In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules. 2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet. 3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel. 4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed. 5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists. The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies. In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain. 6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people. Click here for more about using the apostrophe and the underlining of letters in the transliteration of Arabic names. *** Al-Sinwar congratulates Algerian President on re-election Wednesday 11-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The head of the political bureau of 'Hamas, Ya'hya Al-Sinwar, congratulated on Tuesday the Algerian President Abdul Majeed Tebboun, on his re-election as the President of Algeria and regaining the trust of the Algerian people to lead the country. In his congratulation statement, Al-Sinwar pointed to the heroic epic the Palestinian people are waging despite the ongoing Israeli war of genocide, and the barbarism of the Nazi Zionist occupation against civilians in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), and the 1948 occupied Palestine, in violation of the international laws and conventions. The 'Hamas chief renewed his appreciation for the Algerian role in standing with the Palestinian people and defending their rights in international forums, calling on the Algerians to continue and develop their supportive position to enhance the Palestinians’ resilience and resistance, to be able to stop the brutal aggression, defeat the Israeli occupation regime, and achieve the dream of the Palestinian people of liberation, return, and the establishment of the independent state of Palestine with Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) as its capital. *** Two Israeli soldiers killed, seven others wounded in helicopter crash in Gaza Wednesday 11-September-2024 NAZARETH, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army admitted on Wednesday the death of two soldiers and the injury of seven others, four of whom seriously injured, after the crash of a Black Hawk helicopter while carrying out a mission to evacuate a wounded soldier in Rafa'h in the southern Gaza Strip, with the first fatal crash of its kind in 30 years. The Israeli occupation army announced opening an investigation into the incident, claiming that initial information indicates that the helicopter crash “was not exposed to a hostile fire, and it appears that it happened due to a technical malfunction or human error.” According to Walla Hebrew website, the Black Hawk helicopter constitutes the backbone of transport and rescue helicopters in the Israeli army, indicating that it can carry 14 to 22 soldiers. The Yedioth Aharonot newspaper reported that the helicopter crash resulted in three critical and four moderate injuries, including the soldier who was supposed to be rescued. The newspaper, however, said that the helicopter was on its way to save a soldier who was shot by a Palestinian sniper, pointing out that the helicopter arrived to evacuate the injured soldier after midnight, explaining that in the last stage of landing, the helicopter collided with the ground near the Philadelphia border corridor, and crashed for an unknown reason. The newspaper pointed out that four helicopters recovered the wounded soldiers in an operation that lasted for hours early at dawn. The newspaper quoted the Israeli army as saying that the crash of the helicopter was the first of its kind since the beginning of the war on the Gaza Strip, but it is not the first incident of a helicopter damage. *** Palestinian Interior Ministry warns: Israeli occupation forces impersonating relief organizations to get information about Palestinian resistance, in order to bomb homes and neighborhoods Wednesday 11-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security urged citizens in the Gaza Strip to be cautious about providing any information or data to individuals on the phone claiming to work for charitable organizations or relief institutions, who request detailed information about their residences and family members or neighbors under the pretext of providing assistance, packages, or financial amounts. The ministry confirmed in a statement on Wednesday that the provision of information or updating data with institutions and associations active in relief work is strictly done through face-to-face interviews or at the known offices of those organizations. It warned that investigations conducted by relevant authorities have revealed that many of the targeted attacks carried out by the Israeli occupation army on citizens’ homes during the previous period, which resulted in martyrs and injuries, were conducted based on information provided via mobile phone to the Israeli intelligence services impersonating known local and international relief organizations. It indicated that the authorized entities collecting data for the purpose of providing assistance to citizens and displaced persons do so through face-to-face interviews, not via mobile phone. The ministry urged citizens not to respond to any calls they receive in this context, regardless of the institution’s name, even if it claims to be a governmental entity. It also called on local media, Palestinian radio stations, and social media activists to contribute to raising awareness among citizens in this regard. *** 'Hamas: Biden’s statements on the killing of the American solidarity activist unacceptable Wednesday 11-September-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement condemned the statements made by US President Joe Biden regarding the killing of the American solidarity activist Aisha Nour Izgi, in which he justified her killing by one of the Israeli soldiers south of Nablus in the northern West Bank. “In continuation of the blind and unlimited support of the US administration of the Zionist entity, US President Joe Biden made flawed and irresponsible statements about the killing of the American activist, Aysenur Ezgi Eygi, at the hands of the Zionist occupation forces,” the Movement said in a statement issued on Wednesday. President Biden justified Aysenur’s killing by saying that she was killed by mistake as a result of being hit by a bullet that ricocheted back to her after hitting the ground, while he denounces, threatens, and takes immediate action when it comes to false accusations directed at the Palestinian resistance, the statement reads. “These statements that absolve the occupation of responsibility for the deliberate killing of the American activist are a continuation of the racist policy pursued by the US administration, even towards its citizens according to their religion, color, race, and the party that killed them.” “These statements also contradict the statements of a number of US officials, including US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who expressed his deep concern that according to the initial investigation conducted by the army, the shooting by the occupation army soldiers led to the killing of an American citizen in the West Bank without justification and without any provocation on her part.” The Movement called on the US administration to immediately stop this biased policy that has brought nothing but death, destruction, insecurity, and instability to the region, and to take immediate measures to hold accountable the war criminals who have been spreading death everywhere in the Palestinian territories for more than 11 months. *** South Africa prepares to present evidence of Israeli crimes in Palestine Wednesday 11-September-2024 CAPE TOWN, (PIC) The Presidency of South Africa announced that it will submit a memorandum to the International Court of Justice next month, documenting facts and evidence proving that Israel has committed acts of genocide in Palestine. The Arab states have agreed to support this case. The presidency stated in a post on its official website that this case will continue until the court issues its ruling, expressing hope that Israel will comply with the interim orders issued by the court so far. According to Axios news site, the Israeli Foreign Ministry sent a confidential cable to its embassy in Washington and to all consulates in the United States regarding South Africa’s case before the International Court of Justice. Axios reported that the cable urged the embassy and consulates to work immediately with legislators, governors, and Jewish organizations to pressure South Africa to change its policies toward Israel. The site also indicated that Israel is exerting pressure on members of the U.S. Congress. Israeli diplomats were directed to ask members of Congress and Jewish organizations in the United States to communicate directly with South African diplomats in the U.S. and clarify that South Africa would pay a heavy price if it did not change its policy. In parallel, an Arab foreign ministers’ meeting held in Cairo on Tuesday witnessed agreement among Arab countries to officially intervene to support the case filed by South Africa against Israel at the International Criminal Court. The final statement from the meeting of the Arab League Council at the level of foreign ministers noted that “the member states of the Arab League, parties to the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, agreed to officially intervene to support the case brought by South Africa against Israel before the International Court of Justice.” South Africa resorted to the International Court of Justice at the end of December, 2023, filing a complaint accusing Israel of violating the United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, which was established in 1948, in its attack on the Gaza Strip. *** *** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces*** On September 11, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in 4 main massacres, in which 64 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 104 others were injured, in the past 24 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today).
