While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Gaza: Israeli occupation army killed 1,200 civilians in northern Gaza since its siege started

Thursday 31-October-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The northern Gaza Strip has been under tight Israeli siege for more than three weeks, and health officials say more than 1,200 people have been killed by Israeli attacks during that time.

According to director of Gaza’s health ministry Muneer al-Bursh, the Israeli occupation army has been banning the access of vital medical supplies to northern Gaza since it came under siege over two weeks ago.

Al-Bursh affirmed that the Israeli army continues to commit massacres and attack shelters in northern Gaza, adding that scores of citizens who refused to leave Bait Lahya were bombed.

“The occupation is isolating the citizens in the area while committing massacres silently. We were surprised by the burning of a house with an entire family inside. Medical crews were able to arrive at the scene 18 hours later,” Al-Bursh said.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army bombed on Thursday morning the third floor of the Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, killing four patients, including two children, and burning medical supplies. Surgical services also come to a halt following the attack.

In a related context, the health ministry in Gaza said on Thursday that the Israeli occupation army committed five massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, and killed and injured at least 389 civilians, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads.

In a statement, the health ministry said that the Israeli army killed and injured a large number of civilians in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, but at least 102 martyrs and 128 wounded citizens were transported to hospitals.

The health ministry added that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardments and shooting attacks, which started on October 7, climbed to 43,061 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 101,223 people.

The Gaza Strip has been under brutal bombardment since a cross-border operation was launched by Hamas’s armed wing, al-Qassam Brigades, on October 7, 2023.

Besides the large number of casualties and the huge displacement of people, basic food, fuel, water and medical supplies have run out for the 2.3 million residents in Gaza due to the tight Israeli blockade and the massive destruction of infrastructure and facilities.

RAMALLAH, October, 31, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces kidnapped at least 25 Palestinians from the West Bank during the last 24 hours, according to a joint statement by the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners Society.

The kidnappings occurred across various provinces, including Ramallah, Nablus, and Qalqilya. According to the statement, these kidnappings have been characterized by widespread raids and violent treatment of detainees, including severe beatings and threats against both the arrested individuals and their families, along with destruction of property in their homes.

Since the onset of the ongoing Israeli genocidal onslaught against the Palestinian people in October 2023, the total number of Palestinians kidnapped by Israeli troops in the West Bank has surpassed 11,500, including those from Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), the statement added.

Additionally, reports indicate that the Israeli military continues to detain civilians from Gaza, particularly in the northern regions, including women, children, and medical personnel.

Human rights organizations have noted that since the start of the offensive, they have been unable to accurately track the number of kidnappings in Gaza, which are estimated to be in the thousands.

Illegal Israeli settlers steal olive harvest from near Nablus

NABLUS, October 31, 2024 (WAFA) –

In a troubling incident today, a group of the illegal Israeli settlers raided olive groves on the outskirts of Kafr Qaleel village, south of Nablus, stealing olives from local farmers' lands, according to local and Palestinian security sources.

The sources reported to WAFA that the colonists attacked an area belonging to Sabri and 'Omar Al-Qanai, two local Palestinian citizens, forcibly taking their olive harvest.

This year's olive-picking season in the West Bank has been marked by repeated assaults from Israeli occupation forces and colonists, escalating to violence including killings, arson of olive trees, and theft of crops, while preventing farmers from accessing their lands.

The Palestinian Authority’s Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission reports that since the beginning of the olive season this year, there have been 239 incidents of violence by Israeli occupation forces and colonists against olive pickers as of October 29, including 109 cases where farmers were denied access to their fields.

Two days after the ban, Israeli occupation forces demolish UNRWA office in Nour Shams refugee camp

TULKARM, October 31, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces demolished the office of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) today in the Nour Shams refugee camp, located east of Toulkarm in the occupied West Bank.

Nihad Al-Shaweesh, head of the Nur Shams Services Committee, told WAFA that Israeli bulldozers tore down the UNRWA office situated in the center of the camp, along with its surrounding walls.

Al-Shaweesh highlighted that Nour Shams camp is home to two UNRWA schools—one for girls and another for boys—serving a total of 1,536 students according to the 2022-2023 academic year data.

The refugee camp also houses a health center providing primary healthcare services, including reproductive health, maternal and child care, vaccinations, medical check-ups, and dental clinics, all managed by UNRWA.

On Monday, the Israeli Knesset passed a law prohibiting the operations of UNRWA, despite international warnings about the implications of such legislation, which violates various international agreements and norms.

The law aims to "prevent any activity by UNRWA in the territory of the State of Israel," stipulating that the agency will not operate any representative offices or provide services, either directly or indirectly, within Israeli territory.

This legislation nullifies the 1967 agreement that allowed UNRWA to operate in Israel, effectively halting the agency's activities within Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories while prohibiting any communication between Israeli officials and UNRWA staff.

UNRWA was established by a resolution of the United Nations General Assembly in 1949 and is mandated to provide assistance and protection to Palestinian refugees in its five areas of operation: Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, the West Bank, and Gaza.

PGMO holds Israel and its allies responsible for collapse of health sector in northern Gaza

Thursday 31-October-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Government Media Office (PGMO) has held the Israeli occupation regime, its supporters and the global health system fully responsible for the collapse of the health sector in the northern Gaza Strip and for the horrifying disaster that has afflicted the health services in general.

“The medical crews at the Kamal Adwan Hospital found themselves forced to leave patients and wounded people to die due to the suspension of surgical procedures, in the midst of ongoing bombardment around the hospital throughout the night,” PGMO said.

PGMO pointed out that the hospital administration repeatedly appealed for ambulances to be sent to the hospital in order to transport the wounded, but to no avail.

It also appealed for the establishment of safe corridors in northern Gaza to ensure the provision of health care and medical and fuel supplies.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
