Editor's Notes:

Here are some statistics, which show the Israeli war crimes against humanity, during the current Israeli genocidal war on Gaza:

By December 10, 2023, the initial death toll of Palestinians who have been killed by the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza Strop is 25,757+.

This includes the accounted for deaths (17,997) and those who are still missing under the rubble (7,760+).

By December 10, 2023, the death toll included 7,875+ children and 6,130+ women.

The documented injuries exceeded 49,229.

By December 10, 2023,  there was a complete destruction of 50,000+ housing units, and 305,000+ damaged housing units (61% of Gaza housing units). This forced about 1.5 million people to become homeless, taking refuge in crowded UN schools and ultimately sleeping in the streets.

The Israeli refusal to allow international aid caravans to enter Gaza freely led the Palestinian population to be on the verge of mass extermination for the lack of food, water, medicine, and fuel.

By December 6, 2023, 290 health personnel were killed and hundreds were injured, 102 ambulances were destroyed while on duty, killing and injuring their crews, and destroyed 56 health institutions. As a result of the strikes and lack of fuel, 26 hospitals and 46 primary care centers are not functioning.

By December 10, 2023, there were 275 Palestinians who were killed, 3,300+ who were injured, and 3,760 who were abducted by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank, since October 7, 2023.

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Euro-Med accuse Israeli occupation forces of committing atrocities to displace Palestinian civilians in Gaza city

Monday 11-December-2023, GAZA, (PIC)--

The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor has accused Israel of forcibly displacing the civilians in Gaza City and its north by committing horrific massacres, carrying out field executions and arbitrarily arresting civilians and abusing them, including women.

In a statement on Monday, the Euro-Med Monitor also accused Israeli forces of escalating their abusive and arrest campaigns against civilians in Gaza in recent days, especially against citizens in shelter centers and houses while committing horrific violations during their assaults.

“The detainees are stripped of their clothes, handcuffed, and subjected to abuse, including being forced to sit on their knees in open areas, severely beaten, harassed, exposed to harsh weather conditions and deprived of their basic needs,” Euro-Med said.

Euro-Med said it documented Israel soldiers’ use of detainees as human shields through forcing them to break into homes and tunnels in several areas they infiltrate during their ground operations in Gaza.

“Israeli forces also blew up homes on the outskirts of Al-Zaytoun, Al-Tuffa'h and Al-Shuja’iya neighborhoods in Gaza City after brutally storming them, beating their male residents and stripping them of their clothes,” Euro-Med said.

Euro-Med also received testimonies about Israeli forces arresting boys and young men while they bleed or suffer from injuries as a result of their exposure to deliberate gunfire, torture and severe beating, in addition to robbing homes.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israeli missiles and shells have killed at least 18.000 since October 7 and injured more than 51.300, including thousands who suffered amputations of their limbs and those who remain in very critical condition amidst the lack of basic medical supplies.

Around %70 of the casualties are children, women, and the elderly, while several thousand Palestinians remain buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) and the Palestinian Detainees’ Committee said in a statement that Israeli soldiers abducted 142 women and girls, including babies with their homes, in Gaza since the beginning of the ground invasion and are now mainly held in the Al-Damoun and HaSharon prisons.

The army also abducted 260 Palestinians from Gaza and continues to hold them captive without charges after labeling them as “unlawful combatants,” although they are civilians and were taken from schools and UNRWA facilities where they sheltered after fleeing their homes.

The number of Palestinians who were killed by Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers in the occupied West Bank has reached 275 in addition to 3000 who were injured, many seriously.

Infection rates and transmissible diseases in the Gaza Strip, especially in centers where hundreds of thousands of Palestinians are sheltering, have reached an epidemic, an issue that is posing serious risks to the Palestinians, especially due to overcrowded centers and facilities.

Nearly 18,000 Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza

Sunday 10-December-2023, GAZA, (PIC)

The death toll from Israeli bombardments in the Gaza Strip has risen to over 17,997 victims, the Palestinian Health Ministry revealed on Sunday evening.

297 Palestinians were killed in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, the health authorities added, saying that many of the casualties are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads.

About 49,229 others had been injured since the start of the Israeli war on Gaza on October 7, Al-Qidra added.

He also noted that 7,760 people are reportedly missing, either under rubble or whose fate is still unknown.

According to Palestinian estimates, more than 61% of Palestinian homes and housing units in the Gaza Strip were destroyed after 305,000 housing units were targeted during the Israeli attack.

Al-Qudra pointed out that 1.5 million people have been displaced since the start of the Israeli aggression amid an acute shortage of food, water, and basic human needs.

Health Ministry: Over 17,975 people killed, 51,000 injured in Gaza, West Bank since Oct 7th

RAMALLAH, Sunday, December 10, 2023 (WAFA) –

The Ministry of Health announced today that more than 17,975 people were killed and about 51,300 were injured since the start of the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip and the West Bank on October 7.

The majority of the victims are children, women, the elderly, the ministry added in a report.

The ministry said that between October 7 and yesterday evening, at least 17,700 people were killed in the Gaza Strip, and more than 48,000 were injured, 70 percent of whom were children and women, while the number of people killed in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, rose to 275 and 3,300 wounded.

According to the report, thousands are still missing in Gaza.

Violent Israeli air, land and sea bombing continues throughout the Gaza Strip, with continued ground aggression in the eastern parts of Gaza City, Jabalya, the Nusayrat refugee camp, and the eastern areas of Khan Younus Governorate.

The ministry pointed out that aid distribution has stopped in most parts of the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing Israeli aggression, with Rafa'h remaining the main area for limited distribution operations.

The Gaza European Hospital in the southern Gaza Strip suffers from a severe shortage of medicines, blood products, and medical supplies, with strict fuel rationing, the ministry said, adding that the hospital has treated about 1,000 patients, and shelters around 70,000 civilians amidst difficult conditions.

The occupation forces also continued to besiege Al-'Awda Hospital in Jabalya for the third day in a row. Two health workers were killed by the forces’ bullets.

The ministry revealed that diseases that are prevalent in Gaza include diarrhea, acute respiratory infections, skin infections, and outbreaks of diseases such as hepatitis A.

It added that there have also been significant increases in infectious diseases reported in UNRWA shelters in the south, including diarrhea, and acute respiratory and skin infections, affirming that vulnerable groups such as persons with disabilities, the wounded, and pregnant women live in difficult conditions in shelter centers there.

The ministry stressed that efforts are continuing to vaccinate children, noting that only 12,000 children have received vaccinations in UNRWA centers since November 4.

It said estimates show that approximately 1.9 million people in Gaza (approximately 85 percent of the population), are internally displaced, with approximately 1.2 million registered in 151 UNRWA facilities, including approximately one million in 94 UNRWA shelters in the south.

The ministry affirmed that the latest updates indicate that more than 60 percent (nearly 280,000) of housing units have been destroyed, which leads to exacerbation of health vulnerabilities.

According to the ministry’s report, Israeli colonists’ attacks continued in the West Bank, where 308 incidents resulting in injuries and damage to the property of Palestinians have been recorded since October 7, adding that at least 143 Palestinian families, including 1,014 people, have been displaced, including 388 children, amid the violence of colonists and access restrictions.

The ministry demanded an immediate cessation of the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and health institutions, appealing to the United Nations, and international and human rights institutions, to immediately implement international humanitarian laws that prohibit attacks on hospitals, health centers, ambulances, health teams, and paramedics immediately.

It also called for urgently allowing sufficient humanitarian and health supplies to enter the Strip, especially medicines, medical supplies, food, dairy, and fuel for electric generators in hospitals, stressing the need for an immediate halt to the displacement of people and immediate support to enhance search and rescue operations.

Illegal Israeli Settlers Confiscate Palestinian Lands Near Bait La'hm (Bethlehem)

 IMEMC, DEC 11, 2023

On Sunday, illegal paramilitary Israeli settlers confiscated dozens of Dunams of Palestinian farmlands near Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.

Hasan Breijiyya, the head of the Bethlehem office of the illegal Settlement and Wall Resistance Commission, said a large number of paramilitary colonizers invaded dozens of dunams of Palestinian lands in the Khallet Al-Nakhla area near Abu Nijm, southwest of Bethlehem.

Breijiyya added that the illegal Israeli settlers came from the Efrat illegal Israeli settlement and started planting the lands after preventing the Palestinians from entering them.

Three days ago, the colonizers invaded and confiscated 12 Dunams of Palestinian lands in the same area and planted evergreens, and before that, they confiscated 300 Dunams of Palestinian farmlands under the protection of the Israeli occupation army.

By planting some trees and crops on stolen Palestinian lands, the colonizers try to claim ownership of the lands the stole, or that they were “abandoned by the Palestinians.”

Furthermore, the illegal Israeli Annexation Wall and the various military restrictions continued to prevent dozens of thousands of Palestinians from entering their lands across the occupied West Bank.

All of Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory”.
