"And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Ya'hya Al-Sinwar, 'Hamas political bureau leader, delivers a speech during a rally marking al-Quds Day, an annual celebration to support Palestinians in the holy city, at a soccer field in Gaza City, Friday, April 14, 2023 (AP) Islamic Resistance movement Hamas announced Friday the martyrdom of its Political Bureau chief and commander of Operation al-Aqsa Flood, Ya'hya Al-Sinwar. In a statement, 'Hamas paid tribute to Sinwar, describing him as one of the most honorable and courageous men who dedicated his life to the Palestinian cause and sacrificed his soul for the liberation of Palestine. "He believed in God, and God was truthful with him, choosing him as a martyr alongside his brothers who preceded him," Hamas' statement said. 'Hamas mourned Sinwar as a national leader and a distinguished freedom fighter, noting that he attained martyrdom while engaging in combat, standing firm on the frontlines, and confronting Israeli forces. "We mourn the great national leader, freedom fighter and martyr Ya'hya Al-Sinwar (Abu Ibrahim), the head of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), and the commander of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. He rose as a brave martyr, advancing and not retreating, with his weapon in hand, confronting the occupation army on the frontlines. He moved between combat positions, steadfast and firm on the land of Gaza, defending the soil of Palestine and its holy sites, inspiring resilience, patience, and the spirit of resistance," the statement read. Senior Hamas official Khalil al-Hayya affirmed that Sinwar stood firm on Gaza's soil until his very last breath. He highlighted how Sinwar's leadership fueled the spirit of resistance and resilience, and further emphasized that Sinwar had overcome the hardships of Israeli imprisonment and continued his contributions to the cause until he achieved the highest honor of martyrdom. Al-'Hayya stated that the blood of martyrs like Sinwar would only drive further resistance, ensuring that Hamas remains steadfast on the path toward full liberation. He added that the martyrdom of Sinwar and other leaders would only increase the strength and determination of the movement and its fighters. Addressing the issue of Israeli captives held by 'Hamas, A-'Hayya remarked that these prisoners would only be released if the Israeli aggression ceased, the occupation withdrew from Gaza, and Palestinian prisoners were freed. Al-'Hayya concluded by honoring Sinwar's legacy, saying Ya'hya Al-Sinwar would go down in history as the leader who wrote the first chapter in the war for liberation and the end of the Israeli occupation. 'Hamas leader Ya'hya Al-Sinwar, who became the leader of the movement's Political Bureau in August following the assassination of former leader Ismail Haniyeh, was martyred on Wednesday during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces. Ya'hya Al-Sinwar, contrary to the Israeli claims that he was hiding in tunnels and using captives as human shields, was in a house with several other fighters, himself donning military attire, including a vest, grenades, ammunition, and an assault rifle. He was confronting Israeli forces in Rafa'h's Tel al-Sultan refugee camp, firing at them, engaging them, and tossing grenades at them to halt their advance. As he succeeded, the Israeli occupation forces backed away and fired a tank shell at the house he was sheltering himself in as part of the ongoing confrontation. They then sent a drone to inspect the area, and he could be seen severely wounded, covered in dust, and donning the Palestinian koufiyya to conceal his identity. With nothing but a stick in hand, sitting on a sofa, he attempted to throw it at the Israeli drone, which then backed away before the house he was in was bombarded once again, leading to his martyrdom. He died as a warrior, holding on until the very last breath. ***Israeli Aggression on Lubnan (Lebanon) *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime continues its war on southern Lebanon amid escalating clashes with 'Hizbullah Friday 18-October-2024 BEIRUT, (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime army continued on Friday its bloody war and escalated its military operation in Lebanon for the 26th day, bombing inhabited homes and attempting to advance in its ground incursion in the country, while 'Hizbullah continued its fierce confrontation and counterattacks at Israeli military bases and illegal settlements in 1948 occupied Palestine. In a statement, 'Hizbullah said “Based on the resistance leadership’s directives, the Islamic Resistance Operations Room announces the transition to a new and escalating phase in the confrontation with the Israeli enemy, which will be discussed in the coming days.” The Operations Room reviewed the developments on the battle fronts, confirming that hundreds of Islamic Resistance fighters are fully prepared and ready to confront any Israeli ground incursion towards the villages in southern Lebanon. It revealed that the resistance succeeded in destroying 20 Merkava tanks, four military bulldozers, an armored vehicle, and a personnel carrier, in addition to shooting down two drones. The resistance also announced that “the enemy’s losses amounted to about 55 killed and more than 500 wounded officers and soldiers.” It also revealed that it used various types of missiles, including “precision missiles” used for the first time, to “target Israeli forces in military sites and barracks along the border, and in the settlements and cities in the north (of Israel).” 'Hizbullah indicated that according to pre-prepared field plans, its fighters confronted “the enemy forces in the vicinity and inside some Lebanese villages by targeting the advance paths and luring these forces into some advanced ambushes inside some border villages.” “Over the past few days, violent clashes have been taking place with the enemy at zero distance, which resulted in the killing of 10 soldiers and the injury of more than 150 others, in addition to the destruction of nine Merkava tanks and four military bulldozers,” it said. *** Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon result in civilian casualties BEIRUT, October 18, 2024 (WAFA) — Several Lebanese citizens were killed and injured this morning due to airstrikes conducted by Israeli warplanes on multiple towns across Lebanon, causing extensive damage to buildings and infrastructure. Homes have been destroyed over the heads of their occupants, and schools sheltering displaced individuals have also been targeted, further escalating the ongoing genocide against the region. By October 17, 2024, the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has so far resulted in 42,438 documented Palestinian fatalities, with an additional 99,246 individuals sustaining injuries, the majority of whom are women and children. This came in a statement published by Al-Azhar on its verified social media accounts on Friday, in which it mourned the martyrs of the heroic Palestinian resistance who fell victim to a criminal Zionist hand. The Al-Azhar statement continued saying that “this Zionist hand has wreaked havoc and corruption in our Arab land, killing and destroying, occupying and seizing, and committing genocide in front of the sight and hearing of paralyzed states devoid of will, ability, and thought, and a silent international community like the silence of the dead in graves, with international law that holds no value greater than the price of the ink it was written with.” It emphasized that “the martyrs of the Palestinian resistance were true fighters who instilled fear and terror in their enemy, and they were not terrorists as the enemy tries to falsely and deceitfully portray them, but they were steadfast fighters clinging to their homeland, until Allah granted them martyrdom while repelling the enemy’s plots and aggression, defending their land and their cause, which is our cause; the cause of Arabs and Muslims across the world.” The statement continued, “While Al-Azhar mourns the martyrs of the Palestinian resistance, it stresses the importance of exposing the lies of the Zionist media machine and its distortions, and its attempts to tarnish the symbols of the Palestinian resistance in the minds of our youth and children, generalizing their description as terrorists.” Al-Azhar reiterated that “resistance and defending the homeland, land, and cause, and dying for it, is an honor that cannot be rivaled.” Since October 7,2023, the Israeli occupation forces have been waging a devastating war on the Gaza Strip, resulting in nearly 140,000 martyrs and injured, thousands missing, in addition to the displacement of two million people and widespread destruction of homes and infrastructure affecting nearly 80% of buildings, along with a tightened siege and a severe humanitarian crisis and unprecedented famine, especially in Gaza City and its northern regions. *** UN chief warns of ‘intolerable’ looming famine in Gaza Friday 18-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, warned of “intolerable” looming famine in the Gaza Strip. “Alarmed by today’s IPC (Integrated Food Security Phase Classification) report findings that high displacement and restrictions on humanitarian aid flows mean people in Gaza are facing catastrophic levels of hunger,” Guterres wrote on X. Reacting to the latest findings from the UN’s IPC report, Guterres stressed the gravity of the crisis, saying: “Famine looms. This is intolerable.” Guterres further said that “crossing points must open immediately, bureaucratic impediments must be removed, and law and order restored so UN agencies can deliver lifesaving humanitarian assistance.” According to the latest IPC report, approximately 345,000 Gazans are at risk of facing “catastrophic” levels of hunger due to failing aid deliveries. The report also said that the level of aid provided to Gaza in September dropped to its lowest point since March. *** AMAN: 400,000 citizens face starvation and forced displacement in northern Gaza Thursday 17-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Coalition for Accountability and Integrity (AMAN) demanded that all nations take immediate, concrete action to put an end to the Israeli crime of genocide against the Gaza Strip. AMAN also demanded that all countries stop supplying weapons to the Israeli occupation army and providing any political cover for the crimes committed. It noted the pressing need to establish a humanitarian corridor and guarantee the entry of convoys carrying food and medical aid into northern Gaza under international supervision, with safeguards in place to guarantee their arrival and prevent them from being targeted by the occupation forces. Additionally, it emphasized the need to stop the occupation from carrying out its plan to drive Palestinians from their homes, particularly in northern Gaza. Aman also called for an end to the deliberate targeting of medical crews and facilities while performing their humanitarian duty. It called for preventing the Israeli occupation from targeting journalists and holding it accountable for its crimes against journalists. Additionally, it demanded that medical and humanitarian aid be allowed daily, under UN supervision, and without any restrictions or conditions in the northern Gaza Strip. At the very least, it demanded that citizens be able to access water and sanitation services by permitting the urgent repair of infrastructure. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
