In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The United Nations Human Rights Office confirmed Tuesday it had received reports that the majority of the 22 victims of an Israeli airstrike on a building in northern Lebanon were women and children. "What we are hearing is that amongst the 22 people killed were 12 women and two children," Jeremy Laurence, spokesperson for the UN human rights office told Al Mayadeen's correspondent during a press briefing in Geneva in response to inquiries regarding the Israeli massacre in the town of Aitou in the Zagharta district on Monday. The Israeli raid targeted a house where displaced civilians had sought refuge. The Lebanese Health Ministry's Public Health Emergency Operations Center (PHEOC) revealed that DNA tests were being done to identify the martyrs who were torn into pieces following the aggression. "We understand it was a four-story residential building that was struck. With these factors in mind, we have real concerns with respect to IHL (International Humanitarian Law), so the laws of war, and the principles of distinction proportion and proportionality," he expressed. "Our office calls for a prompt, independent, and thorough investigation into this incident." During the same briefing, Reema Jamous Imseis, Director for the Middle East at the UN refugee agency, expressed alarm over new Israeli evacuation orders affecting 20 villages in southern Lebanon, highlighting that over a quarter of the country is now impacted. "Now we have over 25% of the country under a direct Israeli military evacuation order," she said. "People are heeding these calls to evacuate, and they're fleeing with almost nothing." Israeli aggression on Lebanon continues, killing four in Jarjouh Israeli occupation forces continue committing harrowing massacres in various regions across Lebanon, more than two weeks after the significant escalation of aggression, which has been particularly targeting displaced civilians in supposed safe areas of refuge. The Israeli aggression thus continues stretching from the South to the North, the Biqaa' Valley, and even into the heart of the Lebanese capital, Beirut. Al-Mayadeen's correspondent reported that four people were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a house early today in the town of Jarjou'h in the Soor (Tyre) district. The Israeli occupation forces focused their strikes on the Al-Owaida hill and surrounding hills opposite the town of Tayba, as well as the Deir Seryan area in the Marji'youn district. Additionally, Israeli warplanes launched attacks on the 'Ain Al-Sama'hiya area, located between the towns of Zawtar and Mayfadoun, and on the western part of Zawtar, as well as areas between the towns of Houmeen Al-Fawqa and Roumeen in Al-Nabatiya district, and in the town of 'Haneen in the Bint Jubail district. Other targeted locations included the town of Khiam, the Marji'youn plain, and Kfar Shouba. 'Israel' targets motorcycle in airstrike Concurrently, an Israeli drone also conducted a strike this morning, using a guided missile to target a motorcycle near a parking lot in Kfar Sir, with no reported injuries, according to Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA). The Israeli forces further targeted the towns of Kfar Rumman and Brayqe' in southern Lebanon with guided missile strikes. Moreover, Israeli warplanes bombed a house in the town of Al-Qusayba with an airstrike, reducing it to rubble. In the Bekaa region of eastern Lebanon, Israeli warplanes launched multiple strikes last night around the city of Baalbek and the towns of Ali Al-Nahri, Al-Ain, and Sha'th, targeting civilian areas and health centers. Israeli warplanes reportedly used cluster munitions and toxic gases in their bombardment, leading to the closure of several main roads. The Israeli attacks on the Bekaa region alone have resulted in the killing of 328 people since the start of the Israeli aggression against Lebanon. *** UN: Many victims of Israeli strike on northern Lebanon women and children Press TV, Tuesday, 15 October 2024 2:43 PM The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights says reports indicate many of the victims of an Israeli airstrike on a mainly Christian-populated area in northern Lebanon were women and children. Lebanon’s resistance movement 'Hizbullah has vowed to defend the innocent people of Palestine and Lebanon against the Israeli barbarism. Jeremy Laurence, spokesman of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, told a Geneva news briefing, “We understand it was a four-storey residential building that was struck. With these factors in mind, we have real concerns with respect to IHL [international humanitarian law], so the laws of war and the principles of distinction proportion and proportionality.” UNICEF: 400,000 children displaced in Lebanon in 3 weeks The UN children’s agency has warned of a “lost generation” in Lebanon grappling with multiple crises, and now the Israeli barbarism. Nationwide, 1.2 million Lebanese have been forced from their homes, most fleeing to Beirut and elsewhere in the north over the past three weeks. Ted Chaiban, UNICEF’s deputy executive director for humanitarian actions, visited schools that have been turned into shelters to host displaced families. “What struck me is that this war is three weeks old and so many children have been affected,” he said. “As we sit here today, 1.2 million children are deprived of education. Their public schools have either been rendered inaccessible, have been damaged by the war, or are being used as shelters.” The Lebanese Health Ministry has calculated the death toll from Israeli attacks on Lebanon since October 2023 to be at least 2,309. In related news, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the military will strike targets everywhere to eradicate all Resistance. “We will continue to hit 'Hizbullah mercilessly in all parts of Lebanon.” On Tuesday, 'Hizbullah’s Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Na'eem Qasim warned that the Tel Aviv regime’s occupation of the Palestinian land posed a danger not only to the Palestinians, but also to the entire region and beyond. “Israel and those behind it wage war and commit massacres, leaving us no choice but to take a stand.” The 'Hizbullah official also exposed the joint US-Israeli scheme in West Asia. “America, the biggest devil, wants a new Middle East. Netanyahu shares the same vision. This means the US and Israel are deliberately carrying out this genocide.” *** *** Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces*** On October 15, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on the Gaza Strip resulted in at least 4 main massacre, in which 55 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 329 others were injured, in the past 24 hours (from a specific time of yesterday to a specific time of today). More than 400,000 people remain trapped in northern Gaza for the 10th day, as the Israeli occupation forces continue their ground invasion of the Jabalya and Bait Lahya camps in the northern Gaza Strip, amidst a complete siege and starvation that prevents the entry of food, drink, medicine or fuel, under continuous bloody bombardment. The ICRC stressed the need to provide protection for civilians in light of the evacuation orders in northern Gaza, and said: "Many cannot simply flee, some of them are sick or disabled, but these people remain protected under international and humanitarian law and all possible measures must be taken to ensure that they are not harmed," stressing that the right of every displaced person to return to their homes safely is a guaranteed right. K.T *** UNICEF says 'there is no safe place for children in Gaza' NEW YORK, October 15, 2023 (WAFA) — The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) stressed the need to end violence against children in the Gaza Strip, noting that there is no "safe place" for them in Gaza, due to the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. This came in a post on X about the occupation forces' bombing of tents for displaced people in the courtyard of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Dair El-Bala'h in the central Gaza Strip. "Today, our screens were once again filled with horrifying reports of children killed, burned, and families emerging from bombed tents in Gaza. These should shock the world to its core," the organization said. "Attacks on shelters in Dair El-Bala'h and at al-Aqsa hospital, which reportedly killed 15 children, prove again that there is no safe place in Gaza,” said UNICEF, adding: "This shameful violence against children must end now.” The ongoing Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip for a year has left more than 140,000 slain and wounded people, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that has killed dozens of children and elderly people. K.T. *** Euro-Med: 400,000 Palestinians could be starved to death in northern Gaza Monday 14-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) Due to the Israeli decision to bar any humanitarian aid or goods from reaching northern Gaza for the past several weeks, more than 400,000 Palestinians in northern Wadi Gaza could be starved to death, the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said in a new report issued on Monday. This comes as Israeli occupation forces continue their massive attack on northern Gaza for the 10th consecutive day in an effort to evacuate the region of its inhabitants. Due to the ongoing Israeli siege, about 200,000 Palestinians in the northern Gaza governorate have been without food or drinking water for 10 full days now, the report said. “This is occurring as the Israeli army continues its invasion of the region, killing over 350 Palestinians and injuring hundreds more, while also destroying numerous homes and residential buildings.” “After their limited food supplies ran out, dozens of Palestinians trapped in the Jabalya refugee camp were forced to head to the main food supply center of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) on Monday morning in order to secure food for their families. However, the Israeli army targeted them with shells and quadcopter drones, killing 10 people and injuring at least 40 more. Many of the victims are still lying in the streets and cannot be taken to the hospital due to the threat of further Israeli violence.” The report also pointed to the Israeli decision to bar any aid from entering northern Gaza, which is the site of one of its biggest crimes of starvation. “Thousands of residents trapped in Jabalya, Bait Lahya, and Bait 'Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip have run out of food supplies, especially since Israel began blocking the entry of any goods or aid about three weeks prior to its most recent military incursion. Many of the trapped residents had already been repeatedly forced out of their homes and shelters, leaving behind personal possessions and food supplies each time they flee.” Since the Israeli army blocks the entry of aid and goods to all areas north of the Gaza Valley, including the Gaza and North Gaza governorates, the residents who were forced to evacuate to Gaza City also lack food supplies and shelter. For 10 days, the Euro-Med Monitor field team has documented hundreds of Israeli raids and shellings that have targeted homes, shelters, and streets in northern Gaza. Many victims and injured people are still stuck in the streets or homes, as they cannot be transported to hospitals; this is because Israeli forces have banned ambulances from moving through most of Jabalya and its refugee camp. Additionally, the only hospitals that can receive victims and injured people are the Kamal 'Udwan and Al-'Awda hospitals, where medical teams operate in extremely difficult conditions with limited resources. Swift international intervention is required to force Israel to allow life-saving aid into northern Gaza and to halt its genocide against Palestinians across the entire Gaza Strip, the report reads. The Euro-Med further called on the United Nations and the international community to intervene immediately to save the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals in northern Gaza; to stop Israel’s genocide, backed by the West and now entering its second year; to impose a comprehensive arms embargo on Israel; to hold it accountable for all its crimes, and to take all effective measures to protect Palestinian civilians. ***. Lazzarini: Gaza cannot afford to lose an entire generation Monday 14-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, said more than 650,000 children in Gaza are out of school and living among the rubble, stressing that the Strip cannot lose an entire generation of education for two years. This came after Lazzarini’s reception of $2 million from the Saudi Embassy in the Jordanian capital, Amman, on Monday, in support of the UN agency’s programs and operations. The UNRWA Commissioner said, “We cannot afford to lose an entire generation for two successive years”, elaborating, “That is why UNRWA, beyond its life-saving operations, has resumed some learning activities in Gaza.” One year after the “profound suffering and loss, Gaza has become a completely unrecognizable place and a cemetery for tens of thousands of Palestinians, many of whom are children,” he added. He explained that the blatant disregard for international humanitarian law and the near-total collapse of civil order are crippling the humanitarian response in Gaza, where “a sea of rubble has replaced the former streets, with almost the entire population now displaced.” Lazzarini warned of the dire consequences if the Israeli bills to stop UNRWA are adopted, saying that the recent Israeli aggression in the northern part of the Strip “is particularly worrying, as there is no safe place to resort to. In the south, living conditions have become unbearable as Gaza once again teeters on the brink of man-made famine.” The Israeli occupation forces continue their incursion into northern Gaza for the tenth consecutive day amidst heavy air and artillery bombardment, a siege and starvation, especially in the Jabalya refugee camp, and the complete isolation of the governorate from Gaza, where the Israeli occupation army prevents the entry of water, food, and medicine supplies, and has committed massacres against civilians, killing dozens and wounding hundreds. With full US support, the Israeli occupation army has been waging a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in more than 140,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that claimed the lives of dozens of children, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world. *** The Generals’ Plan: Ethnic cleansing through killing, starvation, and forced displacement Tuesday 15-October-2024 GAZA, (PIC) For the past ten days, tens of thousands of Palestinians in northern Gaza, particularly in the Jabalya refugee camp and the towns of Jabalya Al-Balad, Al-Touma, Al-Karama, Al-'Attatra, Bait Lahya, and Bait 'Hanoun, have been living in a tragic situation under the tightening Israeli blockade in these areas, with every moving object being targeted. The occupying army has been conducting more ground operations, bombings, and demolitions of homes in an attempt to displace the remaining residents. Under the pretext of preventing the Palestinian resistance from regaining strength, the occupying army launched a military operation on October 4, 2024, in areas of northern Gaza, especially in the town of Jabalya and its refugee camp, committing massacres that resulted in hundreds of martyrs and injured. According to multiple testimonies, the occupying army is carrying out raids, searches, destruction, and demolitions in the areas of the terraces, shelter schools, and the western regions of the camp, including al-Touma, Bir al-Najja, Abu Sharakh, and al-Attatra, while increasing military pressure from the north on Beit Lahiya to complete the blockade. Residents report that the occupying army has begun advancing in Beit Lahiya, located north of the Jabalia camp, seemingly trying to apply pressure on the besieged areas by reinforcing its forces and vehicles, alongside intense artillery shelling on its new incursion areas. The Israeli bombardment from air, land, and sea has not ceased over the past few days. Drones, specifically “Quadcopters,” have also participated in targeting Palestinians moving in the targeted areas with live ammunition, amidst difficulties faced by medical teams, civil defense, and journalists, who have become a minority in the region. While the areas are under military pressure and a complete siege, the occupying army has set up earthen barriers to prevent movement west of the Jabalia camp in the Abu Sharakh roundabout area, aiming to push Palestinians eastward towards the civil administration area. Citizens reported that the army installed surveillance passages, cameras, and recording devices to monitor and verify the identities of expected displaced persons. Repeatedly, the Israeli army has issued warnings for the forced evacuation of northern Gaza, including hospitals, directing people to specific passages to what they claim are “safe areas.” However, many citizens and ambulance drivers have faced Israeli shelling on the way or in those areas, resulting in hundreds of deaths and injuries, along with further arrests. What is the Generals’ Plan? It has become clear from the behavior of the occupying army on the ground that they intend to implement what is known as the “Generals’ Plan,” aimed at emptying northern Gaza of its population and forcing them to flee south, followed by a reoccupation of the northern region, including the city of Gaza, which represents about one-third of the Gaza Strip’s area. According to the Israeli newspaper “Yedioth Ahronoth,” the third military operation of its kind in northern Gaza since the war began is a miniature and preliminary version of a plan created by reserve Major General Giora Eiland, former head of operations in the Israeli army, along with a number of retired generals, calling it the “Generals’ Plan.” This plan aims to decisively end the war in Gaza and achieve the long-awaited victory over resistance, which currently seems unattainable. The “Generals’ Plan” calls for emptying northern Gaza (from Wadi Gaza to Beit Hanoun) of its 300,000 residents, giving them a two-week deadline to move south through safe passages designated by the occupying army. This would follow a search along the Netzarim Corridor, which divides the Strip into two parts. After the deadline expires, the area will be declared a closed military zone. The area designated for evacuation constitutes 40% of the Gaza Strip’s total area. The plan explicitly states that the siege and starvation are fundamental factors in achieving what it calls the “cleansing of the north” from resistance, particularly in Jabalia and its surroundings. After implementing the plan in this area, it may be directed towards other parts of the Strip. While the occupation intensifies its siege on these areas with excessive firepower, thousands of Palestinian citizens are facing dire conditions, with water and food supplies running out as they plead for assistance to stave off starvation. Two weeks before the military operation began, the occupying army prevented the entry of any food supplies except for flour. The second phase of the “Generals’ Plan” relies on the permissible killing of anyone who refuses forced displacement. The Israeli army will consider anyone remaining in northern Gaza as an illegal combatant affiliated with 'Hamas and other resistance movements, regardless of their identity, whether a child or an elderly person. Such individuals will be targeted for killing, imprisonment, or starvation to death (by completely preventing the entry of aid). According to the plan led by the 162nd Division under Brigadier General Itzik Kohavi, alongside combat teams from Brigades 460 and 401, forced displacement will be followed by transforming the entire northern region into one under complete Israeli military control. Eiland claims that seizing the area will turn the residents of Gaza against Hamas, which will be the biggest nightmare facing Sinwar, accelerating a deal for the release of Israeli prisoners in Gaza and defeating the resistance there. Forced displacement Palestinian affairs expert Khaleel Tafakji says that the occupation authorities are using the military “Generals’ Plan” to implement an unprecedented demographic change in the population of Gaza, indicating that this process confirms the occupation’s desire for complete control over northern Gaza. Tafkaji adds, in an interview with Arabiya News, that this plan would carve out approximately 17% of Gaza’s area (including Jabalia Camp, Jabalia Town, Beit Lahiya, and Beit Hanoun), covering an area of 62 square kilometers, resulting in the destruction of large Palestinian population centers like Jabalia Camp, Beit Lahiya, and Beit Hanoun and their suburbs. The settlement affairs expert believes that the occupation authorities are gradually working to re-establish settlements in Gaza, starting with small settlement groups and military sites in the northern areas, then expanding to settlements in the central and southern regions of Gaza. He notes that if the plan succeeds, the entire northern Gaza region will fall under Israeli sovereignty. Tafakji warns of the dangers occurring in northern Gaza, as this could drive residents to seek voluntary migration abroad in search of alternatives, which represents the essence of the Israeli plan and the objectives of the Israeli right. Two different circumstances In contrast to previous invasions that lasted from one to three weeks as part of the “third phase” of the genocide against Gaza, Israeli estimates claim that this operation could last for several months “to continue eliminating attempts by the resistance to rebuild itself.” Yedioth Ahronoth reports that the occupation army claims to have killed at least 100 fighters in Jabalia so far and discovered offensive tunnels, some of which were previously undisclosed. The Israeli newspaper states that the military operation in northern Gaza is occurring under two different circumstances: first, that the main war front is now in the north, and second, regarding the field conditions, as most residents of the northern region under military aggression refuse to be displaced towards the city of Gaza. Northern Gaza and the city of Gaza have been subjected to various methods of genocide, the most notable being starvation and the prevention of humanitarian aid, in addition to arrests accompanying ground operations, along with the destruction of hospitals, infrastructure, and concentrated aerial bombardments. Since the beginning of the war, the occupation has relied on indiscriminate bombing, known as “carpet bombing,” to destroy neighborhoods and facilitate the movement of its ground forces, thwarting any resistance in the initial stages of ground operations, leading to constant movement of residents and repeated displacement both in northern Gaza and the city of Gaza, as well as in other cities of the Strip. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
