In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The missile was launched hours after the Yemeni capital, Sana’a, was hit by fresh strikes on Friday. The 'Houthi group announced on Friday the launch of missiles at military targets in Tel Aviv and the targeting of a ship in the Arabian Sea, most notably the targeting of Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv with a hypersonic ballistic missile, which led to injuries and the suspension of navigation at the airport. Air raid sirens sounded in central Israel, the Negev, the Jerusalem area, and the Dead Sea at dawn on Saturday after a missile was launched from Yemen, according to the Israeli army. This is the fifth attack launched by the 'Houthi group since last Saturday, according to the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth. The launch of the Yemeni missile came hours after Sana’a was hit by fresh airstrikes. The group also announced the successful hitting of another vital target in Tel Aviv with a drone, as well as the Santo Ursula ship with a number of drones in the Arabian Sea to the east of Socotra Island “because the owner company breached the entry ban decision that prohibits entry into the ports of 1948 occupied Palestine (Israel).” The Israeli army launched raids on Yemen last Thursday, targeting Sana’a International Airport and Al-Dailami Air Base, focusing on the control tower, the airport runway, and the departure hall, in addition to civilian aircraft inside the airport. It also targeted for the second time the Haziz power station south of Sana’a. ****** Israel's genocide in Gaza: 48 Palestinians killed in 24 hours GAZA, December 28, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces committed two massacres against families in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, resulting in the killing of at least 48 Palestinians and the injury of 52 others, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza. Local health authorities confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 7, 2023 has risen to 45,484 reported fatalities, with an additional 108,090 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children. According to the same sources, emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to obstruct the movement of ambulance and civil defense crews. Israel's genocidal onslaught continues unabated despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. M.N Note: These figures only include the dead and injured Palestinians who have been accounted for by the Palestinian hospitals. The victims who are not carried to the hospitals are not accounted for. *** Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters day 449 Saturday 28-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 449th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas. Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Saturday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens. The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 85, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area. Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services. Local sources said that two citizens were martyred in an Israeli attack in Jabalya Al-Nazla town in northern Gaza. Israeli airstrikes on neighborhoods in Bait 'Hanoun in northern Gaza claimed the lives of six civilians and injured others. Meanwhile, the director of Al-Quds Hospital said that there are over 300 families in Bait 'Hanoun town, northeast of Gaza, affirming that there are massacres being committed by the Israeli army in the town, adding that many casualties were reported in the area. Media and local sources also reported that the Israeli forces kidnaped several citizens from the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza, including its director Dr. 'Husam Abu Safiya and journalist Islam Ahmed. Israeli soldiers also kidnaped director of the civil defense service A'hmed al-Ka'hlout in northern Gaza. Displaced families who left neighborhoods around the hospital reported seeing Israeli soldiers executing detainees after kidnaping him from the area. Casualties were also reported after Israeli forces burned premises of the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital after storming it. About 30 citizens displaced from the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital reportedly arrived at the Indonesian Hospital while suffering from serious health conditions. More casualties were reported in other areas of Gaza following Israeli aerial, artillery and shooting attacks last night and today. In a related context, the health ministry in Gaza said on Saturday that the Israeli army committed two massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, and killed and injured at least 100 civilians, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads. *** Multiple civilian casualties in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City and Khan Younis GAZA, December 28, 2024 (WAFA) – Multiple Palestinians were killed and several others injured this evening in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City and Khan Younis, marking another deadly escalation in the ongoing Israeli genocide. In Gaza City, two Palestinians, Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Khatib and Mahmoud Mohammed Al-Areini, were killed when Israeli warplanes targeted a group of civilians on Al-Jalaa Street in the western part of the city. Several others were wounded in the attack. Israeli airstrikes also targeted a house in Jabalia, located in the northern Gaza Strip, resulting in multiple fatalities and injuries. The northern region of Gaza has experienced severe bombardment in recent days, contributing to the rising death toll. In southern Gaza, a number of civilians were injured when Israeli planes hit a house in the Qizan Al-Najjar area, south of Khan Younis. Medical sources reported that at least 36 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza since the early hours of today, with the majority of casualties in the northern parts of the Strip. Meanwhile, the Israeli military issued new evacuation orders for residents in northern Gaza, including Beit Hanoun, as part of its ongoing military offensive. These measures are part of the broader campaign of destruction and displacement that has included a siege on hospitals and the bombing of medical facilities. This includes the recent destruction and burning of the Kamal Adwan Hospital on Friday. Since October 5, Israeli occupation forces have escalated their attacks in northern Gaza, imposing a brutal blockade on food, water, and medical supplies, while continuing heavy airstrikes and ground assaults on civilian areas. The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 45,484 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 108,090 others injured. Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks. Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. M.N. *** Ten Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrike on Beit Hanoun GAZA, December 28, 2024 (WAFA) – At least ten Palestinians were killed and several others injured this morning in an Israeli airstrike on Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip, according to local sources. M.N. *** Two civilians killed, others wounded in an Israeli airstrike targeting northern Gaza Strip GAZA, December, 28, 2024 (WAFA) – Two civilians were killed and others were injured today, Saturday, when the occupation forces bombed a gathering of citizens in Jabalia al-Balad and al-Nazla, north of the Gaza Strip. Several others were injured in the attacks. According to local sources, rescue teams recovered the bodies of nine victims and pulled out multiple injured individuals from the rubble of a house belonging to the Al-Naami family in Al-Maghazi refugee camp, located in central Gaza. The casualties were transported to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the nearby city of Deir Al-Balah. Additionally, medical teams from the Palestinian Red Crescent evacuated several injured individuals to Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip. These injuries resulted from artillery shelling and gunfire targeting tents of displaced families in the Mawasi area of Rafah, located in the southern part of the Strip. The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 45,399 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 107,940 others injured. M.N. *** *** Gaza: Tragic conditions amid freezing temperatures and decaying tents Saturday 28-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza has reported that 110,000 out of 135,000 tents used by displaced Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are now out of service and have “completely deteriorated.” In a statement on its Telegram channel, the PGMO said that the Israeli occupation army is “causing a tragic humanitarian crisis” that is once again threatening the lives of thousands of civilians as the freezing winter cold has already set in. “This catastrophic humanitarian situation is a direct result of the genocide being committed by the Israeli occupation army, which has completely destroyed hundreds of thousands of homes of these citizens, forcing them to resort to living in tents that lack the minimum requirements for a decent life,” the PGMO said. Several Palestinian babies have frozen to death in the last few nights. About two million Palestinians in the war-battered coastal enclave have been displaced, many multiple times, as a result of massive Israeli attacks that have claimed the lives of more than 45,000 people so far. *** Gaza: Medical personnel burned to death at Kamal 'Udwan Hospital Saturday 28-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) Palestinian medical sources said on Saturday that a number of medical personnel at the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza were burned to death by the fires that were set by Israeli soldiers in the compound. According to medical and media sources, the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) set fire to different premises of the besieged Kamal 'Udwan Hospital after storming it and ordering medical staff, patients and caregivers to evacuate the facility, under intensive gunfire and shelling in the area. A nurse working at the hospital told Al-Jazeera satellite channel on Friday that Israeli soldiers stormed the facility, set fire to its contents, beat and maltreated members of the medical crew, and forced them to leave it. She added that the IOFs kidnapped several medical personnel, patients, and civilians along with director of the hospital, Dr. 'Hussam Abu Safiya, and took them to an unknown location. Meanwhile, eyewitnesses who were displaced from the area reported that Israeli soldiers executed a number of detainees in neighborhoods around the hospital. For its part, the Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza said that the IOFs detained 350 people inside the hospital, including 180 members of the medical crew and 75 patients and caregivers, before forcing them to gather in its courtyard. Later, the IOFs forced the detainees to take off their clothes before taking them away and then deployed booby-trapped robots around the hospital, according to the PGMO. The PGMO condemned what happened at the hospital as a “full-fledged war crime” and a “flagrant violation of the international law.” *** Health Ministry announces Israeli arrest of Director of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital Saturday 28-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Saturday that the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped Dr. 'Husam Abu Safiya, the director of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza, confirming that the patients evacuated from the hospital experienced a harsh night. Israeli occupation forces stormed Kamal 'Udwan Hospital yesterday, evacuating both male and female medical staff, along with patients and residents living near the hospital, and forced everyone to move to Al-Fakhoura School, where they were detained in the schoolyard, then they were kidnapped to an unknown place. The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that the occupation forces took dozens of the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital staff, including Dr. 'Husam Abu Safiya, to a detention center for interrogation. In a statement today, the health ministry indicated that the evacuated patients and injured individuals forced to relocate to the Indonesian Hospital experienced a harsh night, living in a dire and extremely difficult situation, lacking water, electricity, blankets, food, and basic supplies. The ministry warned that for these patients, “the countdown to losing their lives has begun,” as the occupation has detained most of the health staff to prevent them from joining the patients at the Indonesian Hospital. The health ministry pointed out that the Israeli army had previously destroyed the infrastructure of the Indonesian Hospital before forcibly evacuating patients there. It called on all relevant institutions and parties to urgently intervene to find a solution for the patients and injured individuals currently at the Indonesian Hospital. Medical sources reported early Saturday that several medical staff members at Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza were martyred by deliberate fires set by the occupation forces after they besieged and stormed the hospital. Earlier, the Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza reported that the occupation had detained 350 people inside the hospital, including 180 staff members and 75 patients with their companions, giving them a limited time to exit to the courtyard. It added that the occupation forced the detainees to strip and took them to an unknown location. For the 85th consecutive day, northern Gaza is under Israeli siege and starvation, amid intense aerial and artillery bombardment, with complete isolation of the northern governorate from the rest of Gaza. Since the occupation army’s attack on the northern governorate on October 5, coinciding with a total military siege, the hospital has been targeted dozens of times with missiles and gunfire, with health officials stating that the army treats it “as a military target.” This operation has caused the healthcare system to become almost entirely non-functional, according to PGMO officials, in addition to halting the operations of the civil defense and the ambulance vehicles of the Palestinian Red Crescent. With American support, the Israeli occupation army has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, resulting in over 153,000 Palestinian martyrs and injured, most of whom are children and women, along with more than 11,000 missing persons, amidst massive destruction and famine that has killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces *** Injuries and kidnappings reported in Israeli attacks on Ramallah village Saturday 28-December-2024 RAMALLAH, (PIC) Three Palestinian citizens were injured, and another was kidnapped on Saturday by the illegal Israeli settlers and Israeli occupation forces’ (IOFs) attacks on the town of Silwad, east of Ramallah. Local sources explained that a number of armed settlers, under the protection of the IOFs, stormed the town from the direction of a settlement outpost, established 20 days ago in the Al-Burj area to the west, and attacked Palestinian citizens in their agricultural lands and severely beat them. The sources reported that at least three citizens were injured and bruised, and a fourth, identified as Islam 'Hamid, was kidnapped while working in his land, adding that the attacking illegal Israeli settlers smashed the glass of a vehicle belonging to the citizen Ya'hya 'Hamid. According to data from the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the IOFs and settlers carried out 1,396 attacks during last November against Palestinian citizens and their properties in the West Bank. Since the start of the Israeli war of extermination on Gaza on October 7, 2023, the IOFs and settlers have expanded their aggression against Palestinian citizens in the West Bank and Jerusalem, carrying out a total of 16,663 attacks, targeting citizens’ lands, properties, and lives. *** Over 15 Palestinians kidnapped by Israeli forces in West Bank RAMALLAH, December, 28, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces have detained at least 15 Palestinians from various areas of the West Bank since yesterday evening, continuing their ongoing crackdown on the local population. According to the Commission of Detainees and Ex-detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS), The detentions were distributed across the governorates of Nablus, Jineen, Toulkarm, Ramallah, and Al-Khaleel (Hebron). The raids were accompanied by assaults, threats against detainees and their families, and widespread destruction of property, including damage to homes. This latest wave of detentions is part of Israel's broader campaign of suppression that has escalated sharply since the beginning of its ongoing genocidal onslaught on Gaza in October 2023. Since then, over 12,100 Palestinians have been detained from the West Bank and Jerusalem, according to local authorities. The systematic nature of these detentions is a key component of Israeli policy, with large-scale detentions being carried out as part of the ongoing military attacks. It is important to note that the figures provided here refer only to detentions made in the West Bank, not including Gaza, where the number of detentions is also significant. Y.S. *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Biden administration total support for the Israeli genocidal war on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Nasiruddeen urges Muslims to intensify their presence at Al-Aqsa Mosque Saturday 28-December-2024 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) Senior 'Hamas official Haroun Nasiruddeen has called on Muslim worshipers to intensify their presence at Al-Aqsa Mosque to protect it against Judaization and desecration. In a statement on Saturday, Nasiruddeen stressed the need for the intensive Muslim presence at Al-Aqsa Mosque as the Israeli occupation regime and its illegal settlers persist in their violations against the holy site and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). Nasiruddeen condemned the recent desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque by far-right Israeli minister Itamar Ben Gvir and settler groups. “The occupation is taking advantage of the Jewish holiday to impose new faits accomplis on the ground at the Aqsa Mosque and in Jerusalem in order to strengthen settlement activity in the city and Judaize it and completely control the mosque,” Nasiruddeen said. “Al-Aqsa Mosque is one of the most important holy sites, and out Palestinian people will not allow the occupation to implement its plots against it. They will do everything in their power to defend and protect their mosque,” the 'Hamas official affirmed. *** Israeli occupation authorities force Palestinian to demolish his home in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), December 28, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities forced a Palestinian man to demolish his own home on Saturday in the neighborhood of Jabal Al-Mukabbir, occupied Jerusalem, under the pretext of building without a permit. The Palestinian Authority’s Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate reported that the Israeli municipality compelled Ibrahim Mashahra, a Palestinian citizen of Jerusalem, to tear down his 70-square-meter home, which shelters his family of six. Mashahra confirmed to WAFA that the municipality had issued him a demolition order on December 4, giving him a three-week deadline to demolish his home voluntarily. Israeli occupation authorities regularly pressure Palestinian residents in Jerusalem to demolish their own homes due to the lack of building permits, which are almost impossible to obtain. If residents refuse, Israeli bulldozers demolish the homes, and owners are often forced to pay the heavy costs of the demolition. The Israeli municipality has consistently denied Palestinian residents in Jerusalem permits to build, forcing many to either demolish their homes or face destruction at the hands of Israeli forces. This practice violates international law and human rights, including the right to housing, and is part of Israel's ongoing policy of displacement aimed at expanding settlements in Jerusalem and its surroundings. The Jerusalem Governorate's report on Israeli violations in November 2024 documented 36 demolitions and destructions, including seven cases of self-demolition and 28 demolitions carried out by Israeli forces, as well as one land leveling operation. This brings the total number of demolitions and destructions in the Jerusalem governorate since October 7, 2023, to 391. M.N. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** WHO: Systematic dismantling of health system in Gaza, a death sentence for tens of thousands Saturday 28-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The World Health Organization (WHO) said “the systematic (Israeli) dismantling of the health system in the Gaza Strip is a death sentence for tens of thousands of Palestinians in need of health care,” explaining that the Israeli storming of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital and the burning of parts of it put the last major health facility in the northern Gaza Strip out of service. WHO said in a statement, commenting on the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, that some key departments have been burned and destroyed during the storming, noting that 25 patients in critical condition and 60 health care workers are still in the hospital. Patients in moderate and dangerous conditions were transferred to the destroyed and non-operating Indonesian hospital, it added. The international organization expressed its deep concern about the safety of these individuals, pointing out that the recent attack on Kamal Adwan Hospital came after escalating restrictions on the access of WHO and its partners to the hospital, and repetitive attacks on or near the facility since October 2023. “This horror must end, and health care must be protected. Ceasefire!” it said. *** WFP: Hunger is everywhere in Gaza Saturday 28-December-2024 GAZA, (PIC) The World Food Program (WFP) said on Friday that hunger is everywhere in the Gaza Strip due to the war and siege. “WFP has been able to bring in about a third of the food we need to support people in Gaza,” it added in a post on X. The WFP reiterated its “call for safe and sustained access, and restoration of law and order,” stressing that “a ceasefire is needed more than ever.” Israeli occupation army has been continuing its aggressive war on the Gaza Strip for 448 consecutive days, committing war crimes, and heinous massacres. *** UNRWA Commissioner: Children in Gaza are freezing due to cold and lack of shelter Saturday 28-December-2024 NEW YORK, (PIC) Philippe Lazzarini, the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), said that children in Gaza are freezing to death due to the cold and lack of shelter. In a press statement on Friday, Lazzarini said, “We need a ceasefire and an immediate flow of essential supplies, including winter supplies.” He explained that blankets and winter supplies have been stuck for months, awaiting approval from Israel for entry into Gaza. Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, who have been forced to flee their homes due to Israeli violence, are suffering from the severe cold in displacement camps, causing joint pain for some, while others are experiencing nosebleeds. UNICEF warned that many displaced children in Gaza are wearing very few clothes, as many were forced to escape from Israeli bombardment wearing summer clothes earlier this year. In this context, the United Nations recently warned that people living in temporary shelters in Gaza may not survive the winter, noting that at least 945,000 people need winter supplies, which have become exorbitantly expensive in the region. Israel continues its aggressive war on the Gaza Strip for 448 consecutive days, alongside ongoing war crimes and horrific massacres, and attempts to displace residents in the northern part of the territory. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
