Open letter to the U.S. Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid

Dear Senator Reid,
I am very disheartened and disgusted with your unkind remarks about Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki vis-a-vis his comments about the current crisis involving Lebanon. Obviously, he does not like Washington's carte-blanche for the murderous campaign of Israel.
Your naked support for the rogue Israeli state shows that you are a partner-in-crime to killings of hundreds of unarmed civilians (including children, elderly and women) and UN observers. Israel has been deliberately targeting Red Cross vans, facilities, hospitals and infra-structure. But none of these crimes really mattered to you, whose allegiance, as it appears, is more to the criminal Olmert regime than what is good for the USA and world. You are really a clown hiding behind the cloak of a Democrat.
You ought to be ashamed of dragging the Democratic Party into the blood-stains of genocidal campaign of Israel. I am disgusted with your type of Senate minority leadership that gives a bad name to the Democratic Party and makes the party look like a brain-dead parrot that only knows one song to sing - Praise Israel - no matter what war crimes she does.
Shame on you, senator. Please, start behaving like a man of principle whose judgment is not handicapped by influence from the 'Amen Corner.' If the job is too arduous for you to handle, leave it to others who are more qualified and willing to take a stand that is moral and just.
