By September 22, 2024, the initial death toll of Palestinians who have been killed by the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza Strip is 51,431+.   

This includes the accounted for deaths (41,431), those who are still missing under the rubble (an estimate of at least 10,000+). 

By September 22, 2024, the documented injuries exceeded 95,818.

"إِنْ أَحْسَنتُمْ أَحْسَنتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ أَسَأْتُمْ فَلَهَا ۚ " (الإسْرَاءُ ، 17: 7).

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

 After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

‎Lebanese Health: The death toll of the occupation shelling south of Beirut on Friday rose to 45‎

The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that the toll of the occupation shelling on the southern suburbs of Beirut the day before yesterday (Friday), rose to 45 martyrs.‎

‎According to the National News Agency, the Public Health Emergency Operations Center said that the rubble removal work continues for the third day in a row, and coordination was made with the competent security services and forensic evidence in the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces began taking samples from the bodies of martyrs in hospitals whose identities have not yet been determined.‎

‎The occupation renews its raids on several towns in southern Lebanon‎

On Sunday morning, the Israeli occupation army launched heavy raids on several towns in southern Lebanon‎‎.‎

‎The Israeli warplanes targeted the towns of Al-'Aziya, 'Aita Al-Sha'b, Al-Zarariya, Al-Tayba, 'Ain Qana, Kafr Melki, Majdal Zoun, Ma'hmoudiya, Al-'Aishiya, Zibqeen, Ansar and Wadi 'Hassan, coinciding with the overflight of warplanes and reconnaissance aircraft in Lebanese‎‎ ‎‎airspace.‎

‎Israeli warplanes also launched raids on ‎‎the towns of Tallousa, Rab Thalatheen, Shi'heen, Al-Malikiyah, Yatar,‎‎ Al-Khiyam, Markaba, 'Houla and Wadi Al-Saluki in the south, and the town of Zulaya in the western Bikaa'.‎

‎'Hizbullah announces initial response to Israeli massacres in Lebanon

'Hizbullah targets the Israeli Rafael Advanced Defense Systems military-industrial complex in an initial response to the massacres committed by the occupation in various Lebanese areas this past week.

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah, carried out three operations this morning against targets in occupied Palestine in response to the massacres committed by "Israel" this past week against Lebanese civilians.

In the first operation, the Islamic Resistance targeted the Israeli Ramat David military base and airport with dozens of Fadi 1 and Fadi 2 rockets. It also launched a second operation on the same targets using dozens of Fadi 1 and Fadi 2 rockets.

The Resistance's third operation saw the targeting of the Rafael military-industrial complex at 6:30 a.m. Rafael specializes in electronic equipment and is located in the Zvulun valley, north of the occupied city of Haifa, and was targeted with dozens of “Fadi 1”, “Fadi 2” and "Katyusha" rockets.

The Resistance confirmed that these operations were in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, in support of their Resistance, and as part of the initial response to the brutal massacre committed by the occupation in various Lebanese regions, on Tuesday and Wednesday, when it detonated thousands of pagers and wireless receiver communication devices, commonly known as walkie-talkies.

It is noteworthy that heavy barrages of rockets were launched from South Lebanon toward areas in the southern extremities of northern occupied territories, marking one of the deepest rocket attacks on Israeli targets since the launch of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. 

Sirens sounded across massive areas in the occupied territories, covering an array of 40 km from eastern occupied Palestine to areas north of Jenin in the occupied West Bank. Some of the settlements in which the sirens rang are located nearly 60 km away from the Israeli line of withdrawal from Lebanon. 

Explosions were also heard in the vicinity of the Ramat David Airbase on Sunday. 

The Israeli military command said that Hezbollah launched 15 333mm long-range rocket artillery shells, which hold an explosive warhead weighing 175 kg, at the Ramat David Airbase in the initial attack. 

According to these claims, this would be the first time that Hezbollah has launched this caliber of rockets at Israeli-occupied territories since October 7, 2023. Israeli media reported that only eight out of the 15 rockets were intercepted by air defenses.

Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

On September 22, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in 12 main massacres, in which 119 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 209 others were injured, in the past 24 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today). This increased the accounted for death toll in Gaza Strip to 41,391 and the injuries to 95,760, since the start of the Israeli genocidal war on October 7, 2023.

Gaza: Death toll surges to 41,431 martyrs

The health ministry in Gaza said on Sunday that the Israeli occupation army committed three massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring at least 98 civilians, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads.

In a statement, the health ministry said that the Israeli army killed and injured a large number of civilians in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, but at least 40 martyrs and 58 wounded citizens were transported to hospitals.

The health ministry added that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardments and shooting attacks, which started on October 7, climbed to 41,431 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 95,818 people.

The Gaza Strip has been under brutal bombardment since a cross-border operation was launched by Hamas’s armed wing, al-Qassam Brigades, on October 7, 2023.

Besides the large number of casualties and the huge displacement of people, basic food, fuel, water and medical supplies have run out for the 2.3 million residents in Gaza due to the tight Israeli blockade and the massive destruction of infrastructure and facilities.

‎Our correspondent reported that the occupation artillery shelled with several shells the town of Khuza'a, east of Khan Younus, which led to the death of citizens.‎

‎He added that the Red Crescent ambulance crews recovered the bodies of 4 martyrs from the Al-'Atatra area, east of Rafa'h, after the occupation bombed the citizens.‎

‎He pointed out that a Quad copter drone fired at citizens in the vicinity of Tabbat Al-Nuwayri, west of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, killing a citizen.‎

Seven citizens were killed and others were injured on Sunday in a shelling of the Israeli occupation, targeting a school housing displaced people west of Gaza City.‎

‎Our correspondent reported that the Israeli warplanes bombed the Kafr Qasim school in Al-Shati refugee camp, killing seven citizens and wounding others, and they were transferred to Al-Shifa Medical Complex. ‎

‎Yesterday, the Israeli occupation forces shelled Al-Fala'h School, which shelters displaced people in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, killing 21 civilians, including 13 children, 6 women and a fetus, and wounding 30 others.‎

‎The occupation forces have continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip by land, sea and air since the seventh of October 2023, resulting in the death of 41,391 citizens, and the injury of 95,760 others, most of them children and women, while thousands of missing people are still under the rubble.‎

‎Five injured by live ammunition during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in the Old City of Nablus ‎

Five civilians were injured by live ammunition, including two children, during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces, on Sunday, in the Old City of Nablus.‎

‎Our correspondent said that special forces of the Israeli occupation army, "undercover soldiers", ‎‎stormed 'Hoash Al-Muslimani in the Old City, amid the firing of smoke and sound bombs towards citizens, and the arrival of more reinforcements from the occupation forces.‎

‎Violent clashes erupted at the scene, he said, wounding two children (15 and 17) with live ammunition in the foot, and two young men and a 60-year-old man in the hand.‎

‎The Ministry of Health reported that the medical teams at Rafidia Governmental Hospital dealt with 5 injuries as a result of the occupation incursion into Nablus, all of them in stable condition.‎

IOFs raid homes, kidnap Palestinians in the West Bank

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank last night and on Sunday morning.

According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped two young men from the villages of 'Husan and 'Harmala in Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) province.

A young man also suffered a bullet injury in his leg during clashes between young men and Israeli occupation forces in Wadi Al-'Hummus area of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) province.

In Al-Khaleel (Hebron), the IOFs kidnapped a citizen from his home and raided other homes in Yatta town.

A car also overturned and its driver was injured after IOFs vehicles had chased it in Yatta.

Other IOFs raids on homes happened in Al-Fawwar refugee camp and Al-Dthahiriya town, with no reported kidnappings.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army intensified its military measures at the entrances of refugee camps and towns in Al-Khaleel (Hebron), closed roads with barriers and obstructed the movement of Palestinian citizens and vehicles.

In Jineen, the Israeli occupation forces came under fire from resistance fighters after they had stormed Silat Al-Dthahr town.

Local sources said that resistance fighters detonated explosive devices at IOFs vehicles in the town.

In Ramallah, resistance fighters threw explosive devices at the 'Ofer military base in Baitunya town.

The Israeli occupation forces were also attacked with explosive devices during dawn clashes with local youths in Ramallah City.

In a related context, the Palestinian Prisoner Society said that the IOFs kidnapped at least 10 citizens during overnight and dawn raids in the West Bank.

The IOFs kidnapping of Palestinians occurred in the provinces of Qalqilya, Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), Toulkarm, Ramallah, Al-Khaleel (Hebron), and Toubas.

‎Illegal Israeli settlers poison sheep for citizens east of Al-Khaleel (Hebron)‎

On Sunday, a group of the illegal Israeli settlers poisoned sheep for citizens east of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), killing five of them‎‎.‎

‎Citizen Abdul Kareem Al-Ja'bari told Wafa that five heads of his sheep died today due to poisoning by colonists, during their assault on citizens' homes last night in the "Jabara" area east of the city, where extremist Israeli occupation apartheid regime minister Itamar Ben Gvir resides, and his house is only a few meters away from the houses that were‎‎ ‎‎attacked.‎

‎Last Friday, colonists caused the death of a number of sheep, after poisoning, in the Arab Al-Mulai'hat community, northwest of the city of Jericho, after they put poison in the water from which the sheep were drinking, causing the death of more than 50 of them.‎

‎During the month of August, the settlers carried out 206 vandalism and theft of citizens' property, covering large areas of land, stealing 509 sheep, seizing 9 vehicles, tractors and others, and uprooting 477 trees, including 397 olive trees, in the governorates of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), Salfeet, Bethlehem, Nablus and Ramallah‎‎.‎

‎These attacks are part of a series of ongoing settler attacks targeting Palestinian farmers and their properties, with the aim of pressuring them and displacing them from their land.‎

‎The occupation forces have continued their siege of Al-Aqsa Mosque since the seventh of October 2023 by restricting the entry of Muslim worshipers to it, by tightening their procedures at its gates, placing iron barricades and arresting arrivals to obstruct their entry‎‎.‎

‎It is noteworthy that more than 46,293 settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque between the seventh of October 2023 and the eighth of September‎‎.‎

‎Students at UNRWA schools in Jalazoan refugee camp suffocate‎ by poison gas bombs fired by the Israeli occupation forces

On Sunday, dozens of students from schools of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in Jalazone camp, north of Ramallah, were suffocated by poison gas.‎

‎Security sources told Wafa that the Israeli occupation forces fired poison gas and sound canisters towards the UNRWA schools for boys and girls located at the entrance to the camp, which led to the suffocation of dozens of students, and clashes erupted in the place.‎

IOF raids Al Jazeera’s office in Ramallah, orders its closure

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) stormed Al Jazeera satellite channel’s bureau in Ramallah City in the occupied West Bank and ordered its administration to shut down operations, amid a growing Israeli crackdown on media freedom.

Heavily armed and masked Israeli soldiers forcefully entered the building housing Al Jazeera’s bureau and handed a 45-day closure order to the network’s West Bank bureau chief, Walid Al-'Omari, early on Sunday, according to the Do'ha-based news network.

Al-'Omari said the Israeli military’s closure order accused the network of “incitement to and support of terrorism.”

Al Jazeera’s Jivara Al-Budairi said Israeli forces used tear gas in the vicinity of Al Jazeera’s bureau and Al-Manara Square in the heart of Ramallah City. She added that Israeli soldiers confiscated their cameras.

Israeli military vehicles left Ramallah after the raid.

Sunday’s IOFs raid in Ramallah, which is under full Palestinian security and civil control, comes just months after the Israeli government banned Al Jazeera from operating inside Israel last May in the wake of its devastating war on Gaza.

After the raid, Al-'Omari raised concerns about what Israeli forces might do to the office.

“Targeting journalists this way always aims to erase the truth and prevent people from hearing the truth,” he said.

For his part, Mustafa Al-Barghouthi, secretary-general of the Palestinian National Initiative, said Israel has no legal right to close any office in Ramallah, which falls in Area A under the security and civil administration of the Palestinian Authority (PA). He added that Al Jazeera’s operating license was issued by the PA.

“This is the real face of Israel, a country that claims to be a democracy and claims to be supporting freedom of press,” he said.

Member of Hamas’s political bureau 'Izzat Al-Resheq also condemned the Israeli closure order as “a retaliatory measure against Al Jazeera’s professional role in exposing the occupation’s crimes against our people.”

“The closure of Al Jazeera’s office is the culmination of the declared war against journalists who are subjected to systematic Zionist terrorism aimed at hiding the truth.”

Civil defense: Women and children represent the highest percentage of martyrs in Gaza

The Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip reported that women and children represent the highest percentage of martyrs due to Israeli airstrikes on residential homes and displacement centers during August.

In a brief statement on Sunday, the Civil Defense explained that the monthly report indicates that among every 10 martyrs, 3 to 7 are women and children.

According to the report, 2 to 8 bodies out of every 10 show signs of mutilation, such as amputations, due to the intensity of the bombardment and exposure to collapsing roofs and concrete debris.

It highlighted the increase in the number of martyrs among women and children due to direct Israeli bombardments without prior warning on citizens’ homes, schools, and tents housing the displaced.

Israeli aircraft and artillery continued their bombardment of buildings and shelters throughout the enclave, resulting in thousands of martyrs, wounded, and missing under the rubble of their homes. The most recent massacre occurred when the Al-Zaytoun school was struck, resulting in the martyrdom of 22 citizens, most of whom were women and children.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation army has continued its genocidal war on Gaza with full American support, leading to over 137,000 martyrs and wounded, mostly women and children, along with 10,000 missing persons and massive destruction of infrastructure amid a deadly famine.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
