While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Na'eem Qasim: 'Hizbullah has high command and control capabilities

Monday 30-September-2024

BEIRUT, (PIC)

'Hizbullah’s Deputy Secretary General, Na'eem Qasim, confirmed that the party has high capabilities to control, dominate, and manage the field following the alternative plans set by its Secretary General, Martyr 'Hasan Nasrullah.

Qasim stressed in a press conference on Monday that the party has prepared itself for a long battle with open options, and that the Lebanese people will triumph over the Israeli occupation as they did in 2006.

He refuted the Israeli occupation’s claims of assassinating 20 resistance leaders in the major strike that targeted the party’s Secretary General, Nasrullah, adding that “'Hizbullah will install a new leadership as soon as possible.”

'Hizbullah’s operations have continued at the same pace and more since the killing of the leader Hassan Nasrullah on Friday, Qasim asserted, referring to the resistance strikes that targeted Haifa and the Israeli settlement of Ma’ale Adumim near the occupied city of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

“We are quite ready, if the Israelis want a ground incursion, the resistance forces are ready for that,” Qasim declared, stressing that the Israeli occupation army will not achieve its goals.

“Israel is committing massacres in all areas of Lebanon to the extent that there is no house left without traces of Israeli aggression in it,” he said, underlining the role of the unlimited US support of Israel.

Israeli war on Lebanon: More assassinations and massacres

Monday 30-September-2024

BEIRUT, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces have continued to escalate their bloody war on Lebanon for the eighth consecutive day, carrying out assassinations and shelling homes and facilities, including in the heart of the capital, Beirut, resulting in more martyrs and injuries.

On Monday morning, the occupation’s aircraft launched an airstrike on the Cola area in the heart of Beirut, marking the first such targeting outside the southern suburbs of the capital.

The strike targeted a residential apartment in the predominantly Sunni area near the road linking the capital to Rafiq Al-'Hareeri International Airport.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine said that the airstrike resulted in the martyrdom of Mu'hammed Abdul 'Aal, a member of the political bureau and head of the armed and security department, along with 'Imad 'Awda, a member of the military department of the Front and its armed leader in Lebanon, in addition to Abdel Ra'hman 'Abdul 'Aal.

For its part, 'Hamas announced the martyrdom of its leader in Lebanon, Fatta'h Shareef Abul Ameen, along with his wife and two sons in an assassination carried out by the Israeli occupation this morning in the Beddawi refugee camp in Lebanon.

In a statement on Monday, 'Hamas said, “With all meanings of patience, pride, and honor, and with further acceptance and satisfaction with Allah’s decree and destiny, we mourn to the masses of our Palestinian people and our Arab and Islamic nation the martyr leader Fatta'h Shareef Abul Ameen, leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas in Lebanon and member of the leadership of the Movement abroad, martyred on the path to Jerusalem, in the shadows of the Al-Aqsa Flood epic, along with his wife, Omayma Ibraheem Abdul 'Hameed, and his two children, Ameen and Wafa.”

Israeli warplanes again targeted the southern suburbs of Beirut shortly before dawn Monday, conducting successive airstrikes on the south and the Biqaa' Valley.

Also on Monday morning, Lebanese media reported that three Israeli airstrikes targeted the city of Hirmil and its surroundings in northeastern Lebanon. Al-Mayadeen TV reported that more than 10 martyrs and a large number of injured were initially reported as a result of the airstrikes on Hirmil, while an elderly woman was martyred in an airstrike on a house in Nabi 'Othman in the northern Biqaa'.

In the early hours after midnight, the occupation’s warplanes targeted the town of Qulayla in the Soor (Tyre) area of southern Lebanon and launched an airstrike on Baalbek.

Lebanese sources indicated that the occupation’s artillery shelled the town of Kfar 'Hamam in the Marji'youn district of southern Lebanon. Israeli warplanes also targeted the towns of Kfar Shouba, Kfar 'Hamam, Dair Zahani, and Zabdeen in the south.

This development comes after the Israeli occupation committed massacres that resulted in the death and injury of hundreds in the south and the Biqaa'. The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that 109 people had been killed and 364 others injured due to Israeli airstrikes on the south and the Biqaa' yesterday.

One of the airstrikes on the town of 'Ain Dulaib east of Sidon in southern Lebanon resulted in the death of 40 people, while 16 others were killed and 115 injured in other airstrikes on the city of Soor (Tyre) in the south as well.

In the Biqaa', several towns in the Ba'albek-Hirmil governorate were subjected to heavy shelling yesterday, resulting in the deaths of 33 people and injuries to about 100.

NEW YORK, September 30, 2024 (WAFA) -

UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini said Israeli forces’ airstrikes in Lebanon have forced thousands of people, including Palestine refugees, to flee their homes.

“We have opened seven shelters for the displaced, currently hosting 1,600 Lebanese, Palestinian and Syrian people,” he said in a post in X.

“Many are traumatized due to the ongoing bombardment, uncertainty and fears. For some, it is trauma re-lived given repeated cycles of conflict over the decades.”

Meanwhile, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, said Israel’s further expansion of the war on Lebanon, Palestine and Yemen will only bring more suffering for civilians and displacement.

The Israeli occupation regime forces release 12 Palestinian civilians who were kidnapped from Gaza, amid reports of severe abuse

GAZA, September, 30, 2024 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation regime forces today released 12 Palestinian civilians who were kidnapped from the Gaza Strip.

Local sources  reported that the occupation released the detainees through the Kerem Abu Salem crossing east of Rafa'h city.

Recently, the occupation released a number of detainees from the Gaza Strip in several batches, who revealed the extent of torture, abuse and violations they were subjected to during their detention, as they were subjected to severe torture, continuous severe beatings, and electric shocks, while the detainees remain handcuffed and blindfolded around the clock, and are prevented from raising their heads, and are crammed into narrow rooms that lack the most basic necessities of life.

The occupation forces have detained hundreds of civilians during their ground invasion of the northern, central and southern parts of the Strip, and released a number of them after detaining them for months, weeks or several days since the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, 2023.

During its ground invasion of Gaza, the occupation forces published horrific pictures and scenes of hundreds of people being detained naked and in conditions that degrade human dignity.

Over 45 Palestinians kidnapped by Israeli forces in occupied West Bank

RAMALLAH, September, 30, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces kidnapped 45 Palestinians in a series of raids across the occupied West Bank over the last 24 hours, according to local sources.

The Palestinian Prisoners' Society (PPS) and the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission reported in a joint statement that the total number of arrests since the beginning of the ongoing Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has exceeded 11,000, affecting all segments of Palestinian society.

The report also highlighted the detention of numerous Palestinian workers and thousands from Gaza, with many still unaccounted for due to ongoing enforced disappearances.

The organizations noted that the sustained Israeli occupation forces kidnapping campaigns have been accompanied by incidents of extrajudicial killings, direct gunfire prior to arrests, severe physical abuse, and intensive field interrogations.

Reports also detail the use of police dogs, human shields, and hostages during these operations. Widespread destruction of homes, confiscation of property, vehicles, money, gold, and electronic devices has also been documented, alongside the demolition and blasting of homes belonging to prisoners.

These detentions are also part of a broader military offensive against the Palestinian population. Data related to these detentions includes both those still detained and those released later, reflecting the scale and impact of the ongoing crackdown.

IOFs attack a Palestinian family, kidnap foreign activists in Al-Khaleel (Hebron)

Sunday 29-September-2024

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) assaulted a Palestinian family and kidnapped foreign peace activists in Masafir Yatta, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), in the southern West Bank on Sunday.

Activist Osama Makhamra reported that the IOFs stormed Al-Tuwani village in Masafir Yatta, and assaulted the Al-Hareeni family.

He added that the IOF kidnapped foreign peace activists after preventing them from filming and documenting settlers’ violations and attacks against local citizens.

In August 2024, the Israeli occupation army and the illegal settlers carried out 1,228 attacks against Palestinians and their property in the West Bank.

These attacks included field executions, armed attacks on Palestinian villages, vandalism, bulldozing of land, uprooting of trees, property confiscation, movement restrictions, and the erection of military checkpoints.

IOA razes seven commercial facilities in northern Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

Monday 30-September-2024

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) , (PIC)

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime (IOAR) demolished on Monday seven commercial facilities belonging to Palestinian citizens in Shu'fat refugee camp, north of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), at the pretext of unlicensed construction.

Eyewitnesses said that bulldozers escorted by police forces stormed at dawn Shu'fat refugee camp and embarked on knocking down seven commercial structures with no prior notice.

They added that the Israeli police did not allow the storekeepers to remove the contents of their facilities, which were four construction supply stores, one café, one restaurant and one grocery store.

Meanwhile, the Wadi Al-'Hilwa Information Center in Jerusalem said that the Israeli police closed the road barrier that connects Shu'fat refugee camp with the holy city and obstructed the movement of local residents as they tried to reach their workplaces and schools in the morning.

In a separate incident, employees from the Israeli municipality delivered demolition and stop-work orders against a number of Palestinian homes in the east Jerusalem district of 'Aisawiyya.

UN: 15,000 pregnant women in Gaza on the brink of famine

Sunday 29-September-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

UN Women has released a report on the health situation in Gaza, titled “Gaza: A War on Women’s Health.” The new report provides a comprehensive analysis of the health sector crisis in Gaza and its impact on the physical and mental health of women and girls.

After more than 11 months of war, the healthcare system in Gaza has almost collapsed, the report said.

Nearly 84 percent of health facility buildings have been destroyed or damaged, and those remaining in service lack medicines, ambulances, basic life-saving treatment, electricity, and water, according to the UN Women report.

The report estimated that more than 177,000 women face life-threatening health risks, including 162,000, who have or are at risk of developing non-communicable diseases (NCDs) like diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular or hypertensive diseases; and 15,000 pregnant women who are at the brink of famine.

“Pregnant and lactating women are facing severe complications and experiencing infections, anemia, and hypertension. Some 68 percent of pregnant women surveyed have suffered from urinary tract infections, anemia, hypertensive disorders, vaginal bleeding, or hemorrhage. The lack of sexual and reproductive health services is another area of concern.”

“Despite this serious decline in their overall health, women are also the main caregivers for their families, eating last and least under severe hunger and starvation conditions. The new risk of polio is adding new challenges to a health system already operating with the bare minimum.”

“Too many women in Gaza are at risk of dying from medical complications after months without any medication, limited access to doctors and no treatment for serious illnesses like diabetes or cancer. It is imperative that we act swiftly to save their lives. An immediate and sustainable ceasefire, the release of all hostages, the provision of safe, unimpeded humanitarian aid, and access to medicines and health services throughout Gaza are essential to prevent further deterioration,” said UN Women’s Regional Director for Arab States, Moez Doraid.

17,000 children killed in Israeli war on Gaza

Sunday 29-September-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Around 17,000 Palestinian children have been killed in the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip that started last October, the Government Media Office (GMO) revealed on Sunday.

“Around 25,973 Palestinian children now live in Gaza without one or both parents due to the Israeli aggression,” said Isma'eel Al-Thawabta, who heads Gaza’s GMO.

He said at least 16,859 children, including 171 infants, have been killed in Israeli attacks since Oct. 7, 2023.

The UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has repeatedly warned that “Gaza’s children have endured unimaginable horrors” under relentless Israeli attacks.

Israel has continued its brutal offensive on the Gaza Strip since last Oct. 7, despite a UN Security Council resolution a few months ago calling for an immediate cease-fire.

Nearly 41,600 people have since been killed, mostly women and children, and over 96,200 others injured, according to local health authorities.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
