for settler attacks on locals and their farmland. Such military restrictions come amid ongoing settler attacks targeting local farmers and their farmland, with the IOFs providing protection for the settlers during their aggressive acts. As a result, West Bank farmers face significant obstacles and risks, especially during the olive harvest season. 8 + 3 = 11 kidnapped. *** Dozens injured, others kidnaped following IOF raids in W. Bank Saturday 25-October-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Dozens of Palestinian citizens were injured and others were kidnapped after the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) stormed different areas of the West Bank on Friday. According to local sources, dozens of citizens suffered from their exposure to tear gas after Israeli forces attacked citizens and homes in Bait Ummar town, north of El-Khaleel (Hebron). The Israeli occupation forces also stormed El-Burj village in southern El-Khaleel (Hebron) and fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades at local residents, injuring several of them. In El-Beereh City, located in Ramallah governorate, a fire broke out in a commercial building after the Israeli occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters during a raid in the city. They also kidnaped a teenager from the same area. Additionally, two young men were kidnapped and others were detained after raiding a shopping complex in the town of Silwad, northeast of Ramallah. In Toubas City, the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped a young man near Palestine Restaurant and fired live ammunition at local youths during skirmishes with them. *** Israel expands settlement projects in the Jordan Valley and El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), accelerates land seizures Saturday 25-October-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) A report issued by the National Bureau for Defending Land and Resisting Settlements revealed that the Israeli occupation apartheid regime continue to implement extensive plans to seize Palestinian lands, particularly in the Jordan Valley and around El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), as part of an escalating strategy aimed at cementing a new colonial reality in the West Bank. According to the weekly report published on Saturday, Israeli occupation apartheid regime discussed plans last week to build 248 new illegal settlement units across various parts of the West Bank, under six different schemes advancing in four illegal Israeli settlements. The most notable include the illegal settlement of Rotem. in the northern Jordan Valley with 102 units, and Eli illegal settlement deep in the West Bank with 138 units, in addition to further construction in the illegal settlements of Giv’at Ze’ev and Shiloh. The report also noted that the occupation authorities issued military orders to seize over 70 dunums of land belonging to the villages of Qaryout, El-Lubban El-Sharqiya, and Al-Sawiya in the Nablus governorate, with the aim of establishing a “buffer zone” around the settlement of Eli. It further stated that the so-called Higher Planning Council of the Israeli Civil Administration has been holding weekly meetings since November 2024 to approve new construction projects in settlements, a move intended to normalize the pace of settlement expansion and divert international attention. Since the beginning of this year alone, the Israeli authorities have approved the construction of over 26,000 settlement units, a record-breaking number that reflects an unprecedented level of expansion. The Israeli government has also reactivated old seizure orders targeting hundreds of dunums of land from the village of Qalandya, north of Jerusalem, as part of a systematic policy to swallow more Palestinian lands and effectively annex them into surrounding settlements. In the northern Jordan Valley, the report documented that settlers fenced off more than 4,000 dunums of agricultural land owned by about 40 Palestinian families. The settlers exploited the world’s preoccupation with the war on Gaza and the heightened military lockdown in the area to tighten their grip. The bureau described these practices as organized land theft that deprives Palestinians of their livelihoods and undermines their presence in one of the most fertile and strategically vital areas. The northern Jordan Valley has also witnessed a sharp escalation in settler attacks against residents and their property, including home invasions, assaults on shepherds, destruction of farms, and livestock theft. Similarly, the al-Khalil governorate has seen a wave of violations, such as the bulldozing of agricultural lands in the towns of Bait Ummar, Beer Araka, and Umm El-Khair, destroying around 70 dunums belonging to local Palestinian families. Coinciding with the olive harvest season, settlers have intensified their assaults on farmers throughout the West Bank, targeting workers and farmers with gunfire, beatings, and theft of crops and equipment, all under the protection of Israeli occupation forces. The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported 71 attacks in just one week, affecting 27 villages, about half of which were related to the olive harvest. Between October 14 and 22, at least 78 new attacks were recorded, including land invasions, farm vandalism, vehicle arson, and the demolition of homes and agricultural or commercial facilities. The report warned that these developments reflect a systematic Israeli policy aimed at imposing an accelerated settlement reality that fragments the West Bank and paves the way for de facto annexation of large areas, amid the absence of any effective international deterrence or real legal accountability. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers torch three Palestinian cars in the West Bank Saturday 25-October-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) A horde of the illegal Israeli settlers set three Palestinian cars aflame during an attack last night on El-Mughayyir village, northeast of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank. Chief of the village council Ameen Abu 'Alya, said that settlers stormed the western area of the village and set fire to three cars before local residents fended them off. Later, Israeli occupation forces stormed the same village and withdrew, without kidnappings. Settlers also hurled stones at Palestinian cars near the Marj Si’a plain, located between the villages of El-Mughayyir and Abu Fala'h. Since October 7, 2023, settlers have carried out about 7,154 attacks against Palestinian civilians and their property in the West Bank, resulting in the death of 34 Palestinians, according to the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack olive farmers in Nablus and El-Khaleel (Hebron) Saturday 25-October-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Groups of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked on Saturday Palestinian farmers during their presence in their olive groves in Nablus and El-Khaleel (Hebron) in the occupied West Bank. 'Hasan Mulai'hat, general supervisor of the El-Baidar human rights organization, told WAFA that dozens of armed colonists, heavily guarded by Israeli occupation army, stormed the community and carried out acts of intimidation and violence against the residents. The 'Arab El-Rashayda community, located in the Jordan Valley area north of Aree'ha (Jericho), is one of several Bedouin communities that have long been subjected to settler violence and displacement pressure. Israeli colonists, often accompanied by the army, have carried out frequent incursions into the area, damaging property, harassing residents, and restricting access to grazing lands and water sources. Y.S/M.N. *** Three Palestinian farmers injured in illegal Israeli settler attack in Ramallah-area-village RAMALLAH, October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinian farmers were injured on Saturday after being brutally attacked by a group of the illegal Israeli settlers in the village of Dair Nidtham, northwest of Ramallah, while another was arrested by Israeli forces. Activist Mujahid El-Tamimi reported that dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers physically assaulted farmers while they were picking olives near the western entrance to the town, beating them with rifle butts. The attack left three farmers with multiple injuries, and they were forced to leave their lands. El-Tamimi affirmed that the Israeli army later raided the town to provide protection for the colonists and arrested 31-year-old Mo'tasim 'Abdullah El-Tamimi. Earlier today, colonists injured several farmers by spraying them with pepper gas in the village of Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah. Meanwhile, for the second week in a row, Israeli forces have been preventing farmers from accessing their lands northwest of Ramallah. According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, its crews have documented a total of 158 attacks against olive pickers since the beginning of the current season, 17 carried out by Israeli army and 141 by colonists. Y.S. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack Bedouin community north of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) RAMALLAH, October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Groups of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked this evening El-'Ara’ra Bedouin community, located east of the town of Jaba’ north of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), according to local sources 'Hasan Mulai'hat, the general supervisor of the El-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, said in a press statement that a group of colonists assaulted residents of the El-'Ara’ra community and poured flammable materials on olive trees surrounding the area, setting nearby olive groves on fire. Mulai'hat added that the colonists’ attack on the El-'Ara’ra residents is part of intensified assaults aimed at forcing them to leave their lands, in line with the Israeli government’s plan to implement the so-called E1 settlement project. Meantime, Israeli colonists attacked the nearby Khallet El-Sidra Bedouin community, also located northeast of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). Mulai'hat said that a group of colonist gangs assaulted the Khallet El-Sidra community and set fire to residents’ homes. No injuries were reported. He warned that the Bedouin communities located east and northeast of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) face imminent danger due to the occupation’s ongoing policies seeking their removal, which threatens to cause a humanitarian disaster. Bedouin communities in the area, including El-Khan El-A'hmar, Khallet El-Sidra, and others, have faced continuous threats of demolition and displacement under the E1 plan. Human rights organizations have repeatedly warned that implementing the project would amount to forcible transfer, a violation of international law, and would have devastating humanitarian and political consequences. M.N. *** Two elderly men injured in attack by illegal Israeli settlers northwest of El-Khaleel (Hebron) El-Khaleel (Hebron), October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Two elderly Palestinians were injured on Saturday evening in an attack by a group of the illegal Israeli settlers near the town of Soureef, northwest of El-Khaleel (Hebron), in the southern occupied West Bank, according to local sources. WAFA correspondent reported that armed colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation soldiers, assaulted residents in the Al-Qurainat area, on the outskirts of Soureef, injuring 'Abdullah Ghunaimat, 82, and his brother Ibrahim, 72, who sustained bruises and moderate injuries and were transferred to hospital for treatment. 'Hazim Ghunaimat, the mayor of Soureef, told WAFA that the colonists also set fire to a vehicle and smashed the windows of two homes in the neighborhood. In a related development, anti-settlement activist Osama Makhmara told WAFA that colonists assaulted a peace activist during a raid on a home in the village of Susiya, south of El-Khaleel (Hebron), causing him bruises. He added that other colonists stormed the nearby village of Al-Tuba, preventing residents from leaving their homes or moving around the area for several hours. The attacks come amid an ongoing campaign of state-backed colonist violence across the occupied West Bank, often carried out under the protection of Israeli occupation forces and aimed at intimidating residents and forcing them to leave their lands. M.N. *** Shadeed: Illegal Israeli settlers violence in West Bank is a “systematic policy of terror” Saturday 25-October-2025 DOHA, (PIC) Senior 'Hamas official, 'Abdul-Ra'hman Shadeed, has condemned the escalating brutal violence by the illegal Israeli settlers in the occupied Palestinian territory of the West Bank, during the olive harvest season, calling it a “systematic policy of terror targeting the Palestinian people, their land, and all aspects of their life.” “Such settler attacks are part of a broader campaign of aggression against the Palestinian people since the genocidal war started in Gaza,” Shadeed said in a statement on Saturday. The Hamas official also described the settler violence in the West Bank as “part of efforts to expand settlements, intimidate local residents, and force them off their land, under a displacement and annexation plan backed by the fascist occupation government.” He saluted what he described as the “steadfast farmers and citizens who confront settler assaults with nothing but their bare chests,” calling for activating the role of the popular committees in protecting West Bank towns and villages. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** 'Hamas: We are committed to the ceasefire, open to inclusive national dialogue Saturday 25-October-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas spokesman in Gaza, 'Hazim Qasim, reaffirmed the Movement’s full commitment to implementing the ceasefire agreement that ended the war on Gaza, emphasizing the group’s determination to ensure the truce succeeds in practice. In a statement on Friday, Qasim said Hamas had received clear assurances from Egypt, Qatar, and Türkiye, along with direct confirmation from the United States, that the war had effectively ended, and that the implementation of the agreement’s provisions marked its full conclusion. He called for international pressure on Israel to honor its commitments, particularly ending its aggression, lifting the blockade on Gaza, and allowing urgent and sufficient humanitarian aid to enter the enclave. Qasim warned that Israel might exploit the humanitarian situation for political blackmail, urging serious international action to prevent a return to the starvation tactics imposed during years of blockade. The Hamas spokesman also underscored the Movement’s keenness to achieve broad Palestinian consensus on the postwar governance of Gaza, stressing that the Palestinian Authority “remains a central national entity that cannot be overlooked.” “We are approaching an inclusive national dialogue with open hearts and extended hands toward all Palestinian forces,” Qasim said, calling on all factions to align with the national consensus emerging in Gaza and to engage in the dialogue responsibly. “This is a time for unity and prioritizing the national interest over narrow partisan agendas,” he added, noting that the current phase poses grave challenges “not only to Hamas but to the entire Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank,” requiring collective effort and unity. Regarding the ceasefire implementation, Qasim confirmed 'Hamas’s full commitment to every detail of the deal, pointing to ongoing coordination with mediators to ensure comprehensive enforcement. He explained that Hamas had completed the first stage of the agreement by releasing live captives and returning some bodies, and was now working on finalizing the remaining handovers. The second phase of the deal, he noted, “requires deeper discussions with mediators, as it involves broader and more complex political issues that must be approached carefully.” Qasim stressed that Hamas’s central goal remains achieving a complete and permanent end to the genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza. He also revealed that since the ceasefire took effect, Israel has committed multiple violations, including the killing of 90 Palestinians, the closure of the Rafa'h crossing, and the obstruction of aid delivery. “What Israel declares and what happens on the ground are two very different things,” he said. Qasim concluded by emphasizing that the next phase requires intensified national and diplomatic efforts, supported by mediators’ guarantees, to ensure full implementation of the agreement and a lasting end to Palestinian suffering. *** Fat'h: The PLO and the State of Palestine remain the sole legitimate framework for protecting the national project RAMALLAH, October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – The Fatih movement said on Saturday that statements issued by several Palestinian factions the day earlier reaffirm that the genuine guarantor of any unified Palestinian vision is commitment to national legitimacy, embodied in the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and the State of Palestine, as the sole and unified framework capable of safeguarding the national project from marginalization or alternative agendas. In a press statement, Fatah stressed that unilateral policies and attempts to bypass or undermine national legitimacy will never succeed, as sovereignty and jurisdiction over the land of the State of Palestine are the exclusive right of the Palestinian people and their legitimate institutions. This, the movement added, requires all parties to commit seriously to this principle and translate it into clear, practical steps on the ground. The movement emphasized that all Palestinian forces should rally around the leadership’s core priorities since the onset of Israel’s all-out war on the Palestinian people — namely achieving a ceasefire, securing Israel’s full withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, ensuring the entry of humanitarian aid, restoring normal life in the enclave, preventing displacement, and facilitating the exchange of prisoners and hostages. Fatah said this path is the correct and unified course that all factions should pursue instead of engaging in narrow, factional agendas that weaken the national position. Fatih also said that the agreement on the formation of a professional administrative committee made up of qualified figures to manage Gaza’s affairs for a limited period is an important and necessary step, provided that the committee operates under the umbrella of the Government of the State of Palestine. Any disregard for this reference, the movement warned, would entrench division and serve Israel’s goals of separating Gaza from the West Bank and Jerusalem, and obstructing the realization of an independent, unified Palestinian state. The statement noted that Israel continues to undermine the Palestinian National Authority by withholding Palestinian tax revenues, suffocating the Palestinian economy, escalating settler terrorism, and pursuing the annexation of Palestinian lands in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and in the Gaza Strip. Fatih reaffirmed that security in Gaza is the responsibility of the official Palestinian security forces, and that any potential international presence should be limited to the borders, not within the Gaza Strip itself, with a clear and defined mandate from the UN Security Council that does not infringe upon Palestinian sovereignty or the role of its legitimate institutions. The movement reiterated its categorical rejection of any form of guardianship or mandate over the Palestinian people, stressing that the role of any international peace committee should be limited to monitoring within a specific timeframe to ensure adherence to the ceasefire, oversee reconstruction, and implement agreed plans — without infringing on Palestinian independence or the authority of the State of Palestine. Regarding the issue of weapons, Fatah said that addressing this matter must come through a comprehensive national framework that ensures one authority, one legitimate weapon, and one law — safeguarding unity, internal stability, and denying Israel any pretext to perpetuate the aggression or deepen the division. On national unity, Fatah affirmed that achieving genuine unity that serves the supreme interests of the Palestinian people remains a steadfast national goal. It said a comprehensive national dialogue is a necessity, not a political luxury, but stressed that unity must rest on solid foundations that meet the aspirations of the people and adhere to national constants. Central to these foundations, the movement underscored, is recognition of the PLO as the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people and commitment to its national, political, legal, and international obligations — including adherence to international legitimacy and the unified Palestinian vision based on territorial, legal, political, civil, and security unity within the State of Palestine. Fatih concluded by affirming that the Palestinian leadership, under President Mahmoud Abbas, continues to work steadfastly and responsibly to consolidate the ceasefire, restore life in Gaza, and protect the independent Palestinian national decision within the framework of unified national legitimacy, while preventing any party from undermining unity or compromising the core principles of the Palestinian national project.
