Human Price of the Israeli Occupation of Palestine Israeli daily aggression on the Palestinian people Mission and meaning of Al-Jazeerah Cities, localities, and tourist attractions

By Don Nash Al-Jazeerah, July 24, 2006
“The parties have moved to Plan B. There is serious talk of Baghdad being divided into east and west. We are extremely worried.” I’ll just bet there’s worry. Again, this comes from that “anonymously” quoted source. It sounds like Zalmay Khalilzad. I’m guessing here. Khalilzad is the U.S. Ambassador to Iraq and Mr. Khalilzad is an extremely rare voice of almost reason among that Bush contingent of murderously insane foreign policy wankers. The Bush brain trust is fixing to “meet” (meat?) with Iraq Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Mr. al-Maliki is “allegedly” coming to Babylon D.C. on July 25, 2006. That is if al-Maliki can slip past the air police that Israel has committed to blowing the bejesus out of Lebanon. Mercy, those Israelis are a nasty bunch. There’s been reporting for sometime about Iraq being “divided” between the Sunnis, the Kurds, and the Shiite segments but, that reporting was always derided as fiction. Well, maybe that reporting wasn’t so fictitious. It appears that the Sunnis get a slice and the Kurds get a slice and the Shiite get the bigger slice and Baghdad gets sliced in half. “Iraq as a political project is finished.” So much for the illegal preemptive war of George bigger butcher Bush. Iraq gives every appearance of hanging meat waiting for the butcher to give the carcass a good whack with a meat ax. That would be shock and awe cleavage. What was the point? What was the point of slaughtering 500,000 innocent Iraqi men, women, and children? What was the point of raping the Iraqi women prior to the slaughtering drill? What was the point of spending 2500+ young American service personnel? What was the point of all the destruction? What about the torture? What about the illegal detentions? What about the Democrats in Congress? We all know about the Republicans in Congress? Murderous bastards! What about Sen. Joe ‘little butcher’ Lieberman? Now there’s a natural born killer if ever there was one. “Iraq as a political project is finished.” Well of course it is. The entire world could see that coming from about 600 yards back. However, the Iraq war turned quagmire turned civil war is far from finished. Not by a brutally massacred Iraqi civilian furlong. The race goes not to the swift or the strong but, to whomever is left standing holding a bloodied bag of body parts. Now there’s a prize. “You break it, you own it.”...Colin Powell (disgraced and retired U.S. Secretary of State) Such incendiary diplomatic foresight and horrific foreign policy. “Iraq as a political project is finished.” It would seem that Lebanon is up next for that “finished” political projection. Lebanon is finished as a political entity and as a place fit for human habitation. Mercy, those Israelis are a nasty bunch. Murderous at the drop of a yarmulke. The Israelis have certainly got that lying motif down pat. Kind of like George bigger butcher Bush. Weapons of mass destruction and Hizbullah attacks and the lies just get bigger and more grandiose by the minute. The killing remains mostly static. Bloodlust seems the engine of current political vogue.
