While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Displaced Palestinians return to their devastated homes and neighborhoods, in northern Gaza Strip

Monday 27-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

In a historic scene that has reflected the Palestinian people’s adherence and loyalty to their land, hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians in Gaza has started crossing the so-called Netzarim corridor in the morning and returning home in the north of the Strip for the first time since Israel’s genocidal war on the coastal enclave began.

Earlier, the Israeli occupation army said that Palestinians would be allowed to cross al-Rashid street by foot starting at 7:00 a.m. and Sala'huddeen street by vehicle from 9:00 a.m.

This comes after Qatar announced that the Palestinian resistance agreed to release female Israeli captive Arbel Yehud and two others by Friday and provided information on the conditions of those set to be freed in the first phase of the ceasefire deal.

The scene of massive crowds returning home in Gaza on Monday morning is seen as a Palestinian message of steadfastness to all those attempting to forcibly displace them from their land.

Over the past three days, hundreds of thousands of people had gathered on roads near the Netzarim checkpoint waiting anxiously to be allowed to walk home after the Israeli army banned their return at the pretext that Hamas did not release Israeli captive Arbel Yehud.

At dawn Monday, the Hamas Movement announced that an understanding was reached through the mediators to allow the displaced citizens to return to the areas in the north of Wadi Gaza (Gaza valley) as of today morning, January 27, 2025.

In a statement, Hamas said that there would be an additional prisoner exchange operation before next Friday for the release three Israeli captives, including Arbel Yehud, adding that three other captives would also be released as scheduled next Saturday.

In another statement, Hamas described the return of its people to northern Gaza as “a victory for our people, and a declaration of failure and defeat for the (Israeli) occupation and transfer plans.”

“The scenes of crowds of our people returning to the areas they were displaced from, where their homes are destroyed, assert the greatness of our people and their steadfastness on their land despite the severity of the pain and tragedy,” Hamas said.

“The return of our displaced people to their homes has vindicated further that the occupation failed to achieve its aggressive goals of displacing our people and breaking their steadfastness,” Hamas added

'Hamas called for intensifying the delivery of humanitarian aid to all areas of the Gaza Strip, especially the north.

Thousands of displaced people begin returning to northern Gaza via Rashid Street

GAZA, January, 27, 2024 (WAFA) –

Thousands of displaced Palestinians began returning to Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip on Monday via Rashid Coastal Street in the central Gaza Strip.

At 9:00 a.m., the displaced persons will be allowed to travel by vehicles to the northern Gaza Strip after being inspected, via Salah al-Din Street.

Thousands of people spent the past two nights in the open on Rashid and Salah al-Din Streets, despite the bitter cold, waiting for the occupation forces to allow them to return to their homes after forcing them to leave and flee to the south.

Most of the displaced persons are walking the return route via Rashid Street, a distance of at least 7 kilometers.

The Rashid Coastal Street extends from the northern Gaza Strip to its southern part, and witnessed dozens of massacres committed by the occupation forces against citizens who were on their way to flee from the north to the south during the 470-day of aggression.

Between October 7, 2023 and January 19, 2025, the Israeli occupation forces launched an aggression on the Gaza Strip, which resulted in the killing and injury of more than 158 thousand people, most of whom were children and women, and left more than 14 thousand missing.

The Israeli occupation aggression resulted in the displacement of more than 85% of the citizens of the Gaza Strip, more than 1.93 million citizens out of 2.2 million, from their homes after their destruction, and about 100 thousand citizens have left the Strip since the beginning of the aggression.

About 1.6 million citizens of the Strip currently live in shelters and tents that lack the minimum requirements for human life, amidst massive and unprecedented destruction of infrastructure and citizens' property.

'Hamas thanks Egypt and Jordan for rejecting the Trump idea to relocate the Palestinian people outside the Gaza Strip

Monday 27-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, has expressed its appreciation to Egypt and Jordan over their rejection of any plan to uproot the Palestinians in Gaza from their land and relocating them to another place under any pretext or justification.

In a statement on Sunday, 'Hamas highlighted that its people would remain loyal to their land and resist any attempt to displace them from Gaza.

'Hamas called on the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to announce their support for the Palestinian people’s rights and their rejection of any displacement plan targeting them.

Jordan and Egypt on Sunday rejected a proposal by US president Donald Trump to “just clean out that whole thing” in the Gaza Strip and move its Palestinian population to those two countries.

Cairo said it was against any attempt of moving Palestinians out of their land “whether temporarily or in the long term,” while Jordan said it would remain “firm and unwavering” in its rejection of any displacement of Palestinians.

The Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad condemns Trump's statements about relocating the Palestinian people outside the Gaza Strip

Monday 27-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad strongly condemned the recent remarks made by US President Donald Trump, in which he called for the displacement of Gaza’s residents to Egypt and Jordan. It added in a statement on Monday that this proposal reflects a continuation of the colonial agenda aimed at eradicating the Palestinian cause and forcibly uprooting its people.

Following is the remaining text of the statement: “These remarks are yet another desperate attempt to break the will of the Palestinian people. However, through their steadfastness and unwavering resistance, our people repeatedly prove that any attempt to eliminate or displace them from their land is destined to fail. This morning’s awe-inspiring return of Palestinian masses to northern Gaza stands as a bold challenge to the occupation and all plans of forced displacement, reaffirming their commitment to their land and their right to remain on it, no matter the sacrifices.

The call to displace Palestinians from Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem constitutes an additional crime in a long list of international violations. It reveals a profound ignorance of the balance of power and the resilience of peoples. Such displacement and eradication schemes violate international law and human rights and will not go unchallenged.

We, at the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad, affirm that Egypt and Jordan, as vital pillars of the Arab and Islamic world, understand the grave implications of these remarks and their catastrophic consequences. They stand firmly with the Palestinian people and their just cause. We call upon the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations to confront these conspiracies by all possible means.

We firmly believe that this plan, like those before it, will be buried under the unwavering determination of the Palestinian people and their resistance, which will persist until the liberation of the land and the restoration of their rights.”

PGMO: Gaza City and the North need 135,000 tents and caravans for shelter

Monday 27-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) said that the Palestinian people in Gaza City and North Governorates need 135,000 tents and caravans immediately and urgently as hundreds of thousands of displaced people begin to return on Monday morning.

The PGMO pointed out in a statement that the destruction caused by the Israeli occupation army in the two governorates exceeded 90%, calling on the international community, international and Arab organizations, to work on opening crossings and providing essential supplies to provide shelter to the returnees.

It pointed out that more than 5,500 government employees are currently working to facilitate the return of displaced people from the southern and central governorates to Gaza City and North Governorates, from all governmental bodies, ministries, and institutions.

Hundreds of thousands of displaced people began returning to the northern Gaza Valley on Monday morning in implementation of the ceasefire agreement, amidst overwhelming joy and chants of Takbir.

In a previous statement, Salama Ma’rouf, the PGMO head, said that government staff, in collaboration with various community components, worked to make this day a manifestation of national solidarity and community cohesion, truly reflecting the citizens’ support to eliminate the occupation’s dreams of forced displacement.

The PGMO, in cooperation with public societies, prepared a plan to organize the process of citizens’ return, starting with providing dozens of buses and free transport on both sides, through deploying security personnel to clear the return route, remove ordnance of the occupation, and assist returning citizens. Medical points will be established along the route, and ambulances will be provided to transport the sick and elderly, culminating in the deployment of youth and community teams to distribute water and light food to the returnees.

Moreover, the government shelter and relief committees have worked from the first moment of announcing the agreement to prepare shelter center sites and level the land designated for creating camps for citizens whose homes have been destroyed. Approximately 40 camps have been prepared for this purpose, and efforts are ongoing to provide logistical and living needs for these camps, foremost among them being tents.

Ma’arouf urged the people in Gaza City and North Governorates to embrace returning citizens, especially those with destroyed homes, and to host them as much as possible, reinforcing the meanings of unity, solidarity, and cooperation that have been evident throughout months of aggression. He also called on returning citizens, if they cannot stay in their homes, to head to the nearest shelter center prepared to receive them, and urged them to bring whatever personal belongings they can, especially tents, due to delays in the arrival of the required number of tents. “We urgently need120,000 tents,” he concluded.

Israeli occupation forces serve demolition notice to the family of a slain Palestinian, in Jineen refugee camp

Jineen, January 27, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces delivered on Monday evening a demolition notice against the family home of slain Palestinian, Nidhal 'Aamir, in the Jineen refugee Camp.

The notice, delivered in writing, threatens the destruction of the family’s multi-story home.

This notice comes as part of the ongoing Israeli military onslaught on Jineen, which has seen continued demolitions, explosions, and arson attacks on homes. Areas such as Al-'Aloub, Al-Falouja, Al-Bashar and Al-Damj are among those most heavily impacted, with clouds of smoke rising into the sky and continuous explosions heard throughout the camp.

The slain Palestinian was killed on July 3, 2024, by a special Israeli army unit. He was shot at close range in the industrial area of Jineen.

Israeli occupation forces have continued their destruction and burning of homes in Jineen refugee Camp today, marking the seventh consecutive day of the relentless military onslaught.

Estimates indicate that approximately 100 homes have been destroyed and torched in the refugee camp, as the systematic devastation of its infrastructure continues unabated.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
