While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

'Hamas: We have shown the highest level of flexibility

Friday 21-February-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, called on the Arab League “not to approve any plans that could threaten the Arab pan-national security.”

“We are surprised by the statements of the Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab League, 'Husam Zaki, in which he indicated that the removal of the 'Hamas Movement serves the interests of the Palestinian people,” the 'Hamas spokesperson, 'Hazim Qasim, said in a press release.

“'Hamas will continue to prioritize the supreme interests of the Palestinian people in all decisions related to the Gaza post-war governance, ensuring they remain within the framework of national consensus and free from interference by the (Israeli occupation regime) or the United States,” he added.

“We have demonstrated the highest level of flexibility in formulating political and administrative approaches for governing Gaza during multiple dialogues, particularly with Egypt.”

Qassem noted that among these approaches was “agreeing to form a national consensus government” and the Hamas “full acceptance of the Egyptian proposal regarding the Community Support Committee.”

'Hamas condemns Netanyahu’s break-in into Toulkarm

Friday 21-February-2025

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Palestinian Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, commented on Friday on the Israeli occupation apartheid regime Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu’s, storming of the Toulkarm refugee camp, in the occupied West Bank.

The Movement said that Natenyahu’s Toulkarm raid is “a showy step that reflects the state of political and military bankruptcy to cover up his repeated failure and continuous decline in confronting Palestinian resistance.”

The Movement stressed that “this visit will not terrorize our people and resistance, but will increase their determination and resolve to continue the path of jihad until liberation and victory.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu earlier stormed a house on the outskirts of the Toulkarm refugee camp in the northern West Bank.

The Israeli prime minister has announced the move in a video posted on social media from Toulkarm, in the north of the West Bank.

Netanyahu’s storming came hours after a similar move by the Israeli army minister Yisrael Katz.

During the raid, Netanyahu ordered increased military operations in the occupied West Bank.

Netanyahu said his government has “reinforced the streets in the West Bank after a series of bus explosions near Tel Aviv.”

“And I have also ordered additional operational activity against terrorist centers,” he said.

Ma'rouf: Gaza urgently needs 60,000 mobile homes, 200,000 tents

Friday 21-February-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Salama Ma’rouf, the head of the Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO), said the Gaza Strip needs no less than 60,000 mobile homes and 200,000 tents to provide temporary shelter for hundreds of thousands of families who lost their homes.

Ma'rouf said in a press statement on Friday morning, “A limited number of mobile homes (12 caravans) entered the Strip this morning”, noting that “they are designated for international organizations.”

He pointed out that what has reached the Strip so far is “less than half of our need for tents, and no mobile homes have arrived.”

Ma'rouf stressed that the Israeli occupation’s behavior is characterized by procrastination and hesitation, in an attempt to evade its pledges towards the humanitarian protocol of the ceasefire agreement, disregarding the humanitarian catastrophe caused by its war of extermination against the people of the Gaza Strip.

He called on the international community and mediators to push for bringing in the urgent needs of shelter, relief, and health care, and to prevent Israel from practicing blackmail against the people in Gaza and exacerbating their suffering by obstructing the entry of basic shelter needs.

He also called for accelerating the convening of an international conference to discuss Gaza reconstruction, urging the upcoming Arab summit in Saudi Arabia to adopt a decision to open the Rafa'h crossing around the clock, and to bring in everything needed for relief, shelter, and reconstruction, and to respond to the distress call launched by the people in Gaza to declare the Gaza Strip a disaster zone.

Local sources reported that A'hmed 'Awadh, from the town of Deir al-Ghusun, succumbed to wounds after an Israeli vehicle hit his car earlier yesterday, bringing the death toll of the ongoing military operation in Toulkarm and its camps to 13 martyrs.

The Israeli occupation army continued its siege and aggression on Tulkarem camp for the 26th consecutive day, which has led to an unprecedented humanitarian disaster, massive destruction, and forced displacement of thousands of people.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale raid and kidnapping campaign at dawn Friday across West Bank cities and towns.

IOFs kill a Palestinian child in Jineen

Friday 21-February-2025

Jineen, (PIC)

Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) shot and killed a Palestinian child on Friday evening in the Jineen refugee camp, north of the West Bank.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported the martyrdom of the 13-years-old girl Rimas 'Omar Al-'Amouri, as a result of the IOFs shooting in the Jineen refugee camp. Local sources said that the occupation forces deliberately fired at the girl in the vicinity of the Jabriyat neighborhood, critically injuring her. She succumbed to her injuries a while later.

The Israeli occupation forces continue their extensive aggression on Jenin and its camp for 32 days, resulting in martyrs, injuries, and unprecedented destruction of homes and infrastructure. Dozens of the IOFs in military vehicles are stationed around the Jineen Hospital and Al-Amal Hospital, checking citizens’ identities and interrogating them as they move in the area. Hospitals in Jineen are suffering from a severe shortage of water after the IOFs targeted and destroyed water lines, with about 35% of the city’s residents lacking access to water.

The occupation forces have converted buildings around the Jenin camp into military barracks since the beginning of the aggression, while continuing to send military reinforcements and bulldozers to the Al-Basateen neighborhood in Jineen city.

The IOFs have forcibly displaced about 3,000 families from the Jineen refugee camp from their homes, while more than 120 homes have been completely demolished, amid widespread destruction of streets and infrastructure.

Meanwhile, citizens suffered from suffocation due to inhaling teargas fired by the occupation forces during their raid on the village of Tal, southwest of Nablus, as well as the town of Baita and the village of Qaryout to the south. The occupation forces fired live bullets, sound bombs, and teargas canisters during their incursion into Baita, Qaryout, and Tal, resulting in several citizens suffering from suffocation. They were treated on-site.

For their part, a group of the illegal Israeli settlers burned a vehicle and attacked citizens’ property, writing racist slogans against Arabs east of Yatta. Settlers infiltrated the Abu Sha'ban area, east of Yatta, torched a vehicle, and wrote inciting and racist slogans against Palestinians and Arabs. This area has faced numerous attacks from settlers and Israeli occupation forces, including the demolition of several homes and a school, in addition to chasing shepherds in the pastures and destroying agricultural crops.

Settlers also gathered at the intersection near the Karma’il settlement built on the lands of Masafir Yatta, where they closed the gate leading to the villages of Masafir, preventing citizens from passing through.

In a related context, settlers burned an agricultural room and attacked citizens’ property in the village of Kafr Qaddoum east of Qalqilya, and attacked an agricultural land planted with olive trees.

Jineen, (PIC)

Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) continued on Friday to besiege the Jineen government hospital, amidst a wide escalation of aggression on the city and its camp for 32 days, resulting in martyrs, injuries, and unprecedented destruction of homes and infrastructure.

IOFs aboard dozens of military vehicles are stationed around the Jineen hospital and the Hope Hospital, checking the identities of citizens and interrogating them while they move in the area.

Child injured by Israeli occupation forces’ metal bullets during confrontations in Kafr Qaddum

QALQILYA, February 21, 2025 (WAFA) –

A Palestinian child was injured on Friday evening by rubber-coated metal bullets, and dozens of others suffocated by tear gas during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in the village of Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, according to a local activist.

The coordinator of the popular resistance committee in the village of Kafr Qaddoum, Murad Shitawi, reported that confrontations erupted between dozens of Palestinian youths and Israeli soldiers in the said village.

Forces attacked the youths with rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas canisters, shooting and injuring a 17-year-old teenager in the leg. Dozens of others suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.

Since July 2011, Kafr Qaddoum has held weekly marches in protest of Israel’s colonial expansion plans. Residents also rally to demand the reopening of the village’s main road, which has been blocked by Israeli forces since 2003.

The only alternative road is roughly six times longer than the previous route, disrupting the villagers’ ability to attend university, their jobs, and other vital aspects of their economic and social well-being, noted Al-Dhameer Human Rights Association.

Although Kufr Qaddoum’s Popular Resistance Committee took their case to the Israeli High Court in 2003, the legal status of the road remains unchanged, stressed Al-Dhameer.

After all legal appeals failed, villagers decided to organize weekly demonstrations in July 2011, a step that was met with violent suppression by Israeli forces.

Palestinians suffocate in Israeli occupation army raid near Nablus

NABLUS, February 21, 2025 (WAFA) –

A number of Palestinians Friday suffocated in an Israeli army raid in Qusra town, south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to an anti-colonial settlement activist.

Fuad 'Hasan said that Israeli occupation forces barged their way into the town and fired barrages of gunfire and tear gas bombs, causing a number of Palestinians to suffocate from excessive tear gas inhalation.

Meanwhile, several others suffocated due to tear gas fired by the occupation forces in the nearby town of Yatma.

A'hmed Sunoabar, head of Yatma Village Council, said that a convoy of army vehicles stormed the village, where soldiers fired barrages of live ammunition and tear gas bombs, causing several to suffocate.

The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.

These raids are conducted without a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers.

Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised.

Israeli forces kidnap nine Palestinians from West Bank

JORDAN VALLEY, February 21, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces Friday kidnapped at least nine Palestinians from various parts of the occupied West Bank, according to local and security sources.

They said that the occupying forces rounded up a shepherd while the latter was grazing his sheep in Khallet Makhoul community in the northern Jordan Valley.

Meanwhile, the occupying forces showed up at a house in southern Hebron City, broke inside, conducted a thorough search, and eventually detained an occupant.

The heavily armed soldiers ransacked several houses in the southern part of the city as well as in Bani Naim town, east of Hebron, turning them upside down.

In the Ramallah governorate, the sources confirmed a raid in the Jalazone refugee camp, resulting in the detention of two Palestinians.

The occupying forces showed up at a store in Silwad town, east of Ramallah, and rounded up four residents; two fathers along with their sons.

The occupation forces barged their way into Surda town, north of Ramallah, and rearrested a former prisoner.

According to the latest figures from Addameer, the Palestinian Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, there are currently 10,000 Palestinian political prisoners in Israeli prisons and detention centers, including 365 child prisoners and 15 female prisoners.

This number includes approximately 3,369 Palestinians placed under “administrative detention”, which allows the detention of Palestinians without charge or trial for renewable intervals ranging between three and six months based on undisclosed evidence that even a detainee’s lawyer is barred from viewing.

The mass arrest of Palestinians is nothing new. According to a 2017 report by Addameer, over the past 50 years, more than 800,000 Palestinians have been imprisoned or detained by Israel, this figure is now believed to be closer to 1 million. This means that about 40% of Palestinian men and boys living under military occupation have been deprived of their freedom. Almost every Palestinian family has suffered the imprisonment of a loved one.

Official warns Israel has genocidal intent in Toulkarm refugee camp

TULKARM, February 21, 2025 (WAFA) –

Toulkarm Governor 'Abdullah Kameel Friday warned that Israel has the intent to commit genocide in the northern occupied West Bank refugee camp of Tulkarm.

He stated that the storming by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and ‘Defense’ Minister Israel Katz of the refugee camp serves as evidence of Israel’s specific intention to commit further extrajudicial killings, demolitions, and forcibly displace the majority of the unarmed Palestinian population from their houses in the Toulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps.

He added that it was apparent that the storming by Netanyahu and Katz of the camp provided sufficient evidence of the occupation authorities’ intent to perpetrate more crimes against the Palestinian people as per their instructions.

He urged the international community and human rights organizations to immediately intervene to protect the Palestinian population who have been subjected to unprecedented aggression for 26 days in the governorate.

International Organization for Migration: 90% of homes in Gaza have been destroyed

GENEVA, February 21, 2025 (WAFA) -

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) stated that around 90% of homes in the Gaza Strip have been destroyed, leaving hundreds of thousands of people with nowhere to go.

The organization made this statement on Friday following a visit to Gaza by its Director General, Amy Pope, and the Humanitarian Coordinator for the occupied Palestinian territory, Muhannad Hadi.

The IOM emphasized that, in coordination with the United Nations and its humanitarian partners, it is intensifying efforts to enhance emergency shelter assistance.

According to the statement, since January 19, the IOM has dispatched aid covering shelter, water, sanitation, hygiene supplies and non-food items to support the population in Gaza.

The statement included remarks from the organization's Director General, describing the scale of destruction in Gaza as staggering.

I just visited Gaza and witnessed devastation, shattered lives, and mass destruction like never seen before, she said in a post on X.

“People urgently need shelter and essential aid. Ceasefire must hold, and humanitarian access must flow without interruption to serve people in desperate need,” she added.

Pope noted that she spoke with parents struggling to keep their children alive, improvising temporary shelters with whatever materials they could find, as they have nowhere else to go.

"Families in Gaza are returning home to nothing but rubble, enduring cold and rain with little to no shelter," stressed IOM in a post on X.

land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
