In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules. 2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet. 3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel. 4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed. 5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists. The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies. In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain. 6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people. Abyadh pointed out in a press conference, that “the number of the wounded ranges between 2,750 and 2,800 including 300 people with critical injuries.” On Tuesday, Abyadh announced in a preliminary statistic the martyrdom of nine people, including a girl, and the injury of about 2,750, most of whom are members of the Lebanese 'Hizbullah, in southern Lebanon and the southern suburb of Beirut after the explosion of wireless communication devices they were using. The Minister of Health appealed to “all hospitals to receive the injured with no exception.” Meanwhile, the Lebanese Civil Defense said that “hospitals in the south have exceeded their capacity, and they are working to transfer the wounded outside the governorate.” *** Nine people killed, 2,750 wounded, in Lebanon in a series of blasts of pagers Tuesday 17-September-2024 BEIRUT, (PIC) At least nine people were killed and about 2,750 were wounded on Tuesday in southern Lebanon and the southern suburbs of Beirut after the explosion the pager wireless devices they use, in the largest cyber security breach that Hezbollah has been exposed to in years, according to Lebanese security sources. Meanwhile, the Iranian news agency Mehr reported that the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon was injured as a result of the Israeli cyberattack. A security source told Reuters that more than 1,200 injuries were recorded in the explosion of portable automatic pagers used by 'Hizbullah members. The NBN Lebanese channel said that “the Israeli enemy detonated, using high-tech technology, the handheld pager system of 'Hizbullah members in more than one place in the southern suburbs of Beirut.” Lebanese activists and Arab media outlets circulated pictures and footage of the explosions that affected several areas. The Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed newspaper quoted a source in 'Hizbullah as saying, “What happened was a dangerous breach, and it is being investigated,” adding that it was not possible to count the number of Lebanese areas in which the pagers were blown up, but information indicates that the operation occurred simultaneously in more than one area. Al-Jazeera TV channel quoted a Lebanese security source as saying that the explosion of the communication devices in Lebanon was caused by a breach using wireless technology, adding that the explosion of the communication devices included areas in the southern suburbs of Beirut, the Bikaa', and southern Lebanon. The official Lebanese National News Agency indicated that a number of injuries also occurred in various towns in the Marji'youn district in southern Lebanon, in addition to injuries in the Hirmil area in the Bikaa' in eastern Lebanon. *** 'Hizbullah: Israel fully responsible for the pager blasts Wednesday 18-September-2024 The Lebanese Islamic Resistance Party, 'Hizbullah, has blamed Israel for the simultaneous explosion of pagers used by the Party members that killed at least nine people and injured about 2,750 others, warning that Israel will be punished. “We hold the Israeli enemy fully responsible for this criminal aggression,” the group said in a statement on Tuesday. Israel “will certainly receive its just punishment for this sinful aggression”, the statement said. Hundreds of pagers used by Lebanese civilians and 'Hizbullah affiliates exploded across Lebanon, killing at least nine people and wounding at least 2,750 others. Among the dead was the 10-year-old daughter of a member of the group. Videos and photos on social media appeared to show wounded men sitting or lying on floors, and others being rushed to hospitals. At least 11 people were also injured in Damascus, due to explosions of pager devices. 11 members of 'Hizbullah were critically injured in the Damascus countryside as a result of the explosions, Syrian media sources confirmed. *** 'Hamas holds Israel responsible for Lebanon explosions Wednesday 18-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement strongly condemned “the Zionist terrorist aggression that targeted Lebanese citizens by blowing up communications devices in different areas of Lebanese territory.” The Movement pointed out that the attack injured thousands of citizens, without distinguishing between fighters and civilians, and resulted in the martyrdom of several individuals. “This crime defies all laws and norms, and we hold the occupation government fully responsible for the consequences of this dangerous crime.” This terrorist operation comes as part of the systematic Zionist aggression on the region and the policy of arrogance and tyranny adopted by the occupation government, backed by US support that provides cover for its fascist crimes, the Movement added. “We affirm that this criminal escalation will only lead the terrorist occupation entity to further failure and defeat.” “We highly appreciate the jihad and sacrifices of our brothers in Hezbollah and their persistence in continuing to support and back our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. We express our full solidarity with the Lebanese people and our brothers in Hezbollah, offering our deepest condolences to the families of the victims.” “We ask Allah for mercy upon the martyrs and a swift recovery for the wounded, reaffirming that the fascist occupation’s crimes will not weaken the resolve of our free people or break the will of their resistance.” *** 'Hamas slams Arab news agency for trying to discredit its position on Gaza talks Wednesday 18-September-2024 ISTANBUL, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement has denounced an Arab news outlet for twisting excerpts from the interview conducted recently by the New York Times with head of its foreign political bureau, Khalid Mish'al with the aim of besmirching its position on the Gaza talks. In press remarks on Wednesday, senior 'Hamas official Hisham Qasim highlighted his Movement’s crystal clear position on the ceasefire talks, its positive response to several initiatives that would serve the Palestinian people’s interests and its keenness on reaching a deal ending the Israeli aggression against Gaza. “The one who bears responsibility for disrupting the course of negotiations is Netanyahu, as well as his fascist government, who insists on setting new conditions that impede the efforts to reach an agreement — something that has become obvious to everyone, including the mediators,” Qasim said. The 'Hamas official called on that media outlet that tried to distort the Movement’s position to always seek the truth, respect the principals of ethical journalism and the media codes of honor, and refrain from promoting the Israeli occupation regime’s false narrative. *** Palestinian doctor kidnaped from Gaza dies in Israeli jail Wednesday 18-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said on Wednesday that doctor Ziyad Al-Dalo was martyred in an Israeli occupation forces detention center, adding that he was kidnaped from Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City on March 18, 2024. In a statement, the Palestinian Ministry of Health condemned the Israeli occupation army persistence in committing “heinous crimes” against Palestinian medical workers. The Health Ministry appealed to international and human rights organizations to intervene immediately to reveal the fate of dozens of Palestinian health and medical workers who were kidnapped while performing their duties. The Palestinian Health Ministry called for immediate international action to hold the Israeli occupation regime accountable for its crimes against medical staff and civilians in Gaza. A few days ago, the Health Ministry received information that a paramedic called 'Hamdan 'Annaba was martyred on the same day he was kidnapped from Gaza. He was detained at the Netzarim checkpoint inside Gaza on December 2, 2023 as he was escorting sick and wounded citizens. Since the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza started, over 50 detainees from Gaza have been pronounced dead in the Israeli occupation forces detention centers and jails as a result of their exposure to excruciating torture or medical neglect. *** Lazzarini: Israel stopped issuing visas to international NGO workers Wednesday 18-September-2024 BEIRUT, (PIC) The Israeli government has stopped issuing visas to members of international non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the head of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) said on Tuesday. “The Israeli authorities have stopped giving visas to heads and staff of the international NGO community,” Philippe Lazzarini said on X. “For years, these organizations have been providing humanitarian assistance to people in need in close partnership with the UN,” Lazzarini said. He said: “Increasingly, the Government of Israel is phasing out representation from humanitarian organizations or those engaged in reporting on the atrocities of this war and the impact on civilians.” “As humanitarian needs continue to increase, we need more humanitarian workers, not less,” he said, adding: “The opposite is now happening.” “This comes on top of the ongoing entry ban of international media to report freely from inside Gaza, at a time when a number of senior UN officials are not given permission to visit Gaza and/or are prevented to traveling to the West Bank, including East Jerusalem,” he said. “Humanitarian organizations and international media are prevented from doing their work properly. This has to end and restrictions must be lifted,” Lazzarini said. “Let us do our work, including at UNRWA,” he added. *** Palestine submits first draft resolution to UN against Israeli occupation Wednesday 18-September-2024 NEW YORK, (PIC) The Palestinian permanent mission to the UN submitted its first draft resolution on Tuesday to the UN General Assembly demanding Israel end its presence in the occupied Palestinian territories, including Gaza, within 12 months. The move came after the General Assembly granted the Palestinian mission additional rights and privileges to participate at the UN. An emergency session was held yesterday at the 79th UN General Assembly on the legal consequences of Israel’s activities in the occupied Palestinian territories. UN General Assembly president Philemon Yang reiterated the International Court of Justice’s “advisory opinion” on Israel’s actions in the occupied Palestinian territories, including east Jerusalem. Yang emphasized that the UN, its General Assembly and Security Council have a responsibility to take steps to end Israel’s illegal occupation of Palestine. “It is our collective duty as representatives of the international community to ensure that the principles of justice and the rule of law prevail,” he said. He expressed hope for the session to “make a positive difference in the lives of the many who continue to suffer in this region and who look up to us to make the right decisions at this emergency special session.” For his part, Palestinian envoy to the UN Riyadh Mansoor urged the international community to hold Israel accountable, citing a recent request by the General Assembly for an authoritative opinion from the ICJ on the Israeli occupation. He quoted the Court’s findings that Israel’s continued occupation and “assertion of permanent control over the occupied Palestinian territory” violates fundamental principles of international law. “This was a historic opinion,” Mansour stated, adding that it is now the responsibility of the General Assembly and all member states to “take the necessary measures to ensure [Israel’s] compliance with international law.” “Those who think the Palestinian people will accept a life of servitude, a life of apartheid, are the ones who are not being realistic,” he said. “Those who claim that peace is possible in our region without a just resolution for the question of Palestine are the ones who are not being realistic.” Mansour stressed that “no occupying power can have a veto right over the inalienable rights of the people under its occupation,” as he urged nations to act immediately to curb Israel’s escalating violence and prevent further tragedy. “Delayed justice is denied justice. The right time to do the right thing is always right now,” he said. The draft resolution under consideration, co-sponsored by more than 40 countries, including Türkiye, is seen by Mansour as a potential turning point for the Palestinian people. Mansoor further urged all member states to “stand on the right side of history.” This resolution demands Israel withdraw its forces from the occupied Palestinian lands, including Gaza, immediately halt all settlement construction and evacuate all settlers from the Palestinian territories. It also calls for Israel to pay reparations to Palestinians for the damage caused by its occupation. It urges countries to take steps to prevent trade or investments that maintain Israel’s presence in the occupied territories and implement sanctions against it. *** *** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces*** On September 18, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in 2 main massacres, in which 20 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 54 others were injured, in the past 24 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today). The health ministry added that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardments and shooting attacks, which started on October 7, climbed to 41,272 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 95,551 people. The Gaza Strip has been under brutal bombardment since a cross-border operation was launched by Hamas’s armed wing, al-Qassam Brigades, on October 7, 2023. Besides the large number of casualties and the huge displacement of people, basic food, fuel, water and medical supplies have run out for the 2.3 million residents in Gaza due to the tight Israeli blockade and the massive destruction of infrastructure and facilities. *** US-backed Israeli genocide in Gaza enters Day 348 Wednesday 18-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered day 348 on Wednesday, aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians. Al-Mardawi explained that this large-scale incursion, through the deployment of large military reinforcements in the camp, indicated the Israeli major concerns regarding the impact of the Palestinian resistance operations in the southern West Bank, which inflict heavy losses on the IOFs and settler gangs. The Hamas official stressed that the continuation of the aggression on the West Bank provinces “will not succeed in dissuading our people from the right to resistance.” He added, “We salute our brave people and our valiant resistance.
