In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The Mayor of Sabastya, Mu'hammed 'Azzam, said that Israeli forces raided the town, triggering confrontations, which saw the soldiers firing opening gunfire, tear gas canisters and concussion grenades. One of the concussion grenades fired by the occupation soldiers hit a young man, injuring him in the hand. The casualty was rushed to a hospital for treatment. The Israeli occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents. These raids are conducted without a search warrant whenever and wherever the military chooses, in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers. Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised. K.F. *** Five Palestinians sustain bruises and wounds due to Israeli army assault near Qalqilya QALQILYA, October 8, 2024 (WAFA) – Five Palestinians Tuesday evening sustained bruises and wounds due to an Israeli army assault in the Kafr Qaddoum village, east of the occupied West Bank city of Qalqilya, according to local sources. They said that Israeli occupation infantry force raided the village and barged their way to one of its neighborhoods, where they brutally beat up five young men, inflicting cuts and bruises across their bodies. One of the casualties was rushed to a nearby hospital. His condition was described as moderate. Kafr Qaddoum has been the target of frequent attacks by Israeli forces and colonists. Since July 1, 2011, the village has become the scene of weekly Friday rallies calling for reopening the road that has been blocked since the Second Intifada in 2003 and protesting settler-colonialism schemes. The road used to link Kafr Qaddoum to nearby towns and villages and facilitate the villagers’ access to their lands and residences. As a result of its closure, the villagers have to longer roads to reach their destinations, subjecting them to unexpected prolonged delays and placing additional costs on them. K.F. *** Israeli occupation forces kidnap Palestinian east of Toubas TUBAS, October 8, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Tuesday evening kidnapped a Palestinian from 'Atouf area, east of the occupied West Bank city of Toubas, according to the Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS). Director of the PPS Office in Toubas, Kamal Bani 'Oada, said that the occupation forces rounded up the Palestinian and seized his vehicle before escorting him to a nearby checkpoint. In the predawn hours of Tuesday and late Monday, the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped at least 30 Palestinians in multiple raids across the occupied West Bank. Israeli occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for "wanted" Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents. These raids, which also take place in areas under the full control of the Palestinian Authority, are conducted with no need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers. Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised. According to the latest figures from Al-Dhameer, the Palestinian Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, there are currently 9,900 Palestinian political prisoners in Israeli prisons and detention centers, including 240 children and 87 female prisoners. This number includes 3,332 Palestinians placed under “administrative detention”, which allows the detention of Palestinians without charge or trial for renewable intervals ranging between three and six months based on undisclosed evidence that even a detainee’s lawyer is barred from viewing. The mass arrest of Palestinians is nothing new. According to a 2017 report by Al-Dhameer, over the past 50 years, more than 800,000 Palestinians have been imprisoned or detained by Israel, this figure is now believed to be closer to 1 million. This means that about 40% of Palestinian men and boys living under military occupation have been deprived of their freedom. Almost every Palestinian family has suffered the imprisonment of a loved one. K.F. *** Several Palestinians kidnapped during IOFs raids in the West Bank Tuesday 8-October-2024 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped at dawn Tuesday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank. According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped three citizens following raids in the villages of Bait Foureek and Madama in Nablus province. According to eyewitnesses, dozens of settlers entered the Mosque in different groups through its Maghariba Gate and toured its courtyards under tight police protection, adding that one of them was dressed like a ritual priest. A number of the illegal settlers escorted by police officers also gathered in the eastern area of the Mosque and embarked on performing Talmudic prayers. They said that Israeli colonists hurled stones at Palestinian-registered vehicles passing on the road linking Jenin to Nablus, hitting a woman who was driving a vehicle and inflicting wounds in her shoulder and eye. The casualty was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. The settler violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities. The settler violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others. Over 700,000 illegal Israeli settlers are living in illegal settlements across Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) and the West Bank in violation of international law. K.F. *** Israeli occupation forces tighten siege on Al-Khaleel (Hebron) neighborhood Al-Khaleel (Hebron), October 8, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Tuesday tightened the siege on the Tel Rumaida neighborhood in Central Hebron City, according to a human rights activist. 'Imad Abu Shamsiya said that the occupation forces tightened the siege on Tel Rumaida, sealing off all the military checkpoints leading to it, except for the permanently-staffed Shuhada checkpoint as a means to ensure the protection of colonists who held a rally, chanting anti-Palestinian slogans. The Palestinian neighborhood is located in the Israeli-controlled area of the old town, known as H2, where several hundred extremist Jewish settlers are based. Israel heavily restricts the movement and activity of Palestinians in the H2 area while allowing the settlers free movement and access. The city of Hebron, which houses the Ibraheemi Mosque, is home to roughly 160,000 Palestinian Muslims and about 800 notoriously aggressive Israeli settlers who live in compounds heavily guarded by Israeli troops. Israel has expelled the only international monitors protecting Hebron’s Palestinians from 800 heavily guarded settlers, one of whom committed the 1994 massacre that triggered their deployment. K.F. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack Ramallah-governorate village RAMALLAH, October 8, 2024 (WAFA) – A horde of the illegal Israeli settlers Tuesday evening attacked the Umm Safa village, northwest of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, according to a local municipal source. Head of the Village Council, Marwan Sabba'h, said that colonists mounted an attack on the outskirts of the village, hurling stones at the villagers’ houses and setting tracts of land adjacent to the houses on fire. He added that Israeli colonists and occupation forces have proceeded with colonizing the villagers’ land by razing agricultural land and setting up mobile homes to serve as the nucleus of new colonial settlement outposts even though the villages own title deeds proving that they own the land. *** Israeli occupation forces storm, wreak havoc inside house near Salfeet Salfeet, October 8, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Tuesday stormed and wreaked havoc inside a house in the town of Dair Ballut, west of the occupied West Bank city of Salfeet, according to local sources. They said that the occupation forces broke into a house under construction in the northern section of the town, wreaking havoc and destruction inside. They added that the gun-toting soldiers held a concrete mixer that arrived at the construction side and chased workers. Meanwhile, a convoy of the occupation forces’ vehicles barged their way into the Madama village, south of Nablus, triggering confrontations, which saw the soldiers firing barrages of concussion grenades towards local young protestors. The occupation army also broke into the outskirts of the Tell village, while simultaneously firing barrages of teargas canisters towards the villagers’ houses. The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents. These raids are conducted with no need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers. Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised. K.F. *** IOFs hand over notices to demolish four structures west of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Tuesday 8-October-2024 Al-Khaleel (Hebron), (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) handed over on Tuesday demolition notifications to knock down four tin structures in the town of Idhna, west of Al-Khaleel (Hebron). Local sources said that the IOFs stormed the Wadi Risheh area and delivered notices to demolish four structures used to recycle scrap owned by Abu Juhaisha family. The IOF has recently demolished more than ten structures in the town as part of the Israeli punishment policy against citizens. The former mayor of Idhna town, Mu'ammar Temezi, said the IOFs has escalated its repressive measures against defenseless citizens, intensified its siege on the town, and continued closing the iron gate at its main entrance, which forced the citizens to search for alternative ways. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** UN: Ordering Gazans to evacuate does not keep them safe Tuesday 8-October-2024 NEW YORK, (PIC) The UN has voiced concern over the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, warning Israel against issuing more evacuation orders. “Ordering civilians to evacuate does not keep them safe if they have no safe place to go and no shelter, food, medicine or water to survive,” UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric told reporters on Monday. “On the ground, our OCHA (Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs) colleagues remain very concerned that areas north of Wadi Gaza that are increasingly being cut off, compounded by the issuance of evacuation orders for the vast areas there,” Dujarric said “Southern Gaza is completely overwhelmed and cannot accommodate more people,” Dujarric pointed out. “As of this morning, initial information indicates that more than 50,000 men, women and children have been displaced within northern Gaza, and some patients have left hospitals in the evacuation zone,” the UN spokesman added. “Israeli authorities have allocated a single, unsafe road for aid workers to bring in supplies from the [Karam Abu Salem] crossing,” he said. “Nevertheless, we and our partners continue to provide life-saving assistance wherever we can to Palestinians in Gaza. UNRWA says that since last October 7, it has provided more than 5.6 million medical consultations across Gaza. The agency has also reached nearly 1.9 million people with two rounds of flour over the past year, with nearly 367,000 people receiving three rounds of the distributions,” he underlined. *** UN expert: Israeli crimes in Gaza “psychological terror” and “part of a genocidal plan” Tuesday 8-October-2024 NEW YORK, (PIC) Tlaleng Mofokeng, the UN special rapporteur on the right to health, has described the Israeli war crimes taking place in the Gaza Strip as “psychological terrorism” and “part of a genocidal plan.” After a year of Israeli attacks, the psychological toll on Gaza’s inhabitants, especially children, reached alarming levels, deepening existing challenges that an estimated half of the population was already going through before the events of October 7 last year, Mofokeng told Anadolu news agency on Monday. The ongoing Israeli violence has created a cycle of anxiety and trauma in the besieged Strip, leaving young people particularly devastated, according to the UN official. “The amount of anxiety and the exposure to trauma, as well as the level of anticipation of violence, is very abnormal,” Mofokeng said, emphasizing the persistent threat of violence as a major contributor to psychological distress. She highlighted that 50 percent of Gazans were already suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) before Israel started its relentless attacks on Gaza on October 7, 2023. “We have to talk about it as a deliberate infliction of mental trauma,” she said. “Yet, some scars remain invisible,” Mofokeng pointed out, “as many suffer in silence, with distress escalating into PTSD, eventually leading to complex mental health issues. These only intensify for children who have lost their entire family.” Mofokeng voiced deep concern for the future of Gaza’s youth. “The future generations of Gazans are already irreparably damaged and forever changed.” She spoke of an “entire generation of children in Gaza now who are either dead before they even have their birth certificates, or they are barely alive.” Those who survive face enduring mental health challenges from constant violence, fear, and loss, which she said will hinder their ability to function as adults. “We have already failed the generation of Gaza. What future are we talking about, what generation are we talking about if we can’t even stop the bombs right now today?” she questioned. The special rapporteur described Israel’s destruction of homes and healthcare facilities, as well as the restricted access to essential services, as part of a strategy designed to keep Gaza’s population in a state of constant fear and uncertainty. She urged immediate international action and underscored the need for a ceasefire to facilitate any form of recovery in Gaza. “Without a ceasefire and reconstruction, the path to health service recovery remains uncertain.” *** Ministry of Health: 65% of health institutions in Gaza went out of service Tuesday 8-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Ministry of Health in Gaza said the Israeli occupation army targeted 65% of health institutions in the Strip, and deliberately deprived thousands of patients from receiving medical care over a full year of the Israeli genocidal war. This came in a statement issued by the ministry on the occasion of the anniversary of October 7 on which the Israeli annihilation war on the Gaza Strip has started. The statement said, “Nearly 65% of health institutions (including governmental, private and the UNRWA facilities) were targeted, noting that the rest are partially functioning with a 300% occupancy rate, especially the intensive care and nurseries departments.” It added that the Israeli occupation army destroyed infrastructure, sewage networks and prevented the introduction of detergents and sterilization materials, which led to the spread of epidemics and diseases, such as hepatitis, polio, and skin diseases. It pointed out that the systematic and permanent targeting of the health sector has deprived more than two million people in the Gaza Strip from receiving basic health services. According to the statement, 12,000 cancer patients cannot receive basic treatments or even analgesics, in addition to 50,000 pregnant women deprived of health services and maternity care. “Hundreds of dialysis patients died as a result of the lack of health care and the lack of dialysis services in many hospitals. Estimates indicate that many martyrs have died as a result of the lack of medical services,” the statement underlined. It pointed out that the number of martyrs of the health sector in Gaza reached 986, including four martyrs who died inside the Israeli occupation prisons. It pointed out that more than 60% of the victims of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza are children and women, noting that the number of martyrs reached 41,909 since October 7, 2023. The statement called for the cessation of the Israeli aggression and the killing machine and for allowing thousands of wounded to leave the Gaza Strip to receive treatment in specialized hospitals. The Health Ministry also called on all relevant authorities to facilitate the arrival of medical supplies to all hospitals without restrictions, and to allow the entry of medical delegations. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), only 17 out of 36 hospitals in Gaza are currently operating partially, while primary health care services are suspended or impossible to be accessed in many cases due to insecurity, attacks, and repeated evacuation orders that Israeli occupation army directs to the population. In December, the only center dedicated to limb and rehabilitation, located in the Nasser Medical Complex, which is supported by WHO, went out of the service due to the lack of supplies and specialized health workers. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
