In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

by Israeli Occupation Regime Forceshttp://english.wafa.ps/, https://english.palinfo.com/, https://imemc.org/, https://paltoday.ps/ar/ *** *** 'Hamas calls on IPU to activate the boycott of genocidal Israeli regime and isolate it internationally Thursday 10-April-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, welcomed the position of the United Nations General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) during its 150th session held in the Uzbek capital, Tashkent, which rejected the Israeli plans to displace the residents of the Gaza Strip. It called, in a statement on Thursday, for the activation of the boycott and international isolation of Israel, and for deterrent measures to stop its aggression against the Palestinian people. Hamas considered the parliamentary stance a new slap to Israel and its supporters, reaffirming international support for the justice of the Palestinian cause and the right of the Palestinian people to their land. The Movement also appreciated the role and efforts of Arab, Islamic, and African parliaments, as well as all friendly parliaments that participated in this meeting, which supported the just rights of the Palestinian people, rejected displacement and liquidation projects, and boycotted the speech of the Israeli representative. Hamas urged IPU members to continue this approach by enhancing the comprehensive boycott of Israel politically, diplomatically, security-wise, and militarily, and to take effective and deterrent steps to stop its aggression and genocidal crimes against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Jerusalem. *** Al-Hams: No available medicines to treat children, Israel uses banned incendiary weapons Thursday 10-April-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The director of field hospitals at the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Marwan Al-Hams, called for the urgent need to “open the crossings immediately to bring in food, water and medicine,” in light of the rapidly deteriorating health conditions in the Strip. “We do not find any medicines to treat our sick children in the Gaza Strip,” Al-Hams said in a statement on Wednesday evening, noting that ”Gaza children suffer from multiple diseases with no available treatment.” “Cases of diarrhea and hepatitis are widespread among children,” he said, describing this as ”a direct result of the lack of clean water and good food.” “Most of the wounded arrive at the hospitals while suffering from burns all over their bodies,” Al-Hams added, stressing that ”Israel is using new weapons.” The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that about 60,000 children in the Strip are vulnerable to serious health complications due to their suffering from malnutrition. At dawn on March 18, 2025, the Israeli occupation resumed its aggression and tight blockade on the Gaza Strip, after a two-month pause under a ceasefire agreement that came into effect on January 19. Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been committing genocide in the Gaza Strip, leaving more than 166,000 Palestinians martyred and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 14,000 missing. *** Medicines, medical consumables in Gaza hospitals reach unprecedented low stocks Thursday 10-April-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the shortage of medicines and medical consumables in the Gaza Strip has reached “dangerous and unprecedented” low levels. In a statement published by the Government Media Office (PGMO) on Thursday, the health ministry said that “the deficit in pharmaceutical stocks and medical consumables has reached dangerous and unprecedented levels.” It added that 37% of essential medicines, 59% of medical consumables, and 54 cancer and blood diseases medicines have a zero balance. The ministry explained that 80,000 diabetics and 110,000 blood pressure patients do not have access to medicines in primary care centers. Operations, intensive care and emergency departments are operating with depleted stocks of medicines and life-saving medical tasks, it added. The ministry issued an urgent plea to enhance drug stocks in hospitals and primary care centers, noting that the closure of crossings for medical supplies and medicines exacerbates the crisis and adds catastrophic challenges to providing health care to the sick and wounded. Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation army has committed a genocide in Gaza that has left more than 166,000 Palestinians martyred and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing. It has destroyed 34 out of 38 hospitals, including governmental and private hospitals, leaving only four hospitals operating with limited capacity despite their damage, amid a severe shortage of medicines and medical equipment, according to the latest statistics of the PGMO. Israeli airstrikes also put 80 health centers completely out of service and destroyed 162 other medical institutions. *** ****** Death toll in Gaza surges to 50,886 amid ongoing Israeli genocide GAZA, April 10, 2025 (WAFA and PIC) – At least 40 Palestinians were killed and 146 others were injured in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli genocide in the region, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza. The Ministry said that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 2023 has risen to 50,886 documented fatalities, with an additional 115,875 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children. In a statement, the ministry said that the number of victims of the ongoing genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 50,886 martyrs and 115,875 wounded. According to the Ministry, emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews. Israel's genocidal onslaught continues undeterred despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. Y.S. *** Israeli occupation army continues to launch deadly attacks on Gaza Thursday 10-April-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army continued last night and on Thursday to carry out deadly attacks on different areas of the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring dozens of civilians. According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate more homes and displace families in the Gaza Strip, further exacerbating the dire humanitarian situation under a stifling blockade that risks plunging the population into severe famine. A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center said that two children were martyred in an Israeli drone attack in Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Paramedics also evacuated a martyr after he came under Israeli gunfire in Al-Mawasi area of Rafa'h, south of Gaza. Two Israeli genocidal air strikes claimed the lives of multiple citizens near the Public Service Hospital and Al-Samir junction in Gaza City. The Israeli occupation army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women. *** Israeli genocidal bombing kills ten Palestinian citizens, injures dozens in Gaza and Rafa'h GAZA, April 10, 2025 (WAFA) – At least ten Palestinian citizens were killed Thursday afternoon by Israeli occupation forces' fire and shelling of the cities of Gaza and Rafa'h in the Gaza Strip, according to WAFA correspondent. He said that Israeli fighter jets conducted a genocidal air strike targeting gathering of persons near the public service building in central Gaza City, killing five people, at a time another civilian was killed when Israeli forces opened fire on citizens in Al-Shakoush area of Rafa'h, south of the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, four Palestinians were kiled after Israeli warplanes targeted the home of the Abu Al-'Aoun family in Al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Israeli artillery also shelled civilian homes near the Umm Habeeba Mosque and the bicycle market in the Qizan Al-Najjar area, south of Khan Younus, south of the Gaza Strip. Y.S. *** Several Palestinians killed and injured by the Israeli genocidal air strikes in Gaza GAZA, April 10, 2025 (WAFA) — At least four civilians were killed and others wounded early Thursday morning in Israeli genocidal shelling of several areas in the Gaza Strip. WAFA correspondent reported that two civilians were killed when the Israeli occupation bombed a tent housing displaced persons on al-Tina Street, south of the town of Al-Qarara, northwest of Khan Younus. A child was also killed in artillery shelling of the al-Amur neighborhood in the town of Al-Fukhari, east of the city. He added that a citizen was killed when a tent housing displaced persons was shelled northwest of the city of Al-Zahraa, central Gaza Strip. WAFA correspondent pointed out that Israeli artillery continues its intensive shelling of the eastern areas of Gaza City, while Israeli aircraft launched raids targeting the northern areas of Rafa'h, south of the Gaza Strip. Israeli artillery also shelled areas in Bait Lahya, north of the Gaza Strip, 'Abasan Al-Kabeera, east of Khan Younus, and Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Since October 7, 2023, Israel, the occupying power, has been committing genocide in the Gaza Strip, killing and wounding more than 166,000, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing. K.T. *** Gaza: Dozens of kidnapped Palestinians released from the Israeli occupation regime prisons Thursday 10-April-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army released some 80 Palestinian detainees into the war-battered Gaza Strip on Thursday morning, local sources said. The detainees, who had been kidnaped during the genocidal war on Gaza, were set free at the Israeli-controlled Kissufim border crossing in eastern Khan Younus, south of Gaza, the Anadolu news agency quoted local sources as saying. According to Anadolu, at least 10 of the freed prisoners are in poor health condition and were hospitalized at the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the central city of Dair El-Bala'h. “One of the freed detainees is in a very critical condition and unable to move, with his body bearing clear signs of torture,” a medical source told Anadolu. Anadolu said there was no immediate comment from Israel or the 'Hamas Movement on the releases. Hundreds of Gazan prisoners were previously released from Israeli detention centers and jails under the ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement last January between the Palestinian resistance and the Israeli occupation government. “There are no exact figures about the number of Gazans held by Israel, but estimates suggest that their numbers are in the thousands,” Anadolu said. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Minor sustains injury from Israeli occupation army gunfire in Shu'fat Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), April 10, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian minor Thursday sustained an injury from Israeli army gunfire in the Shu'fat refugee camp, north of the occupied West Bank city of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), according to the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS). The PRCS said that a 12-year-old minor was injured with rubber-coated steel bullets in the head after being shot by Israeli occupation forces who raided the refugee camp. It added that the casualty was rushed to a hospital for urgent treatment. Meanwhile, local sources said that occupation forces broke into a commercial store in the refugee camp and detained a young man. It the course of the raid, the heavily armed soldiers fired barrages of tear gas canisters, causing dozens of civilians to suffocate. The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents. These raids are conducted without the need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers. Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised. K.F. *** Palestinian young man injured by Israeli forces in 'Askar refugee camp NABLUS, April 10, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian young man was injured by Israeli gunfire on Thursday during an Israeli military raid on the 'Askar refugee camp, east of Nablus, according to medical sources. The Ambulance and Emergency Center at the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in Nablus reported that emergency teams transported the injured man after he was shot in the thigh by Israeli forces. Witnesses and local sources reported that Israeli troops stormed the area surrounding the camp, firing live ammunition and launching tear gas canisters, which led to confrontations between residents and the soldiers. M.N. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime release A'hmed Manasra after 9.5 years in prison RAMALLAH, April 10, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation apartheid regime on Thursday released Palestinian detainee A'hmed Manasra from prison after nine and a half years of detention. Manasra, who was detained at the age of 13, is now 23 years old. According to local sources, although his family was waiting for him at Naf'ha Prison where he was expected to be released, they were surprised to receive a phone call informing them that Ahmad had been released in the city of Beer Al-Saba', far from the prison gate. Throughout his imprisonment, Manasra was held in solitary confinement for several years, despite repeated appeals to ease the harsh restrictions imposed on him due to his deteriorating mental and physical health. Prisoner advocacy groups emphasized that Manasra is among a number of detainees suffering from severe psychological conditions as a result of prolonged solitary confinement, describing their living conditions as extremely harsh and detrimental. A'hmed Manasra's case drew global attention following his detention in October 2015, when he and his cousin Hassan were attacked. Hassan was fatally shot that day, and footage later emerged showing a young Ahmad injured and screaming on the ground while being violently restrained by Israeli settlers. The disturbing videos sparked international outrage and highlighted the broader treatment of Palestinian minors in Israeli detention. M.N. *** Israeli occupation forces kidnap 15 Palestinians in West Bank raids RAMALLAH, April 10, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces kidnapped at least 15 Palestinians, including a journalist and a woman from Nablus, in addition to former detainees, in the occupied West Bank during the last 24 hours. The Detainees and Ex-Detainees Commission and the Palestine Prisoners Society (PPS) said that the Israeli occupation forces are continuing their detention and field investigation campaigns in the West Bank at an escalating pace. In recent weeks, hundreds of Palestinian workers have been kidnapped and harassed by Israeli police on the pretext that they did not have permits. While the Israeli occupation forces continue to carry out field investigation operations, the pace of which has recently escalated, accompanied by widespread abuse, attacks and threats, in addition to acts of vandalism and destruction in citizens' homes. It is worth noting that these kidnapping campaigns and field investigation operations constitute the most prominent systematic policies used by the occupation forces and they are also among the most prominent tools of the policy of collective punishment, which also constitutes a central tool for the occupation in targeting citizens. Y.S. *** For the 74th consecutive day, IOFs continue aggression on Toulkarm city and its camps Thursday 10-April-2025 TULKAREM, (PIC) Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) have continued their aggression on Toulkarm city and its camp for the 74th day in a row, and for the 61st day on Nour Shams camp, amid military reinforcements, field escalation and house bombings. Local sources said on Thursday morning that the IOF blew up the apartment of detainee Mu'hammed Sha'hrour, 28, in the eastern neighborhood of the city, after they encircled the area at dawn and imposed a tight cordon on the building, and forced the residents of it and neighboring houses to leave their homes amid heavy military reinforcements. Sha'hrour was arrested on April 9, 2024. In February, the IOFs notified Shahrour’s family of the seizure and demolition order of his apartment, which is located on the ground floor of a four-story building. Meanwhile, the city of Toulkarm witnessed overnight intensive movements of IOFs vehicles and infantry teams, especially in the eastern neighborhood and the city center, where they set up a makeshift checkpoint on the street leading to the Martyr Thabit Thabit Governmental Hospital, which led to disrupting traffic. They also raided one of the cafes in the mentioned street, and interrogated a number of young men inside it, without any arrests being reported, while Al-Muqata’a Street in the eastern neighborhood of the city witnessed an intense mobilization of Israeli troops, setting up flying checkpoints and thoroughly searching vehicles. In an unprecedented escalation last night, the IOFs unloaded a large truck loaded with pigs in the employees housing area in the suburb of Iktaba, adjacent to Nour Shams camp, east of the city, in a provocative and dangerous step that threatens the safety of residents and raises fears of using the animals as a means of terrorizing residents and damaging property, as a number of them were seen wandering in agricultural lands in the area at dawn today. The IOFs has also continued to seize houses and residential buildings in Nablus Street and the northern neighborhood of the city, and turn them into military barracks with their vehicles stationed around them, while they restrict citizens’ movement in the street, whose sections have been closed with earth mounds in both directions. This escalation comes within the continuation of the IOFs systematic aggression against Tulkarem city and its tight siege on its two camps, which resulted in the martyrdom of 13 citizens, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant, in addition to the injury and arrest of dozens of others, as well as the forced displacement of more than 4,000 families from Toulkarm and Nour Shams camps, in addition to dozens of families from the city’s northern neighborhood after seizing their homes and turning a number of them into military barracks. The offensive also caused widespread destruction of infrastructure, houses, shops and vehicles, which were completely or partially demolished, burned, vandalized, looted and stolen. 396 houses were completely destroyed and 2,573 others partially destroyed in Toulkarem and Nour Shams camps. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Palestinian shepherds injured in attack by Israeli colonists in Masafir Yatta Al-Khaleel (Hebron), April 10, 2025 (WAFA) – Several Palestinian shepherds Thursday were injured in an attack by the illegal Israeli settlers in Masafir Yatta, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to a local official. Media activist Osama Makhamra said that a group of the illegal Israeli settlers chased shepherds and citizens in the Rujoum 'Ali area of Masafir Yatta and assaulted them, resulting in several of them suffering bruises and contusions. One of the causalities was transferred to a hospital for medical treatment. Settler groups continue their daily attacks, persecuting shepherds and residents in all residential areas of Masafir Yatta, with the support and protection of the occupation government, which has provided them with all the capabilities to implement Judaization plans and oppress defenseless citizens, forcing them to leave and seizing their lands for the benefit of colonial plans. Y.S. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime forces demolish two houses south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Al-Khaleel (Hebron), April 10, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation apartheid regime forces began demolishing two Palestinian homes in the village of Al-Rihiya, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), on Thursday, according to local sources. Activist Osama al-Harsh confirmed that Israeli bulldozers began demolishing the two-story home of Ibrahim Mu'hammed 'Ata al-Harsh, each occupied an area of 220 square meters, and the home of 'Atallah A'hmed Al-'Harsh, which is under construction and has two floors, the first floor measuring 120 square meters and the second floor measuring 220 square meters. He pointed out that the occupation forces notified more than 20 homes in the area three years ago, which is located more than 10 kilometers from the illegal Israeli settlement of Hagai. Al-'Harsh emphasized that the occupation forces assaulted Musa 'Atallah al-Harsh and 'Hasan Mousa Al-'Hallaq and fired sound and tear gas grenades at local citizens protesting the demolition, to disperse them and keep them away from the area. The demolitions come amid accelerating colonial expansion on citizens' lands in Area C.
