In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules. 2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet. 3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel. 4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed. 5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists. The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies. In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain. 6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people. Click here for more about using the apostrophe and the underlining of letters in the transliteration of Arabic names. *** WFP: 2.2 million people in Gaza still in need of urgent aid Monday 9-September-2024 LONDON, (PIC) The World Food Program (WFP) said on Monday that 2.2 million people in the Gaza Strip are still in dire need of urgent aid after 11 months of the Israeli war on the besieged enclave. It added in a statement on X platform that the repeated Israeli evacuation orders were impeding its efforts in extending aid to the people of Gaza. The WFP said that the need for food and other aid material is increasing, but the Israeli forced displacement of the people in the Strip hinder the program’s efforts in this regard. “We need a ceasefire now,” it concluded. *** Israeli strikes on Syria kill at least 14 civilians Monday 9-September-2024 DAMASCUS, (PIC) Multiple Israeli strikes on Syria’s Hama countryside late on Sunday killed at least 14 civilians, Syrian state media reported, with sources saying the attacks targeted a major military research center. The attack on Sunday also sparked a fire and caused material damage near the city of Masyaf, west of Hama, according to SANA, Syria’s official news agency. A local health official quoted by Syria’s state news agency said 43 people were also injured, including six critically, following Sunday’s strikes. Two regional intelligence sources said a major military research center located near Misyaf was hit several times. An unidentified security official told SANA that Israel launched an “aerial aggression” from Lebanese airspace against several Syrian military installments. The source added that Syrian air defenses confronted and shot down some of the missiles. Since Oct. 7, Israel has escalated its airstrikes on Syria, killing and injuring dozens of people. In the highest-profile attack on Syria since the war on Gaza began, Israeli warplanes bombed an Iranian diplomatic facility in Damascus in April. Iran launched a direct attack on Israel with hundreds of drones and missiles in April in response to the Israeli bombing of its consulate. *** Mirdawi: Israeli aggression against Syria is condemned Monday 9-September-2024 OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC) Ma'hmoud Mirdawi, a leader in the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, condemned the brutal Israeli aggression against Syria on Monday (September 9, 2024) morning, which resulted in the martyrdom of 14 individuals and the injury of 43 others. He affirmed that this attack is part of the Israeli policy of aggression against all Arab and Islamic countries. Mirdawi said, “The Israeli aggression reflects the increasing hostility of the Zionist entity towards the region and the escalation of its terrorism against all components of the nation.” He expressed full solidarity with Syria in the face of the Israeli aggression. He added that the aggression against Syria necessitates uniting all fronts to confront the escalating Israeli violations and to prevent it from infringing upon our Islamic and Christian sanctities, which belong to the entire nation. Mirdawi pointed out that the international and Arab silence regarding the Israeli crimes in Palestine, supported and sponsored by the U.S. administration, encourages it to persist in its aggression without restraint. On Monday morning, the Syrian news agency reported that the number of martyrs from the Israeli bombardment in the vicinity of Masyaf in Hama province had risen to 14, in addition to 43 injured. Earlier reports from Syrian media quoted the Health Directorate in Hama as saying that Israeli shelling on Masyaf led to 5 martyrs and 19 injuries. For its part, the Syrian Ministry of Information said that the air defenses responded to an aggression that targeted several points in the central region of the country, while official Syrian media reported that Israel launched about 15 airstrikes in the central region. On the other hand, the Israeli media reported on Monday morning that “the air force conducted 5 strikes on sites inside Syria last night and early this morning,” claiming that “the targeted sites in Syria included a facility for developing weapons of mass destruction in Masyaf, Hama.” *** Al-Resheq: Netanyahu is obstructing the ceasefire agreement Monday 9-September-2024 DOHA, (PIC) 'Izzat Al-Resheq, a member of Hamas’s political bureau, confirmed that if pressure is not applied to the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to adhere to the agreed terms of the ceasefire agreement, the Israeli captives will not see the light of day. In a press statement on Monday, al-Resheq said that everyone knows Netanyahu and his Nazi government are the ones obstructing the agreement. The Hamas leader called for a permanent cessation of aggression and a complete Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip. Al-Resheq refused Netanyahu’s new conditions, adding that they would “return us to square one.” He stressed that the claims circulated by Israel and some American sources regarding new demands by Hamas are lies and an attempt to evade responsibility for obstructing negotiations and halting the aggression against the Palestinian people. Earlier, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director held talks with Israel, Qatar, and Egypt to modify the details of a proposed prisoner exchange deal. The newspaper also quoted a senior US official as saying that the chances of reaching an agreement with Hamas were already low, but Netanyahu further diminished them with his statements. Meanwhile, Netanyahu continues to insist on the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, which has resulted in over 135,000 martyrs, injured, and missing. *** EU foreign policy chief calls on Europe to pressure Israel to cease fire in Gaza Monday 9-September-2024 BRUSSELS, (PIC) The European Union’s foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, said that “the European Union can exert political and diplomatic pressure on Israel to reach a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.” Today, the most urgent thing is to make these ambulances enter or receive the wounded people, he said in a press release issued on Monday. “The European Union is supporting the mediation efforts by Egypt, by the United States and by Qatar, who are the ones in charge of this mediation process. If they do not manage to get it, it is going to be very difficult that someone else can do it.” “First thing is ceasefire, the release of hostages, and then an agreement in order to deploy the civilian staff – which are ready to come, could come and be deployed.” He further warned of turning Gaza into the Mogadishu or the Haiti in the Mediterranean. He also pointed out that the European Union is studying a proposal to impose sanctions on two Israeli government ministers for hate speech. On the other hand, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, said that ending the 11-month-old war in the Gaza Strip and averting a full-blown regional conflict is an absolute and urgent priority. States must not – cannot – accept blatant disregard for international law, including binding decisions of the Security Council and orders of the International Court of Justice, neither in this nor any other situation, he said. *** UN Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict expresses serious concerns over reported instances of rape and other forms of sexual violence against Palestinian detainees in Israeli custody New York, September 9, 2024 – (WAFA) - The Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict (SRSG-SVC), Pramila Patten, expressed her deep concern about recently published reports by the United Nations, including OHCHR, describing a dramatic deterioration in conditions of detention for Palestinians men, women and children under Israeli custody, since October 7, 2023. “These very disturbing reports of sexual violence and other inhuman and degrading treatment could amount to sexualized torture, perpetrated against Palestinian men and women and include widespread sexual slurs and threats of rape and gang rape, repeated and humiliating strip searches and prolonged forced nudity, beatings and electrocution of genitals and anus, insertion of objects into detainees’ anuses, inappropriate touching of women by both male and female soldiers, and photographing or filming of naked or partially undressed detainees in humiliating positions,” said a press release issued by Office of the Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict. “Sexual violence and sexualized torture in any form and in any context, and particularly in detention settings, is unacceptable. Such abhorrent acts not only constitute a grave violation of human rights and human dignity but they also undermine efforts towards peace and stability in the region”, stated Special Representative Patten who calls for the provision of necessary medical and psychological support to begin the healing process of victims. Special Representative Patten recalled the extensive media coverage of the recent case of the Palestinian male detainee who was hospitalized in July with severe injuries including to his rectum, due to sexual violence in the Israeli Sde Teiman military base. Special Representative Patten stressed the importance of upholding international human rights standards and ensuring that detention conditions strictly conform with international norms and standards, and urged Israeli authorities to grant unhindered access to relevant international bodies to detention facilities in Israel and in the occupied Palestinian Territories, including Gaza. The Special Representative reiterated her call for independent and thorough investigations by relevant and competent UN bodies into all these alleged violations in order to bring all perpetrators, regardless of rank or affiliation, to justice. Special Representative Patten said she remains concerned at the limited number of investigations opened compared to the number of complaints received. “I am particularly concerned about recent attempts by some Israeli political actors, to interfere with ongoing justice processes and/ or to justify the use of these methods. Sexual violence and sexualized torture in detention settings must never be normalized.” “Impunity emboldens perpetrators, silences victims and undermines prospects for peace.” “Perpetrators of such heinous crimes must be held accountable and justice must be served”, added Special Representative Patten. T.R. *** ýPRCS warns of severe fuel shortage in Gaza and north governorates amid fears of complete shutdown GAZA, September, 9, 2024 (WAFA) – The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that the Gaza and north governorates are facing a severe shortage in fuel supplies needed to operate ambulances, emergency medical clinics and relief services, amid fears of a complete shutdown. PRCS affirmed in a statement that "the society's teams in the two governorates have been suffering from a severe shortage in fuel supplies for nearly three weeks, in light of the occupation's continued refusal to allow sufficient quantities of fuel to enter health service providers in Gaza and north Gaza." It added that work is currently underway at the lowest operational capacity, which constitutes a major obstacle to the crews in providing their services and deepens the humanitarian and health catastrophe the two governorates are suffering from. PRCS noted that the cessation of fuel supplies would prevent the society's ambulances from responding in light of the repeated targeting of citizens and the cessation of work in medical clinics that serve thousands. Y.S. *** ActionAid International: Gaza children demand to return to schools to learn instead of living there RAMALLAH, September 9, 2024 (WAFA) – ActionAid International said on Monday that children in the Gaza Strip are demanding to return to their schools to learn instead of living inside the schools. In a statement, the institution said about 625,000 school-age children in Gaza have not been able to go to school since October 7, 2023, after the Israeli aggression on the Strip ended aspects of normal life. Since then, it said, almost all residents have been displaced from their homes – many multiple times – and schools have been transformed from places of learning into shelters hosting thousands of displaced people. The agency pointed out that the past 11 months have had a devastating impact on Gaza's educational infrastructure, with some 90 percent of Gaza's 307 government school buildings destroyed, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Additionally, all of Gaza's 12 universities have been damaged or destroyed. “Children who are traumatized and exhausted from living in a war zone without adequate food, water and other basic necessities want the routine and normality that school represents,” it noted. "In the West Bank as well, hundreds of school children are being deprived of their right to education, as increasing restrictions on their movement, as well as incidents of harassment, intimidation and violence, prevent them from going to school," ActionAid International said. “Going to school is not a luxury, it is a basic right, yet hundreds of thousands of children in Gaza are being denied an education for the second school year in a row,” said Riham Ja'fari, ActionAid Palestine’s Communications and Advocacy Officer. “Today, 58,000 children were supposed to have the chance to start school for the first time – instead, they face another day living under relentless bombardment and in unimaginable humanitarian conditions,” she added. Ja'fari said an entire generation is being denied the chance to learn and build a better future for themselves, she said, adding that “it is past time for this crisis to end: there must be a lasting ceasefire now.” A.D./T.R. *** Two hospitals in northern Gaza to stop functioning within 48 hours due to fuel depletion Monday 9-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Kamal 'Udwan and Indonesian hospitals in northern Gaza warned on Monday that they would stop functioning within 48 hours due to the lack of fuel supplies. Director of the Indonesian Hospital, Marwan al-Sultan, said that the ICU has reached its full capacity and is crammed with patients in critical conditions. Furthermore, 10 other patients are living on artificial respiration, he added. He said that the operating theaters are working 24 hours nonstop due to the ongoing Israeli bombing and the resultant growing number of wounded, warning that Israel’s continued blockage of the entry of fuel would lead to the death of many patients and wounded Palestinians. For its part, the Kamal 'Udwan reiterated the same complaint of the acute shortage of fuel and medical consumables. It warned in a terse statement that such a situation endangers the lives of many patients and wounded persons. *** *** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces*** On September 9, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in 2 main massacres, in which 16 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 64 others were injured, in the past 48 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today). Three Palestinians were killed and seven others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on the Abu Huwaishel family house on Al-Da’wa Street, north of Al-Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip. The Civil Defense reported that several people were injured in a similar attack on the Sa'eed Siyam Mosque in Al-Shaikh Radhwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City. Three civilians were also killed after the occupation shelled a group of civilians near the Rafah land crossing south of the Strip. The ongoing occupation’s aggression on the Gaza Strip, by land, sea and air, since October 7, 2023, has so far resulted in the killing of 40,988 civilians, mostly children and women, and the injury of 94,825 others. Thousands of victims remain missing; either buried under the rubble or scattered on the roads, as rescue teams face tremendous difficulties in reaching them due to the continued Israeli attacks and the massive amount of debris. T.R. *** ýSix civilians killed in Israeli airstrike targeting house in northern Gaza GAZA, September 9, 2024 (WAFA) - Six civilians were killed and others were injured on Monday in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a house in the town of Jabalya in the northern war-torn Gaza Strip. Medical sources reported that six civilians, including a woman and two children, were killed and several others were injured after the occupation shelled a house near the center of Jabalya in the northern Gaza Strip. T.R. *** ýOccupation forces civilians to forcibly evacuate from northwest Gaza GAZA, September, 9, 2024 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation army continues to force thousands of citizens in many areas of the Gaza Strip to forcibly evacuated to other areas, this time from the northwestern areas of the Gaza Strip. The occupation demanded, via a post on social media, on Monday afternoon, "Those present in the areas of Al-Sultan, Al-'Atatra, Al-Tawam, Al-Isra, Al-Karama, Al-Mukhabarat, and Al-Sudaniyya, to evacuate. Last month, the occupation forced thousands of displaced people east of Dair El-Bala'h city in a new displacement movement, which it previously claimed was "humanitarian ". Thus, the occupation army reduced the area of the alleged "humanitarian zone" east of Dair El-Bala'h, which is crowded with hundreds of thousands of displaced people, after orders to evacuate new areas from it, to carry out a military operation in it. Thousands of people were forced to evacuate their places on foot, carrying on their backs small bags and some basic belongings such as blankets, and a little amount of food. The majority of the area of the "humanitarian zone" lacks infrastructure, and there is no water or service facilities, due to it being uninhabited areas. It is witnessing health and environmental crises, and diseases and epidemics are spreading. The displaced people suffer from a scarcity of transportation and various means of transportation, due to the lack of sufficient fuel, which forces them to use handcarts or distribute luggage among all family members. Displaced families find great difficulties in transporting the elderly and the sick, and their basic needs. Y.S. *** *** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces *** PPS: IOFs execute Palestinian prisoner in its recent Jineen aggression Monday 9-September-2024 RAMALLAH, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) executed 30-year-old Mu'hammed Ibraheem 'Abd, from Kafr Dan town, west of Jineen, on August 28, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) revealed on Monday. During the Jineen aggression, the IOFs executed the martyr Ayman Raji'h Abed only a few hours after being arrested as a hostage, where he was held and tortured in the Salim military camp. The PPS indicated that “the field executions constitute the most prominent criminal policies that the IOFs have adopted at a high rate since the beginning of the genocide war on Gaza.” Along the same line, the PPS said that the Israeli prison authorities transferred prisoners Zakariya Zubaydi and Ma'hmoud Shuraim from the solitary confinement of Ramon prison to the solitary confinement of Ramla prison. The occupation forces have recently escalated their violations against residents in Al-Mateena area, through repeated raids and movement restrictions, among others. T.R. *** 12 Palestinians kidnapped in fresh Israeli raids across West Bank Monday 9-September-2024 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) carried out a large-scale raid and kidnapping campaign throughout the West Bank at dawn Monday. The kidnappings were mainly reported in Ramallah, Al-Khaleel (Hebron), Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), Qalqilya, and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). In Jordan Valley, the IOFs fired tear gas canisters at Palestinian drivers who were waiting to cross the 'Hamra military checkpoint, several citizens suffered from teargas inhalation. This came as the IOFs continued to tighten their military restrictions at the 'Hamra checkpoint for several months. Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the Jabal Abu Rumman area in Al-Khaleel (Hebron), south of the West Bank, and kidnapped a local citizen after raiding his family house. T.R. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime issues new and renewed administrative detention orders against 20 Palestinians RAMALLAH, September 9, 2024 (WAFA) - The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) and the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission said that the Israeli occupation apartheid regime issued new and renewed administrative detention orders against 20 Palestinian detainees, including three females. PPS and the Commission, in a statement issued on Monday, published the names of detainees who received new and renewed detention orders, without charge or trial. The period of detention varied between four to six months. The detainees included two female university students and a female engineer. Israel’s widely condemned policy of administrative detention allows the detention of Palestinians without charge or trial for renewable intervals usually ranging between three and six months based on undisclosed evidence that even a detainee’s lawyer is barred from viewing. “Israel‘s use of administrative detention blatantly violates the restrictions of international law. Israel carries it out in a highly classified manner that denies detainees the possibility of mounting a proper defense,” says the Israeli human rights group B’Tselem.
