While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

UNRWA: Humanitarian response is impossible in Gaza with Israel’s restrictions on aid

RAMALLAH, Monday, July 1 2024 (WAFA) –

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) today said that Israel's severe restrictions on the arrival of aid to the Gaza Strip make providing a humanitarian response extremely difficult, if not impossible."

This came according to spokesperson for UNRWA, Louise Wateridge, in an interview with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) about restricting the entry of aid into the Strip, and the UN agency published its content on its account on X.

Wateridge added that the restrictions imposed by the Israeli authorities on the arrival of aid to Gaza make providing a humanitarian response “extremely difficult, if not impossible.”

“We need predictable access to be able to deliver life-saving aid to Gaza,” she stressed.

Describing the suffering of relief teams in Gaza, Wateridge said, “We are struggling to obtain the approval of the Israeli authorities to enter and deliver aid, with the aim of ensuring the safety of our teams and the safety of the aid at the same time.”

She affirmed, “We have doctors and nurses working in Gaza, but what is the benefit of their presence when medicine is not available due to the strict Israeli restrictions?”

Al-Rishiq calls for holding Israeli leaders accountable for using Palestinian civilians as human shields in Gaza

Monday 1-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Member of the 'Hamas political bureau 'Izzat Al-Rishiq has called for holding the Israeli occupation government accountable for using Palestinian detainees as human shields in the Gaza Strip and bringing its leaders to trial.

“The Nazi occupation army’s use of Palestinian detainees as human shields during its terrorist operations in the Gaza Strip is a full-fledged war crime, a flagrant violation of all rules of war and the prisoners’ rights, and a disregard for all international conventions, laws and agreements,” Al-Rishiq said in a statement on Monday, commenting on a video aired by Al Jazeera satellite channel.

Al-Rishiq affirmed that the crime of human shields is part of many crimes and violations the Palestinian detainees are exposed to by Israeli forces, “including all forms of brutal revenge such as starvation, humiliation, abuse, deliberate medical neglect, deprivation of food and medicine, bone breaking, slow killing and field executions.”

The Hamas official urged the international community to condemn this crime and called on the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court to add the use of Palestinians as human shields to Israel’s war crimes files.

Al Jazeera showed on its channels on Sunday exclusive footage of Palestinian prisoners being used as human shields by the Israeli occupation army in Gaza.

Gaza: Hospitals to stop providing vital services in two days

Monday 1-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Gaza’s remaining hospitals, health centers and oxygen stations will stop working within 48 hours as the fuel needed to operate generators has almost run out, the health ministry warned in a statement on Sunday.

“This situation was expected … because the occupation has restricted the entry of fuel shipments as well as basic supplies such as medicine and food as part of its tight siege on the Strip,” the health ministry said.

The ministry said that the fuel supplies started to run out despite the harsh measures that had been taken to reduce fuel consumption.

The ministry appealed to all UN and international humanitarian organizations to intervene quickly to provide the hospitals and health centers in Gaza with their fuel needs as well as power generators and spare parts for maintenance.

After his release, Al-Shifa hospital director, Doctor Mu'hammed Abu Salmiya, says the situation in Israeli prisons is tragic

Monday 1-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

In his first statement after his release from Israeli jails on Monday morning, the director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, Dr. Mu'hammed Abu Salmiya, affirmed that the situation in the Israeli prisons is tragic.

Abu Salmiya told reporters that “the prison situation is tragic and very difficult, which requires decisive measures from the resistance and the Arab peoples to free the prisoners.”

Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) released on Monday 50 detainees from the Gaza Strip, including Abu Salmiya, who was kidnapped after his forced evacuation from Al-Shifa Medical Complex on November 23, 2023.

Abu Salmiya stressed that the prisoners are unprecedently going through too difficult conditions amid shortage of food and drink supplies and being subjected to insults, in a situation they have not ever witnessed since the Nakba in 1948.

“The Israeli occupation forces have been targeting everyone and arresting everyone without exception. There are medical personnel who have been martyred under torture inside the Israeli prisons,” he added.

Abu Salmiya stressed that “the IOF exposed its criminality by targeting medical personnel, journalists, women and men and destroying everything in the Gaza Strip.”

“However, we will rebuild the Gaza Strip from scratch, and we will restore Al-Shifa Medical Complex from which we were arrested,” he vowed.

'Hamas: The conditions of Gazan released prisoners expose Israel’s criminality

Monday 1-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement said the conditions in which the Gazan prisoners were released from Israeli occupation prions on Monday showing signs of emaciation, physical and psychological exhaustion, as well as obvious signs of torture, expose the criminal behavior of the fascist Israeli occupation government, which defies all humanitarian laws by committing war crimes daily in Gaza.

In a statement, Hamas referred to the testimony of the director of al-Shifa Medical Complex, Dr. Mohammad Abu Salmiya, who was released earlier today, about the tragic conditions that Gazan prisoners have been experiencing inside Israeli prisons and detention centers, including doctors, the elderly, the sick, and the wounded.

Abu Salmiya said that they have been exposed to the most horrific practices and crimes, including torture, starvation, and insults.

The Movement stressed in a press statement on Monday that the ongoing Israeli crimes against defenseless civilians in the Gaza Strip have exceeded all limits, and what prisoners in Israeli prisons and detention centers are exposed to is carried out based on Israeli occupation government’s orders as part of its fascist policy to target and exterminate the Palestinian people with full support of the US administration, which is complicit in the Israeli flagrant violations of the international laws.

The Movement called on the international community, the United Nations, and the UN institutions to “work immediately to stop this massacre carried out by the Nazi occupation government,” stressing the necessity of “protecting prisoners and civilians in areas of conflict.”

'Hamas also called on the International Committee of the Red Cross to take action and reveal the fate of thousands of Palestinian detainees who have been kidnapped by the Israeli occupation army from the Gaza Strip and forcibly disappeared in inhumane conditions.

A number of Palestinians suffered from suffocation on Monday evening after Israeli colonists attacked them, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, in the village of Umm Al-Khair in Masafir Yatta, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron).

Local sources told WAFA that colonists from the Karmiel colony and Shimoun colonial outpost, which were built on citizens' lands and property south of Hebron, attacked citizens in Shuaib community in the village of Umm al-Khair, threatened children and women to kill them and sprayed them with pepper gas, injuring a number of them.

Some of them suffered from suffocation, while the occupation soldiers fired live bullets, stun grenades and poisonous gas at citizens.

It is noteworthy that a diplomatic delegation from Belgium, Canada, Denmark, the European Union, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the United Kingdom visited the village of Umm Al-Khair today, studied the conditions there, and condemned the widespread demolitions that the village’s homes and facilities were subjected to last Wednesday by the occupation forces, which was the largest demolition operation seen in the West Bank since October 7th.

Israeli occupation forces demolish house under construction in Umm Al-Fa'hm

RAMALLAH, Monday, July 1 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces today demolished Palestinian-owned house under construction in the city of UmmAal-Fa'hm, in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1948, under the pretext of construction without a permit.

The demolition operation was carried out under the protection of the Israeli police and its special forces, who prevented residents from leaving their homes and closed the streets leading to the location of the targeted house.

This step threatens hundreds of homes in Palestinian towns in the 1948 territories, including dozens in Wadi 'Aara area, where demolition orders were issued in recent months.
