While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Sunday 8-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Sunday that the Israeli occupation army committed four massacres in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, killing 44 people and injuring 74 others.

It added in its daily report that the northern Gaza areas were not included in the count of casualties due to the difficulty in maintaining contact with the hospitals there.

The ministry said that the death toll of the Israeli aggression on the Strip has surged to 44,708 martyrs and the number of the wounded mounted to 106,050 since October 7, 2023.

A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews have been prevented by the Israeli army from reaching them, it added.

Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters day 429

Sunday 8-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 428th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Sunday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.

The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 64, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area.

Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services.

According to local sources, four people were martyred and five others were injured when an Israeli warplane bombed a gathering of civilians in 'Omar Al-Mukhtar street near the municipality park in Gaza City.

An Israeli drone also targeted and killed a civilian at the junction of Al-Tayaran in Al-Rimal neighborhood in Gaza City.

In southern Gaza, civil defense workers recovered bodies of five martyrs following an Israeli attack in Rafa'h.

Five martyrs and a number of wounded citizens arrived at the Shuhada al-Aqsa Hospital following an Israeli attack on a tent sheltering a displaced family in al-Masha’ila area, south of Dair El-Bala'h in central Gaza.

More casualties were reported in other areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today.

Meanwhile, a medical source said that the Israeli shelling left the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza without water or electricity.

“The water, electricity, and oxygen supplies have been cut off since Saturday evening,” the source told Anadolu news agency.

“We are unable to perform surgeries due to the lack of oxygen and water. The situation at the hospital is catastrophic,” the source added.

In a related context, the health ministry in Gaza said on Sunday that the Israeli army committed four massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, and killed and injured at least 118 civilians, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads.

The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 64, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area.

Sunday 8-December-2024

QALQILYA, (PIC)

Four Palestinians were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ (IOFs) gunfire on Sunday during their incursion into the city of Qalqilya. Local sources reported that the four citizens were shot in their feet after the IOF stormed the eastern area of Qalqilya, known as Al-Naqar.

The Palestinian Red Crescent, for its part, said that a child was shot twice in the thigh, while two other children were injured by rubber bullets.

Other local sources said that the occupation forces raided agricultural lands and fired randomly, resulting in injuries to citizens described as moderate.

Since the beginning of the Israeli genocide against Gaza on October 7 last year, the IOFs and settlers have intensified their aggression against the West Bank, resulting in 808 martyrs and more than 11,900 Palestinian detainees from the West Bank, including Jerusalem (wafa reported the number of the detainees as 10,300, on December 5, 2024)!!!

IOFs kidnap several Palestinians in West Bank raids

Sunday 8-December-2024

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped last night and at dawn Sunday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank, amid clashes in Nablus.

According to local sources, resistance fighters clashed with Israeli forces at an earlier hour today in Balata refugee camp in eastern Nablus.

The sources said that the clashes started after the IOFs stormed the camp’s streets and flew some drones over the area, adding that resistance fighters showered Israeli soldiers with bullets and detonated explosive devices at their vehicles.

They also said that the IOFs embarked on bulldozing public and private property during its raid in the camp.

In Toulkarm, the IOFs kidnapped a young man called Amjad Faqha after releasing him yesterday to pressure his brother Zaid to turn himself in.

Israeli occupation forces also kidnapped another ex-detainee from his home in Toulkarm’s Dthinnaba suburb.

In Ramallah, two citizens were taken prisoners during an IOFs raid in Shuqba village.

Two other young citizens were kidnapped by the IOFs from their homes in Bait Seera village, west of Ramallah.

In Al-Khaleel (Hebron), Israeli occupation soldiers kidnaped two brothers identified as Yousuf and Isma'eel 'Aawad after severely beating them during an IOFs raid in Khirbet 'Asfi hamlet in Masafir Yatta.

In Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), Israeli police officers kidnapped a citizen from Al-Ram town. He was identified as Ilyas Ghazawna, the maternal uncle of martyr Tariq Ghazawna who was shot dead yesterday at the Qalandya checkpoint.

Israeli occupation soldier, three settlers injured in a West Bank car-ramming operation

Sunday 8-December-2024

Al-Khaleel (Hebron), (PIC)

One Israeli soldier and three settlers were injured on Saturday evening when a Palestinian citizen rammed his car into them near Al-Fawwar refugee camp in Al-Khaleel (Hebron), south of the occupied West Bank.

According to the Hebrew media, one soldier was seriously injured and three settlers suffered minor injuries following a car-ramming attack at a military checkpoint near Al-Fawwar camp in Al-Khaleel (Hebron).

During the incident, Israeli soldiers reportedly opened fire at the Palestinian vehicle.

Later, the Israeli occupation army closed roads in the area and launched a manhunt for the driver, who allegedly turned himself in after he fled the scene to the nearby village of Doura.

In a related context, the Hamas Movement applauded the car-ramming operation, describing it as a “natural response to the Israeli occupation regime’s genocidal crimes and brutal aggression in the Gaza Strip” and its “ongoing efforts to liquidate the Palestinian cause through settlement expansion and Judaization in the West Bank.”

Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers defile Al-Aqsa Mosque

Sunday 8-December-2024

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC)

Dozens of the illegal Israeli Jewish settlers escorted by police forces desecrated Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), on Sunday morning.

The settlers entered the Mosque in different groups through its Maghariba Gate and toured its courtyards under tight police protection, according to local sources.

During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation police imposed movement and entry restrictions on Muslim worshipers at the Aqsa Mosque’s entrances and gates.

Al-Aqsa Mosque is exposed to daily desecration by the illegal Israeli Jewish settlers and police forces in the morning and the afternoon except on Fridays and Saturdays.

Recent months have seen an unprecedented increase in settler break-ins at Al-Aqsa Mosque and an increase in settler violations against the Islamic holy sites during Jewish holidays.

Meanwhile, Jerusalemite figures and activists have warned of accelerating Israeli attempts to Judaize the Mosque, and urged Muslim worshipers to intensify their presence at the holy site to protect it against desecration and Judaization.

Illegal Israeli settlers torch tent, assault Palestinians in the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

Sunday 8-December-2024

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC)

A horde of the illegal Israeli extremist Jewish settlers set fire to a tent and assaulted a Palestinian citizen and his family near Al-Maniya village, east of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) in the occupied West Bank, on Sunday morning.

Local sources said that a group of settlers burned a tent containing fodder in Wadi Al-Abyadh area near al-Maniya village belonging to A'hmed Al-Tarwa, brutalized him and members of his family, and forced them to leave their land.

This attack happened one day after settlers torched a tent used as a makeshift home belonging to the same family.

In recent months, settlers carried out multiple attacks on Palestinian citizens and their property in areas around Al-Maniya village.

In a separate incident, other groups of settlers carried out attacks on Palestinians and their property in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem and Salfeet in the West Bank in the morning.

In Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), a group of the illegal extremist settlers protected by police officers assaulted citizens and Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) merchants in Al-Qattaneen market near Al-Aqsa Mosque and injured one of them.

The Israeli police also kidnapped about 10 citizens as they tried to defend themselves and others during the settler attack in the market and herded them to the Qishla detention center in the Old City of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem.

Some of the detainees are from 1948 occupied Palestine (Israel) and others from Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem.

Abu Safiya: The situation at Kamal 'Udwan hospital is critical

Sunday 8-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Dr. 'Husam Abu Safiya, the director of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, said that the situation in the hospital is extremely dangerous, emphasizing that there are patients in the intensive care unit and others awaiting surgery, and access to the operating rooms is only possible after restoring electricity and oxygen supplies.

In a press statement on Sunday, Abu Safiya said that after the recent attack on Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, which involved over 100 shells and bombs targeting the hospital buildings randomly, the damage was severe. He added that one of the hospital’s buildings is still without electricity, oxygen, or water. Random shelling continues in the surrounding area, “preventing us from making repairs to the oxygen, electricity, and water networks, as power and water outages persist.”

He issued an urgent appeal to the international community for help, noting that there are 112 injured individuals, including six in intensive care and 14 children. He stated that there are several patients in the emergency room wounded in the shelling, waiting to be admitted since the departments are full.

Abu Safiya described the situation as critical, noting that the shelling and shooting have not ceased; planes are dropping bombs around the clock. “We are unsure of what awaits us and what the army wants from the hospital.”

He continued, “We have called on the world to protect the healthcare system and its workers; however, we have not received any response from anyone. This represents a humanitarian disaster occurring against healthcare workers and patients. Unfortunately, it seems there are no efforts to stop this ongoing attack on Kamal 'Udwan Hospital and the healthcare system as a whole.”

Gaza municipality: Israeli shelling destroys 4 water pumps and generators

Sunday 8-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Gaza Municipality spokesperson Hosni Muhanna announced that Israeli shelling of Al-Shaikh Radhwan pond and its surrounding area in the northern part of the city has led to the destruction of 4 out of 5 water pumps, along with backup generators.

In a press statement on Sunday, Muhanna pointed to a sudden concrete collapse of the pond building, warning that this threatens the operation of the pumps and could lead to a complete collapse of the area.

The municipality spokesperson explained that working inside the pond and its facilities poses a danger to the lives of municipal employees due to fears of the expansion of the collapse and potential total failure.

He emphasized that the overflow of contaminated water from the pond poses a serious drowning risk to nearby residents, noting that the engineering team confirmed a real danger of a complete collapse of the concrete floors and pump rooms if immediate intervention is not undertaken.

Muhanna added that a lack of fuel and equipment is hindering the operation of external pumps and the repair of damages, recalling that the occupation army has destroyed 85% of Gaza Municipality’s equipment since the war began.

The spokesperson urged international organizations to intervene to address the crisis, stop the war, and provide the necessary fuel and equipment for the municipality.

Previously, Gaza Municipality had warned in an earlier statement of the risk of sewage leaking into the shelters adjacent to Al-Shaikh Radhwan pond, pointing out that sewage overflowed in various areas of the city due to rainfall, amid the disruption and destruction of its networks by the Israeli occupation.

The rainfall in the Gaza Strip has exacerbated sewage problems in the city due to the Israeli occupation’s destruction of the city’s infrastructure over months of continuous war since October 2023.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
