In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

by Israeli Occupation Regime Forceshttp://english.wafa.ps/, https://english.palinfo.com/, https://imemc.org/, https://paltoday.ps/ar/ *** *** In first speech since March, Abu 'Obayda warns Israel, slams Arab and Muslim betrayal Saturday 19-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Abu 'Obayda, spokesman for al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas, has affirmed that the Palestinian resistance factions in Gaza are fully prepared to continue a prolonged war of attrition against the Israeli occupation forces, regardless of its aggression and schemes. Abu 'Obayda made his remarks in a new video statement aired on Friday by Al Jazeera satellite channel. This marks his first public address since March 6. “Four months have passed since the enemy resumed its aggression after reneging on the understandings and the agreement concluded with the resistance,” Abu 'Obayda said, adding that during this period, Palestinian fighters inflicted significant casualties and losses on Israeli forces. “We have killed and wounded hundreds of enemy soldiers, and thousands have suffered psychological trauma,” he stated, adding that the resistance has been developing its tactics throughout what he called “the longest confrontation in our people’s history.” “Al-Qassam Brigades are fully prepared for a long battle of attrition against the occupation forces, irrespective of the forms and tactics their aggression may take,” Abu 'Obayda declared, outlining a resistance strategy focused on “inflicting casualties, carrying out special operations, and capturing soldiers.” He warned that “if the terrorist enemy government chooses to continue its genocidal war, it chooses to continue receiving the coffins of its soldiers and officers.” Abu 'Obayda also criticized Arab and Islamic governments for failing to stop Israel’s ongoing aggression against Gaza. “The regimes and forces of our Ummah continue to watch as their brothers in the Holy Land are killed by the tens of thousands, starved, and denied food, water, and medicine,” he said. “The necks of the leaders, elites, major parties and scholars of the Islamic and Arab nations are burdened with the blood of tens of thousands of innocent people who have been betrayed by their silence.” “The enemy would not have dared to commit genocide openly before the eyes and ears of the nation’s leaders if it had not been confident of impunity, guaranteed silence, and bought complicity,” Abu 'Obayda added. The Qassam Brigades spokesman also lauded Yemen’s Ansarullah group for their military support for Gaza, describing Yemen as an “effective front” against the Israeli occupation state. He said, “We salute our beloved people in Yemen, a land of wisdom and faith, their armed forces, and our sincere brothers from Ansarullah,” describing their deeds as a “decisive response to the inactive and submissive Arab and Islamic regimes, forces, and parties.” Talking about the current ceasefire and prisoner exchange talks, Abu 'Obayda said that Hamas offered to release all the captured Israeli soldiers in one comprehensive deal, but the Israeli government refused. “Over the past months, we have consistently put forward comprehensive proposals to release all the enemy prisoners in a single exchange.” “But war criminal Netanyahu and his ministers rejected our offer. It has become clear to us that the soldiers held captive are not a priority for them and that they have prepared their public to accept their deaths.” The spokesman warned that if the current round of negotiations failed, Hamas might not return to previous partial exchange proposals. *** UNRWA: We have enough food supplies for Gaza for three months, but entry is not permitted by Israel Saturday 19-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) confirmed that it possesses enough food supplies to sustain the entire population of the Gaza Strip for over three months, but Israel is not allowing the aid to enter. In a post on the platform X, the agency said that these supplies, some of which are stored in a warehouse in the Egyptian city of Arish, are ready for distribution, noting that the logistical systems are in place. UNRWA called for the opening of crossings and the lifting of the blockade, stressing that it is prepared to fulfill its humanitarian duty and assist the population, including one million children. Two million people in Gaza are currently facing a comprehensive humanitarian crisis. Since March 2, 2025, Israel has kept border crossings closed, preventing the entry of food and medical aid, leading to a widespread famine in the enclave. On Saturday, the Ministry of Health reported a significant rise in death rates caused by hunger and malnutrition. It warned that unprecedented numbers of starving citizens of all ages are arriving at emergency departments in states of severe exhaustion and fatigue. It added that hundreds of severely emaciated individuals are at imminent risk of death due to hunger and their bodies’ inability to endure further. Meanwhile, the Palestinian NGO Network announced that Gaza is currently experiencing the worst phase of the humanitarian catastrophe due to Israel’s starvation policy. The network warned of increasing deaths, particularly among children and the elderly, as a direct result of starvation, and demanded the immediate entry of aid into Gaza. *** Gaza: Famine claims hundreds of lives, including 69 children Saturday 19-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) At least 69 children have died from malnutrition in the Gaza Strip, while the total number of patients who have died due to shortages of food and medicine has reached 620, according to the Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza. This comes amid a complete Israeli blockade on Gaza, while the international community is unable to take action against Israel and save the population. In a brief report on Friday, PGMO published the following statistics highlighting the severity of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza: • 139 days since Israel closed all border crossings. • 76,450 trucks carrying humanitarian aid and fuel have been denied entry. • 42 community kitchens have been bombed by the Israeli army. • 57 aid and food distribution centers were bombed by the Israeli army. • 121 humanitarian convoys were bombed by the Israeli army. • 877 people were killed at US- and Israeli-designated aid distribution zones, which are widely known as “death traps.” More than 5,666 aid seekers also suffered injuries and 42 others were reported missing in those zones. • 650,000 children are now at risk of death due to hunger and malnutrition. • 12,500 cancer patients are facing death from lack of medicine and treatment. • 60,000 pregnant women are in critical danger due to insufficient medical care and nutrition. PGMO has condemned what it described as a “continuous crime,” holding the Israeli occupation regime fully responsible, alongside the US, Germany, France and other European states. PGMO has called on the international community to take immediate action to end Israel’s starvation campaign in Gaza, save human lives, and ensure the urgent reopening of Gaza’s crossings to allow the immediate delivery of humanitarian aid. *** 32 Palestinians martyred, dozens injured in Israeli massacre targeting aid seekers in Rafa'h Saturday 19-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Israeli occupation forces committed a bloody massacre on Saturday against Palestinians waiting for humanitarian aid in northern Rafa'h, in the southern Gaza Strip. The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that Nasser Medical Complex received 32 martyrs since dawn today, along with dozens of injuries, as a result of the Israeli massacre near US aid distribution centers in southern Gaza. The ministry emphasized that these bloody massacres near the US aid centers, described as “death traps,” threaten the lives of thousands in Gaza. It added that the Strip is experiencing an actual famine, evident in the severe shortage of basic food supplies and the widespread acute malnutrition, amid a total collapse of medical capabilities to treat the consequences of this disaster. The ministry warned of an unprecedented health and humanitarian catastrophe if the international silence continues, calling on the international community, UN agencies, and human rights organizations to take urgent and effective action to stop the massacres and open humanitarian corridors for the safe and regular delivery of food, medicine, and fuel. Earlier, medical sources reported that 30 martyrs and over 100 injured aid seekers were transferred to hospitals after Israeli forces opened fire on them while they waited for aid in northern Rafa'h and southern Khan Younus in the Gaza Strip. Dr. 'Aatif Al-'Hout, the hospital director, stated in press remarks that Israel continues its attempts to kill over two million Palestinians in Gaza through bombing and starvation. He added, “We are unable to provide medical services to patients due to the complete depletion of resources.” Gaza is currently facing an unprecedented famine due to Israel’s starvation policy as part of its ongoing genocide campaign. This has led to catastrophic humanitarian conditions across all aspects of life, with warnings of a complete collapse of the health system. Since March 2, Israeli forces have closed all border crossings with Gaza and prevented the entry of food and medical aid, causing a dramatic rise in prices of basic goods and extreme shortages in markets. After opening Israeli-controlled distribution centers on May 27, occupation forces have committed daily massacres against civilians attempting to reach them, resulting in around 900 martyrs and more than 5,600 injuries. *** ****** Gaza death toll surges to 58,765 amid ongoing Israeli genocide GAZA, July 19, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 98 Palestinians were killed and 511 others were injured in the Gaza Strip over the last 48 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli genocide in the region, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza. Local health authorities confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 2023 has risen to 58,765 fatalities, with an additional 140,485 people sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children. Emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews, according to the health authorities. M.N. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** PGMO: The EU is politically and morally complicit in the Israeli genocide in Gaza Saturday 19-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza has expressed its deep shock and anger at the official European stance, conveyed during the recent meeting of foreign ministers in Brussels, which highlighted the moral and political failure of the European Union (EU) in confronting the genocide committed by the Israeli occupation forces in Gaza for 650 consecutive days. In a statement issued Friday, the PGMO said that the remarks by former EU High Representative Josep Borrell—where he said, “Europe has decided not to punish Israel and to allow the genocide to continue unrelentingly”, serve as damning testimony from within the European institution itself regarding the extent of Western complicity. The statement stressed that the EU has crossed all red lines as it watches 2.4 million Palestinian civilians being slaughtered, starved, and forcibly displaced mercilessly, without activating a single accountability mechanism, even though the Israeli occupation authorities are clearly violating the human rights clause in the EU partnership agreement. It added that limiting its role to “closely monitoring” is a betrayal of the humanitarian values Europeans often proclaim, and the absence of any punitive action is a green light for the continued massacres against civilians with explicit European approval. The PGMO held the EU fully responsible, politically and morally, for this ongoing crime and called on the EU to end its policy of hypocrisy, complicity, and double standards, to immediately suspend the partnership agreement with Israel, and to hold Israel accountable for its crimes, including prosecuting Israeli war criminals. *** In first speech since March, Abu 'Obayda warns Israel, slams Arab and Muslim betrayal Saturday 19-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Abu 'Obayda, spokesman for al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas, has affirmed that the Palestinian resistance factions in Gaza are fully prepared to continue a prolonged war of attrition against the Israeli occupation forces, regardless of its aggression and schemes.
