In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

During a joint press conference with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot at the United Nations headquarters in New York, he added that Saudi Arabia, in cooperation with France and all partners, is determined to transform this international consensus into a tangible reality. He noted that the time has come to end this conflict, embody the Palestinian state, and achieve a just and comprehensive peace that preserves the sovereignty and security of all peoples in the region. He praised French President Emmanuel Macron's announcement of his country's intention to recognize the State of Palestine, saying that it is a historic step that embodies the international community's support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people. Bin Far'han stated that peace between Israel and Palestine is a fundamental gateway to achieving comprehensive regional peace, in which everyone enjoys security, opening horizons for cooperation, integration, and achieving shared prosperity. He pointed out that the conference is convening at a critical moment, amid a worsening humanitarian crisis marked by starvation, severe violations, ongoing forced displacement, and other unilateral actions that threaten the two-state solution, primarily colonial expansion, forced displacement, and attempts of annexation. He also stressed the necessity of immediately ending the war in Gaza and ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid, expressing the Kingdom's categorical rejection of any attempts to separate the Gaza Strip from the rest of the Palestinian state's territories, or to occupy, besiege, or displace its residents under any pretext or justification. The Saudi Foreign Minister highly valued President Mahmoud Abbas's speech on July 9th, which included his commitment to peace as a strategic option, working to enable the Palestinian people to achieve their legitimate rights through peaceful means, and undertaking all necessary reforms in this regard. He also expressed the Kingdom's commitment to supporting the efforts of the Palestinian National Authority in reform and good governance, and working jointly with the international community to support Gaza's reconstruction efforts in accordance with the Arab-Islamic plan, which has received widespread international welcome. For his part, the French Foreign Minister said that the conference aimed to mobilize the international community to provide the necessary political prospects to achieve a ceasefire, noting that the primary goal is to send a clear message that peace is now possible, and that the conference offers an alternative to this war in the region, which is the two-state solution. He added that the French President committed to recognizing the State of Palestine in the upcoming General Assembly session in September, and that through this decision, France affirms the Palestinians' right to self-determination in the face of these realities on the ground, the humanitarian tragedy, and the danger they face. A.D./T.R. *** Guterres: Hunger fuels instability and undermines peace Monday 28-July-2025 ADDIS ABABA, (PIC) UN chief Antonio Guterres said on Monday “food must not be used as a weapon of war,” highlighting the worsening hunger crises in Gaza and Sudan as world leaders gathered for a food summit in Africa “Conflicts continue to spread hunger in Gaza and beyond, and hunger, in turn, fuels instability and undermine peace. We must never accept its use as a weapon of war,” Guterres explained in a video address at the UN Food Systems Conference held in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa. Meanwhile, the World Health Organization has warned that malnutrition in the Gaza Strip has reached “alarming levels” since the Israeli occupation apartheid regime imposed a total blockade on Gaza on March 2. *** PGMO: Only 73 aid trucks entered Gaza amid worsening famine, while 600 trucks are needed daily Monday 28-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Gaza’s Government Media Office (PGMO) said that only 73 aid trucks entered the embattled enclave on Sunday, amid a deepening famine caused by long months of tight Israeli blockade. In a statement on Sunday evening, PGMO warned that the humanitarian crisis in Gaza reached unprecedented levels, with at least 133 people, including 87 children, reported dead from hunger. “The famine is expanding at an alarming rate and now affecting the entire population of Gaza, including 1.1 million children,” PGMO added. “73 trucks carrying aid entered the north and south of the Gaza Strip, but most of them were looted and robbed in full view of the occupation army and its drones,” PGMO said. PGMO accused the Israeli occupation army of clearly obstructing the movement of those aid trucks and preventing them from reaching distribution warehouses as part of its “policy of engineering chaos and starvation” in Gaza. PGMO noted that three aid airdrops were carried out over Gaza, but their total payload was equivalent to only two aid trucks. Those drops landed in areas designated by the Israeli army as red combat zones, where civilians cannot safely enter to retrieve supplies, PGMO added. “What is happening is a farce,” PGMO said, accusing the international community, especially major powers like the US, of complicity in the starvation of Gaza people through making false promises and giving misleading information. “The radical solution lies solely in urgently opening the crossings of the Gaza Strip without preconditions, breaking the unjust siege on its population and immediately allowing in food and infant formula before it is too late,” PGMO underlined. *** 'Hamas: B’Tselem report confirms the Israeli-perpetrated genocide in Gaza and the Israeli efforts to forcibly displace Palestinians Monday 28-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement said Monday that a new report by Israeli human rights group B’Tselem provides undeniable evidence that the Israeli occupation is committing genocide in the Gaza Strip, dismantling Palestinian society, and attempting to forcibly displace its population through starvation, mass killings, and the destruction of all foundations of life. In a press statement, Hamas described the B’Tselem report as a powerful indictment of Israel’s actions, calling it “a confirmation, by Israeli voices, that the occupation is waging one of the most heinous crimes of modern times.” The Movement said the report “documents a systematic policy aimed at destroying Palestinian life and forcibly displacing the population by making Gaza unlivable.” The B’Tselem report, released Monday, marks the first of its kind by an Israeli organization to directly accuse Israel of committing genocide. The 79-page document details how Israeli forces have carried out mass killings, destroyed civilian infrastructure, imposed starvation, and incited hatred, policies B’Tselem says meet the legal definition of genocide under the 1948 UN Convention. “The intent to exterminate is clear,” the report states, citing statements from senior Israeli political and military leaders that reveal a deliberate strategy to eradicate Palestinians in Gaza. 'Hamas also condemned the so-called humanitarian aid effort by Israel and the US as a deceptive ploy meant to deflect global outrage. “The aid is merely a drop in the ocean of urgent needs, used to circumvent international pressure while continuing to starve our people,” the statement read. It urged the International Court of Justice to act swiftly in the ongoing genocide case and issue binding measures to stop the violence. It also called on the International Criminal Court to prosecute Israeli leaders, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, for war crimes and genocide. The death toll in Gaza has now reached 59,921, with 145,233 wounded, according to Gaza’s Ministry of Health. Starvation has claimed at least 147 lives, including 88 children, while over 1,157 Palestinians have been killed attempting to access food from Israeli- and US-designated aid zones. B’Tselem’s report also criticizes the international community, especially the US and European Union, for enabling Israel’s actions through unconditional political and military support. “This is not just inaction; it is complicity,” the report says. With growing global condemnation and the famine in Gaza worsening, 'Hamas warned that time is running out for the international community to act decisively. *** Airdrops won’t stop Gaza starvation: Rights group slams Israel’s ‘genocide by hunger’ Monday 28-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Center for Human Rights has condemned the airdropping of humanitarian aid into Gaza as a “deceptive and humiliating spectacle” that masks Israel’s deliberate use of starvation as a weapon of war. In a statement issued Monday, the center rejected what it called a political and humanitarian cover for systematic starvation imposed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF), describing the air drops as a “false display” meant to distract from the deepening famine and ongoing genocide in Gaza. “Israel is not delivering aid, it is orchestrating a war of starvation at the highest political and military levels,” the center said, citing former Israeli war minister Yoav Galant’s infamous declaration early in the war: “No water, no food, no electricity, no fuel. All Palestinians are human animals.” The center said the same IOF forces airdropping aid are also carrying out daily killings near distribution points, enforcing policies that deny over two million Palestinians access to food and essential supplies. It noted that nearly 60,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 144,000 injured since October 7, 2023 while starvation was officially imposed just days after the assault began. Raji al-Sourani, director of the center, warned that airlifting food while keeping land crossings closed only further dehumanizes Gaza’s starving population. He called it a violation of International Court of Justice orders, which demand that Israel open crossings to allow unrestricted humanitarian aid. “This is not humanitarian relief, it’s cover for war crimes,” he said. The center highlighted that the air-dropped aid is not only insufficient but dangerous. Meager supplies dumped into overcrowded areas have triggered deadly stampedes, with 18 Palestinians killed during earlier drops. According to the center, 1,132 Palestinians, including 87 children, have been martyred and over 7,500 injured while trying to access aid, turning supposed relief efforts into death traps. The organization urged countries to stop participating in the air drop campaign, which it said only reinforces Israel’s genocide in Gaza and subjects civilians to further humiliation and risk. It called for immediate international action to open secure, unrestricted land crossings and allow the flow of adequate food, medicine, and fuel. “Only by ending the siege, allowing safe passage, and halting Israeli attacks can Gaza’s famine be stopped,” the statement concluded. *** ****** Gaza: Hospitals receive 100 martyrs, death toll climbs to 59,921 Monday 28-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) During the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of at least 100 civilians, as well as 382 people suffering from different injuries following Israeli attacks, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, on Monday morning. Accordingly, a total of 8,755 people have been killed and 33,192 others have been injured since the Israeli occupation army resumed its genocidal war on Gaza on March 18, 2025. The new fatalities increased the death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which started on October 7, 2023, to 59,921 martyrs, including 1,157 aid seekers who were killed at or near US-backed distribution points, the health ministry said. The Ministry added that the total number of the wounded also surged to 145,233 people, including 7,758 aid seekers. The Ministry also said that Gaza’s hospitals recorded 14 new fatalities in the past 24 hours due to starvation and malnutrition, bringing the death toll from the famine to 147 victims, including 88 children. Meanwhile, efforts are underway to recover the bodies of more martyrs who are still missing in different areas of the Gaza Strip. *** 8 civilians killed in Israeli strikes on Gaza; death toll since start of aggression reaches 59,921 GAZA, June 26, 2025 (WAFA) – Eight civilians were killed and several others injured on Monday evening in Israeli airstrikes targeting Gaza City and Al-Nusayrat refugee camp. WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli drones targeted a group of civilians on Al-Rasheed Street in western Gaza City, killing five and injuring others. Three more civilians were killed in a separate Israeli airstrike that hit a tent in the southwestern area of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza. The death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 59,921, the majority of whom were women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 2023. At least 145,233 others have also been injured. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that since Israel broke its ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Gaza Strip on March 18, 2025, at least 8,755 civilians have been killed and 33,192 others have been injured. The Ministry stated that 100 bodies, including three that were recovered from under rubble, and 382 injured individuals were brought to hospitals in Gaza during the past 24 hours. The Ministry indicated that, over the past 24 hours, 25 civilians have been killed and more than 237 others have been injured while attempting to receive humanitarian aid. This brings the total number of aid seekers killed in aid-related attacks to 1,157. At least 7,758 aid seekers were also injured. Gaza hospitals recorded 14 new deaths from starvation and malnutrition, bringing the total number of deaths from starvation and malnutrition to 147, including 88 children. This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews. T.R. *** Israeli attacks continue to claim more lives in Gaza Monday 28-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army continued, last night and on Monday, to carry out deadly attacks on different areas of the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring dozens of civilians. According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate and bomb more homes and displace families in the Gaza Strip, further deepening the dire humanitarian crisis as the population grapples with worsening famine. According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including an Israeli strike on an apartment that killed three people nearAl-Zahraa School in Gaza City’s Al-Daraj An Israeli warplane also bombed the Namaa College building in the northwest of Gaza City, killing two civilians and injuring others. Several casualties were reported, including one martyr, following an Israeli strike on a gathering of civilians in Salahuddeen street, south of the Wadi Gaza area in central Gaza. Another strike on a house in Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza killed three people. The Israeli army also bombed a house surrounded by tents in Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younus, south of Gaza, killing at least nine people. A child was reportedly martyred when Israeli forces opened fire at him in the Asdaa area of Khan Younus. More people were martyred or injured in Israeli attacks on aid seekers near US-backed distribution points in southern and central Gaza. The Israeli army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip last night and today, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women. Meanwhile, several Palestinians in Gaza were pronounced dead after they succumbed to injuries they sustained in recent attacks. *** 10 Palestinians from aid security teams killed in Israeli strike west of Gaza Monday 28-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) At least 10 people were killed and 30 others were injured, including several critically, after Israeli aircraft targeted tribal aid security forces in the Al-Sudaniya area, northwest of Gaza City. Local sources reported that Israeli drones, ground vehicles, and naval boats struck members of the aid security teams, facilitating the looting of aid trucks. The Israeli occupation deliberately targets tribal aid security members across various parts of Gaza in ongoing attempts to disrupt aid delivery, foster chaos, and worsen the famine crisis. On Sunday, the National Coalition of Palestinian Tribes, Clans, and Families announced that humanitarian aid convoys from the “Zikim” area, north of Gaza, will enter the Strip on Monday under the direct supervision of tribal leaders, elders, and grassroots activists to ensure safe delivery to the besieged and devastated population across the region. The coalition stressed, in a statement, that it will not allow any party, whether saboteurs or collaborators with the Israeli occupation, to interfere with or obstruct the aid convoys, vowing to “strike with an iron fist anyone who dares to tamper with the lifeline of the starving or exploit our people during this ordeal.” The statement also urged clans and Gaza residents to keep their youth in check and uphold their national duty, warning that chaos only serves the occupation, especially amid the relentless massacres that have drained Palestinian blood. It emphasized that protecting Gaza and its people is a collective responsibility requiring unwavering social cohesion. Meanwhile, Gaza’s famine has deepened with months-long closure of crossings and a suffocating siege that has prevented aid convoys from entering, driving the humanitarian situation to unprecedented levels of starvation and malnutrition. According to the Gaza Government Media Office, the deadly famine imposed by the Israeli occupation has so far claimed the lives of 133 Palestinians, including 85 children, adding that Israel is waging “a vile form of humanitarian blackmail” against 2.4 million people by keeping crossings closed and blocking aid and infant formula. Data from the Palestinian Ministry of Health shows that more than 260,000 children under the age of five suffer from severe malnutrition that could claim their lives at any moment. *** 16 Palestinians killed in new massacre targeting aid seekers in Rafa'h Monday 28-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Sixteen Palestinian civilians were killed and dozens injured on Monday evening in a new Israeli massacre targeting aid seekers north of Rafa'h city in southern Gaza. According to consistent local and medical sources, the Israeli occupation army opened fire directly on civilians gathered in anticipation of humanitarian aid, resulting in nine martyrs. Dozens of others were also left injured. The Israeli occupation continues its crimes against Palestinian aid seekers in Gaza, with hundreds already killed since the launch of the Israeli-American mechanism overseen by the “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” on May 27, 2025. International and human rights organizations have called for urgent pressure on Israel to open the crossings, lift the blockade, and allow humanitarian aid to enter the Gaza Strip. *** Starvation deaths in Gaza reach 147 as Israel blocks aid, including 88 children Monday 28-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Fourteen more Palestinians, including two children, have died from starvation and malnutrition in Gaza over the past 24 hours, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health on Monday. This brings the total number of starvation-related deaths in the Strip to 147, including 88 children. In a brief statement, the ministry said the latest deaths occurred in Gaza hospitals amid worsening famine conditions, with some victims succumbing simply to exhaustion from prolonged hunger. Since March 2, the Israeli occupation has sealed off Gaza’s border crossings, cutting off the entry of food, medicine, and humanitarian aid. The total blockade has triggered a catastrophic famine, which aid groups and UN agencies warn is spiraling further out of control. The ongoing starvation crisis is part of Israel’s war of genocide against Gaza’s civilian population, which has already left tens of thousands martyred or wounded, and devastated the territory’s infrastructure. ***

Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhmara said that the settlers assaulted residents while they were present on their lands and near their homes in the village, opening fire on them. This led to one resident being shot and subsequently taken by the Israeli occupation forces to an unknown location where he was later proclaimed dead, while another was beaten and transported by Red Crescent paramedics to Yatta Governmental Hospital. Makhmara condemned the settler attack backed by the Israeli occupation forces, describing them as part of a systematic campaign to seize Palestinian lands and expand settlement outposts in villages and hamlets south of al-Khalil.

Meanwhile, the IOFs set up several checkpoints at the entrances of Al-Khaleel City, its towns, villages and refugee camps, and closed some main and side roads leading to them. In Toubas, Israeli troops stormed 'Aqaba town and handed a citizen a military notice ordering the demolition of his home. Local sources said IOFs vehicles were pelted with stones by local youths and came under fire from resistance fighters upon their withdrawal from 'Aqaba town. They added that resistance fighters detonated two explosive devices at columns of moving IOFs vehicles in the town and a nearby area. 10 kidnapped. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack W. Bank village, torch two cars Monday 28-July-2025 RAMALLAH, (PIC) A horde of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked Al-Tayba village in eastern Ramallah in the occupied West Bank at dawn Monday and set two Palestinian cars aflame. According to local sources, settlers infiltrated into the village at dawn and set fire to two cars, completely destroying them. The sources reported that the settlers also scrawled racist slurs and threats on a house’s walls before fleeing the area, adding that Israeli forces stormed the village following the settler attack. *** Palestinian injured in settler attack on village near Ramallah RAMALLAH, July 28, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was injured on Monday evening as residents attempted to fend off an attack by Israeli colonists on the village of Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah, according to local sources. Sources said the the illegal Israeli settlers opened fire on residents who attempted to confront the attack, shooting and injuring a young man in the hand. The illegal Israeli settlers had raided two areas of the village as well as several poultry farms on its outskirts, as part of a growing pattern of colonists’ violence in the area. The settler violence against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023. The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians and their properties has been widely condemned. Several countries have imposed sanctions against Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence against the Palestinian people in the West Bank. T.R. *** Two Palestinians injured in Israeli settler attack on Masafir Yatta, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Al-Khaleel (Hebron) July 28, 2025 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians were injured on Monday evening in an attack by Israeli colonists on the village of Umm Al-Khair in Masafir Yatta, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to a local activist. Anti-colonial settlements activist Osama Makhamra told WAFA that colonists attacked residents while they were on their lands and near their homes, opening fire and injuring one man with live bullets. The injured man was taken to an unknown destination by the Israeli occupation forces. Another resident was injured after being beaten by a colonist and was subsequently transferred by Palestine Red Crescent ambulance crews to Yatta Governmental Hospital. Makhamra condemned the colonists’ actions, committed under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, saying these attacks aim to seize Palestinian lands and expand illegal Israeli settlement in the villages and hamlets of southern Hebron. T.R. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack shepherds in northern Jordan Valley JORDAN VALLEY, July 28, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian shepherds on Monday evening in the Al-Hamma area of the northern Jordan Valley, according to local sources. The northern Jordan Valley has been witnessing daily attacks by colonists who target Palestinian homes and residents, destroy and steal property, and pursue shepherds in grazing areas, attacking them and their livestock. T.R. *** The IOAR displaces Jerusalemite family after forcing it to raze home Monday 28-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime (IOAR) forced a Palestinian citizen to demolish his own house in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Jabel Al-Mukabbir on Monday. According to local sources, the Israeli municipality forced Youssef Qara’een to demolish his house, which he had built 12 years ago, displacing him along with his wife and daughter. The sources added that the demolition measure came after the IOAR imposed multiple hefty financial penalties on Qara’in under the pretext of building without a permit. Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) homeowners find themselves forced to demolish their homes at their own expense in order to avoid paying the Israeli municipality exorbitant money in fines and demolition expenses. The rate at which Palestinian homes and structures are demolished in east Jerusalem has almost doubled since the start of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, human rights groups and monitoring organizations say. The demolitions are ordered by the Israeli municipal authority which claims that many Palestinian homes and structures are illegally built without permission. Almost all attempts by Palestinian families in east Jerusalem to apply for planning permission are rejected by the IOAR. That means growing families say they have no choice but to build without permits and face the consequences – huge fines and demolition orders. *** IOFs bulldoze Palestinian farmland to expand the illegal Israeli settlements near Jineen Monday 28-July-2025 Jineen, (PIC) Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) on Monday bulldozed large areas of Palestinian agricultural land in Khirbet Mas'oud, southwest of Jineen, to expand an illegal pastoral settlement built atop a mountain in the area. According to Sali'h 'Amarna, head of the village council in nearby Zibda, IOFs uprooted olive trees and leveled lands owned by residents of Zibda and Khirbet Mas'oud. He noted that the landowners hold official title deeds and private documentation confirming their ownership, yet IOF placed orange warning signs on their groves and proceeded with the bulldozing. 'Amarna said the bulldozing aims to expand the pastoral settlement outpost established in 2019. The settlement, he added, has been a source of daily attacks by Israeli settlers who frequently harass Palestinian farmers, release livestock into cultivated fields, and engage in acts of vandalism and violence. Khirbet Mas'oud, under Zibda’s jurisdiction, includes the small communities of 'Iraq Al-Dawar, Khirbet Fares, and Khirbet Al-Qusour, with a total population of around 350 Palestinians. The area being targeted by the IOF stretches across dozens of dunums of farmland, reaching from Qafeen to the Ya’bad mountains, south of Jineen. Palestinian residents and local leaders say this latest land grab is part of a broader campaign of forced displacement and settlement expansion carried out by the Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank. *** Israel razes Al-'Araqeeb village in Al-Naqab (Negev), for 243rd time Monday 28-July-2025 Al-Naqab (Negev), (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime demolished, on Monday morning, all the tents and structures in the Palestinian Bedouin village of Al-'Araqeeb in Al-Naqab (Negev) desert for the 243rd consecutive time, displacing its Bedouin residents. According to local sources, Israeli police forces and employees from the Bedouin development authority — which is responsible for such demolitions — stormed the village and wreaked havoc on everything. Consequently, dozens of Bedouin citizens, including children, have become homeless once again and will suffer from the harsh weather conditions of the desert for a while before they can have new makeshift homes again. Al-'Araqeeb residents live in a constant state of fear because they expect the demolition of their village at any moment after they manage to rebuild their homes. About 80 people live in crude homes in Al-'Araqeeb. An estimated 80,000 Bedouin Palestinians, who carry Israeli citizenship, live in several Negev communities, which are often denied vital services, including water, electricity and educational facilities. The demolition of Al-'Araqeeb and other villages in the Negev is believed to be a systematic Israeli policy aimed at expelling the native population from Al-Naqab (Negev) and transferring them to government-zoned areas to pave the way to expand and build settlements for Jewish communities. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** UN High-level conference on two-state solution kicks off in New York NEW YORK, July 28, 2025 (WAFA) – The United Nations high-level conference aimed at finding a peaceful settlement of the question of Palestine and the implementation of the Two-State Solution convened today, Monday, at the UN headquarters in New York, under the joint chairmanship of Saudi Arabia and France. Addressing the conference, Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa said this conference represents both a promise and a commitment to the Palestinian people that the historic injustice they have endured must come to an end. He described the situation in Gaza as the latest and most brutal manifestation of that injustice, stressing that the time has come for collective action more urgently than ever before. He added that the conference sends a message to the Palestinian people that the world supports their rights to life, freedom, dignity, their land, and their sovereign state, and also delivers a message to the Israelis that there is a path to peace and regional integration. Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan also stressed that the conference represents a pivotal step toward advancing the two-state solution, ending the occupation, and realizing a just and sustainable vision for peace in the Middle East. He praised French President Emmanuel Macron’s announcement of his country’s intention to recognize the State of Palestine, describing it as a historic step that reflects growing international support for the Palestinian people’s right to establish their independent state and contributes to creating an international environment conducive to achieving the two-state solution. He affirmed that Saudi Arabia believes that achieving security, stability, and prosperity for all the peoples of the region begins with justice for the Palestinian people and enabling them to obtain their legitimate rights, foremost among them the establishment of an independent state along the June 4, 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital. He stressed that an independent Palestinian state is the key to genuine peace in the region. The Saudi Foreign Minister also emphasized the importance of unified international efforts through this conference to support the Palestinian people in building their institutions and advancing a peaceful resolution. Meanwhile, French Foreign Affairs Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said that during this session, the outcomes of the roundtable meetings will be consolidated to unify visions, highlight achievements across all tracks, and focus on the next steps to be taken. He stressed that targeting children and women seeking food aid is unacceptable and that the war in Gaza must end, stating that the conference should mark a turning point toward implementing the two-state solution. He said that efforts must be made to find ways to transition from ending the war in Gaza to resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Le Drian added that the political two-state solution is the only way to fulfill the people’s aspirations for peace and security, with no viable alternative. He added that the conference has generated unstoppable momentum toward achieving a political solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that ensures the establishment of a viable Palestinian state. UN Secretary-General António Guterres also stressed that today’s conference is a rare and indispensable opportunity. “We must ensure that it does not become another exercise in well-meaning rhetoric. It can and must serve as a decisive turning point – one that catalyzes irreversible progress towards ending the occupation, and realizing our shared aspiration for a viable Two-State solution.” “The Two-State solution remains the only framework rooted in international law, endorsed by this Assembly, and supported by the international community,” he said. However, he warned: “The truth is: we are at a breaking point. The two-state solution is farther than ever before.” He thanked the government of France and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for organizing this international conference on the implementation of the two-state solution. “We know that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has endured for generations – defying hopes … defying diplomacy … defying countless resolutions and defying international law,” he said, adding that, “The conflict continues to take lives, destroy futures, and destabilize the region and our world.” He added: “But we also know its persistence is not inevitable. It can be resolved. That demands political will and courageous leadership.” He stressed that nothing can justify the obliteration of Gaza that has unfolded before the eyes of the world. Guterres highlighted the tragic conditions, including the starvation of the population, the killing of tens of thousands of civilians, and the fragmentation of the occupied Palestinian land. He said: “Let’s be clear: The creeping annexation of the occupied West Bank is illegal. It must stop. The wholesale destruction of Gaza is intolerable. It must stop. Unilateral actions that would forever undermine the two-state solution are unacceptable. They must stop.” He also referred to the support, as expressed in a Knesset declaration voted on last week, for annexing the Occupied West Bank. Guterres made it clear that the creeping annexation of the occupied West Bank is illegal and must stop. The conference, which runs until July 30, brings together a large number of United Nations member states, international and regional organizations, UN specialized agencies, and civil society groups. Representing the State of Palestine is Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa. The conference takes place amid the dire conditions faced by the Palestinian people due to the ongoing illegal Israeli occupation and its grave violations. Its goal is to implement United Nations resolutions and the two-state solution, marking a significant turning point toward resolving the Palestinian issue. It came in response to the UN General Assembly’s resolution and the International Court of Justice’s ruling affirming the illegality of the Israeli occupation and the urgent need to end it. The conference seeks to initiate a credible and time-bound political process, while also securing firm international commitments to support the Palestinian state politically and economically, advance governmental reform and development efforts, and enable Gaza’s recovery and reconstruction after the ongoing genocidal war comes to an end. T.R. *** EU considers suspending Israeli access to research program over Gaza war BRUSSELS, July 28, 2025 (WAFA) - The European Commission is tabling the suspension of Israel's access to the EU's Horizon Research fund as a consequence of the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza. It comes after an accord between the two sides for Israel to substantially increase aid to Gaza has not materialized, said EU sources. The European Commission is considering suspending Israel's access to the EU's Horizon Europe research and innovation program in response to Israel's ongoing actions in Gaza. EU Commissioners are meeting today to discuss the move in response to the failure of Israel to implement a negotiated agreement to "substantially" improve access to food and medical supplies to Palestinians in Gaza. "The partial suspension of Horizon will be discussed in the College of Commissioners today," a high-level EU source confirmed to Euronews. T.R. *** President Abbas praises El-Sisi’s appeal to U.S. to halt war on Gaza and allow aid access RAMALLAH, July 28, 2025 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas praised the special appeal made by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to U.S. President Donald Trump, calling for an end to the war on Gaza and the immediate entry of humanitarian aid into the besieged enclave. President Abbas described the initiative as a continuation of Egypt’s historic and pivotal role under El-Sisi’s leadership in supporting the Palestinian cause, stopping Israeli aggression, facilitating the delivery of aid, and preventing the forced displacement of Palestinians. He expressed deep appreciation for Egypt’s efforts, praising its leadership in promoting regional and global peace and stability. President Abbas reaffirmed Palestine’s unwavering support for Egypt, its people, and its wise leadership in advancing development and prosperity, and in confronting all forms of terrorism targeting Egypt and its national security. The president underscored the importance of continued joint coordination to serve the best interests of the two brotherly countries and their peoples. T.R. *** Palestinian PM Mustafa: All countries must take responsibility to end war on our people and immediately stop massacres and starvation NEW YORK, July 28, 2025 (WAFA) - Speaking at the UN high-level international conference on the Two-State Solution in New York, Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa said that: “This Conference holds a promise, a pledge to the Palestinian people, that the historical injustice that befell them must come to an end. What is happening in Gaza is its latest and most brutal manifestation, and we are more than ever compelled to act.” He emphasized that this Conference is a message to the Palestinian people “that the world supports our right to life, liberty, and dignity; that the world supports us in the realization of our rights and of our sovereign State,” and that it is also a message to the Israeli people that there is a path to peace and regional integration. “It will be achieved through our independence, not our destruction; through the realization of our rights, not their continued denial. That Palestinians are not condemned to perpetual occupation and exile, and Palestinians and Israelis are not doomed to be at eternal war,” Mustafa said. “That there is another way, a better way, that leads to shared peace, shared security, and shared prosperity in our region. Not for one at the expense of the other, but for all.” Prime Minister Mustafa expressed the State of Palestine’s deep gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and France for their leadership and for undertaking the responsibility entrusted to them by the General Assembly to co-chair this historic conference. He also expressed deep appreciation to the co-chairs of the working groups for their dedication, and all states and organizations for their contributions, as well as to the Secretary-General and, through him, all of the United Nations for their relentless efforts to deliver on their sacred mandate, including the UN personnel on the ground who do so at the peril of their lives. He stressed that the rest of the world has obligations and responsibilities to uphold self-determination and a just and lasting peace. He welcomed the approach taken by this Conference to identify what is required from all actors and to promote concrete and decisive actions, clear mechanisms, and binding time frames. The Prime Minister underscored that all States have a responsibility to act now to end the war against our people in Gaza, to secure the release of all hostages and prisoners, and to ensure the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces. In this regard, he expressed support for the mediation efforts of Egypt, Qatar, and the United States and the actions undertaken by all States to achieve these goals, stressing that the massacres and the engineered starvation by Israel must be brought to an immediate end. “We all must act to reunify Gaza with the West Bank, including East Jerusalem,” Mustafa said, “with no occupation, no siege, no settlements, no forcible displacement, and no annexation, and to rebuild Gaza with and for our people, end the occupation, achieve Palestinian independence, and implement the two-State solution, where Palestine and Israel live side by side in peace and security, leading to shared peace, shared security, and shared prosperity in our region,” the Prime Minister stressed. “This requires support for the Palestinian Government in assuming its sole governance and security responsibilities in the Gaza Strip and throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory; and that Hamas must end its rule of Gaza and hand over its weapons to the Palestinian Authority,” he added. “We are ready to invite regional and international forces to deploy, in full coordination with the State of Palestine, as part of a UN Security Council-mandated stabilization and protection mission to safeguard our people, ensure all parties comply with the ceasefire, and guarantee security for all sides—in support of the role of our Government and our Security Forces, and not as an alternative to them. The ceasefire should extend to all of the OPT and should be accompanied by the cessation of all illegal measures.” Mustafa also called on all States to take every action possible to end the war against our people, end the occupation, end the conflict, and achieve shared peace, security, and prosperity without delay or hesitation. The Prime Minister saluted the historic and courageous decision of France and President Macron to recognize the State of Palestine in September, calling on all those that have yet to do so to recognize the State of Palestine without delay. “Indeed,” the Prime Minister emphasized, “the path to peace starts with recognizing the State of Palestine and preserving it from destruction, and by empowering the forces of peace in Palestine, Israel, the region, and the world in their efforts to implement the Two-State solution. A peace that saves and serves Palestinians, Israelis, and the region. There is no viable alternative to the Two-State solution on 1967 borders based on the relevant UN resolutions to achieve peace, and there is no Two-State solution without an independent Palestinian State with East Jerusalem as its capital.” Prime Minister Mustafa reaffirmed that the Palestinian Government is determined to continue the implementation of substantive reforms in impossible circumstances, first and foremost to be able to better serve our people, and also to better cooperate with our regional and international partners. He affirmed readiness and willingness to assume all responsibilities in Gaza and the rest of the OPT, calling on the international community to help put an end to the Israeli policies which, at the political, financial, and military levels, constitute an existential threat to our people, our State, and institutions, as well as to peace. “The idea that peace and security can be achieved by the destruction or subjugation of our people is a deadly illusion,” he said. “The only way forward is through shared peace and security.” “Our people are not going to disappear, but they are losing lives and loved ones every single day. Communities are under attack by occupation forces and settlers trying to uproot them every single day. The Palestinian people suffer and cannot be demanded to simply endure. Their agony must be brought to an end. Our people have an inalienable right to live in freedom and dignity in their ancestral land,” he concluded. The region is ready to move forward now, but not at the expense of Palestine and the Palestinian people. The rights of all peoples must be respected. The sovereignty of all States must be ensured. Palestine and its people can no longer be the exception. “The region is ready to move forward—now—but not at the expense of Palestine and its people. The rights of all peoples must be respected, and the sovereignty of all states guaranteed. Palestine and its people can no longer be the exception.” The Palestinian delegation was led by Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa and included Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Varsin Aghabekian Shahin, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Stephan Salameh, and Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to the United Nations Ambassador Riyad Mansour.
