"And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Khamenei said in a press release on Saturday that Al-Sinwar gave the Israeli occupation regime a strong slap on October 7 that will never be erased from the history of the region, stressing that the resistance will not halt its progress in the wake of the martyrdom of Al-Sinwar, similarly as it did not after the martyrdom of its eminent figurers. “'Hamas is alive and will stay alive,” Khamenei said, adding that the martyr “Al-Sinwar was the bright face of the resistance and struggle, as he stood in the face of the unjust enemy.” For his part, Pezeshkian pointed out that the martyrdom of Al-Sinwar does not affect the progress of the resistance, but represents clear evidence of the ongoing Israeli crimes. The Iranian Tasnim Agency quoted Pezeshkian, as praising Al-Sinwar’s virtues and his significant role in the Palestinian resistance and 20-year-long detention in the Israeli occupation regime prisons. On Thursday, the Iranian mission to the United Nations in New York published, on its account on X, that the martyrdom of Al-Sinwar will strengthen the resistance. He will “become a model for young generations who will follow in his footsteps towards liberation,” it added. *** Ayatollah Khamenei: 'Hamas Is Alive, Will Remain So October, 19, 2024, at 09:41 Tehran local time Mehr 28, 1403 Leader of the Iranian Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei paid tribute to 'Hamas leader Ya'hya Al-Sinwar who was martyred in a combat with the Zionist occupation forces in Gaza, saying the Palestinian resistance group is alive and will stay alive. The following is the full text of Ayatollah Khamenei’s message of condolence following the martyrdom of Ya'hya Al-Sinwar, chairman of the political bureau of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas): In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful Dear Muslim Nations! Dear courageous youth of the region! The heroic mujahid, Commander Ya'hya Al-Sinwar, has joined his martyred comrades. He was a shining image of Resistance and struggle. He stood with unwavering determination against the cruel, transgressive enemy, striking them with his acumen and courage. He struck the irreparable blow of October 7 (to the Zionist regime) that will be remembered as a part of the history of this region. Then, he ascended to the realm of the martyrs, with dignity and pride. For one like him who had dedicated his life to the battle against the usurping, cruel enemy, anything less than martyrdom would have been an unworthy fate. Indeed, his loss is painful for the Resistance Front. However, this front did not halt its progress in the wake of the martyrdoms of eminent figures such as Al-Shaikh A'hmed Yaseen, Fat'hi Al-Shuqaqi, Al-Ranteesi, and Isma'eel Haniya. Similarly, it will not falter the least with the martyrdom of Al-Sinwar either, God willing. 'Hamas is alive and will stay alive. As always, we will stand by the sincere mujahideen and fighters, with God’s help and guidance. I congratulate the family of Ya'hya Al-Sinwar, his comrades, and all those devoted to jihad on the path of Allah, on the martyrdom of our brother, Ya'hya Al-Sinwar, and I offer my condolences for this loss. May God’s greetings and peace be upon His righteous servants. In a statement on Friday, the Al-Qassam Brigades considered Sl-Sinwar’s martyrdom while he was engaged in an armed clash with the IOFs as a source of pride, citing his long history in the Movement and its military and security apparatuses and his imprisonment for twenty years in the Israeli occupation regime prisons before his release in the “Wafa Al-A'hrar” deal. Al-Qassam Brigades stated that Al-Sinwar supervised the Movement’s military work and contributed to unifying the resistance fronts, before he headed the Movement in Gaza, stressing that his leadership period constituted a qualitative shift in the Hamas political and military work before succeeding martyr Isma'eel Haniyya, in leading the Political Bureau of 'Hamas. Al-Qassam Brigades stressed that the assassination of resistance leaders such as Al-Sinwar, Haniyya, Nasrullah, Al'-Arouri and others cannot weaken the resistance or push it to surrender, stressing that the resistance will continue and escalate its operations until the legitimate goals of the Palestinian people of liberation from the Israeli occupation are achieved. ***Israeli Aggression on Lubnan (Lebanon) *** ýThe occupation launches a series of raids on the southern suburbs and several towns in southern Lebanoný ý Beirut 19-10-2024 Wafa - Today, Saturday, the Israeli occupation aircraft carried out a series of raids targeting the southern suburbs of Beirut, and a number of towns in southern Lebanon.ý ýThe Lebanese News Agency reported that the occupation aircraft targeted the southern suburbs with several raids, and also bombed the towns of Yatar, Zubfeen, 'Aita Al-Sha'b, Marwaheen, Ramya, Bait Lev, 'Hawsh 'Ain Ba'l, 'Hosh Soor (Tyre), the Princes neighborhood in Al-Shuwaifat, and the Bint Jubail district.ý ýM.J.ý *** Five Lebanese citizens, including a couple, martyred in Israeli airstrikes Saturday 19-October-2024 BEIRUT, (PIC) Five Lebanese citizens were martyred on Saturday in Israeli genocidal airstrikes on areas in the north and south of Beirut. Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Saturday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens. According to media sources, the Israeli occupation army bombed homes belonging to the families in Al-Hisi, Al-Daghma and Ray'han in the Jabalya refugee camp, north of Gaza, killing five citizens and injuring others. Israeli tanks also fired projectiles at the Indonesian and Al-'Awda Hospital in northern Gaza. The Israeli occupation army also cut off phone and internet services in the Jabalya refugee camp before embarking at dawn on committing a horrific massacre in the area, where at least 33 citizens were killed and 70 others were injured in attacks on several homes in Tel Al-Za'tar neighborhood. Most of the casualties are children and women. More casualties were reported in other areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today. *** IOFs besiege and attack the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza Saturday 19-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) laid siege to the Indonesian Hospital in Bait Lahya town in northern Gaza at dawn Saturday and attacked anyone moving in its vicinity. The Indonesian Hospital was also plunged into darkness after the Israeli artillery fired two projectiles at it. Director of the hospital Marwan Al-Sultan said that Israeli tanks completely surrounded the facility, as well as four shelter centers around it, and shelled the building — targeting the second and third floors with artillery fire. Al-Sultan added that Israeli bulldozers started to demolish parts of the hospital and cut off electricity to it. He said that there are serious risks to medical staff and patients at the hospital. “15 medical staff and 30 wounded people inside the hospital are facing real dangers as a result of their exposure to direct targeting and the danger of suffocation caused by gases emitted from the projectiles exploding around the facility,” he explained, adding that the lives of the wounded citizens who need special care are threatened due to the lack of oxygen. He appealed to the international community to intervene urgently to salvage what remained of Gaza’s health system. In a related context, the overstretched hospitals in northern Gaza are no longer able to receive more patients and wounded citizens, according to the director of Gaza’s field hospitals. He said on Friday that the hospitals in northern Gaza resorted to using a priority and preference policy with the patients and wounded and had to postpone a number of caesarean sections due to insufficient bed capacity. *** 49 Palestinians martyred in northern Gaza, Scores hospitals under bombardment and siege Saturday 19-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) For the fifteenth consecutive day on Saturday, northern Gaza, particularly Jabalya refugee camp, is enduring an Israeli siege and starvation amidst intense aerial and artillery bombardment, along with a complete isolation of the healthcare system and internet. In a new massacre in Jabalya, the occupation army carried out an attack after cutting off communications and internet in northern Gaza. Eyewitnesses reported that a large massacre occurred after homes belonging to the Al-Hawajiri and other families near the Nassar junction in Tel Al-Za'tar to the northeast of Jabalya camp were bombed. Several homes were targeted, but the Al-Hawajiri house was occupied by many residents, including a significant number of displaced relatives. They confirmed that this house and the neighboring homes were directly targeted, resulting in 30 martyrs and more than 70 injured arriving at Al-'Awda Hospital, with many missing. The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) said that 21 women and children were among the martyrs. It pointed out that the massacre committed by the occupation due to the bombing of Tel Al-Za'tar coincides with the collapse of the healthcare situation in northern Gaza. Additionally, 4 citizens were martyred, and more than 15 others were injured due to Israeli shelling that targeted a home in Al-Touba area of Jabalya refugee camp. With this toll, the number of martyrs resulting from Israeli airstrikes in northern Gaza since dawn on Friday has risen to 49, while the total number of martyrs since the siege was imposed on the northern sector has reached 450. Moreover, the occupation’s artillery shelled the Indonesian hospital with several shells and imposed a siege on it, while the upper floors of Al-'Awda Hospital in Tel Al-Za'tar were also targeted, with reports of injuries resulting from the attacks. Since dawn on Saturday, Israeli occupation forces have besieged the Indonesian hospital in Bait Lahya, targeting anyone moving in its vicinity. Artillery fired two shells towards it, and the electricity was cut off. Dr. Marwan Sultan, the hospital director, issued an urgent distress call as Israeli military vehicles are surrounding the hospital and four shelters nearby, posing severe risks to medical staff and patients. He noted that Israeli tanks fired three direct shells at the hospital, and military bulldozers began demolishing parts of the hospital after cutting off its electricity. He emphasized that 15 medical staff members and 30 injured patients in the hospital face real dangers due to the direct targeting of the hospital and the risk of suffocation from gases emitted by explosive shells nearby, pointing out that the lives of patients needing special care are threatened due to lack of oxygen. He clarified that artillery shells targeted the second and third floors of the hospital, indicating that the occupation aims to destroy what remains of the healthcare system to force residents to leave. The director of the Indonesian hospital, Dr. Marwan Sultan, called on the international community to intervene to save what remains of the healthcare system in the Gaza Strip. The hospital had previously been subjected to a similar siege in November 2023, during which it was directly targeted by the occupying forces, leading to the death and arrest of several injured patients. Meanwhile, the director of Al-'Awda Hospital, Dr. Mu'hammed Sali'h, described the healthcare situation as catastrophic due to the shortage of medical supplies, noting that the situation in northern Gaza is “indescribable.” He expected the number of martyrs to rise in the coming hours due to the lack of medical resources. A medical source reported that the medical teams at Kamal 'Udwan and Al-'Awda hospitals are unable to cope with the numerous injuries resulting from the bombardment by the occupying forces. In the meantime, the director of health in Gaza, Muneer Al-Bursh, described the condition of hospitals in northern Gaza as catastrophic. In statements to Al Jazeera, he mentioned that the bodies of over 450 martyrs have arrived at hospitals, and “our estimates indicate 500 martyrs,” confirming that the Israeli occupation is committing massacre after massacre in northern Gaza. He added that the Israeli occupation is deliberately displacing the population from northern Gaza through bombardment and siege, rendering the healthcare system in northern Gaza non-functional. A Health Ministry official in Gaza said that several civilians have died of hunger and thirst in their homes in Jabalya due to the ongoing siege, and the bodies of dozens of martyrs are scattered in the streets of Jabalya as a result of the continuous bombardment. The PGMO condemned the moral decline of countries around the world that silently watch and monitor the crime of genocide against the Palestinian people, especially what is currently happening in the Jabalya refugee camp in northern Gaza. In a press statement, the PGMO held the Israeli occupation, the US administration, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the countries participating in the genocide fully responsible for the continuation of this crime. The Israeli genocide against the Gaza Strip continues for the 379th consecutive day, with the pace of bombardment escalating in all areas of the Strip, particularly intensifying in theJabalya refugee camp in northern Gaza, on a night described as the most difficult since the beginning of the genocide, which has resulted in over 142,000 martyrs and injured, mostly women and children, since October 7, 2023. *** *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces *** Palestinian martyr in Ramallah, resistance fighters clash with IOFs in Nablus Saturday 19-October-2024 RAMALLAH, (PIC) A Palestinian man was killed on Saturday by the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) near Ramallah, while another was injured in the Qalandya refugee camp in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), amid fierce clashes that erupted between resistance fighters and IOFs in the Balata and 'Askar refugee camps in Nablus in northern West Bank. Haj Mohammed added that the colonists detained several local residents for a period of time, preventing families who were harvesting olives in the area from returning to their homes due to the ongoing fire. Since October 7, 2023, Israeli occupation forces and colonists have carried out a total of 16,663 assaults, resulting in the murder of 19 Palestinians at the hands of dryylrtd. Furthermore, these forces have ignited approximately 275 fires in Palestinian properties and fields, with Nablus witnessing 120 incidents, followed by Ramallah with 42 and Jineen with 26, according to the PLO’s Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission. M.N. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Resistance fighters call on Jordanians to launch attacks against Israel Friday 18-October-2024 AMMAN, (PIC) -- Recorded video clips of the martyrs 'Husam Abu Ghazala and 'Aamir Qawwas, who carried out of the Jordan Valley operation that resulted in the injury of a number of Israeli occupation soldiers south of the Dead Sea, went viral on social media as they recited their wills and conveyed a message to the Jordanian people. The wills of the two martyrs, who appeared in two separate recordings, carried messages to the Jordanian people to stand against the Israeli occupation forces, cross the border and attack the occupiers, announcing the start of the “Jordan Flood operations”. 'Aamir Qawwas wondered in his recording about the reasons of the continued silence towards the Israeli occupation regime’s crimes against the Palestinian people, recalling the heroic stories of Jordanian martyrs who preceded him in carrying out resistance operations against the Israeli occupation forces. Qawwas sounded the alarm, in his will, about the Israeli occupation regime’s persistence in its crimes and the potential threat to extend to Jordan, stressing that he carried out the operation in rejection of injustice, and that he does not belong to any group. Two Jordanians martyred after injuring Israeli occupation soldiers near Dead Sea Friday 18-October-2024 WEST BANK, (PIC) Two Israeli occupation soldiers were injured on Friday morning during a shooting operation at the illegal Israeli settlement of Neot HaKikar, which is built on Palestinian lands, and located south of the Dead Sea near the border between occupied Palestine and Jordan. According to the Hebrew media, two armed men crossed the border near Neot HaKikar and opened fire at the Israeli occupation forces wounding two of them. The Hebrew media claimed the gunmen tried to infiltrate into the settlement before being "neutralized" (killed) by the Israeli occupation forces, without stating clearly if they were shot dead. On September 15, a Jordanian citizen called Mahir Al-Jazi carried out a shooting operation that killed three Israeli occupation soldiers near the border crossing of Al-Karama (Allenby), in the east of the occupied West Bank. He was martyred at the scene. *** UN rapporteur accuses US and European countries of suppressing Pro-Palestine protests Saturday 19-October-2024 NEW YORK, (PIC) The UN special rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression has accused the United States, Canada, France, Germany, and Belgium of suppressing the right to protest in support of the Palestinian cause. She also condemned Israeli authorities for carrying out dangerous attacks on media personnel in Palestinian territories, criticizing the assassination of journalists. In a report submitted to the UN General Assembly and the press on Friday, the special rapporteur, Irene Khan—an “independent” expert with the UN since 2020—accused several European countries of imposing measures to restrict freedom of expression and suppress protests against the massacre in Gaza, as well as banning pro-Palestinian demonstrations. Khan, a Bangladeshi lawyer working in human rights, referred to “demonstrations at universities in the United States that were violently suppressed,” mentioning the intervention of riot police in New York at the end of April to disperse dozens of pro-Palestinian activists occupying part of Columbia University. Regarding European countries, Khan specifically mentioned “Germany, which has imposed a complete ban on pro-Palestinian demonstrations since October of last year, along with restrictions on such protests in various regions of Germany since then.” She added that these restrictions have never been imposed on demonstrations in support of Israel, but always on those supporting Palestinians. She continued that “France attempted to take similar measures, but the courts rejected them, and evaluations are now made on a case-by-case basis,” noting that “Belgium and Canada have adopted similar stances.” At the beginning of the Israeli extermination war on Gaza over a year ago, the French Interior Ministry called for a ban on pro-Palestinian demonstrations for fear of public disorder. However, the Council of State, the highest administrative court, urged the French government to make decisions on a case-by-case basis. Khan also criticized Israel for “assaults on media in the occupied Palestinian territories—Gaza and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem—targeted assassinations of journalists, arbitrary arrests, and numerous cases of destruction of infrastructure and journalistic equipment in Gaza, as well as refusing to allow international press access.” The independent rapporteur concluded that “the tightening of censorship in Israel and the occupied territories indicates that Israeli authorities have a strategy to silence critical journalism.” Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation, with unlimited American support, has been waging an extermination war on Gaza, resulting in over 142,000 dead and injured, the majority of whom are women and children, 10,000 missing, massive destruction of infrastructure, and a deadly famine. *** UN: International organizations and states are obliged to end Israel’s occupation of Palestine Saturday 19-October-2024 NEW YORK, (PIC) A UN inquiry commission has stated that all countries and international organizations, including the UN, have obligations under international law to bring to an end Israel’s unlawful presence in the occupied Palestinian territories. This came in a new legal position paper published on Friday by the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). The paper explained clearly the UN commission’s views in relation to state responsibility and how the General Assembly and the Security Council can identify and implement the precise modalities and actions required to put an end to the occupation, as rapidly as possible. The commission found that “the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on the legal consequences arising from the policies and practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian territory, including east Jerusalem is authoritative and unambiguous in stating that Israel’s continued presence in the occupied Palestinian territory is unlawful under international law.” “The Commission has always stated that the root cause of the protracted conflict and cycles of violence is the occupation,” Navi Pillay, head of the Commission, said. “The Commission concluded in its report to the General Assembly in 2022 that the occupation is unlawful under international law. The Commission welcomed the historic advisory opinion from the highest court in the United Nations system,” Pillay added. The Commission’s paper sets forth the obligations for Israel, third states and the UN to bring to an end the unlawful occupation, stressing the need for Israel to immediately put into place a comprehensive plan of action to dismantle settlements and evacuate all settlers from the occupied territories. “Israel must return land, title and natural resources to the displaced Palestinians, and repeal all restrictive and discriminatory law and policies,” the Commission underscored. “Israel’s internationally wrongful acts give rise to state responsibility, not only for Israel, but for all states.” Pillay said. “All states are obligated not to recognize territorial or sovereignty claims made by Israel over the occupied territories. States must distinguish in their dealings between Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory, such as a state must not recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel or place its diplomatic representatives to Israel in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). States must not render aid or assistance in maintaining the unlawful occupation. Aid and assistance include financial, military and political aid or support,” she explained. “It is incumbent on all states to work cooperatively in order bring the unlawful occupation to an end, and to work towards the full realization of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination,” she added. The Commission has also called on all countries to implement the General Assembly resolution passed on September 13, 2024. *** Gaza reconstruction could take 80 year due to unprecedented destruction: UN AMMAN, October 19, 2024 (WAFA) – United Nations housing expert Balakrishnan Rajagopal has stated that the reconstruction of Gaza could take 80 years if the Israeli occupation continues its aggression on the enclave. According to the official UN website, Rajagopal, the independent UN investigator tasked with monitoring the right to adequate housing, reported that by January 2024, between 60% and 70% of homes in Gaza had been destroyed, with the northern region facing an even higher destruction rate of 82%. He emphasized that the situation has worsened significantly, especially in northern Gaza, where destruction is nearing 100%. A recent report from the United Nations Development Program estimated that by May, over 39 million tons of debris were present in Gaza. This rubble is mixed with unexploded ordnance, toxic waste, asbestos from collapsed buildings, and other materials. Rajagopal warned that groundwater and soil contamination has reached a catastrophic level, raising concerns about whether these issues can be addressed in time. He noted that Gaza has experienced an unprecedented wave of destruction since October 7, 2023. When asked about the timeline for rebuilding Gaza, he emphasized the need to first clear the debris, secure funding, and most importantly, that reconstruction cannot begin until the aggression ends. Rajagopal held Israel responsible for imposing restrictions on building materials and equipment, claiming they have dual-use purposes. He highlighted that after the 2014 war in Gaza, fewer than a thousand homes were constructed each year.
