In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules. 2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet. 3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel. 4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed. 5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists. The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies. In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain. 6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people. Click here for more about using the apostrophe and the underlining of letters in the transliteration of Arabic names. *** Al-Resheq: Netanyahu breathes lies and he is the one blocking a ceasefire deal, as he shows a map annexing the Palestinian territory of the West Bank to Israel Tuesday 3-September-2024 DOHA, (PIC) Member of the 'Hamas political bureau said that the premier of the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, Benjamin Netanyahu, and his criminal warlords "have achieved nothing of their goals except for the massacres and genocidal crimes they have been committing for long months in the Gaza Strip." In a statement on Monday, Al-Resheq affirmed that Netanyahu’s remarks on Monday evening were “the speech of a desperate person who is looking for an imaginary victory he already failed to market for his audience after 11 months of his Nazi war against our people in the Gaza Strip.” “Netanyahu is a war criminal who breathes lies. He keeps lying to his audience and the US administration,” Al-Resheq said. Al-Resheq said that Netanyahu’s remarks (while showing a map, annexing the Palestinian territory of the West Bank to Israel) vindicated further that he is the one obstructing a prisoner exchange and ceasefire deal. “All the prisoners held by the resistance can return to their families immediately, but the person who are blocking their return and responsible for their lives is Netanyahu. Any delay in his commitment to what was agreed upon on July 2 means endangering the lives of more captives.” The Hamas official highlighted that his Movement would remain keen on keeping the Israeli captives safe and treating them well, but he stressed that Netanyahu “insists on killing them and ignoring their conditions.” In a related context, Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of 'Hamas, broadcast on Monday a video recording of the Israeli captive, Edan Yerushalmi, in which she appealed to Netanyahu and his government to work on having her released through a swap deal. Yerushalmi was among the six detainees whose bodies were found a few days ago by the Israeli occupation army in Rafa'h, south of the Gaza Strip. The detainee said in her speech: “Hello, I am Edan Yerushalmi, 24 years old, from Tel Aviv. I was arrested on October 7th at a party in Ri’in. I address you, Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli government. Do what is necessary to release me now.” “We are all suffering here, the bombing here does not stop, we are afraid for our lives and afraid to die here. I am addressing you, Benjamin Netanyahu, who freed more than 1,000 prisoners in the Shalit deal. Now they are asking for less than a quarter for each of us. I am unable to understand … Am I worth less?” the detainee added. *** UN Special Coordinator, Tor Wennesland, calls for immediate ceasefire in Gaza Tuesday 3-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Tor Wennesland, said in a statement on Tuesday after visiting the Gaza Strip, “The scale of destruction is immense, the humanitarian needs are colossal and soaring, and civilians continue to bear the brunt of this conflict.” “I unequivocally condemn the horrifying civilian death toll in Gaza,” he added. Wennesland reiterated his call for an immediate ceasefire. He also said that he visited a Polio vaccination center and welcomed the humanitarian pauses in fighting to allow for the vaccination campaigns to take place. “The ongoing conflict has destroyed the lives of countless families. It must stop,” the UN envoy concluded. *** PPS: 61 Palestinian journalists held in Israeli occupation apartheid regime prisons Tuesday 3-September-2024 RAMALLAH, (PIC) The number of Palestinian media personnel held in the Israeli occupation apartheid regime prisons has reached 61 journalists, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) on Monday. It added in a statement that the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) rounded up 98 journalists since October 7 last year and retained 58 of them in custody including 15 held in administrative detention while two are still in enforced disappearance. The PPS said that at least 12 kidnapped journalists are currently on trial for “incitement”, adding that the term incitement is used by the Israeli occupation apartheid regime to quell Palestinian journalists and to deter them against reporting the truth about the IOFs crimes. *** *** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces*** On September 3, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in 3 main massacres, in which 33 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 67 others were injured, in the past 48 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today). This increased the accounted for death toll in Gaza Strip to 40,819 and the injuries to 94,291, since the start of the Israeli genocidal war on October 7, 2023. *** Gaza: Death toll surges to 40,819 martyrs Tuesday 3-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Tuesday that the Israeli occupation army committed three massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring at least 100 civilians, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads. In a statement, the health ministry said that the Israeli army killed and injured a large number of civilians in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, but at least 33 martyrs and 67 wounded citizens were transported to hospitals. The health ministry added that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardments and shooting attacks, which started on October 7, climbed to 40,819 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 94,291 people. The Gaza Strip has been under brutal bombardment since a cross-border operation was launched by the Hamas armed wing, Al-Qassam Brigades, on October 7. Besides the large number of casualties and the huge displacement of people, basic food, fuel, water and medical supplies have run out for the 2.3 million residents in Gaza due to the tight Israeli blockade and the massive destruction of infrastructure and facilities. *** US-backed Israeli genocide in Gaza enters Day 333 Tuesday 3-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered Day 333 on Tuesday, Israeli aerial and artillery genocidal strikes continued to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians. Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to bomb homes and shelter centers and attack citizens in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours. According to media sources, four citizens were martyred in an Israeli genocidal strike on a car carrying displaced civilians in the north of Rafa'h, south of Gaza. The bodies of two citizens, who had been killed a few days ago near Safad School in Gaza City, were retrieved today by an ambulance crew. In central Gaza, the Israeli army shot dead a woman in the north of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, according to medical sources. The Israeli occupation forces also killed a farmer as he was working his land in Bait Lahya City in northern Gaza, three citizens in a drone attack in eastern Rafa'h and three others in az-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City. Four citizens were injured in an Israeli shooting attack in northern Rafa'h, while five others were injured in an Israeli artillery attack in Al-Nadeem street in Gaza City. Earlier at dawn, the Israeli army bombed a tent sheltering a family near the old prison of Asdaa in Khan Younus, south of Gaza, killing a young man and his three-year-old kid and injuring others. More casualties were reported in other areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today. *** Israeli bombardment kills seven Palestinians, injures over 30 in Gaza GAZA, Tuesday, September 03, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli bombardment on the city of Gaza Tuesday evening killed seven Palestinians and injured over thirty, according to local sources. They said that the Israeli occupation forces bombarded an apartment in the vicinity of the municipal park in the downtown part of Gaza, killing five civilians, including a child. The Israeli occupation forces also targeted the building of Na'ma College in Gaza, killing two civilians and injuring approximately 30 others, at a time when an Israeli drone targeted a gathering of people in Al-Shujaiya neighborhood of the city, injuring a number of them. Israel has proceeded with its genocidal offensive on the war-torn Strip in complete disregard of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), which ordered Israel in a legally binding decision to halt its military offensive in Rafa'h, which may violate its obligations under the Genocide Convention. Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza since October 7, killing at least of 40,819 Palestinians and injuring 94,291 others. Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip. Palestinian and international organizations say that the majority of those killed and wounded are women and children. The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafa'h near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba. K.F. *** *** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces *** IOFs kill Palestinian kid, injures his father in Toulkarm Tuesday 3-September-2024 Toulkarm , (PIC) A Palestinian child was martyred at dawn Tuesday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) opened fire at him and his father in Toulkarm refugee camp, northwest of the West Bank. According to local and medical sources, 17-year-old Mu'hamed Kan'an died immediately after being shot in the head by an Israeli sniper in the Toulkarm refugee camp. The boy’s father was also injured by sniper fire in his waist and received medical assistance at the Thabit Thabit Hospital. The IOFs also broke into and ransacked a house in 'Izbet Al-Jarad suburb in eastern Tulkarem, attacked it with stun grenades and interrogated its residents. As part of its military operation in the West Bank, the Israeli army has deployed dozens of troops and snipers in Tulkarem City and its refugee camp, amid drone overflights. The IOFs have killed 29 Palestinian citizens, including five kids and two elderlies, and injured 121 others in its West Bank operation, which started last Wednesday. *** ýThree Palestinians were killed, including a child, and four journalists injured in Israeli raids in the West Bank Tuesday 3-September-2024 WEST BANK, (PIC) Three Palestinians including a child were martyred on Tuesday in Israeli raids on Toulkarm and Jineen, in the West Bank. Two resistance fighters were killed on Tuesday evening by Israeli occupation forces’ (IOFs) gunfire and shells after one-hour armed clash between the IOFs and the two fighters, who were inside a house in Dthinaba town, east of Toulkarm, according to eyewitnesses. The eyewitnesses confirmed that the IOF fired bullets and Energa grenades at the besieged house, which led to the martyrdom of the two young men whose identities have not yet been identified and their bodies were detained by the IOFs. Eyewitnesses added that clashes erupted in the area, and that a reconnaissance plane flew over the besieged house at a low altitude. A Palestinian girl was also killed, and journalists were injured by the IOFs gunfire on Tuesday during the storming of the town of Kafr Dan, west of the city of Jineen, north of the occupied West Bank, which has been witnessing a widespread IOFs aggression for the seventh consecutive day. The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a brief statement that the child Lujain Musli'h, 16, was martyred by the IOFs bullets in the town of Kafr Dan, in Jineen. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its medical teams dealt with four injuries among journalists, one of them was shot in the hand with live bullets, and the other with shrapnel from live bullets, noting that the injured were transferred to the hospital in the city of Jineen. A large force of Israeli occupation army stormed the town of Kafr Dan and encircled a house that was allegedly housing a resistance fighter, before ordering its residents to leave and starting to shell it by shoulder-fired missiles. The residents of the town reported that the Israeli occupation forces began demolishing the besieged house, after targeting it with more than one missile. With the martyrdom of the three Palestinians, the number of martyrs who were killed by IOFs gunfire since the start of the military operation on the northern West Bank governorates has risen to 35 citizens, bringing the death toll in the West Bank since October 7, 2023, to 685. *** The Israeli occupation forces continue its aggression on Jineen, for the seventh day Tuesday 3-September-2024 Jineen, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) continued the brutal aggression on the city of Jineen and its refugee camp for the seventh consecutive day Tuesday. Armed clashes and confrontations between the Palestinian resistance fighters and the IOFs were reported in the city and the refugee camp of Jineen, north of the West Bank. The confrontations were concentrated in the eastern neighborhood of Jineen and Muthalath Al-Shuhada village. Tthe armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Al-Quds Brigades, said that its fighters “continue to confront the enemy forces in various fighting axes, showering them with hails of bullets and explosive devices.” In a statement, the Brigades added that its fighters “were able to shower the (Israeli) infantry forces with heavy hails of bullets in the Martyrs’ Axis in Jineen, achieving direct hits.” Local sources said that the IOFs kidnapped two brothers and their cousin during the incursion. The Israeli occupation soldiers were also seen assaulting paramedics along with an injured man near Ibn Seena Hospital in Jineen, according to medical sources. The Israeli aggression which has been waged since August 28 against Jineen and other cities in the northern West Bank resulted in the martyrdom of 18 Palestinians, and the widespread destruction of citizens’ property and infrastructure, including water and electricity networks. *** Dozens of Palestinian civilians suffer from tear gas during clashes with IOFs in Al-Khalil Tuesday 3-September-2024 AL-KHALIL, (PIC) Dozens of Palestinian civilian citizens suffered from their exposure to tear gas at dawn Tuesday during skirmishes with the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) in Sa’ir town and Al-Fawwar refugee camp in Al-Khaleel (Hebron), south of the West Bank. According to local sources, Israeli forces fired live and rubber bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters at young men in Sa’ir and Al-Fawwar refugee camp. Several young men suffered from inhaling tear gas and received on-site medical assistance. Meanwhile, the IOFs set up more military checkpoints at the entrances of al-Khalil City and the areas around it, closed main and side roads with barriers, concrete blocks and mounds of dirt and rocks. IOFs vehicles and one armored bulldozer also stormed in the morning Balata refugee camp in eastern Nablus, which provoked clashes with local youths. *** Israeli occupation forces kidnap several Palestinians in West Bank raids Tuesday 3-September-2024 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped last night and on Tuesday morning a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank, amid clashes in some areas. According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped eight citizens from their homes in Qalqilya. The IOFs also deployed snipers on an apartment building near the Abu 'Ali Ziyad plaza and raided a cemetery during its campaign in Qalqilya City. Another citizen was taken prisoner following an IOFs raid in 'Azzoun town, east of Qalqilya. In Bethlehem, the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped three citizens from Wadi Frai'ha area, Teqoa town and Bait Fajjar town. Local sources in Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) said that the IOFs set up several security cameras near the main entrance of Bait Sa'hour town. In Al-Khaleel (Hebron), the IOFs kidnapped three citizens from their homes in Sa’ir town. Two other young citizens were assaulted and kidnapped by Israeli forces in Al-Fawwar refugee camp. In Toubas, the IOFs kidnapped a young man, a resident of Tamoun town, as he was en route to his workplace. In Nablus, a large number of Israeli occupation soldiers stormed Balata refugee camp and clashed with local youths in Al-Souq street. In Ramallah, the Israeli occupation soldiers stormed and rampaged through the campus of Beer Zait University, where they reportedly confiscated belongings and publications related to student activities. The soldiers also put up notices on the university’s walls threatening to destroy the future of students if they participated in student activities. In a related context, the Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ an Ex-Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) said on Tuesday that the IOFs kidnapped at least 22 citizens during raids in the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) in the past hours. Over 10,400 Palestinian citizens from the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) have been detained or jailed since Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip started 11 months ago, according to the Commission and PPS. *** Israeli occupation forces ransack houses in a Jineen city neighborhood Jineen, Tuesday, September 03, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Tuesday evening ransacked several houses at the Jenin city neighborhood of Al-Hadaf in the northern occupied West Bank, according to local sources. The Israeli occupation forces barged their way into the neighborhood, muscling inside several houses and conducting thorough searches. Meanwhile, the occupation forces stormed 'Habla, a town to the south of the city of Qalqilya, deploying in its streets. Last week, the occupation forces launched their largest offensive on the occupied West Bank since the Second Intifada, attacking three cities - Jineen, Toulkarm and Toubas - from land and air and killing 33 Palestinians and injuring approximately 130 others. Military bulldozers ploughed into critical infrastructure, cutting off communications and resources from several Palestinian cities and refugee camps. This is the latest move in a broader Israeli offensive, marked by almost daily arrests and killings, in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem since the onset of the Israeli genocidal aggression on Gaza on 7 October 2023, which resulted in the killing at least of 40,819 Palestinians and injuring 94,291 others. K.F. *** *** Note: The Israeli occupation forces have no jurisdiction to arrest or detain Palestinian citizens in the West Bank, that's why the correct term for what they do illegally is kidnapping, not arrest or detention. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Illegal Israeli settlers hold a concert in the Ibraheemi Mosque in Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Tuesday 3-September-2024 AL-KHALIL, (PIC) Thousands of the illegal Israeli settlers held a concert in the courtyards of the Ibraheemi Mosque in the city of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), in the southern occupied West Bank, after storming it on Monday evening under heavy protection by Israeli occupation forces (IOFs), which intensified military measures in the vicinity of the holy site, according to the mosque’s director, Mu'taz Abu Sunayna. The illegal Israeli settlers performed provocative Talmudic rituals in the Ibraheemi Mosque after it was closed to the entry of Palestinians for about 24 hours. Abu Sunayna told WAFA news agency on Tuesday that the settlers brought in musical instruments and loudspeakers and held a concert in blatant violation of places of worship. Abu Sunayna pointed out that these practices and violations fall within the framework of imposing complete control over the mosque and its surroundings, while Palestinian citizens are not allowed to bring in the necessary supplies for its maintenance and restoration. He said that such a practice desecrates holy places of worship, calling for putting an end to such violations by flocking to the mosque and spreading information about the blatant violations committed inside and around it. Abu Sunayna underscored that the ongoing Israeli Judaization operations and practices, including broadcasting pictures of settlers dancing inside the mosque and in its vicinity, aims at displacing Palestinian citizens from the places they want to take control of, especially in al-Khalil’s Old Town, according to a systematic plan implemented by the Israeli occupation government. The IOF closed the Ibraheemi Mosque from Sunday evening until Monday evening, under the pretext of celebrating Jewish holidays, amid heavy protection from Israeli occupation soldiers. The Muslims’ part of the Ibraheemi Mosque is constantly subjected to violations by settler groups under the pretext of performing religious prayers. *** The Israeli occupation army razes two Palestinian homes in western Salfeet, in northern West Bank Tuesday 3-September-2024 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army demolished on Tuesday morning two Palestinian houses under construction in Al-Zawiya town, west of Salfeet in the West Bank, at the pretext they were built with no permits. According to local sources, five bulldozers escorted by Israeli forces stormed the town and embarked on knocking down two unfinished homes belonging to local residents. Eyewitnesses said that Israeli soldiers spread in the eastern area of the town near homes under construction, whose owners already received stop-work and demolition notices from the Israeli army. Earlier at dawn, Israeli forces raided the house of martyr Muhannad Al-Aswad in Idhna town, west of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), and took its measurements as a prelude to demolishing it later. Aswad was martyred after the Israeli occupation soldiers encircled a house he was inside last Sunday in al-Khalil, where they showered it with bullets and fired a missile at it before taking his body away. This came hours after Aswad killed three Israeli police officers after opening fire at a car carrying them near the Idhna-Tarqoumiyah junction, east of a military checkpoint between the West Bank and the1948 occupied Palestinian territyory. *** =============================================================================================================================== Note: The Israeli occupation forces have no jurisdiction to arrest or detain Palestinian citizens in the West Bank, that's why the correct term for what they do illegally is kidnapping, not arrest or detention. *** Names of some of the Palestinian cities, as pronounced in standard Arabic, and their foreign names in parentheses: Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Al-Nusayrat Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Aree'ha (Jericho) Al-Zaytoun (al-Zeitoun) Bait (Beit) Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Dair El-Bala'h Jineen (Jenin) Khan Younus (Khan Younis) *** Person's names as pronounced in standard Arabic: A'hmed, 'Hasan, Mu'hammed, Younus, Yousuf, 'Hasan Mulai'hat, *** Conflict terminology The Israeli occupation apartheid regime (the Israeli government) Illegal Israeli settlers (instead of settlers, colonists) A group of the illegal Israeli settlers *** Fair Use Notice This site contains copyrighted material the
