In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

by Israeli Occupation Regime Forceshttp://english.wafa.ps/, https://english.palinfo.com/, https://imemc.org/, https://paltoday.ps/ar/ *** *** UN Rapporteur: Israel has brought Gaza to the most dangerous stage of starvation Thursday 29-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food, Michael Fakhri, said that Israel has brought Gaza to “the most dangerous stages of starvation,” adding that the effects will last for generations. He affirmed that what is happening in the Strip is “genocide, starvation, a crime against humanity, and a grave violation of human rights.” In a press statement on Thursday, Fakhri said that what he had witnessed over the past months of the war clearly reveals Israel’s plan for the Strip. He warned that “Israel’s plan has always been to inflict as much harm and destruction as possible, and to cause the highest number of casualties to achieve its primary goal of fully occupying and annexing Gaza.” He pointed out that Israel had made its intentions known from the beginning of the war in one way or another. He said, “The situation is constantly worsening, and we are witnessing a tangible and systematic escalation of violence by Israel.” Fakhri emphasized the importance of not forgetting that Israel announced its intention to use starvation as a weapon on October 9, 2023. He added, “Israel has completely blocked humanitarian aid, or restricted it, or deliberately attacked relief convoys. What we are witnessing now is the most dangerous phase of the starvation campaign.” The UN Rapporteur said that recently, a minimal amount of aid has entered the Strip, with Israel allowing a very small number of relief trucks into Gaza, “but they do not meet the population’s needs.” He stressed that “the most important thing to remember is that the numbers we currently have are always much lower than the reality, because international journalists are not allowed in, and only a very limited number of aid workers are permitted to operate there. So, we know that the reality is much worse than we can imagine.” He added, “Everyone knows that what is happening is genocide.” He continued: “We were among the first to expose the famine resulting from Israel’s starvation campaign. The International Court of Justice acknowledged the risk of genocide, and the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, among the charges being the use of starvation as a weapon of war.” The UN Rapporteur stressed the urgent need to allow the entry of humanitarian aid convoys into Gaza, saying: “This is what must happen—and it must happen now.” *** Euro-Med: 10% of Gaza’s population killed, injured, missing, or detained Thursday 29-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor announced that 10% of Gaza’s population has been either killed, injured, missing, or detained since the start of Israel’s genocidal campaign on October 7, 2023. In an infographic released to mark 600 days of the ongoing Israeli war on Gaza, the Geneva-based monitor stated that 31% of the victims are children, 21% are women, and 90% of those killed are civilians not involved in combat. The report showed that 9 out of 10 people killed by Israel over the past 19 months were civilians. Thousands of the injured have suffered amputations or permanent disabilities, including more than 10,000 children who lost at least one leg. According to the Monitor, 98% of Gaza’s population has been forcibly displaced at least once, mostly to destroyed schools or temporary tents. The Israeli army treats those who stay behind and do not follow evacuation orders as “collaborators with a terrorist organization.” The war has destroyed or damaged 80% of Gaza’s buildings, devastated 90% of schools, hospitals, and universities, and reduced per capita daily water access by 99%, due to destruction of infrastructure including 719 water wells. 98% of Gaza’s population is now facing extreme food insecurity. 100 deaths due to malnutrition have been documented, including 42 children. The Euro-Med accused Israeli authorities of using deliberate starvation as a tool for forced displacement. Nearly 2.4 million Palestinians are living at famine levels, with all crossings closed since March 2. Regarding detainees, the Euro-Med documented that approximately 4,700 Gaza residents are currently detained or forcibly disappeared in Israeli prisons. Interviews with 100 released detainees revealed 42 forms of torture and inhumane treatment, including rape and sexual assault, electric shocks, beatings and physical humiliation, strip searches, and deaths under torture. The report concluded that Israel’s ongoing war on Gaza, fully backed by the United States, constitutes an unfolding genocide that has led to the death or injury of over 177,000 Palestinians, most of them women and children, with over 11,000 still missing and hundreds of thousands forcibly displaced. *** 'Hamas announces receipt of new proposal to halt genocide in Gaza Thursday 29-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Hamas Movement announced on Thursday that its leadership has received a new proposal from mediators, put forward by US envoy Steve Witkoff, aimed at ending the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza. “The Movement is responsibly studying the proposal in a way that serves the interests of our people, provides relief, and achieves a permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip,” the Movement said in its statement. Earlier on Wednesday, Hamas had stated it was awaiting a final response to the general framework it had agreed upon with Witkoff concerning a ceasefire in Gaza. Meanwhile, Israeli media reported that Israel had rejected the proposal that Hamas had approved. In the statement, Hamas said the agreement with Witkoff includes the release of 10 Israeli captives and dead bodies of other captives in exchange for Palestinian prisoners. Hamas emphasized that it is making significant efforts “to stop the brutal war on Gaza,” the latest of which was reaching an agreement with Witkoff on a general framework that includes a permanent ceasefire, full withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza, an influx of humanitarian aid, and the formation of a professional committee to manage Gaza’s civil affairs upon announcement of the agreement. Israeli Channel 13 cited a source saying the proposal approved by Hamas was unacceptable, and quoted other officials as saying there is no new American proposal for a prisoner swap. They suggested Hamas may be referring to an initiative by Palestinian-American businessman Bashara Bahbah. For his part, Witkoff stated: “We are about to send a new terms paper to reach an agreement on Gaza, and we hope it will be delivered later today,” confirming that the U.S. administration is “pursuing a long-term resolution to the conflict in the Middle East.” Sources revealed on Tuesday that Hamas had reached an agreement with Witkoff in Doha for a permanent ceasefire, though Israel’s position on the deal remains unclear. According to those sources, the proposed agreement includes a 60-day ceasefire, the release of 10 Israeli captives in two phases in exchange for Palestinian prisoners. Five Israeli captives would be released on day one of the agreement, and the remaining five on day 60. *** Kites of hope in Gaza’s sky: When dreams fly beyond the ruins of war Wednesday 28-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Despite the roar of fighter jets and the smell of gunpowder that fills the alleys, a different story unfolds in the streets of Gaza. It’s not a tale of destruction, fear, or politics — but one of a childhood refusing to surrender, of tiny dreams soaring through a sky thick with rage. On the edge of the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, near buildings reduced to rubble by bombardment, a group of children stand with eyes fixed on the sky. They’re not waiting for aid planes or food drops — they’re watching the flight paths of kites they’ve crafted with their own hands, dancing with the wind and rising higher than the noise of war. “We make joy out of nothing” Adam, 10 years old, says: “No toys, no electricity, but we know how to laugh. We know how to make something beautiful — even from a plastic bag and a broken stick.” Adam and his friends gather what’s left of life around them: empty bread bags, broken broomsticks, threads from old clothes, and a few colors. With these, they decorate their kites’ wings with hearts, flags, and smiling faces. For a few precious moments, the battleground turns into a field of dreams. A workshop of hope during the war In a half-destroyed house, Lama, 11, has turned her rooftop into a kite-making workshop. Lama lost her brother in an airstrike, but she says, “I don’t want to think about death. I want to think about flying, flying far away from the war.” She draws butterflies on her kite’s wings and writes simple words: “Peace,” “Enough War,” “I Dream of School.” When asked why, she smiles and says, “Maybe when people see the kite, they’ll think about our hearts, even just a little.” Gaza’s children — masters of joy-making Children in Gaza don’t enjoy the luxury of play like other kids around the world. But they’ve invented a language of their own. Kites are not just a pastime; they’re a form of expression, a window to freedom, a way of saying, “We are here… despite everything.” In every street and alley, you’ll find a child testing their kite, adjusting its angle, smiling when it lifts, and stubbornly trying again when it falls. Marwan, 12, says: “We race the wind. When the kite flies, we feel like there’s something we can control — unlike the war.” Silent messages that speak to the heart These homemade kites aren’t silent. They carry messages on their wings: “We love life,” “Where are our rights?” “Our childhood is not a battleground.” In one corner, five children gather to watch their friend’s kite rise into the sky. They clap, laugh, and run. For a moment, the war fades. The sounds of shelling vanish. And it feels as if all of Gaza is looking up — not down. Despite it all… Gaza soars It’s a scene that feels almost mythical. How can a besieged city, living on the brink, produce such joy from the ruins? The answer is simple: because it’s Gaza. And its people have learned to create life out of the impossible. *** ****** 67 Palestinians martyred, 184 injured in Gaza in the past 24 hours Thursday 29-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Over the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of 67 martyrs, including 5 retrieved from under the rubble of destroyed buildings, as well as 184 of people suffering from different injuries following Israeli attacks. Since the Israeli occupation army resumed its genocidal war on Gaza on March 18, 2025, over 3,689 people have been killed and about 11,451 others have been injured, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, on Thursday. The Ministry added the numbers do not include those in northern Gaza hospitals due to the difficulty in reaching them. The new fatalities increased the death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which started on October 7, 2023, to over 54,249 martyrs. The number of the wounded also surged to 123,492 people. Meanwhile, efforts are underway to recover the bodies of more martyrs who are still missing in different areas of the Gaza Strip. *** Several Palestinians killed and injured in Israeli strikes on Gaza GAZA, May 29, 2025 (WAFA) — Several Palestinians were killed and others injured on Thursday as Israeli occupation forces carried out multiple air and artillery strikes across different areas of the Gaza Strip. WAFA correspondents reported that an Israeli airstrike targeted the area surrounding Al-Rayyis School in Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood, east of Gaza City, resulting in numerous civilian casualties. The exact number of fatalities and injuries is still being confirmed. In a separate attack in southern Gaza, one Palestinian was killed and several others were seriously injured when an Israeli drone targeted a group of civilians gathered outside a food distribution center on Al-Sikka Street in central Khan Younus. Additionally, Israeli helicopters opened heavy fire on the town of Al-Fukhari, southeast of Khan Younus, while Israeli artillery shelled the Qizan Rashwan area south of the city. The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 54,249 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 123,492 others injured. Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks. Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. M.N. *** Israel continues its genocidal war on Gaza for 601st day Thursday 29-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army continues its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip on Thursday, now entering its 601st day since the aggression began—rekindled 73 days ago after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reneged on a ceasefire agreement. Backed by American political and military support and enabled by unprecedented international silence and failure, the situation in Gaza remains catastrophic. The PIC correspondents report dozens of Israeli airstrikes, while the humanitarian disaster deepens due to Israel’s ongoing blockade on basic food supplies since early March—pushing the population further into the grip of famine. Latest Developments: Medical sources confirmed that at least 41 Palestinians have been killed in continued Israeli airstrikes since dawn today. Three civilians were killed and others injured in a strike targeting Palestinians near Abu Iskandar Bakery, north of Gaza’s Al-Jalaa area. The bodies of three martyrs were recovered following a previous Israeli attack in the Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City. A massacre was committed today when Israeli warplanes bombed a residential block in Al-Buraij refugee camp in central Gaza, killing 19 people, with many others missing or injured. The body of Jameel 'Awda Abu Daqqa was pulled from the rubble of his home in eastern Khan Younus ('Abasan Al-Kabeera) after it was hit by Israeli fire. Three civilians were killed and several wounded in an airstrike on a home in Jabalya town, northern Gaza. Another house in Al-Buraij refugee camp was bombed by Israeli warplanes. The body of 'Alaa Mansour Jargon was recovered after an Israeli strike east of Khan Younus. The PIC reporter said that two Palestinians were killed this morning in an Israeli attack on Qizan Abu Rashwan, south of Khan Younus. One martyr was recovered early this morning near Al-‘Alam Roundabout in western Rafa'h after occupation forces opened fire on people gathered to receive aid two days ago. Occupation forces fired live bullets again this morning at crowds near the Al-‘Alam Roundabout in western Rafa'h, as civilians gathered in desperate search of humanitarian assistance. Mu'hammed 'Ashour and his wife Wa’d Al-Farra were martyred this morning in a strike on southern Khan Younus. Seven civilians, including two young girls, were killed and ten others injured in a pre-dawn Israeli airstrike on a house belonging to the 'Azzam family in Jabalya town. The house also hosted a children’s nursery sheltering displaced families. Israeli warplanes carried out two airstrikes east of Gaza City early this morning. A'hmed 'Awadh Sarsour, a 13-year-old boy, was killed in a strike targeting a tent sheltering displaced families in Al-Baraka area of Dair El-Bala'h, central Gaza. Medical services announced the recovery of one martyr from a home belonging to the Abu Al-Kass family near Al-Sanafour intersection in Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Nearly 20 people remain trapped under the rubble. The Israeli occupation army conducted controlled demolitions of residential buildings in eastern Gaza City. Helicopter gunships also bombed Al-Shaikh 'Ijleen neighborhood in southwest Gaza. *** Ten Palestinians killed in Israeli massacre in Gaza City GAZA, May 29, 2025 (WAFA) – At least ten Palestinians were killed this afternoon in an Israeli airstrike targeting a vehicle near Al-Saraya Junction in central Gaza City, according to local sources. WAFA correspondents reported that an Israeli warplane struck a civilian vehicle at the busy intersection, resulting in the killing of ten people and injuring several others, some critically. In a separate attack, Israeli artillery also shelled areas east of Dair El-Bala'h in the central Gaza Strip. No immediate reports on casualties from that shelling have been confirmed. M.N. *** Turkish charity announces martyrdom of five cadres in Gaza Thursday 29-May-2025 ISTANBUL, (PIC) The Turkish charity organization, IHH, has announced the martyrdom of five of its cadres and the injury of two others in Gaza Strip over the past two days. The Istanbul-based charity said in a statement on Wednesday night that its cadres were trying to distribute food parcels to Palestinians in the besieged Strip in cooperation with the World Food Program when Israeli raids targeted them. IHH strongly condemned the Israel brutal assaults that target humanitarian workers in the enclave, noting that those workers endanger their lives to distribute food to the oppressed Palestinians. *** Death toll of journalists in Gaza reaches 221 amid ongoing genocide Thursday 29-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The number of journalists martyred in the Gaza Strip has risen to 221 since the start of the Israeli genocide against the besieged enclave, following the confirmed death of journalist Mu’taz Mu'hammed Rajab on Wednesday. The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza condemned the “systematic targeting, killing, and assassination of Palestinian journalists” by the Israeli occupation army. In a statement, the PGMO urged international press organizations, including the International Federation of Journalists and the Arab Journalists Union, to denounce these “systematic crimes against Palestinian journalists and media professionals.” The PGMO held Israel, the US administration, and other governments complicit in the genocide fully responsible for “such heinous and brutal crimes.” “We call on the international community and journalism-related organizations around the world to condemn the crimes of the occupation, deter its attacks, and ensure that those responsible are held accountable in international courts,” the statement added. “We urge immediate, serious, and effective pressure to halt the genocide, protect journalists, and stop their targeted killings and assassinations in the Gaza Strip,” it concluded. Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces, backed unconditionally by the United States, have waged a relentless assault on Gaza by land, sea, and air. According to preliminary figures, more than 177,000 Palestinians have been killed or injured, with thousands of victims still trapped under the rubble. *** IOF targets Al-'Awda Hospital with booby-trapped drones after demanding evacuation Thursday 29-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) detonated booby-trapped drones around Al-'Awda Hospital in Tel Al-Za'tar, north of Gaza, on Thursday shortly after ordering the immediate evacuation of all patients and medical personnel. In a brief statement, Al-'Awda Hospital reported that the IOFs demanded the facility be evacuated without delay. However, the evacuation did not occur, and 97 individuals, including 13 patients and 84 medical staff, remained inside the hospital at the time of the assault. Following the evacuation order, IOFs reportedly detonated multiple explosive-laden robots in the vicinity of the hospital. Witnesses said the forces also opened heavy fire on hospital buildings and facilities, in an effort to terrorize and destabilize both the medical teams and the wounded still inside. Al-'Awda Hospital is the only remaining medical facility still partially operational in the area, following the forced shutdown of the Indonesian and Kamal 'Udwan hospitals by the IOFs. The attack marks yet another escalation in the IOFs' ongoing campaign against Gaza’s healthcare infrastructure, which international observers and rights groups have condemned as a blatant violation of international humanitarian law. *** Due to the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, 11,000 cancer patients left without treatment Thursday 29-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Ministry of Health has announced the suspension of intravenous chemotherapy treatment and medical follow-up services for cancer patients in the Gaza Strip. In a statement issued Thursday, the Ministry said that the evacuation of the European Hospital and the Gaza Cancer Center has worsened the already catastrophic situation for patients. It confirmed that due to the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, 11,000 cancer patients in Gaza are now without proper treatment and healthcare, noting that 5,000 of them have urgent referrals for treatment abroad—either for diagnosis or for chemotherapy and radiation therapy. The Ministry also pointed out that the lack of early diagnostic and follow-up equipment is further deteriorating patients’ health conditions, emphasizing that 64% of cancer medications are completely out of stock. It warned that cancer patients are trapped in disastrous health, social, psychological, and economic conditions. The Ministry of Health called on all relevant bodies to pressure Israel to allow patients to travel abroad for treatment and to permit the entry of essential medications. Since October 7, 2023, Israel—backed by the United States—has been committing acts of genocide in Gaza, resulting in more than 177,000 Palestinians killed or injured—most of them children and women—over 11,000 missing persons, and more than two million displaced. *** Amid ongoing attacks, IOFs begin forcible evacuation of Al-'Awda hospital Thursday 29-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Al-'Awda Hospital in northern Gaza announced on Thursday that the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) had forcibly evacuated patients and medical staff from the facility. In a statement, the hospital said “the IOF troops are currently conducting a forcible evacuation of patients and medical teams from inside Al-'Awda Hospital, in Tel Al-Za'tar — the only hospital that was still functioning in northern Gaza.” The hospital emphasized that this move comes after days of siege and repeated attacks on the facility, posing a direct threat to the right to health and life, and constituting a blatant violation of international humanitarian law. Medical sources inside the hospital reported that Israeli forces informed the hospital director, Dr. Mu'hammed Salee'ha, of the immediate need to evacuate — despite the presence of at least 160 people inside. As of the time of the report, 97 individuals remained, including 13 patients and injured individuals and 84 medical personnel — with no safe corridor or alternative location available for their relocation. The Israeli military reportedly detonated booby-trapped robots near the hospital and opened heavy gunfire on the facility and ambulances attempting to evacuate patients, in what appears to be an intimidation tactic to force those inside to evacuate under threat. This development follows days of direct shelling and gunfire targeting the hospital, part of a broader military escalation in northern Gaza, where the health system has collapsed due to the systematic destruction of hospitals and medical centers. Earlier, the IOFs had imposed a siege on the Indonesian Hospital on May 18, in addition to repeated raids on Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in the north — suggesting a deliberate policy targeting healthcare institutions. Israel continues to justify its attacks on hospitals by claiming they are used by resistance factions, yet has provided no concrete evidence to support these allegations. International organizations, as well as media investigations, have refuted these claims. With US and European support, Israel has been carrying out a campaign of genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023 — resulting in over 177,000 Palestinians killed or injured, the majority of whom are women and children, in addition to more than 14,000 missing. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Two Palestinians injured by Israeli gunfire during raid on Idthna, west of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Al-Khaleel (Hebron), May 29, 2025 (WAFA) — Two Palestinian civilians were injured by live ammunition on Thursday evening after Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Idthna, west of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to medical sources. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society confirmed that its teams treated two Palestinians who were shot with live rounds during the Israeli incursion. According to WAFA correspondent, Israeli forces stormed the town with multiple military vehicles. Troops were deployed along roads and around civilian homes, restricting residents’ movement while firing live bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters. Among the injured were a 17-year-old child who was shot in the thigh and a 30-year-old man who sustained a gunshot wound to the foot. Both were transported to a medical facility for treatment. M.N. *** 12-year-old boy injured by Israeli gunfire during raid on Beer Zait RAMALLAH, May 29, 2025 (WAFA) — A 12-year-old Palestinian boy was shot and injured by Israeli occupation forces on Thursday evening during a military raid on the town of Beer Zait, north of Ramallah. According to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, its emergency teams treated the child, who sustained gunshot wounds to both legs. The incident occurred as Israeli troops stormed the town, prompting confrontations with local residents. The child was later transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. His condition was reported as stable. The Red Crescent also reported evacuating a 53-year-old man to the hospital after he was physically assaulted by Israeli troops during the raid. M.N. *** Palestinian youth injured in IOFs shooting in Ramallah Thursday 29-May-2025 RAMALLAH, (PIC) A Palestinian young man was wounded on Thursday evening during an Israeli occupation forces’ (IOFs) incursion into Al-Mughair village to the northeast of Ramallah in the West Bank. Local sources reported that IOFs opened live fire at young men who were throwing stones at the IOFs patrols and injured one of them in his thigh. They added that the soldiers broke into a number of local homes and threw stun grenades inside them and raided a public hall. *** Israeli forces detain wife of late prisoner Waleed Daqqa in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)m Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), May 29, 2025 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces detained Sanaa Salama, the widow of the late Palestinian prisoner Waleed Daqqa, on Thursday evening while she was in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) with her daughter Milad. Local sources reported that Salama, a Palestinian citizen of Israel from the town of Baqa Al-Gharbiya, was detained by Israeli police near Bab Al-'Amoud (Damascus Gate) and taken to an interrogation center. Her husband, Waleed Daqqa, died on April 7, 2024, after battling cancer and suffering from years of medical neglect in Israeli prisons. He had spent 38 years in detention. Israeli authorities continue to withhold his body, denying his family a proper burial. The detention comes just one day after the Israeli government announced the implementation of deportation procedures targeting Palestinian citizens of Israel—a move described by the 'Adalah Legal Center as an “unprecedented and dangerous escalation” in a broader campaign of racial persecution. Earlier today, Israel’s far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir incited against Salama, openly calling for her expulsion. M.N. *** Israeli occupation forces continue home demolitions in Nour Shams refugee camp Toulkarm, May 29, 2025 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces continued large-scale demolitions of homes in Nour Shams refugee camp, east of Toulkarm in the northern occupied West Bank, according to local sources. WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli bulldozers, backed by infantry units, pressed ahead with demolitions around Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Mosque in the heart of the camp. The destruction is part of a broader Israeli plan to demolish 106 housing structures, including 48 within Nour Shams refugee camp, with the rest being in the nearby Toulkarm refugee camp. During the demolitions today, Israeli soldiers opened live fire toward civilians and journalists positioned in a wooded area opposite the camp as they watched the demolition of their homes. The gunfire was intended to drive them away, sparking fear and panic, though no injuries were reported. In a further escalation, Israeli forces stormed Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Mosque in the camp, climbed to its rooftop, and raised the Israeli flag on the mosque’s minaret—an act widely viewed as provocative and deeply offensive by local residents. Residents attempting to retrieve belongings from homes slated for demolition were prevented from doing so, despite having prior coordination. Israeli troops subjected them to ID checks and interrogations, ultimately barring many from entering. Live ammunition was also fired indiscriminately in the area, contributing to the chaos. Humanitarian workers were not spared. According to Manal Al-'Hafi, director of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in Toulkarm, Israeli forces directly fired at a PRCS administrative vehicle as it was en route to assist displaced residents. A volunteer coordinator was also assaulted while performing his duties inside the camp. This latest wave of demolitions is part of Israel’s declared plan, announced on May 1, to demolish 106 homes and buildings across Toulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps. Of these, 48 are located in Nour Shams. The targeted neighborhoods include Al-Manshiya, Al-Maslakh, Al-Jam'iya, the Al-'Iyada area, and Al-Shuhada. M.N. *** 129 days of Israeli aggression leave Jineen in ruins, damages exceed $300 million Thursday 29-May-2025 Jineen, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) have continued their assault on the city of Jineen and its refugee camp for the 129th consecutive day on Thursday, inflicting widespread destruction and economic collapse. According to local officials, the damage caused by the ongoing aggression has exceeded $300 million, with the IOFs continuing to carry out raids, arrests, and military operations across the area. Jineen refugee camp came under heavy gunfire once again today, scenes that have become disturbingly routine. The IOFs deployed additional reinforcements and remains heavily stationed in the camp and surrounding towns. Special forces have reportedly stormed homes in various neighborhoods and villages in the Jenin governorate, including the eastern sector of the city, while converting civilian homes into military posts. Jineen Mayor Mu'hammed Jarrar confirmed that the destruction from the Israeli onslaught includes the complete demolition of over 600 housing units and severe damage to hundreds more, leaving them uninhabitable. He warned that the Jenin camp will need to be entirely rebuilt, noting that the IOF has prevented municipal teams from entering the area to assess the damage to infrastructure such as sewage networks and utilities. According to a municipal study, the reconstruction of destroyed housing and infrastructure will require approximately $160 million. The IOFs have also destroyed roads, water systems, electricity lines, and sewage facilities, in addition to setting homes on fire and demolishing parts of residential buildings. The scale of destruction has brought Jineen’s economy to the brink of collapse. Over the past four months, 1,200 merchants have gone bankrupt, and 4,000 workers have lost their livelihoods. Jarrar noted that Jineen used to welcome between 50,000 to 70,000 daily shoppers from nearby villages, towns, and 1948 territories. That number has plummeted due to IOF road closures and continuous raids. In response, the municipality has launched an emergency recovery plan that includes repairing main roads to enable access to the city, restoring essential services, and pushing for the reopening of the Jalama checkpoint. Key roads such as Nazareth Street, Al-Bayader Street, and the route to Ibn Seena Hospital have been repaved to facilitate movement. At Jenin Government Hospital, access remains limited due to IOFs-erected barriers and the destruction of nearby roads. Jarrar confirmed that only minimum levels of water and electricity are being delivered to maintain critical medical operations. Ambulance access remains obstructed. The humanitarian toll continues to grow. Around 22,000 Palestinians, nearly a quarter of Jenin’s population, have been displaced from the camp and surrounding areas. Basic services such as healthcare, sanitation, and housing have been severely disrupted. Since the start of the aggression, the IOFs have arrested nearly 1,000 Palestinians from Jineen and Toulkarm, many of whom remain in detention. At least 40 people have been killed and over 200 injured during the campaign. The prolonged assault on Jenin is part of a broader Israeli policy of repression and displacement across the occupied West Bank, as Palestinian officials and rights groups continue to call for international accountability and urgent humanitarian intervention. *** IOFs blow up two Palestinian homes in Nablus, Ramallah Thursday 29-May-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Cities and towns across the West Bank witnessed a wide-scale escalation by Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) overnight and into Thursday morning. The escalation involved simultaneous raids, house searches, and arrests, accompanied by armed clashes and injuries among Palestinians. Local sources reported that the IOF blew up the home of martyr Ja'far Muna in the city of Nablus after surrounding it and evacuating the surrounding area. Muna had reportedly carried out an anti-occupation operation before being killed. The IOF troops also stormed the Old City of Nablus from the direction of the Huwara checkpoint, sparking intense clashes with Palestinian resistance fighters. In Jenin, Israeli troops arrested brothers Qassam and Ahmad Mamoun Najm after raiding their home in the town of Seerist, and also besieged a house in the village of Al-Jadeeda, south of the city. In Occupied Jerusalem, the raid on the town of Bait Duqqu, northwest of the city, resulted in three young men being shot with live bullets, who were subsequently transported to hospitals for treatment. The escalation extended to other areas as well. Israeli forces raided the towns of Dair Jareer northeast of Ramallah, Atteel north of Tulkarem, and Bait Foureek east of Nablus, where a young man was arrested after his home was searched. In the south, the IOF launched an arrest campaign in Al-Fawwar refugee camp south of al-Khalil, detaining A'hmed Fareed Abu 'Hash'hash amid heavy military presence in the Bait Jibreen neighborhood inside the camp. Local sources also reported that armed settler militias gathered at the junction near the village of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, south of Nablus, while Israeli forces closed off the area, raising fears of fresh settler attacks against villagers. Also on Thursday morning, Israeli forces further escalated attacks against Palestinians and their property by raiding the village of Al-Mughayyir northeast of Ramallah, accompanied by military bulldozers that began demolishing Palestinian residential structures, claiming they were built without permits. According to local sources, the bulldozers began demolishing a house in the village under tight military protection, barring residents from approaching the area. Meanwhile, settler militias continued their repeated attacks. Settlers uprooted agricultural saplings and tampered with Palestinian-owned lands in the 'Huwara area, east of the town of Yatta, south of al-Khalil governorate. This comes as part of efforts to impose new facts on the ground and expand settler control in the area. These attacks are taking place amid a growing wave of home demolitions and land seizures in the West Bank, at a time when Palestinians face continuous escalation from both the Israeli forces and settlers. There have been widespread Palestinian calls to escalate confrontation and resistance, and to target the occupation and its settlers across the West Bank. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers storm Aqsa Mosque amid growing calls for Palestinian mobilization Thursday 29-May-2025 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Thursday morning, under heavy Israeli police protection, amid ongoing Palestinian calls for mass mobilization. According to Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) sources, the settlers carried out provocative tours within the Aqsa’s courtyards, during which they performed Talmudic rituals and provocative dances. The sources noted that the Israeli occupation forces had turned the Old City of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) into a military zone, deploying hundreds of troops at close intervals, especially around the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque. The Israeli police forces tightened their security restrictions at the gates of the Old City and the Mosque itself, imposing severe limitations on Palestinian worshippers entering the area. Earlier this week, on Monday, over 1,427 extremist settlers stormed the Aqsa Mosque courtyards as part of the ongoing incursions marking the anniversary of the occupation of East Jerusalem. These incursions included dances and Talmudic prayers amid heavy deployment of Israeli forces. The raids were led by Israeli Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir, his wife, members of the Knesset, and heads of religious schools. The settlers performed Talmudic rituals while singing and dancing in the courtyards and near the Mosque’s walls. The settlers also raised the Israeli flag within the Aqsa Mosque compound on three occasions: near the Chain Gate (Bab Al-Silsila), in front of the Qibli Prayer Hall, and near the Gate of Mercy (Bab Al-Ra'hma). The 'Hamas Movement condemned the repeated storming of the Aqsa Mosque as a flagrant violation of the sanctity and religious significance of holy site to the entire Muslim nation. *** Family of slain youth to sue colonist involved in running son over Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), May 29, 2025 (WAFA) – The family of the the slain Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) youth Fo-ad Mu'hammed 'Ulayan said on Thursday that they intend to file a lawsuit against the colonist involved in running him over to death. The family confirmed, in contact with the Jerusalem Governorate, that they reject the Israeli police's claims that the incident occurred for a criminal reason, insisting that the crime was motivated by racism, given that he was Palestinian. 'Ulayan, 30, from the village of Bait Safafa, was killed last Thursday in the Qatamoan area, west of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), after colonists attacked him while he was with his cousin in a public park. They asked them to leave because they were Arabs, and then pursued them in their vehicles. When they were riding a motorcycle, a colonist ran them over. As they fell, another colonist deliberately ran them over, killing Fo-ad and seriously wounding his cousin. The occupation police released one of the men involved in the incident following the crime, claiming that it was carried out for non-nationalist reasons. K.T. *** Illegal Israeli settlers set up mobile structures on Palestinian land near Salfeet SALFEET, May 29, 2025 (WAFA) — A group of the illegal Israeli settlers erected a tent and placed a mobile home today on Palestinian-owned land in the Al-Balatah area, north of the town of Bruqeen in the central West Bank province of Salfeet, according to local sources. Ameen Sabra, the head of Bruqeen Municipality, reported that the colonists returned to the same site where a tent had previously been set up a few weeks ago next to Palestinian homes. That tent was later removed following local protests. Sabra added that the colonists have been circulating calls through their social media pages and group networks, urging for an attack on the town—an alarming development that raises fears of a serious escalation and potential violence against residents and their property. Simultaneously, Israeli occupation forces stormed the town and were deployed in several areas, coinciding with the installation of the tent and the caravan. M.N. *** IOFs demolish house, blocks access to Edthna town near Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Thursday 29-May-2025 Al-Khaleel (Hebron), (PIC) Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) on Thursday demolished a small structure in the town of Edthna, west of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) in the southern occupied West Bank, and sealed off the town’s entrances. According to Wadha'h Abu Juhaisha, the property owner, Israeli bulldozers destroyed two rooms and filled in a water well on his land. Abu Juhaisha said he used the rooms to store agricultural tools for farming five dunums of nearby land, where he grows summer crops and vegetables. During the demolition, IOF troops blocked all roads leading into the town by erecting earth mounds and further reinforced the closure of the main entrance, which has already been sealed off for 272 days with an iron gate. This latest act of destruction comes just weeks after IOFs demolished five homes west of Edthna, claiming they were built in Area C which is under full Israeli control where Palestinian construction is severely restricted. The repeated demolitions and road closures have compounded hardships for local residents, significantly disrupting daily life, agricultural activity, and movement in and out of the town. *** Illegal Settlements and Wall Resistance Commission urges meaningful action to hold Israel accountable following approval of 22 settlements RAMALLAH, May 29, 2025 (WAFA) — The Palestinian Commission About Resistance to the Illegal Israeli Settlements and the Apartheid Wall has strongly condemned the Israeli government’s recent decision to legalize 22 settler outposts in the occupied West Bank, warning that the move escalates Israel’s colonial entrenchment and defies international law. In a statement on Thursday, the head of the commission, Minister Mu-ayyad Sha'ban, said that by turning these outposts into fully recognized settlements, Israel is not only confronting the Palestinian people but also challenging the international community that has long rejected colonialism and refuses to legitimize such actions. Sha'ban stressed that the Israeli government's move, recently approved by the occupation’s security cabinet, aims to deepen control over Palestinian land, distort geographic realities, and reinforce apartheid by granting colonists full privileges at the expense of the indigenous Palestinian population. According to the commission, the newly recognized outposts are distributed as follows: four in Ramallah, four in Jenin, four in Hebron, two in Nablus, one in Salfeet, three in Jericho, three in the Jordan Valley, and one in occupied Jerusalem. The statement clarified that four of these locations have already had master plans approved in previous years, effectively functioning as full settlements. Three others were originally classified as military sites—one as an observation post—and three are designated as religious sites. The list also includes two former settlements evacuated under the 2005 Disengagement Law, which was amended in 2023 to allow resettlement. Five of the sites are entirely new. Sha'ban noted that while Israel used to disguise these expansions as mere “extensions” of existing settlements, it is now openly revealing the true scale of its land seizure and disregard for Palestinian rights and sovereignty. “This government, since its formation, has made settlement expansion a top priority, especially the formalization of settler outposts,” Sha'ban said. “Its goal is clear: to impose new facts on the ground and fragment the Palestinian territory, killing any viable prospect of a Palestinian state.” He called on the international community to take meaningful and effective action to hold Israel accountable for its ongoing violations, citing the recent advisory opinion by the International Court of Justice on the illegality of occupation and colonization, as well as UN Security Council Resolution 2334, which declares Israeli settlements in occupied Palestinian territory to be illegal. M.N. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** European Parliament President calls for ceasefire in Gaza MILAN, May 29, 2025 (WAFA) — President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola stressed the urgent need for a ceasefire in Gaza and the realization of a two-state solution, during a seminar held Thursday at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, Italy. “The situation in Gaza is tragic and catastrophic,” Metsola said. “It is unacceptable to continue ignoring the ongoing humanitarian disaster there.” M.N. *** Spain and Slovenia call for immediate ceasefire in Gaza, sanctions on Israel MADRID, May 29, 2025 (WAFA) — Spain and Slovenia called for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the imposition of sanctions on Israel, during a joint press conference held Thursday in Madrid by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and his Slovenian counterpart Robert Golob. Sánchez stated that both governments agree on suspending the EU-Israel Association Agreement, imposing an arms embargo, and enacting sanctions against individual Israeli officials. He emphasized that Spain and Slovenia share a common stance on the humanitarian catastrophe facing the Palestinian people. He also reaffirmed that their formal recognition of the State of Palestine nearly a year ago was grounded in a commitment to human rights and international law. “The two-state solution remains the only viable path forward—there is no alternative,” Sánchez said. Golob echoed the call for urgent action, stating that Slovenia will continue working alongside Spain to defend the core principles of international law. He urged an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the swift delivery of humanitarian aid to the population.
