While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

'Hamas calls on mediators to ensure the Israeli withdrawal and resumption of negotiations for the second phase of the ceasefire agreement

Monday 10-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, called on the mediators and the international community to intervene immediately to ensure the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, as agreed upon for the first stage of the ceasefire agreement, and resumption of negotiations for the second phase without further delay.

In a statement issued on Monday, 'Hamas condemned Israel for violating the terms of the ceasefire and maintaining its troops along Gaza’s southern border with Egypt, stating they should have withdrawn under the terms of the deal.

“The Israeli occupation did not abide by the gradual reduction of its forces in the Salahuddeen axis during the first phase” of the truce which began on Jan. 19, 'Hamas said.

It added that Israel “did not begin its withdrawal on the 42nd day as stipulated in the agreement,” and had not completed it “by the 50th day of the agreement, which was yesterday (Sunday).”

In its statement, the Movement said that Israel’s “failure to withdraw from the Philadelphia Corridor” was a “blatant violation” of the ceasefire agreement “and a deliberate attempt to undermine and nullify it.”

'Hamas called on mediators Qatar, Egypt and the United States to intervene and ensure that Israel withdraws its forces.

“We demand that the mediators and the international community intervene immediately to ensure the occupation’s withdrawal and the resumption of the second-phase negotiations without delay,” the Movement said.

'Hamas: Netanyahu is sabotaging the ceasefire agreement

Monday 10-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, said, “the (Israeli) language of blackmail and threats of war will not work,” stressing that “the only way forward is through negotiations and commitment to the (ceasefire) agreement; otherwise, it would be just tampering with the fate of the prisoners.”

“Benjamin Netanyahu is sabotaging the implementation of the agreement for purely personal and political reasons, showing little regard for the release of the prisoners and their families’ feelings,” 'Hamas said in a press statement on Monday.

'Hamas reaffirmed its full commitment to the ceasefire agreement and the implementation of what was agreed upon, saying it is ready to immediately begin negotiations for the second phase.

The Movement said Israel continues to violate the agreement and refuse to initiate the second phase, which reveals its intentions to procrastinate and evade responsibility.

“The agreement that was sponsored by mediators and witnessed by the world, must be enforced as the only viable path to recovering the prisoners,” it said.

Palestinian female political prisoners, in the Israeli occupation apartheid regime prison of Damon, complain of harsh detention conditions

Monday 10-March-2025

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

The Palestinian female political prisoners, in the Israeli occupation apartheid regime prison of Damon, have complained of their exposure to ongoing maltreatment, punishment and harsh incarceration conditions.

According to the lawyer of the Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs, Damon jailers provide the female prisoners with incorrect times for breaking their fast during the holy month of Ramadan and serve them spoiled and insufficient food.

Prisoners told the Commission’s lawyer, who visited them recently, that the situation in the jail is extremely unbearable especially during the holy month, affirming that they do not receive pre-dawn meals in order for them to start their fast during the daytime.

According to the prisoners, Damon jailers carry out dawn raids on the cells almost every day and take them out to the prison yard in the early morning hours when it is very cold.

The Damon jailers also do not provide the female prisoners with any medication and medically neglect them.

Death toll in Gaza climbs to 48,467

Monday 10-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

During the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of five martyrs, who were reported missing during the war, as well as four citizens who were killed in fresh Israeli attacks.

According to Gaza’s health ministry on Monday, 16 citizens were also injured during Israeli attacks or by unexploded ordnance during the past hours.

The new fatalities increased the death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which started on October 7, 2023, to 48,467 martyrs, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza stated.

The Ministry added that the number of the wounded also surged to 111,913 people.

Meanwhile, efforts are underway to recover the bodies of more martyrs who are still missing in different areas of the Gaza Strip.

In a related context, Palestinian media sources reported today that an Israeli occupation froces drone targeted a group of civilians, northeast of Al-Buraij refugee camp, in central Gaza, killing two of them and injuring others, with some of them suffering from critical wounds.

This deadly attack happened shortly after a civilian was injured by Israeli gunfire in Rafah in southern Gaza.

An Israeli gunboat also fired a projectile near the Gaza seaport, injuring a fisherman in his thigh.

Ramadan in Gaza: Israel wields the weapon of starvation again

Sunday 9-March-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

While Muslims around the world celebrate the first Friday of Ramadan with lavish feasts and tables filled with an array of meats and delicious dishes, the people of Gaza are once again forced to endure the “canned food nightmare.” With the occupation shutting down border crossings and tightening the siege, starvation has become a tool of negotiation and a means to force displacement.

On the first Friday of Ramadan, Gaza’s markets were completely devoid of meat. The prices of vegetables soared as their availability declined and quality worsened. Alongside them, the costs of essential goods such as oil, sugar, and legumes also spiked.

A renewed nightmare

Umm Muhannad spent hours debating with her husband and children over what to prepare for the first Friday of Ramadan. She had hoped for a meal of maftoul (Palestinian couscous) with turkey meat, which had briefly been available before the border crossings were shut again. But that now seems like a distant dream.

“We were hopeful that this Ramadan would be different, that we could eat decent meals. But that hope vanished when the occupation closed the crossings, leaving markets empty and prices soaring,” said Umm Muhannad, who ultimately resorted to preparing a meal using canned beans from a food aid package she had received from the World Food Program.

Her children expressed their frustration with the meal, which has become a symbol of war and deprivation. They had been eating the same canned food for months throughout the war, and now it was once again their only option. The occupation continues to use starvation as a pressure tactic against Palestinian negotiators and the resistance by targeting the civilian population.

“We’re sick of canned beans! We deserve to eat like normal people. Everywhere else in the world, people enjoy delicious meals during Ramadan and post their feasts online. We’ve been eating canned food for two years—most of it unhealthy and barely edible,” said Muhammad, one of Umm Muhannad’s children, expressing his disappointment over the family’s limited choices.

Umm Muhannad and her children called on the world to pressure the occupation into implementing the second phase of the ceasefire agreement, reopening the crossings, and allowing food, water, fuel, and electricity supplies to enter Gaza. They also pleaded for an end to the war, which has left Gaza wounded and grieving.

A form of genocide

The Hamas Movement condemned the occupation’s decision to keep Gaza’s border crossings closed for the 8th consecutive day, preventing the entry of humanitarian aid. The group described it as part of an ongoing campaign of genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza and a war crime that demands international intervention.

'Hamas spokesperson 'Abdul Lateef Al-Qanou’ stated in a press release a couple of days ago that the occupation’s policy of starvation and collective punishment constitutes a blatant violation of international and humanitarian law and should be met with accountability.

Al-Qanou’ called on the international community and human rights organizations to force the occupation to reopen the crossings, allow humanitarian and medical aid to enter, and alleviate the suffering of the people in Gaza.

Even before the war, 80% of Gaza’s population depended on humanitarian aid for survival. According to UN agencies and Gaza’s Ministry of Social Development, the suspension of aid under current conditions puts more than 289,824 children and 139,764 elderly individuals at risk of dying from starvation and cold due to the lack of blankets and heating supplies.

Gaza’s Government Media Office reported that the blockade on shelter supplies means that around 1.5 million people remain homeless after their houses were destroyed. This comes amid freezing temperatures and unbearable living conditions, where even the most basic necessities—water, food, and electricity—are scarce.

The Office also warned that the ban on heavy machinery has left over 55 million tons of rubble uncleared, trapping more than 10,000 missing individuals beneath the debris and obstructing roads, creating a severe health and environmental crisis.

A war crime

Legal expert Sala'h 'Abdul 'Aati, head of the International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights (HICHR), described the suspension of aid deliveries as a war crime and a crime against humanity, exacerbating the genocide against the Palestinian people.

In a series of social media posts, 'Abdul 'Aati highlighted that 80% of Gaza’s population relies on humanitarian assistance to survive. The continued blockade will only deepen the crisis of hunger and poverty.

He further explained that these punitive measures are part of a collective punishment strategy aimed at economically and socially strangling Gaza, worsening an already catastrophic situation—particularly during Ramadan and amid freezing temperatures.

The blockade on aid and the closure of border crossings have also caused prices to skyrocket. The ban on fuel imports threatens to collapse essential services and trigger outbreaks of disease and epidemics.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) also warned that the continued prevention of aid deliveries endangers thousands of war-stricken families. In an interview, Inas Hamdan, director of UNRWA’s media office in Gaza, emphasized that the majority of Gaza’s population is heavily dependent on humanitarian aid.

“We are talking about the basic necessities of life—food, water, medicine, electricity, and fuel. There is no way to deliver life-saving humanitarian services effectively without the continuous entry of sufficient aid supplies,” she stressed.

With the Israeli occupation apartheid regime once again weaponing starvation as part of its ongoing war on Gaza, the humanitarian situation has reached dire levels. The suffering of war continues, as the occupation hopes to achieve through deprivation what it failed to accomplish in 15 months of military aggression.

But the resistance and the people standing firmly behind it send a clear message: Gaza will endure hunger, but it will not surrender.

Israeli occupation forces kidnap three Palestinians, near the Toulkarm refugee camp

Toulkarm, March 10, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation forces Monday kidnapped three Palestinians near Toulkarm refugee camp in the northern occupied West Bank, according to local and security sources.

They said that the occupying forces rounded up a father along his son, identified as residents of the refugee camp, at the northern entrance of the camp.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces rounded up a young man after taking over his vehicle in the northern neighborhood of the city.

This came as additional reinforcements of infantry were dispatched to the city of Toulkarm and the adjoining two refugee camps, deploying along Nablus Street and in the vicinity of the houses which have already been occupied and turned into military outposts, stopping and inspecting passing vehicles, and thoroughly checking passengers’ identity cards.

The gun-toting soldiers fired stun grenades at civilians in the northern neighborhood of the city, particularly in the vicinity of Al-Shuwaika and Al-Younus Circles.

They broke into several houses in the Iktaba neighborhood, east of Toulkarm, conducting thorough searches and turning them upside down.

While inside one of the houses, the soldiers seized an amount of cash, jewelry, and a map of Palestine.

The occupation forces have been waging aggression on Toulkarm along with the nearby refugee camps for 43 consecutive days, killing 13 civilians, detaining dozens, and displacing thousands from their houses.

Earlier today, the occupation forces kidnapped at least 18 Palestinians in multiple raids across the occupied West Bank.

As part of the predawn and morning raids, the occupation forces re-arrested 10 former prisoners after ransacking their houses in the southern West Bank city of Hebron.

They conducted a raid in Bait Ummar town, north of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), searched several houses, rounded up two civilians, and seized a vehicle.

In the Bethlehem governorate, the occupation forces showed up at a house in Dar Salah village, muscled inside, and re-arrested a former prisoner.

They also ransacked two houses and detained a civilian from Janata town, east of Bethlehem.

In the northern West Bank, Israeli forces kidnapped two civilians, a man in his 30s and a prisoner’s wife, and searched their houses in the city of Qalqilya.

In the Ramallah governorate, the sources confirmed a raid in the Jalazoan refugee camp, leading to the detention of two teenagers.

The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.

These raids are conducted with no need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers.

Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised.

According to the latest figures from Al-Dhameer, the Palestinian Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, there are currently 9,500 Palestinian political prisoners in Israeli prisons and detention centers, including 350 child prisoners and 21 female prisoners.

This number includes approximately 3,405 Palestinians placed under “administrative detention”, which allows the detention of Palestinians without charge or trial for renewable intervals ranging between three and six months based on undisclosed evidence that even a detainee’s lawyer is barred from viewing.

The mass arrest of Palestinians is nothing new. According to a 2017 report by Al-Dhameer, over the past 50 years, more than 800,000 Palestinians have been imprisoned or detained by Israel, this figure is now believed to be closer to 1 million. This means that about 40% of Palestinian men and boys living under military occupation have been deprived of their freedom. Almost every Palestinian family has suffered the imprisonment of a loved one.

Illegal Israeli settlers establish an illegal settlement outpost, south of Nablus, attack farmers in Bait La'hm (Bethlehem)

Monday 10-March-2025

NABLUS, (PIC)

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers established on Monday a new settlement outpost on the lands of the town of 'Huwwara, south of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank, while others detained and attacked farmers in the town of Na'haleen, west of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem).

Local sources reported that settlers set up tents and plastic houses on the top of Mount Ras Zaid, in the Za’tara Basin, noting that these lands were leveled by the illegal Israeli settlers for more than a month.

The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission said that settlers had tried last month to establish eight new settlement outposts, mostly agricultural and pastoral in nature.

The settlers were attempting to establish two settlement outposts on the lands of Tubas, and one outpost in each of Jericho, Al-Khalil, Bethlehem, Ramallah, Tulkarem and Nablus.

Meanwhile, settlers detained and assaulted a number of farmers, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, in the town of Nahaleen and the village of 'Housan, west of Bethlehem, while they were pruning grapevines, and prevented them from continuing their work, before the occupation forces detained them, according to local sources.

The Israeli occupation apartheid government to approve 1,030 new settlement units in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

Monday 10-March-2025

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)M, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation apartheid government intends to approve 1,030 new settlement units in the towns of Sour Bahir and Jabal Al-Mukabbir, in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

According to a plan published by Hebrew media, 380 housing units are expected to be constructed in the Nof Zion settlement near Jabal Al-Mukabbir, in addition to a school, two synagogues, and commercial areas.

About 650 more housing units, commercial areas, an elementary school, a synagogue, a community center, and a kindergarten will also be built near the Sour Bahir neighborhood, between the Ramat Rachel settlement kibbutz and the Har Homa neighborhood.

The illegal Israeli settlements are suffocating the occupied city of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) and besieging its Arab neighborhoods, placing it at risk of Judaization and displacement, as part of the occupation’s plan to establish what is called “Greater Jerusalem” by “legitimizing” the annexation of the settlements sitting on its Palestinian land to the occupying entity, with the aim of Judaizing it, changing its features, and obliterating its identity.

The Israeli occupation apartheid government plans to annex the illegal settlements of Ma’ale Adumim, Beitar Illit, Givat Ze’ev, Efrat and Ma’ale Mikhmash, and those located to the north, east and south of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

The annexation of settlements under the draft law would isolate Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). from the West Bank, cut off the necessary geographical connection between Bethlehem and Al-Khaleel (Hebron) and between Ramallah and Nablus areas.

The annexation plan threatens to displace the Palestinian population in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) even more, as part of efforts to impose a Jewish demographic majority in the city.

IOF demolishes Palestinian facilities in Bethlehem, Toulkarm

Monday 10-March-2025

BETHLEHEM, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) demolished Palestinian-owned facilities in Aree'ha (Jericho) and Toulkarm, as part of their ongoing policy of tightening the noose on citizens and imposing a new reality in the West Bank.

Local sources said that the IOFs stormed Al-'Auja town, north of Aree'ha (Jericho), accompanied by bulldozers, and demolished the foundations of a building under construction, owned by the brothers Faisal and Ayman Abu Jarhoud.

On the other hand, the Israeli forces, without prior warning, demolished another building located in Al-Gharasat area southeast of Far'oun town, south of Toulkarm.

Local sources pointed out that the building was built in 1990, saying that its owners had received a demolition notice more than 10 years ago, along with several other facilities and homes in the area.

Since then, the case was followed legally by local lawyers. However, the owners were surprised today by the Israeli demolition operation without prior notice.

The demolished facility belongs to the citizen 'Abdul 'Hameed Mustafa Shalabi, from Toulkarm, and is located about 200 meters away from the Apartheid Wall.

The home demolitions came as part of the Israeli systematic policy aimed at displacing Palestinians from their lands.

Qaradaghi urges Ummah to fulfill their duty towards Gaza

Monday 10-March-2025

+ -

GAZA, (PIC)

Dr. 'Ali Qaradaghi, president of the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS), has called on the Arab and Muslim peoples and leaders to fulfill their duty towards the Gaza Strip by providing support and breaking the Israeli siege on its population.

In a statement on Sunday, Qaradaghi said that the Israeli occupation regime violates the international law and ethics by preventing food, medical and shelter supplies from entering Gaza, calling such an Israeli practice as a “crime against humanity.”

“The world is staring down a very serious ethical dilemma today — one that extends far beyond Gaza to a global scale. However, Gaza has exposed that and laid bare the true nature of the countries that claim to uphold democracy and defend human dignity,” Qaradaghi added.

“Yesterday, we marked the International Women’s Day. Do you know how many women were martyred or killed? How many women were widowed in Gaza? How many women were abused, imprisoned, and kidnapped? Where are women’s rights and human rights in this world,” the IUMS president underscored.

He urged the Muslim Ummah to organize pro-Gaza protests and rallies outside US and European embassies, especially in the countries where there are Israeli embassies.

UK voices concern over the Israeli decision to cut off electricity to Gaza

LONDON, March 10, 2025 (WAFA) –

The United Kingdom expressed Monday its deep concern over the Israeli occupation's decision to cut off electricity supplies to the Gaza Strip, calling for it to be restored.

"We're deeply concerned by these reports and urge Israel to lift these restrictions," Prime Minister Keir Starmer's official spokesman told reporters.

"We're clear that a halt on goods and supplies entering Gaza, including basic needs such as electricity, risks breaching Israel's obligations under international humanitarian law," he said.

Regarding whether this decision constitutes a violation of international law, the spokesman said it is a matter for international courts, adding that halting the entry of basic goods and supplies, including electricity, into Gaza may threaten to violate Israel's obligations under international humanitarian law.

ýLazzarini: Allowing UNRWA to collapse would have dire consequences and deepen the suffering of Palestine refugeesý

ýGeneva 10-3-2025 WAFA -

The Commissioner-General of UNRWA, Philippe Lazzarini, said in press statements made in Geneva on Monday that allowing UNRWA to collapse due to the fierce disinformation campaign, Israeli Knesset legislation, and the suspension of funding by major donors will have serious consequences, create a dangerous vacuum in the occupied Palestinian territory, and will lead to serious repercussions in Jordan, Lebanon and Syriaýý.ý

ýThis will create an environment where children are deprived of education and people lack access to basic services. Such an environment would be fertile ground for exploitation and extremismýý.ýý This poses a threat to peace and stability in the region and beyondýý.ý

ýLazzarini stressed that the abrupt dismantling of UNRWA would only deepen the suffering of Palestine refugees, but would not cancel their refugee status.ýý Alternatively, UNRWA could be supported to phase out its mandate as part of a political process that empowers Palestinian institutions and prepares them within the "two-state solutionýý."ý

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
