In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The statement clarified that the joint efforts between the two countries are based on a unified vision aimed at ending the unprecedented humanitarian crisis and alleviating the suffering of civilians by creating conditions conducive to a comprehensive de-escalation that guarantees the cessation of aggression and opens the way for humanitarian aid. Egypt and Qatar stressed that attempts to cast doubt, distort or escalate the situation in the media with the aim of sowing discord between brothers will not deter them from continuing their joint efforts to end the war and put an end to the humanitarian catastrophe, in reference to Israeli leaks aimed at driving a wedge between the two countries. The statement also affirmed that the two countries’ actions are not motivated by any internal calculations or side agendas, but stem from their keenness to serve the interests of the Palestinian people, with a full commitment to work on a clear basis focused on alleviating suffering, achieving calm, and reaching a permanent ceasefire. The statement noted ongoing coordination with the United States on this track, with the aim of reaching an agreement that would end the humanitarian tragedy and ensure the protection of civilians. *** PJS: Number of journalists killed since onset of Israeli aggression on Gaza has risen to 212 GAZA, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The number of journalists killed by Israeli forces since the onset of the genocidal aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 212, the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate (PJS) confirmed on Wednesday. The Syndicate strongly condemned in a press statement the continued targeting of Palestinian journalists by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip, stressing that this is a deliberate policy aimed at silencing the truth and erasing the Palestinian narrative—at a time when the world celebrates World Press Freedom Day. The Syndicate mourned the loss of journalists Ye'hya Subaih and Nouruddeen 'Abdo, who were killed while carrying out their professional and humanitarian duty to report the truth. It explained that Subai'h was killed in a direct airstrike by the occupation on the “Thai Restaurant” in western Gaza, just hours after the birth of his first daughter. 'Abdo was killed in a bombing that targeted Al-Karama School in the Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood in the east of the city. It described the upsurge in the number of slain journalists as deliberate targeting that amounts to a war crime under international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions. It held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for these crimes and violations, and called on the international community, the UN Security Council, and the International Criminal Court to take urgent action to launch serious investigations, hold perpetrators accountable, and end the policy of impunity. It emphasized that the Palestinian journalist, who continues to work despite grave danger, represents the voice of the victims and the image of truth. The syndicate urged media institutions and free journalists around the world to stand in solidarity with Palestinian media and expose the Israeli crimes against press freedom. K.F. *** QB mourns commander Khalid Al-A'hmed following an assassination in Lebanon Wednesday 7-May-2025 BEIRUT, (PIC) Al-Qassam Brigades (QB), the armed wing of 'Hamas, mourned the death of the field commander Khalid Al-A'hmed, who was assassinated by the Israeli occupation army early Wednesday morning. QB clarified that Al-A'hmed was martyred in the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, in an assassination operation carried out by “Zionist treacherous” warplanes on the city of Sayda (Sidon) in southern Lebanon. The Brigades affirmed “their steadfastness to their covenant with Allah and then with their people and their nation, continuing on the path of resistance and jihad until the dream of our people for liberation and return is realized.” The Lebanese National News Agency reported that “an Israeli drone targeted a Rapid vehicle in the Villas area near the Imam 'Ali Mosque in the city of Sayda (Sidon) at dawn, killing one person.” Israel continues to violate the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon from time to time by launching raids and carrying out assassinations against Lebanese citizens. On October 8, 2023, Israel launched an aggression against Lebanon that turned into a full-scale war on September 23, 2024, resulting in more than 4,000 martyrs, nearly 17,000 wounded, and the displacement of about 1.4 million people. *** ****** Gaza hospitals receive 38 martyrs, 145 wounded in the past 24 hours Wednesday 7-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) During the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of 38 citizens who were martyred in fresh Israeli attacks, along with 145 wounded citizens. According to Gaza’s health ministry on Wednesday, a total of 2,545 people have been killed and 6,856 others have been injured since the Israeli occupation army resumed its genocidal war on Gaza on March 18, 2025. The new fatalities increased the death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which started on October 7, 2023, to 52,653 martyrs, the health ministry stated. The ministry added that the total number of the wounded also surged to 118,897 people. Meanwhile, efforts are underway to recover the bodies of more martyrs who are still missing in different areas of the Gaza Strip. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime continues to target and kill Palestinian civilians across the Gaza Strip Wednesday 7-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime army continued last night and on Wednesday to carry out deadly attacks on different areas of the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring dozens of civilians. According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate more homes and displace families in the Gaza Strip, further exacerbating the dire humanitarian suffering of the population. According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporters in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including an Israeli strike on a restaurant in Gaza City’s Al-Rimal neighborhood that claimed the lives of at least 23 civilians and left dozens wounded, including children. Following the attack on the restaurant, the Israeli army targeted citizens as they were escaping the area, killing and injuring a number of them in a nearby street. Two children were also martyred and another citizen was seriously injured when an Israeli strike targeted them near the American School in the west of Bait Lahya in northern Gaza. In the morning, the Israeli army bombed Al-Karama School in Gaza City’s Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood for the second time in a single day. The attack occurred as civilians were searching for bodies under the rubble following an earlier airstrike at dawn. The renewed bombardment claimed the lives of seven more people, bringing the death toll at the school since dawn to 16, with an additional 25 wounded. A woman was reportedly martyred following an Israeli drone strike near Al-Jumu’a market in Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood. Another strike targeted a house in Tel Al-Z'atar neighborhood in eastern Jabalya in northern Gaza killing three civilians and wounding others. Eight civilians, including a father and his sons, were massacred following an airstrike on a house belonging to the family of Al-Qidra, in Khan Younus, south of Gaza. Meanwhile, several Palestinians in Gaza were pronounced dead after they succumbed to injuries they sustained in recent attacks. The Israeli army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip last night and today, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women. *** Palestinian political prisoner dies in Israeli prisons Wednesday 7-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Human rights sources announced on Wednesday the martyrdom of Mu'hammed Isma'eel Al-Astal as a result of brutal torture in Israeli prisons. Family sources told the PIC that Al-Dhameer Prison Support and Human Rights Association informed the family of the martyrdom of their son, Mu'hammed Al-Astal, 46, due to torture in Israeli prisons. According to the family, the occupation forces arrested Al-Astal along with other Palestinians from the Al-Agha family after storming the Mircato chalet in Al-Mawasi Khan Younus on January 8, 2024, and subjected him to brutal torture over the past months. The martyr’s child, Ismail, was previously martyred in an Israeli bombing in Khan Younus. The martyrdom of Al-Astal brings the number of martyrs among identified detainees who have been held in Israeli jails since the start of the annihilation war to 67 martyrs, including one child and at least 41 martyrs from Gaza, other than dozens of unidentified Gazan martyrs who are still held in Israel’s custody. *** IOFs commit bloody massacres in Gaza, targeting schools, popular market, and a restaurant Wednesday 7-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza reported that the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) committed four bloody massacres within 24 hours, the latest of which was the bombing of a crowded restaurant, preceded by two schools housing the displaced, resulting in dozens of martyrs and wounded. In a press statement on Wednesday, the PGMO revealed that the IOFs deliberately targeted gatherings of civilians and displaced people, as the shelling focused on two schools housing more than 10,000 displaced people, in addition to targeting a restaurant and a popular market crowded with civilians. The PGMO stressed that the Israeli targeting of restaurants, schools, and shelters “reflects a clear intention to inflict the largest possible number of martyrs and victims among the displaced persons who are seeking safety,” noting that the IOFs have targeted 235 shelters since the beginning of the war of extermination. “These crimes constitute a full-fledged war crime and an extension of the genocidal war being carried out by the Israeli occupation against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip,” the PGMO added. It held Israel and its supporters fully responsible for these crimes, calling on the international community to take immediate action to stop these brutal massacres, provide protection for civilians, and hold Israel accountable for its crimes before international courts. *** Death toll from Israeli's targeting of two schools in Al-Buraij camp and Gaza City rises to 49 GAZA, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The death toll from Israeli warplanes targeting two schools in Al-Buraij refugee camp and Gaza City, since last night and until dawn Wednesday, has risen to 49, the majority of whom were children, women, and the elderly. WAFA correspondents, citing medical sources, reported that the death toll from the two massacres committed by the occupation forces in the bombing of Abu Hamisa School, which houses displaced persons in Al-Buraij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, last night, has risen to 33 Palestinian civilians, with nearly 73 reported wounded. The school was targeted twice. The death toll from the bombing of Al-Karama School east of Gaza City this morning also rose to 16 civilians and dozens wounded. Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have been waging an ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 52,615 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 118,752 others. Y.S. *** Israeli occupation army massacres more civilians in renewed attack on Gaza school Wednesday 7-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army launched another aerial attack on Tuesday on the Abu Hamisa School in Al-Buraij refugee camp, central Gaza. The attack killed 10 more displaced civilians and wounded over 50 others. The casualties, mostly children and women, were evacuated to the hospitals of Al-'Awda and Al-Aqsa Martyrs. Earlier the same day, Israeli airstrikes on the school claimed the lives of 22 civilians and left many others injured. *** Civilian killed, others injured in Israeli genocidal bombing of Gaza City GAZA, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – A civilian was killed and several others were injured on Wednesday in an Israeli shelling that targeted the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood in southern Gaza City. Additional injuries were reported after Israeli warplanes struck Al-'Hajar Street in the Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood in the east. Israeli forces continue to carry out a relentless genocide on the Gaza Strip, which has so far resulted in the killing of 52,653 civilians and the wounding of 118,897 others since October 7, 2023. T.R. *** 25 Palestinian civilians killed, others injured in Israeli genocidal airstrikes on restaurant and market in Gaza GAZA, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 25 citizens were killed and others injured on Wednesday afternoon when Israeli warplanes bombed a restaurant and a popular market in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City. WAFA correspondents reported that Israeli warplanes carried out an airstrike targeting a restaurant and a popular market in Gaza City, killing 20 citizens, including journalist Ye'hya Subai'h, and wounding others. The WAFA correspondent explained that Israeli warplanes targeted a restaurant and an intersection crowded with vendors and shoppers, located 20 meters away, with two missiles at the same time. Three citizens were also injured in Israeli artillery shelling of Jaffa Street, east of Gaza City. The death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 61 since dawn today. The Israeli occupation forces have been waging a genocide against the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 52,653 citizens and the injury of 118,897 others since October 7, 2023. Y.S. *** Several Palestinians killed and injured in Israeli airstrikes in Gaza GAZA, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Thirteen citizens, including children and women, have been killed and others injured since dawn on Wednesday in the ongoing Israeli bombardment of the Gaza Strip. WAFA correspondents reported, citing medical sources, that two citizens were killed and others were injured when the Israeli occupation bombed the Abu Shab family home in the town of Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Younus. According to the same sources, eight citizens, including a girl and three girls, were killed when the occupation bombed the Al-Qidra family home in central Khan Yunis. Three citizens were killed and others were injured when the occupation bombed the Abdul Qadir family home in the Tel Al-Z'atar area, east of Jabalya, north of the Gaza Strip. Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have been waging an ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip. This has so far resulted in the killing of 52,615 citizens, the majority of whom are children and women, and the injury of 118,752 others. This is a preliminary toll, as a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue crews. K.T. *** Israeli report: 3,000 unexploded bombs in Gaza, recycling them raises concerns Wednesday 7-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) An Israeli report said that around 3,000 bombs dropped by the Israeli army on the Gaza Strip during the ongoing genocidal war did not explode, noting that at certain times, these unexploded bombs accounted for up to 20% of all munitions used. Local and international organizations have repeatedly warned about the dangers of unexploded ordnance in various areas of the Strip, caused by months of Israeli bombardment. According to “The Marker,” the economic supplement of the Hebrew Haaretz newspaper, investigations by the Israeli army revealed that many of the massive explosions targeting its vehicles in Gaza — including the destruction of a tank in January — originated from air force bombs that had failed to detonate and were recycled by the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas. By the end of 2024, the Israeli army had conducted more than 40,000 airstrikes on Gaza, the report said. As of early 2025, the Israeli air force was aware of at least 3,000 unexploded bombs, according to The Marker, which noted that each one-ton bomb used in Gaza costs between $20,000 and $30,000. Recycling the bombs The Israeli site said: “These unexploded bombs can be described as a channel through which Israel — unintentionally — transferred thousands of tons of explosive materials to Hamas, worth tens of millions of dollars over the past year and a half.” It added: “Given the severe shortage of weapons Hamas faces, these raw materials enable it to manufacture thousands of explosive devices.” It explained that this is happening “at a time when the use of such devices has become a central factor in the conflict with Hamas, costing the lives of Israeli soldiers in Gaza.” The report also noted that “the price may be even heavier in light of the plan approved by the Israeli security cabinet to expand military operations in the Strip.” A security source attributed the failure of bombs to explode to technical malfunctions. Tens of thousands of airstrikes have led to a depletion in the Israeli army’s stockpile of fuses — the mechanisms that activate the explosives. The report stated: “Anyone looking for evidence of this situation can see it in the more than 2,000% increase in the stock value of Arit, the Israeli company that manufactures fuses, since the war began.” Simple use Due to the dwindling inventory, the Israeli army began using old fuses collected from various sources or supplied by the US, some dating back decades. According to The Marker, while the average rate of unexploded bombs used to be about 2%, this rate increased to 20% with some of the bombs dropped by the Israeli air force on Gaza. The report pointed out that Al-Qassam Brigades’ use of unexploded bombs is not complex, stating: “In some cases, they cut open the bomb, extract the explosive material, and transfer it to a large metal container to be used as an improvised explosive device (IED).” “In other cases, they use the bomb as is, connecting it to a metal trigger wire.” In response to a request for comment, a spokesperson for the Israeli army claimed: “Among the tens of thousands of munitions fired in Gaza, only a small percentage did not fully detonate on their intended target.” He added: “As part of our procedures, the army is working to detect and destroy unexploded bombs as much as possible.” Contrary to the army’s claims, its war remnants and unexploded bombs scattered throughout Gaza continue to pose a deadly threat to Palestinians, risking more lives and causing permanent disabilities amid a lack of equipment or resources to address them. Since October 7, 2023, and with US backing, Israel has been committing acts of genocide in Gaza, leaving more than 171,000 Palestinians killed or wounded — most of them women and children — and over 11,000 missing. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Israeli occupation forces kill Palestinian at southern entrance of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Al-Khaleel (Hebron), May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday evening killed a Palestinian at the southern entrance of the occupied West Bank city of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to security sources. They said that the occupation forces manning a checkpoint at Al-Fa'hs Junction opened fire at Abdul-Fattah 'Aahid A'hmed Al-'Huraibat, 20, killing him. They added that the occupation forces were still withholding Al-'Huraibat’s body. The occupying forces said that Al-'Huraibat was “neutralized,” purportedly after ramming his vehicle into the soldiers at the checkpoint and attempting to carry out a stabbing attack. Israeli media often uses the term "neutralized" in initial reports to indicate that a suspected attacker has been subdued, when it is later revealed they had been injured or killed on the scene. The circumstances of the incident are still unknown. Similar previous incidents appeared to be car accidents, not premeditated attacks. Following Al-'Huraibat killing, a convoy of army vehicles stormed Dura city, where the soldiers broke into his family house, held dozens of his family members, subjected them to interrogation, kicked and assaulted them by rifle butts. There has been an upsurge in attacks by Israeli forces and colonists in the occupied West Bank since October 2023, killing more than 960 Palestinians, injuring approximately 7,000 others and detaining 16,400 others. The occupation forces have been tightening military measures across the occupied West Bank since hours after the release of the first batch of Palestinian prisoners as part of the Gaza ceasefire went into effect in January, dismembering and isolating cities and governorates from one another using military gates, barriers, and concrete blocks. They have severely restricted Palestinians’ freedom of movement within the occupied West Bank through a complex combination of approximately 898 fixed and flying checkpoints and gates, including 18 gates that have been installed since the start of 2025 and 146 others installed in the aftermath of October 7, 2023, settler-only roads, over 200 military bases, and various other physical obstructions. The Israeli military measures are in parallel with ongoing attacks by Israeli colonists across the West Bank to terrorize Palestinians and displace them from their lands to seize them and build illegal Jewish colonies that separate Palestinian communities. Closures besides other measures, taken under the guise of security, are intended to entrench Israel’s 58-year-old military occupation of the West Bank and its settler colonial project which it enforces with routine and frequently deadly violence against Palestinians. K.F. *** IOFs raid homes, kidnaps Palestinians in the West Bank Wednesday 7-May-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped last night and on Wednesday morning a number of Palestinian citizens in the West Bank. According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped six citizens after ransacking their homes in Qalqilya City. The IOF also stormed other areas of the city, broke into and ransacked a car wash in Shuraim neighborhood, and detained and interrogated a number of women and children for long hours before releasing them. Israeli forces also kidnapped a school student from his home in 'Aqraba town and an ex-detainee from his home in Qalandya refugee camp, north of Al-Qudsn(occupied Jerusalem). In eastern Ramallah, Israeli forces stormed several homes in Kafr Malik town and wreaked havoc on their furniture. No kidnappings have been reported. Last night, the IOFs raided a house in Al-Samou' town in southern Al-Khalil and set up a checkpoint at the main entrance of the town. The IOFs also stormed other West Bank areas, with no reported kidnappings. *** Israeli occupatin forces raid Ramallah-area-village, raze Palestinian lands RAMALLAH, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Wednesday stormed the village of Dair Ibzi', west of Ramallah. Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the village's Al-Dawara neighborhood, accompanied by bulldozers, and leveled lands before withdrawing. It is worth noting that on April 16, 2025, the occupation authorities issued demolition notices against seven homes in the village of Dair Ibzi', west of Ramallah, on the pretext of building without a permit. According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the occupation authorities carried out 73 demolition operations in April, affecting 152 structures, including 96 inhabited homes, 10 uninhabited ones, and 34 agricultural and other structures. The occupation authorities distributed 46 demolition notices against Palestinian facilities, continuing their crackdown on Palestinian construction and the natural growth of Palestinian villages and towns, which is currently being translated into a large-scale demolition operation. The notices were concentrated in the Hebron Governorate with 16, Ramallah with 14, and Jerusalem with 12. Y.S. *** Toulkarm: 101 days since Israel's aggression began on the city and refugee camps Toulkarm, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation's aggression on the city of Toulkarm and its two camps is entering its 101st day, amid new home demolitions, the seizure of others, and the forced displacement of residents. WAFA correspondent said that the occupation announced last night its intention to demolish new buildings belonging to seven families in the Nur Shams camp. Each building contains several residential apartments, including the families of Junaidi, Muqbil, 'Ulayyan, Sakran, Ghuraifi, Sarouji, and Fa'hmawi. She noted that this escalation coincides with the occupation's commencement of the demolition of 106 homes and residential buildings in the Toulkarm and Nour Shams camps. The demolition process began over the past two days in the neighborhoods of Al-Manshiya, Al-Maslakh, and Al-Jami' in the Nour Shams camp, after forcibly evacuating their residents. Meanwhile, occupation bulldozers are stationed in the Al-Murabba'a Street area of the Toulkarm refugee camp. WAFA correspondent noted that the occupation forces continue to seize homes and residential buildings on Nablus Street and the adjacent northern neighborhood, transforming them into military barracks after forcibly evacuating their residents. They also station their vehicles in the vicinity. She added that since the early morning hours, the city has witnessed intense activity by occupation forces, patrolling the main streets, particularly around the Martyr Thabit Thabit Roundabout, the Government Hospital, and the streets of Haddadeen, Al-Aleemi, and Nablus. They obstructed the movement of citizens and vehicles, provocatively honking their horns and deliberately driving against traffic, with reconnaissance aircraft hovering at low altitudes. Occupation forces also deployed with bulldozers and infantry units in and around Nour Shams camp, pursuing citizens as they headed to their homes threatened with demolition to confiscate their belongings. They detained a number of young men and took them to a military barrack at the entrance to the camp, where they were interrogated despite having received prior permission to enter. The city, its two camps, and its suburbs are subjected to a stifling siege and repeated raids, often accompanied by the firing of live ammunition and sound bombs, especially at night. This is in addition to systematic attacks on citizens' homes and infrastructure, which have transformed the camps and residential neighborhoods in some areas of the city into military barracks, after homes were seized and their residents forcibly expelled. The occupation's ongoing aggression and escalation against the city of Toulkarm and its two camps have resulted in the killing of 13 citizens, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Dozens have also been injured and arrested, and the infrastructure, homes, shops, and vehicles have been completely and partially demolished, burned, vandalized, looted, and stolen. The aggression has also resulted in the forced displacement of more than 4,200 families from the Toulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps, comprising more than 25,000 citizens. More than 400 homes have been completely destroyed and 2,573 partially destroyed, while their entrances and alleys have been sealed off with earth mounds. K.T *** Israeli occupation forces continue to demolish residential buildings in Nour Shams refugee camp for 3rd consecutive day Toulkarm, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces continued on Wednesday to demolish homes within the Nour Shams refugee camp, east of Toulkarm, for the third straight day. Meanwhile, the occupation authorities issued demolition notices for 15 additional residential buildings within the camp. These buildings belong to the Zuhairi, 'Husari, Zendiq, Suboo'h, Salah, Abu Khamees, Fa'our, Hajj Yousuf, Ghanayim, 'Ali, Fayyadh, 'Aisha, and Saqr families. According to WAFA correspondent, Israeli bulldozers continued their demolitions in the al-Jami' neighborhood, leveling more homes and causing extensive damage to the vicinity. Simultaneously, soldiers impeded access for both press and relief teams. This morning, several residents of the targeted buildings attempted to evacuate their belongings after securing coordination for entry. However, occupation soldiers prevented them from removing all their possessions, allowing only a limited time before the demolitions commenced. Furthermore, a number of young men were detained, interrogated, and abused after being taken to military barracks inside the camp. Eyewitnesses said that some of the homes demolished in recent days had not received prior official notification, leaving the owners surprised by the sudden arrival of bulldozers and the commencement of demolitions without warning. On January 21, 2025, the Israel occupation forces initiated a large-scale military offensive in the northern West Bank. This assault commenced in the Jenin refugee camp and subsequently expanded to include the Toulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps, among other areas. According to the United Nations, over 40,000 Palestinians have been displaced due to these military attacks, with many being forcibly removed from their homes under threat of violence. A.D/M.N. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers defile Al-Aqsa Mosque under police guard Wednesday 7-May-2025 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) , (PIC) Scores of of the illegal Israeli settlers desecrated the Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) on Wednesday morning, amid restrictions on the entry of Muslim worshipers to the holy site. According to the Islamic Awqaf Administration in the holy city, dozens of settlers entered the Mosque through its Maghariba Gate and provocatively toured its courtyards under police protection. During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed provocative dances and Talmudic prayers. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation regime police imposed movement and entry restrictions on Muslim worshipers at the Aqsa Mosque’s entrances and gates and prevented many of them from entering the holy site. *** Illegal Israeli settlers take over water well near Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers on Wednesday took over a water well in the wilderness of Al-Maniya village, southeast of the occupied West Bank city of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), according to a local official. Zayid Kawazba, head of Al-Maniya Village Council, said that a group of colonists seized a drinking water well belonging to the Abu Al-Nour clan at the Wadi Al-Abyadh area. He pointed out that there has been an upsurge in attacks and encroachments by the illegal Israeli settlers upon Al-Maniya wilderness, including setting up tents, chasing shepherds and farmers, stealing sheep and seizing large tracts of land. The settler violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities. The settlers violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others. Approximately 1 million of the illegal Israeli settlers are living in the illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) in violation of international law. K.F. *** Illegal Israeli settlers torch agricultural land in northern Ramallah Wednesday 7-May-2025 RAMALLAH, (PIC) A horde of the illegal Israeli settlers set fire to swaths of agricultural land in the northeast of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, provoking clashes with local residents on Tuesday. According to local sources, dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers set alight vast tracts of Palestinian-owned land in the area between the villages ofAl-Mughayyir and Abu Fala'h. Soon later, local residents rushed to the area to fend off the settlers, who received protection from Israeli soldiers. Settlers violently attack West Bank Palestinians several times a day – at times armed gangs of settlers rampage through Palestinian villages – supported by the Israeli occupation army. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime razes Al-Araqeeb village in Al-Naqab (Negev) for 240th time Wednesday 7-May-2025 NEGEV, (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime demolished on Wednesday morning all the tents and structures in the Palestinian Bedouin village of Al-Araqeeb, in Al-Naqab (Negev) desert for the 240th consecutive time, displacing its Bedouin residents. According to local sources, Israeli police forces and employees from the Bedouin development authority — which is responsible for such demolitions — stormed the village and wreaked havoc on everything. Consequently, dozens of Bedouin citizens, including children, have become homeless once again and will suffer from the harsh weather conditions of the desert for a while before they could have new makeshift homes again. Al-Araqeeb residents live in a constant state of fear because they expect the demolition of their village at any moment after they manage to rebuild their homes. About 80 people live in crude homes in Al-Araqeeb. An estimated 80,000 Bedouin Palestinians, who carry Israeli citizenship, live in several Naqab (Negev) communities, which are often denied vital services, including water, electricity and educational facilities. The demolition of Al-Araqeeb and other villages in Naqab (Negev) is believed to be a systematic Israeli policy aimed at expelling the native population from the Negev and transferring them to government-zoned areas to pave the way to expand and build settlements for Jewish communities. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime issues seizure notice for land plot in Qalqilya QALQILYA, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation apartheid regime issued today a notice of confiscation for a large piece of Palestinian-owned land located behind the Annexation Wall, south of Qalqilya governorate. Muneef Nazzal, the official in charge of the settlement file in Qalqilya, said that the occupation authorities issued a decision to seize approximately one dunam and 965 square meters of land from the villages of Saniriya and Mas'ha, south of Qalqilya. This decision is intended to pave the way for the construction of six new colonial units for the Sha'arei Tikva illegal outpost, which is being built on Palestinian lands in the governorate. Y.S. *** Israeli occupation forces demolish horse stable northeast of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) RAMALLAH, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Wednesday demolished a horse stable in the town of Al-'Eisawiyya, northeast of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli military vehicles stormed the town, deployed throughout it, before demolishing a horse stable. The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission documented 73 demolitions carried out by Israeli occupation authorities last month, affecting 152 structures, including 96 inhabited homes, 10 uninhabited homes, and 34 agricultural and other structures. These demolitions took place in the Tubas governorate with 59 structures, the Hebron governorate with 39, and the Jerusalem governorate with 17. The commission noted that the occupying state is adopting a dangerous approach to Palestinian construction, first by intensifying demolitions in an unprecedented manner amid threats to intensify them in all areas, and second by forcing citizens to pay the costs of demolition, as happened recently in Masafir Yatta. Y.S. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** European Commission: Using aid as tool of war prohibited under international humanitarian law BRUSSELS, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The European Commission said today that using aid as a tool of war is prohibited under International Humanitarian Law, calling on Israel to lift the blockade on Gaza immediately. In a joint statement by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas, Commissioner for the Mediterranean Dubravka Šuica, and European Commissioner for Equality Hadja Lahbib, said no humanitarian supplies have entered Gaza for over two months. “This is the longest such closure the Strip has ever faced and a matter of grave concern. UN agencies, including WFP and UNRWA, report that food stocks are now exhausted and most households lack safe water. Looting of warehouses has restarted. Humanitarians continue to warn that hunger is spreading and deepening in the enclave,” according to the statement. The EU reiterated its urgent call on Israel to lift the blockade on Gaza immediately, adding that tons of aid, representing supplies for 3 months for the population of 2.2 million, are waiting at the border. “Once the blockade is lifted, the nutrition situation could improve very quickly. As the occupying power, Israel is obliged under international law to ensure that humanitarian aid reaches the population in need,” the statement said. The EU also expressed concern over the new ‘Gaza aid delivery mechanism' reportedly approved by the Israeli security cabinet on 4 May, which runs counter to humanitarian principles, as underlined by UN agencies and humanitarian partners. “The mechanism would shift the responsibility for the distribution of aid to non-humanitarian international actors and private security contractors,” according to the statement. “Our message is clear: humanitarian aid must never be politicised or militarised. Using aid as a tool of war is prohibited under International Humanitarian Law. Aid must reach civilians in need.” The EU also urged Israel to act on the basis of the UN proposals under the 2720 mechanism and to ensure full respect of international humanitarian law and of the core principles of humanitarian action — humanity, impartiality, neutrality, and independence, by constructively discussing with the UN and designated NGOs. The EU repeated its call for a resumption of the ceasefire, the immediate and unconditional release of the hostages, leading to a permanent end to hostilities, the statement added. Since March 2, the Israeli occupation has closed the Gaza Strip's crossings to the entry of food, relief, medical aid, and goods, causing a significant deterioration in the humanitarian situation of citizens. A.D/M.N. *** Amnesty International: Forcible displacement of Palestinians in Gaza constitutes crime against humanity LONDON, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The forcible displacement of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip constitutes a crime against humanity, Amnesty International said on Wednesday. “Any move by Israel to displace Palestinians to the south of the Gaza Strip and confine them into so-called “closed bubbles” or continue to impose inhumane conditions of life to push Palestinians out of Gaza, would amount to the war crime of unlawful transfer or deportation. If these actions are committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against the civilian population, they would also constitute crimes against humanity,” Amnesty International said in a press statement. It added that “Israel has continued to commit genocidal acts, fully aware of the irreversible harm being inflicted on Palestinians in Gaza.” “After imposing two months of full siege on Gaza, Israel’s declared intentions to expand its already devastating military offensive, further entrench its unlawful occupation of the Gaza Strip, and forcibly displace Palestinians could inflict a final blow leading to the destruction of Palestinians in Gaza, who for months on end have been struggling to survive amid Israel’s ongoing genocide,” said Erika Guevara Rosas Senior Director for Research, Advocacy, Policy, and Campaigns at Amnesty International. The organization pointed out that “since October 2023, the world has witnessed repeated waves of forced displacement of Palestinians within Gaza under inhumane conditions. The manner in which these waves of displacement have been implemented has been key to Israel’s inflicting on Palestinians in Gaza conditions of life calculated to bring about their physical destruction. At the moment, nearly 70% of the Gaza Strip is under “evacuation orders” or designated as no-go zones.” It also noted that “Israel’s new plans indicate the authorities are planning a horrifying escalation by seizing territory, establishing a ‘sustained physical presence’ there and indefinitely displacing the majority of the population.” “These plans demonstrate Israel’s utter disregard for international law and its contempt for the rights of Palestinians,” Erika Guevara Rosas said. Erika Guevara Rosas affirmed that “Any attempts to weaponize humanitarian aid, use it to coerce forced displacement, or establish discriminatory aid distribution zones would violate international law and must be rejected.” She urged the international community to “unequivocally reject these dangerous plans and pressure Israel to comply with its obligations under international law and ensure unhindered humanitarian aid access throughout Gaza.” “Instead of pursuing policies that lead to further forced displacement and potentially to illegal annexation, Israel must immediately stop its genocide in Gaza, end its unlawful occupation of Palestinian territory, in line with the International Court of Justice’s advisory opinion of July 2024, and dismantle its system of apartheid against Palestinians,” she concluded. K.F. *** 108 human rights networks call on the Security Council to stop genocide GAZA, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – 108 Arab human rights networks called on the UN Security Council to halt the genocide, end the blockade, and save lives in the Gaza Strip. In a petition addressed to the Security Council, they called on it to fulfill its legal, moral, and humanitarian obligations by taking immediate action to halt the crime of genocide, halt the systematic killing by starvation and deprivation of water, lift the blockade on the Gaza Strip, which constitutes collective punishment criminalized by international law, and allow the entry of all humanitarian and relief supplies, goods, and fuel allocated to operate hospitals and the water station as quickly as possible. They also called on the Security Council to take immediate action to impose international sanctions on the Israeli occupation, halt the crime of genocide and starvation, fully lift the blockade, and suspend the membership of the occupying state of Israel in the General Assembly. They stated that the Gaza Strip is facing an ongoing war of genocide for the 576th day, amidst dire humanitarian and health conditions. This is due to the continued tightening of the Israeli occupation forces' blockade of the Gaza Strip for the 64th day, the closure of all crossings to various humanitarian aid, basic supplies, food, and medicine, and the complete prevention of fuel entry into the Strip. This has led to an unprecedented deterioration in the humanitarian and health conditions, undermining all aspects of life and basic services, such as a severe shortage of water supplies, the shutdown of sewage treatment plants, the near-total collapse of health services, and the cessation of hospital operations. Quoting relief organizations and the United Nations, they indicated that 91% of the Gaza Strip's population is classified as in the crisis phase of food insecurity (Phase 3 and above), including 345,000 in the highest phase of food insecurity (Phase 5). Ninety-two percent of children between the ages of six months and two years and breastfeeding mothers are not getting enough food, exposing them to lifelong health complications. Y.S. *** Children’s lives threatened by rising malnutrition in the Gaza Strip, says WHO GENEVA, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The World Health Organization (WHO) has announced alarming figures regarding the spread of malnutrition among children in the Gaza Strip. Since the beginning of the year, nearly 10,000 children have been diagnosed with severe malnutrition, including approximately 1,400 who suffer from severe malnutrition requiring immediate medical intervention and treatment. The organization warned, according to its official website, that children who reach the stage of severe malnutrition without treatment are at risk of death. Despite the availability of three treatment centers, the number of children receiving treatment is lower than expected, often due to difficult access or repeated displacement. This results in one in five children not completing treatment. The organization expressed grave concern over the spread of acute watery diarrhea, which poses a deadly threat to children already suffering from malnutrition due to the deterioration of the water and sanitation infrastructure in the Strip. Y.S. *** UN Special Rapporteur says 2.1M Palestinians in Gaza suffer from severe water crisis NEW YORK, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Gaza Strip, Pedro Agudo, announced that approximately 2.1 million people in the Gaza Strip are suffering from a severe water crisis, noting that nearly 70 percent of the Strip's water infrastructure has been destroyed as a result of Israeli military operations. Agudo explained in a press statement on Wednesday that the occupying power has systematically destroyed the water infrastructure and prevented access to clean water sources in Gaza, describing this as a "silent but deadly bomb." He reported that the vast majority of the Strip's population has access to only very limited quantities of water, or is receiving contaminated water that poses a serious threat to their health. The Special Rapporteur noted that the Israeli blockade imposed since October 2023 has affected food, water, electricity, and other basic commodities, noting that the crisis has spiraled out of control after Israel cut off access to fuel needed to operate water purification plants and wells. He emphasized that the deliberate destruction of water systems means using water as a weapon in the war on Gaza, noting that Israeli attacks on Gaza's water infrastructure have reduced the per capita daily water supply to just 5 liters, which is "insufficient for normal life."
