In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Iran's military confirmed Saturday that only radar equipment was damaged in Israeli raids on Tehran and other provinces and that a ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon was its top priority. Israeli warplanes launched an aggression on Iran, as explosions were heard in several areas, including the capital Tehran, early on Saturday. Attacks renewed at around 4:30 am, as footage circulated of several successful interceptions near the capital. The Israeli military command confirmed that its Air Force conducted strikes on "military targets" in Iran. The Iranian Armed Forces general staff said in a statement aired on state TV that the country's air defenses performed promptly, which caused the damage of "limited damage and few radar systems." "A large number of missiles were intercepted and enemy aircraft were prevented from entering the country's airspace," emphasizing that Israeli planes were limited to launching a "small number of long-range missiles with very light warheads from a distance" within the US-patrolled airspace of Iraq. The Armed Forces emphasized that the country will reserve its right to respond appropriately and is prioritizing the establishment of a "lasting ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon." Two Iranian soldiers martyred; Iran maintains right to self-defense Two Iranian soldiers were martyred while confronting the projectiles launched by the Israeli regime in order to defend the security of Iran and prevent harm to the nation and the interests of the country, the Iranian Army announced earlier. The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement following the Israeli attack on Iranian territory, condemning the aggression and calling it a blatant violation of international law and the United Nations Charter, particularly the principle prohibiting threats or use of force against a nation's territorial integrity and sovereignty. The statement emphasized that Iran, in accordance with its inherent right to self-defense as outlined in Article 51 of the UN Charter, considered it both justified and necessary to protect itself from foreign aggression. It also reiterated Iran's commitment to using all available resources, both material and spiritual, to safeguard its national security and vital interests. The Ministry expressed gratitude to peace-seeking nations in the region and worldwide for condemning "Israel's" hostile actions. The statement further noted that the ongoing Israeli occupation, illegal activities, and crimes in the region, particularly the genocide against Palestinians and attacks on Lebanon, are the primary causes of tension and instability. These actions, the Ministry argued, persist under the military and political support of the United States and other Western nations. Furthermore, Tehran called on all UN member states, signatories of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, and the 1949 Geneva Conventions to take urgent collective measures to address the blatant Israeli violations of international law and the UN Charter. ***Iran Ready for Retaliation against Israel: Source October, 26, 2024 Iran is ready to retaliate against Israeli aggression as announced earlier, an informed source told Tansim. The source said Iran reserves its right to respond to any act of aggression. There is no doubt that Israel will receive the appropriate response to any move (against Iran), the source added. Early Saturday morning, people reported hearing several explosions in the Iranian capital. The blasts were heard west of Tehran, some people said. The sounds of explosions were related to the engagement of Iranian Army air defenses with Israeli military actions in three locations around Tehran. On October 1, Iran responded to the Israeli assassination of Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh, Hezbollah Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, and IRGC general Abbas Nilforoushan by launching as many as 200 ballistic missiles toward the Zionist regime’s military and intelligence bases all over the occupied Palestinian territories. Iranian officials have warned that Tehran’s reciprocal response to any Israeli action will be harsh, proportional and well-calculated. ***Israel Uses US-Confrolled Iraqi Airspace to Attack Iran: Armed Forces October, 26, 2024 The Iranian Armed Forces announced on Saturday that Israel has used US-controlled Iraqi airspace for conducting its attack on Iran, adding that the country’s air defense units were able to prevent Israeli warplanes from entering Iran’s airspace. “In a clear aggression and against the international laws, warplanes of the Zionist enemy on Saturday used Iraqi airspace that is under control of the terrorist army of the United States to fire a number of air-launched long-range missiles, towards a number of border radars in Ilam and Khuzestan province (west of Iran) and around Tehran province,” the statement said, adding missiles that had been fired 100 km away from the Iranian airspace had warheads with a weight of one fifth of the weight of the warheads of Iran’s ballistic missiles. It said Iranian radar units suffered “minor and ineffective” damage as a result of the Israeli aggression, adding that all radar units have either been repaired or are being re-serviced. The Iranian Armed Forces further said “a significant number of the missiles were traced and intercepted and the enemy’s planes were blocked from entering the country’s airspace.” The Iranian General Staff said that Iran reserves the rights to respond to the aggression at an appropriate time, adding that the country reiterates the need for a sustainable ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon to prevent the massacre of innocent people in those regions. The statement said Washington has major role in providing all-out support for the Zionist regime crimes against security of the region and called on the US criminal administration to contain the illegitimate and illegal regime. Earlier, the Iranian Army said in a statement on Saturday that two of its combatants have been martyred during confrontation with the projectiles fired by the criminal Zionist regime as the Army continues to safeguard Iran’s security and prevent harm to the Iranian nation and interests. The Iranian Air Defense issued a statement on Saturday, saying that the criminal, illegitimate and fake regime of Israel in a move to escalate tensions launched attacks on some military sites in the provinces of Tehran, Khuzestan and Ilam in the early hours of October 26. Iran’s air defenses intercepted and successfully confronted the acts of aggression, it said, adding that some limited damage was caused in some areas, the dimensions of which are being investigated. *** Iran Entitled to Defense against Aggression: Foreign Ministry October, 26, 2024 Condemning the Israeli regime’s recent attack against a number of military centers in Iran, the Iranian Foreign Ministry reaffirmed Iran’s inherent right, under Article 51 of the UN Charter, to self-defense against foreign acts of aggression. In a statement on Saturday, the Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the Zionist regime’s aggressive measure against a number of military sites in Iran as a clear violation of the international law, the UN Charter, and the article on prohibition of threat or use of force against the territorial integrity and sovereignty of states. Referring to the warnings by the competent Iranian authorities, the ministry said, “On the basis of its inherent right to legitimate defense, stipulated in the Article 51 of the UN Charter, the Islamic Republic of Iran considers itself to be rightful and duty bound to defend against the foreign acts of aggression.” The statement noted that Iran will employ all of the physical and spiritual capabilities of the Iranian nation to protect its interests and security. Being mindful of its duties to protect regional peace and security, Iran reminds all regional countries of their individual and collective responsibilities to safeguard peace and stability in the region and praises the pacific nations that have abhorred and condemned the Zionist regime’s aggressive action after understanding the current dire situation, it added. The Foreign Ministry also noted that the root cause of tensions and insecurity in the region is the continuation of the Israeli regime’s occupation and illegal and criminal actions, especially the genocide of Palestinian people and the acts of aggression against Lebanon, which are carried out with the full military and political supports form the US and some other Western governments. The statement also reminded each and every member state of the UN, the members of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, and the signatories to the four conventions approved in Geneva in 1949 of their responsibility to take immediate and collective action against the brazen violations of the international law and the UN Charter, the Genocide Convention, and the international humanitarian law. The Iranian Foreign Ministry called for the international community’s immediate and urgent action to stop the Zionist regime’s genocidal crimes, war, and aggression against Gaza and Lebanon. *** Gunmen Kill 10 Police Officers in Southeast Iran October, 26, 2024 At least 10 Police forces were martyred in an attack by unknown armed assailants in Iran’s southeastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan on Saturday. A provincial Police official told Tasnim that a patrol unit of the Law Enforcement Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran (FARAJA) came under attack in the Goharkooh region of Taftan county on Saturday noon. Armed outlaws opened fire on the patrol unit, killing 10 forces, including draftees and official Police servicemen. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet. Interior Minister Eskandar Mo’meni has assigned a team of police commanders and ministry officials to investigate the terrorist attack and inform the people of the results. In December 2023, the notorious Jaish al-Adl (known in Iran as Jaish al-Dhulm) terrorist group stormed a police station in Sistan and Balouchestan province’s city of Rask, which resulted in the martyrdom of 11 Iranian Police forces. *** Source Denies Report of Israeli Attacks on 20 Locations in Iran October, 26, 2024 An informed source dismissed the Israeli regime’s claim that it has struck 20 spots across Iran. The informed source told Tasnim on Saturday that the Israeli army’s claim that it has targeted 20 locations across Iran is untrue, noting that the number of locations targeted by the enemy is significantly lower than that. The source added that the action by the Zionists has been taken from outside the Iranian border and has caused limited damages. The source also confirmed a previous report from Tasnim that none of the military centers of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps in Tehran has been targeted. “The reports alleging that 100 Israeli military planes have had a role in the strike are also complete lies, as Israel is seeking to overplay its weak attack,” the source added. ***Two Iran Army Servicemen Martyred in Israeli Attack October, 26, 2024 The Iranian Army said two of its servicemen have been martyred in the military attacks by the Israeli regime early Saturday. The Air Defense Base issued a statement on Saturday, saying that the criminal, illegitimate and fake regime of Israel in a move to escalate tensions launched attacks on some military sites in the provinces of Tehran, Khuzestan and Ilam in the early hours of today. Iran’s air defenses intercepted and successfully confronted the acts of aggression, it said, adding that some limited damage was caused in some areas, the dimensions of which are being investigated. The statement urged people to maintain unity and calm and ignore rumors spread by the enemy media. Loud sounds were heard by some people in the vicinity of Tehran in the wee hours of Saturday, which Iranian security sources said were due to the activation of air defense systems. According to reports, Iranian air defenses successfully shot down adversarial targets in the airspace around Tehran province. Footage shared online captured what appeared to be interceptions over the Iranian capital. ***Israel' says launched attack on Iran By Al-Mayadeen English October 26, 2024, at 02:50 Beirut local time Israeli and American media outlets report that the Israeli Air Force has launched airstrikes on Iran. An Israeli F-35 lands at Ovda airbase during the bi-annual aerial exercise known as the Blue Flag, at Ovda airbase near, occupied Umm al-Rashrash, southern occupied Palestine, on October 24, 2021. (AP) Israeli warplanes are launching an aggression on Iran, as explosions were heard in several areas, including the capital Tehran, early on Saturday. The Israeli military command confirmed that its Air Force is conducting strikes on "military targets" in Iran. It also warned Israeli settlers, urging them to remain "alert and vigilant," in a statement. At least three explosions were heard near Tehran, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Iran reported. Later our correpondent said that Israeli warplanes attempted to target three bases in the Tehran County, which includes multiple provinces. However, Iranian air defenses were able to intercept the incoming attack. Our correspondent said that reports on strikes on the Imam Khomeini International Airport and energy facilities are false. However, explosions were heard in the city of Eslamshahr, south of the capital city Tehran. Al Mayadeen's correspondent noted that the sounds of explosions heard in Tehran were related to air defense activities, adding that the situation in the Iranian capital is completely stable. Iranian air defenses successfully intercepted hostile targets aimed at military bases in the southern and western parts of Tehran Province, outside the capital city itself, our correspondent pointed out. Sources confirmed to Al Mayadeen that the Imam Khomeini International Airport and the Mehrabad International Airport were not targeted. Sean Savett, White House National Security Council spokesperson, told Al Mayadeen that the US is not taking part in the Israeli attack against Iran, adding that President Joe Biden was informed on the attack and is closely monitoring the situation. Moreover, a US military official also told Al Mayadeen that the United States was informed in advance of the Israeli airstrikes. The Israeli aggression on Iran comes after the Israeli regime threatened a large-scale attack on the country, after the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) launched 200 ballistic missiles on Israeli sites. On October 1, 2024, the IRGC responded to multiple Israeli crimes in the region, including the assassination of Hamas leader, martyr Ismail Haniyeh, in Tehran. Multiple Israeli Air Force bases were struck, as confirmed by satellite images. Furthermore, Israeli air defenses faced to respond to the large-scale response, where nearly 90% of the missiles struck their targets. ***Israeli Aggression on Lubnan (Lebanon) *** Death toll since start of Israeli onslaught on Lebanon tops 2,653 Waseem Sayfuddeen Writing by Rania Abu Shammala in Istanbul Anadolu, 26.10.2024, BEIRUT -- At least 19 people were killed and 108 others injured due to Israeli attacks across Lebanon on Friday (October 25, 2024), according to the country’s Health Ministry. The death toll from Israel's onslaught on Lebanon since Oct. 8 of last year has surged to 2,653, with 12,360 injuries, the ministry said in a statement on Saturday. Israel has mounted a huge air campaign in Lebanon since last month against what it claims are Hezbollah targets in an escalation from a year of cross-border warfare between Israel and the Lebanese group since the start of Israel’s brutal offensive on Gaza. Israel expanded the conflict on Oct. 1 this year by launching an incursion into southern Lebanon. Despite international warnings that the Middle East is on the brink of a regional war amid Israel’s relentless attacks on Gaza and Lebanon, on Oct. 1 it expanded the conflict by launching an incursion into southern Lebanon. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime continues its aggression on Lebanon for the 34th day Saturday 26-October-2024 BEIRUT, (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime forces continued their bloody war on Lebanon for the 34th consecutive day on Saturday, launching airstrikes and artillery shelling on various areas across the country, alongside a ground incursion into several southern villages amid fierce resistance from 'Hizbullah. They also bombed the towns of Al-Nabatiya Al-Fawqa, Surifa, and Al-Mansouri in the Soor (Tyre) district, as well as the towns of Zabqeen and Shi'heen, in southern Lebanon. UNIFIL forces announced their withdrawal from a site in Al-Dha'hiya in southern Lebanon after Israeli forces fired at it. Despite the pressures on the mission, peacekeeping forces remain in their positions and continue their duties. The Lebanese Ministry of Health said on Friday that the Israeli aggression has resulted in over 2,593 martyrs and 12,119 injured since the onset of the attacks on October 8, 2023. The ministry announced the martyrdom of 28 individuals and injuries to 139 others due to evening airstrikes in the provinces of Al-Nabatiya, the south, and Ba'albek-Hirmil in southern and eastern Lebanon. Official Lebanese data indicated that the aggression has caused the displacement of more than 1,340,000 citizens from various areas, especially in southern Lebanon. *** UNRWA Report #10 on the Lebanon Emergency Response Friday, October 25, 2024 All information from 21 October - 24 October 2024, valid as of 24 October 2024 at 1:00 PM UNRWA activated its Emergency Response in Lebanon on 24 September. The Agency is currently operating 11 emergency shelters across the country. As of 24 October 2024, a total of 3,679 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) are registered in UNRWA shelters, marking a decrease of 78 individuals since the last report. UNRWA is working with a range of partner organisations (community based, local NGOs and international NGOs) in all its emergency shelters to provide a full range of services, including hot meals and psychosocial support activities. In its emergency response, UNRWA has relied on the dedication and commitment of partners on the ground. A medical staff visits a family at the UNRWA primary health centre in Buss Camp, reopened after three weeks, October 2024, Lebanon. © 2024 UNRWA photo by Juliette Touma Overall Situation The International Organization for Migration (IOM) reports a total of 809,043 IDPs[1] (52 per cent female and 48 per cent male) as of 20 October 2024. New displacements continue to be reported and recorded. As of 21 October, 1,056 households, representing a total of 3,679 people, are registered in UNRWA emergency shelters across the country marking a decrease for the fourth consecutive reporting period. UNRWA is monitoring this decrease in numbers. Some IDPs have returned to their homes in the camps, while others have secured alternative housing arrangements, either by being hosted by relatives or through rentals. A significant return of IDPs is reported in the Tyre area, particularly from shelters in the Saida area, with many choosing to remain in the camps despite the ongoing heavy airstrikes. Factors influencing this movement include perceptions of improved safety in camps in the south, challenges in adapting to conditions of life in the shelters, and the need to protect livelihoods. Humanitarian Access, Protection of Civilians Israeli Forces airstrikes across the country continued, sometimes hitting frequented roads and routes leading to disruption in movement and access for humanitarian organisations including UNRWA. This includes difficulties in finding trucks to transport supplies, as well as the need for movements to be cleared through a security process that limits team mobility. No casualties among UNRWA staff have been reported during the reporting period. UNRWA security team closely monitors the situation and staff movements to ensure the safety of frontline humanitarian workers. No additional damage to UNRWA facilities was reported during the reporting period. Since the onset of the emergency, three facilities — Qastal School in Baalbek (Beqaa), Mansoura School in Tyre (south), and the Burj Al-Barajneh Health Centre — have sustained minor damage. Partnerships In all areas UNRWA coordinates with local partners to provide additional services to displaced people. At each emergency shelter, a co-support partner has been identified. These co-support partners include Nabaa, Tadamon, Beit Atfal El-Somoud, Najdeh, Mobader, and the Arab Resource Center for Popular Arts (ARCPA). UNRWA is also coordinating closely with UN Agencies and international organisations, including the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), the World Food Programme (WFP), the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Save the Children International (SCI), Cooperazione Internazionale (COOPI), and Action Against Hunger (AAH). Open UNRWA Emergency Shelter Locations as at 24/10/2024 Programmatic & Operational Response On 3 October, UNRWA launched a Flash Appeal for US$ 27.3 million to address the urgent humanitarian needs resulting from the ongoing escalation in Lebanon, in addition to the displacement of some populations from Lebanon into Syria, over the next 90 days. Health As of 24 October, out of 27 UNRWA health centres, 14 are operational and 13 are closed. UNRWA deployed a health team and successfully opened the Health Clinic in Burj Shemali on 22 October and in Rashadieh Camp on the 24 October for a limited time . An additional opening of the Health Centre in El Buss Camp is anticipated on 25 October. It is the first time thehealth centres have been opened in the Tyre Area since services were temporarily suspended there in early October. In the Beirut area, efforts are underway to keep clinics open at least a few days a week. The Mar Elias clinic was successfully reopened during the reporting period, and there are plans to reopen the health clinic in Shatlia Camp on a limited basis from next week. The UNRWA Health and Security teams coordinate daily to determine the status of clinics. On October 2021, in the context of Israeli Forces strikes on financial institutions, the Sahel Hospital in Beirut was hit and impacted. The hospital is one of a network of hospitals to which UNRWA registered patients are referred. UNRWA has made arrangements to identify alternative referral locations for patients. Following the detection of the first cholera case on 16 October by the Ministry of Public Health, UNRWA is closely monitoring all water facilities for waterborne diseases in emergency shelters. The UNRWA health team is also conducting daily vaccination campaigns for children in these shelters and in all functioning clinics. No other cases were reported. Education As part of its Education in Emergencies (EiE) programme, UNRWA Education team is implementing a three-phased approach: Phase I is currently providing Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) and recreational activities in emergency shelters; Phase II will focus on identifying student and staff relocations for non-formal education; and Phase III will transition to formal education when conditions allow. The UNRWA Education team is providing psychosocial support services to children, youth, and adults across all 11 shelters in Lebanon, including psychosocial first aid, counseling, awareness sessions on gender-based violence (GBV) and protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA), as well as recreational and educational activities. Since the onset of the conflict, UNRWA has provided approximately 3,500 people, including over 2,200 children, with psychosocial support (PSS) services, in addition to distributing 1,906 sets of PSS kits. During the period from 21 to 24 October, a total of 843 people accessed psychosocial support services, including 593 children (291 girls and 302 boys). Since the onset of the emergency, UNRWA Relief and Social Services (RSS) team has cooperated with the Protection team to provide social work to 6,287 IDPs, including Palestine Refugees and non-Palestine refugees. This support includes assistance to 1,111 children and 102 persons with disabilities, as well as family, individual and group sessions covering topics such as managing social and psychological stressors, parenting skills, rights and duties, and service information. UNRWA social workers are also implementing case management for individuals and families identified as needing support, addressing issues such as gender-based violence (GBV) and child protection. On 22 October , the protection team conducted an induction session on Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) for focal points appointed in each UNRWA emergency shelter, outlining their roles in raising awareness, supporting response initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating PSEA activities with field staff. Sanitation Services/WASH The Tyre area continues to face significant challenges in solid waste and water management. However, the return of IDPs has strengthened UNRWA's sanitation workforce. As the population in the three camps grows, demand for services is increasing. Considering this volatile context, characterized by frequent strikes, UNRWA is actively assessing how to scale up its operations to meet the needs of the community while ensuring the safety of its workers. The UNRWA sanitation team conducted water testing at certified laboratories in Nahr Bared camp and Beddawi camp, including all northern emergency shelters to test safe water quality; this initiative is part of enhanced health vigilance following the detection of the cholera case, and more water testing will be conducted in the coming days. UNRWA teams are also conducting maintenance and repairs across all 11 emergency shelters. Logistics UNRWA Logistics are working with bakeries across the country to maximize the use of available donated flour for bread production for IDPs. As part of this initiative, a sample of one ton of donated flour has been evaluated and deemed suitable for baking by a bakery in the Rashidiyeh camp south of Tyre. The team is also in the process of finalizing one contract for bread production with one large bakery in Sidon and anticipates concluding agreements with additional local bakeries shortly. UNRWA Situation Report #10 on the Lebanon Emergency Response | UNRWA *** UNHCR Lebanon Emergency Flash Update (25 October 2024) UNHCR, 26 Oct 2024 Situation overview Multiple airstrikes and overflights continued across the Southern Lebanese border, areas in the Bekaa, Nabatieh, Jezzine, Kesrouane, Byblos, Batroun and Beirut. Lebanese authorities refer to 1.2 million people affected, while the joint IOM and UNHCR tracking shows that as of 24 October, 833,391 Lebanese and Syrian people have been internally displaced in Lebanon (Source: IOM/DTM round 56). Since October 2023, UNHCR identified over 70,000 refugees who are secondarily displaced, including 53,000 since 23 September only, 98% being Syrian refugees. UNHCR estimates that at least 340,000 Syrian refugees were residing in the cadasters most affected by the hostilities(1). This increased the accounted for death toll in Gaza Strip to 42,924 and the injuries to 100,833, since the start of the Israeli genocidal war on October 7, 2023. *** Gaza death toll tops 42,924 with no letup in Israeli assault By Ikrame Imane Kouachi ANKARA -- At least 77 more Palestinians were killed in relentless Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip over the last two days, pushing up the overall death toll since last year to 42,924, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Saturday. At least 100,833 others have also been injured in the year-long, ongoing Israeli assault on Gaza, according to a ministry statement. “The Israeli occupation has committed seven massacres of families in the last 48 hours, resulting in 77 deaths and 289 injuries,” the ministry said. “Many people are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads, as rescuers are unable to reach them,” it added. Flouting a UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate cease-fire, the Israeli occupation apartheid regime has continued its brutal offensive on the Gaza Strip since an attack by the Palestinian Resistance Movement, Hamas, on Oct. 7, 2023. The Israeli onslaught has displaced almost the entire population of the territory amid an ongoing blockade that has led to severe shortages of food, clean water, and medicine. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its actions in Gaza. *** Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters Day 386 Saturday 26-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 386th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas. Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Saturday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens. According to media sources, the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) continued today to besiege northern Gaza, especially Jabalya refugee camp and Bait Lahya City, kidnap citizens and launch deadly attacks on homes, shelter centers and buildings. The IOF reportedly destroyed parts of the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, wreaked havoc on its sections, carried out large-scale bulldozing activities around it, and burned parked ambulances in its courtyard and some nearby homes. Local sources said that the IOFs killed the son of 'Husam Abu Safiya, director of the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza. Two civilians were martyred in an Israeli artillery attack and several casualties were reported following a gunfire attack in different areas of Jabalya in northern Gaza. Meanwhile, an Israeli quadcopter attacked civilians in as-Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City, injuring a number of them, while a citizen was killed and others were wounded in an Israeli airstrike on Al-Zawayida town in central Gaza. Another airstrike targeted a house belonging to the family of Maqqat in Gaza City, killing and injuring several people and causing damage to nearby homes. Casualties were also reported following an Israeli attack on Qizan Abu Rashwan area in Khan Younus, south of Gaza. More casualties were reported in different areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today. *** Bloodbath in Bait Lahya: Dozens brutally massacred as Israeli warplanes attack residential block GAZA, October 26, 2024 (WAFA) — Dozens of innocent civilians were brutally killed tonight as Israeli occupation forces carried out an airstrike on a residential block in the town of Bait Lahya, northern Gaza. Local sources reported that more than 35 people were killed in the horrific attack, including women and children, with many others injured. The airstrike targeted a block of at least five homes near the western roundabout in Bait Lahya, which belonged to the Abu Shidaq, Al-Masri, and Salman families. Media and local sources reported that urgent pleas for help are flooding in from Bait Lahya to recover numerous victims, with many of the deceased and injured being children, women, and the elderly. Rescue efforts are hampered by a lack of ambulances and civil defense services, as Israeli occupation forces have blocked access to the affected areas. In a separate attack, two additional civilians were killed, and several others injured in an airstrike on a home belonging to the Zaqqout family on Al-Nafaq Street in Gaza City. Earlier today, health authorities in the war-torn region announced that the Indonesian Hospital and Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in the North Gaza Governorate are no longer operational due to the collapse of the healthcare system. This crisis has been exacerbated by the Israeli blockade preventing access to hospitals, blocking medical supplies, and targeting ambulances and medical personnel. By October 25, 2024, the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 42,847 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 100,544 others injured. Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks. Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. M.N. *** Multiple Palestinian casualties by Israeli genocidal airstrikes in Gaza; medical professional kidnapped by Israeli occupation forces GAZA, October 26, 2024 (WAFA) – Multiple Palestinian citizens were killed and injured by Israeli genocidal airstrikes on Saturday afternoon in northern Khan Younus and near a school in Gaza City, according to local sources. Humiliating scenes of the kidnapping of the health crews at Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, led by the hospital director, 'Husam Abu Safiya, went viral on social media, as they document the Israeli clear violation of human rights, dignity, and international laws. On Friday, the Ministry of Health added that the IOFs raided Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, kidnapped and abused the medical staff and ambulance crews, in addition to a number of the displaced, noting that some of them were taken to the east of Gaza City. The IOFs bombed the hospital and wreaked havoc in it, leading to the burning of patients’ rooms and demolishing the external wall of the hospital, before turning it into a military site. From the first moment of raiding it, at dawn on Friday, the hospital went out of service including the oxygen station, which resulted in the killing of children in the intensive care rooms. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces *** A Palestinian resistance fighter martyred during clashes with IOFs in Toulkarm Saturday 26-October-2024 Toulkarm, (PIC) A Palestinian resistance fighter was martyred on Saturday during armed clashes with the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs), which encircled a building in the West Bank City of Toulkarm. Eyewitnesses said that Israeli forces embarked at dawn on encircling an apartment building in as-Salam neighborhood, which is located between Dthinnaba suburb and Nour Shams refugee camp, while opening fire intensively at it and attacking it with several projectiles. They affirmed that an apartment went on fire after the IOFs fired over 20 Energa projectiles at it at the pretext that a wanted young man was inside it. Later, an Israeli bulldozer started to demolish parts of the bombed apartment before the IOF withdrew from the area, amid clashes with local youths. Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that Islam 'Oawda was one of its leaders in Toulkarm refugee camp, adding that he was martyred following hours of clashes with Israeli forces in as-Salam neighborhood. Al-Qassam Brigades also said that a group of its fighters detonated an explosive device at IOF vehicles at the entrance of Toulkarm refugee camp and attacked them with explosives and a hail of bullets in as-Salam neighborhood. A young man also suffered bullet injuries in his legs during skirmishes between local youths and Israeli soldiers in the same neighborhood. As they were leaving the neighborhood, the IOFs reportedly blew up a civilian car in the Nablus street, in the city. *** Palestinian young man killed in IOFs shooting in southern Qalqilya Saturday 26-October-2024 QALQILIA, (PIC) A Palestinian youth was shot dead by Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) in southern Qalqilya on Saturday evening. In the course of the raid, the soldiers deployed in all of the neighborhoods and alleyways of the village, simultaneously while opening intensive live gunfire, concussion grenades and tear gas canisters. The soldiers even opened fire towards several vehicles parked in front of the villagers’ houses, causing damage to at least one vehicle, and ordered a driver out of his truck before tossing a tear gas canister inside it. The occupation forces frequently conduct raids daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents. These raids are conducted with no need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers. K.F. *** Illegal Israeli settlers graze their sheep on Palestinian land, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Al-Khaleel (Hebron), October 26, 2024 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers Saturday evening grazed their sheep on Palestinians’ land in Khirbet Al-'Halawa hamlet of the Masafir Yatta, south of the occupied West Bank city of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to a local anti-settler-colonialism activist. Osama Makhamra said that Israeli colonists grazed and pastured over 500 sheep on olive groves at the Umm Sarara area, belonging to the Palestinian shepherd community of Khirbet Al-'Halawa, destroyed the latter’s water tanks used for irrigation and metal poles along with the barbed wire fence used to protect the groves. The owners of the vandalized olive groves were identified as members of the Abu Younus Mu'hammed family. Khirbet Al-'Halawa is one of 19 hamlets making up Masafir Yatta, which rely heavily on animal husbandry as the main source of livelihood. Located in Area C of the West Bank, under full Israeli administrative and military control, the area has been subjected to repeated Israeli violations by the illegal settlers and soldiers targeting their main source of living - livestock. It has been designated as a closed Israeli military zone for training since 1980s and accordingly referred to as Firing Zone 918. Israeli violations against the area include demolition of animal barns, homes and residential structures. Issuance of construction permits by Israel to local Palestinians in the area is non-existent. K.F. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian residents in northern Jordan Valley JORDAN VALLEY, October 26, 2024 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers launched assaults this afternoon on Palestinian residents and their properties across several locations in the northern Jordan Valley, according to local sources. The sources reported that colonists targeted homes in the Khallet Makhloul area, engaging in acts of intimidation and provocation against the residents. This attack is part of a disturbing trend of daily assaults that have escalated in recent weeks. Earlier in the day, Israeli colonists also attacked shepherds in the Um Al-Qubba area, attempting to steal livestock. In another incident, a separate group of colonists invaded the 'Hammamat Al-Mali'h area, where they executed further provocative actions against the local population. The northern Jordan Valley has been experiencing a rise in settler violence, characterized by daily incursions into Palestinian communities, raids on tents, and threats aimed at residents. These assaults pose significant risks to the lives of local inhabitants, who fear forced displacement from their communities. Most of these attacks occur under the protection of Israeli military forces. M.N. *** Illegal Israeli settlers steal olive harvest and equipment in Kafr Al-Deek Salfeet, October 26, 2024 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers stole olives and harvesting equipment today from a Palestinian farmer in the village of Kafr Al-Deek, located in the West Bank province of Salfit. Firas Al-Deek, the owner, reported that the colonists targeted his land in the Khallet Al-Haramiyah area, on the outskirts of the village, taking not only the olives but also olive-picking tools and a generator, while preventing him from accessing his property. Al-Deek expressed that the losses from this incident could reach up to 70 tins of olive oil. He noted that such systematic attacks are a regular occurrence from the illegal Israeli settlers, of the Eli Zahav illegal settlement, who obstruct farmers from accessing their lands, herding sheep, and harvesting olives, as well as uprooting and damaging olive trees. During the olive harvest season, incidents of violence and theft by the illegal Israeli settlers, often shielded by Israeli military forces, have become increasingly common. Palestinian farmers face ongoing obstacles and abusive practices that impede their access to their fields, resulting in significant financial losses and exacerbating their daily hardships under occupation. Current estimates indicate that farmers may be unable to access around 80,000 dunums of olive-grove land due to threats from colonists and military presence, which could lead to a loss of approximately 15% of this year's olive harvest. M.N. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Hundreds of thousands of Yemenis take to streets in support for Gaza and Lebanon Saturday 26-October-2024 SANAA, (PIC) Hundreds of thousands of Yemenis across the country took to the streets on Friday in solidarity with the war-torn Gaza Strip and Lebanon, and in protest against the ongoing Israeli devastating war since October 2023. Massive demonstration kicked off after Friday prayer in several Yemeni governorates under the slogan “Loyalty to the Martyr Leaders… With Gaza and Lebanon Until Victory.” Participants in the demonstrations raised the flags of Yemen, Palestine and Lebanon as well as pictures of leaders from Hamas and Hezbollah, and chanted slogans supporting Gaza and Lebanon. According to the 'Houthi satellite channel, Al-Masirah, “the capital, San'a, witnessed a massive march that denounced the continuation of brutal massacres, forced displacement, starvation and genocide committed by the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian people, with Western support.” A joint statement by the demonstrators confirmed “Yemen’s readiness for any escalation by the Americans and Israelis, regardless of the challenges and sacrifices.” Since the beginning of this year, a US-led coalition has launched raids claimed to target “'Houthi sites” in different regions of Yemen in response to its maritime attacks. *** Mardawi: Israel’s policy of assassinations will not succeed in breaking the will of our people Saturday 26-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas official Ma'hmoud Mardawi said the ongoing Israeli raids on Tulkarem and its refugee camps as well as its continued policy of assassinations against resistance fighters is an insistence on its criminal approach and will not undermine the Palestinian resistance. Mardawi mourned, in a press statement on Saturday, the Al-Qassam Brigades fighter, Islam Oadah, who was martyred after clashing with Israeli occupation forces after besieging him for hours in a house in Tulkarem refugee camp. The 'Hamas official praised the performance of the resistance fighters in Tulkarem and its camps for fiercely confronting the Israeli occupation raids. He stressed that Israeli crimes and policies “will not weaken our resistance fighters and will not break the will of our people who embraces the resistance in all places of the West Bank.” Mardawi called on the youth of the West Bank in all the cities, villages, and camps to engage in resistance operations against Israeli occupation forces by all means in defense of the Palestinian people, land and sanctities. *** Israeli occupation forces withdraw from Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, leaving behind death and destruction GAZA, October 26, 2024 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces withdrew today from the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in the town of Bait Lahya, northern Gaza, after a raid that began yesterday, resulting in significant casualties and widespread destruction. This incident is part of an ongoing Israeli campaign of ethnic cleansing aimed at emptying the North Gaza province of its Palestinian population, which has been going on for 22 days. Eyewitnesses reported extensive damage to homes and properties surrounding the hospital, with many buildings destroyed or set ablaze during the military's incursion. Inside the hospital, patients, the wounded, and displaced individuals endured two days without access to medicine, food, or water while the Israeli forces occupied the facility. Witnesses recounted how the Israeli military demolished the walls of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital and surrounding tents for displaced persons before launching an attack that included firing shells into the hospital grounds and targeting the main oxygen supply station, rendering it inoperable. Essential medical supplies were destroyed, hindering efforts to save the injured. During the assault, the Israeli occupation forces detained male medical staff, as well as patients and the wounded. Communication with medical teams inside the hospital was severed, and the World Health Organization has confirmed it lost contact with the facility. The Israeli occupation forces incursion and bombardment continue across various areas of northern Gaza, coinciding with efforts by the Israeli occupation forces to forcibly evacuate residents from the region. On October 5, 2024, the Israeli occupation forces initiated unprecedented bombardments of the Jabalya refugee camp and surrounding areas, which were subsequently invaded the following day. To date, over 820 individuals have been reported killed (in Bait Lahya) due to the ongoing aggression in northern Gaza, where the population faces severe threats to their safety and basic human rights amidst what many observers have labeled an ethnic cleansing campaign.
