While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters Day 427

Friday 6-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 427th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Friday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.

The Israeli occupation army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 63, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area.

Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services.

A number of citizens were injured in the early morning hours when the Israeli forces bombed a group of Palestinians near the Al-Madkhal School east of Rafa'h city in the southern Gaza Strip.

The PIC reporter affirmed that Israeli tanks surrounded Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in the Bait Lahya project north of Gaza and used several Palestinian detainees as human shields to raid the hospital and demand those inside to gather in its yard.

A number of citizens were martyred this morning, Friday, as a result of the Israeli occupation forces bombing a residential block in the town of Bait Lahya.

Meanwhile, a number of citizens were killed this morning in an Israeli bombing of a residential area in Bait Lahya, while two citizens were killed in a similar attack on Al-Rafei' School, which shelters displaced people in Jabalya.

Three more citizens were killed in an Israeli air strike on Khirbet Al-'Adas, north of Rafa'h city.

The Israeli forces also blew up a large number of residential buildings in Gaza City and Rafa'h City, south of the Strip.

Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.

Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.

Another Palestinian detainee dies in Israeli custody

Friday 6-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

A Palestinian detainee died in Israeli custody on Thursday (December 5, 2024), marking the second death in Israeli prisons within 24 hours, prisoners’ affairs groups said.

'Alaa Marwan 'Hamza Al-Ma'hallawi, 42, from Gaza, died at Israel’s Assaf Harofeh Hospital after he was transferred from the Naqab (Negev) prison in November, the Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner Society said in a joint statement.

His death came one day after Mu'hammed Waleed 'Husain 'Ali, 45, from the West Bank, died a week after being kidnapped and transferred to the Jalamah interrogation center.

The statement said Al-Ma'hallawi was detained by Israel on Dec. 21, 2023. He had no chronic illnesses before his arrest, and was only suffering from a problem in one of his eyes, according to his family.

The two groups said that Al-Ma'hallawi, a father of four, was arrested on the same day his father was killed in Gaza.

The new death brought the number of Palestinian detainees who died in Israeli prisons since last year to 49, including 30 from Gaza, according to Palestinian figures.

Estimates put the number of Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons at around 10,300, but no information is available about the number of Palestinians detained by the Israeli army from Gaza.

Illegal Israeli settlers continue their attacks against Palestinians and their properties across West Bank

RAMALLAH, December 6, 2024 (WAFA) -

A group of the illegal Israeli extremist settlers Friday carried out a series of attacks against Palestinians and their properties across multiple West Bank areas, according to local and official sources.

According to the mayor of Silwad, Ra-id 'Hamid. dozens of colonists broke into Al-Burj area near Silwad, erecting tents, raising Israeli flags and displaying banners with racist slogans. This area is considered an archaeological site and is frequently encroached upon by colonists.

Another group of colonists attacked Palestinian residents in the Bireen area east of Yatta in the Hebron Governorate and threatened to expel them from the area to make way for colonial expansion.

Coordinator of the popular committees against the wall and settlements in southern Hebron, Ratib Al-Jubour, reported that the colonists attacked the home of a Palestinian resident, warning him and his family they would be expelled to facilitate the expansion of colonies.

In the meantime, Israeli occupation forces and colonists continued the expansion of the colony of Susiya, built illegally on Palestinian lands in the Masafir Yatta area, south of Hebron. Activists reported new construction activity at the colony’s site.

Meanwhile, colonists continued to plow dozens of dunums of land in the village of Jiftlik north of Jericho and the Jordan Valley. A'hmed Abu Ghanim, the head of the Jiftlik village council, informed WAFA that colonists have been working on land north of the village for the past week. This area, spanning over 100 dunums, is being prepared for seizure and cultivation, particularly for the cultivation of grapes.

Each year, as the rain-fed farming season nears, colonists begin plowing large swathes of Palestinian-owned land in different parts of the Jordan Valley. Colonists plant crops while preventing the rightful Palestinian owners from working in their fields.

Illegal Israeli settlers prevent Palestinian from grazing his livestock in northern Jordan Valley

JORDAN VALLEY, December 6, 2024 (WAFA) -

A group of the illegal Israeli extremist settlers Friday prevented a Palestinian young man from grazing his livestock in the Al-Farisiya area in the northern Jordan Valley, according to local sources.

Sources said that the illegal Israeli extremist settlers prevented a Palestinian resident from grazing his sheep near his family's tents in the Al-Farisiya area and forcibly kicked him out of the pastures.

The settler violence against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023.

Last summer, colonists stole citizens' tents and belongings, along with frequent raids on the community, particularly at night, instilling fear among residents, especially women and children.

The pastureland available to local livestock owners in the northern Jordan Valley has been severely reduced due to the colonists' takeover of lands.

Israel's Smotrich announces Israel will dismantle civil administration in West Bank

TEL AVIV, December 6, 2024 (WAFA) -

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich unveiled plans to shut down the Civil Administration in the West Bank, marking a key step in his broader plan to annex the West Bank to Israel.

Smotrich said the plan had been discussed with Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and was planned to be carried out during the presidency of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump.

"We have a significant opportunity alongside the new U.S. administration to create full normalization and bring government ministries here," Smotrich said, according to Yedioth Ahronoth, an Israeli daily newspaper in Tel Aviv.

Smotrich explained that work was underway to bring this vision to the table.

“I have also spoken with the designated Israeli ambassador to Washington, Yehiel Light, and we aim to achieve significant progress on this issue,” he stated.

“This is a vision for the Day of Reckoning, and we can achieve it,” said Smotrich.

The closure of the Israeli Civil Administration unit, which claims to provide civil services to approximately 250,000 Palestinians in Area C of the West Bank, is a crucial step in the Israeli government's plans to annex the West Bank.

Area C makes up 60% of the West Bank and falls under full Israeli military and administrative control, as per the Oslo Accords.

The largest since Oslo Accords, Israel confiscates 24,000 dunums (6,000 acres) in the West Bank

Friday 6-December-2024

NAZARETH, (PIC)

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich announced the confiscation of 24,000 dunums (6,000 acres) in the West Bank, classifying them as state lands.

Israeli Channel 14 said this announcement is a dramatic step, expected to affect regional planning and change the face of the region.

“At the right time, today we completed a complex process to announce 24,000 dunums (6,000 acres) of new state lands in the West Bank,” Smotrich said.

“This process creates a settlement sequence, builds land reserves for Israel to develop settlements, infrastructure and roads, and guarantees that we will continue to strengthen the settlements, and we are here to stay,” he added.

According to Channel 14, the settlement of Ma’ale Adumim east of occupied Jerusalem would be expanded by approximately 2,600 dunums to the south to create a settlement chain linked to the settlement of Kedar.

Other settlements such as Migdal Oz and Susya in the southern West Bank and Yafit in the Jordan Valley will also be expanded.

This declaration constitutes nearly half of the land declared since 1993 (about 50,000 dunums (12,500 acres) were declared as state land by last year), which makes the current move one of the largest land confiscations in recent decades, since the Oslo Accords.

'Hamas: Bombing Kamal 'Udwan Hospital shows Israel’s insistence on ethnic cleansing in Gaza

Friday 6-December-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement said bombing and storming Kamal 'Udwan Hospital shows Israel’s insistence on carrying out ethnic cleansing and forced displacement against Palestinians in northern Gaza.

In a statement on Friday, Hamas called on the World Health Organization to send an international committee to investigate the Israeli repetitive crimes against Kamal 'Udwan Hospital and the entire health system in Gaza.

It stressed that Israel’s storming of the Martyr Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, which led to the martyrdom of more than 30 people in addition to dozens of wounded and missing under the rubble, is an insistence on implementing its campaign of ethnic cleansing and forced displacement, and its criminal destruction of all life aspects in the northern Gaza, especially hospitals.

It also called on the international community, the United Nations, and its institutions to break its shameful silence towards Israeli brutal crimes and to take urgent measures to stop the ongoing violations of the Israeli occupation.

For its part, the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said that Israel is systematically working to forcefully put hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip out of service, through direct and repeated military targeting, imposing a stifling siege, and killing, injuring and arresting patients, the wounded and medical staff, while continuing its crime of forced displacement against all Palestinian residents in northern Gaza.

The Euro-Med Monitor reported in a statement on Friday that the Israeli occupation forces continued their military attacks against civilians in the Bait Lahya Project in northern Gaza early this morning, launching violent raids targeting homes and streets before besieging Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, which is still partially operating along with two other hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip.

It called on the International Committee of the Red Cross and the World Health Organization to take all necessary measures to reach hospitals in northern Gaza, secure the entry of medicines, medical supplies, food, and medical staff, and to assume their responsibilities to ensure the protection of patients, the wounded and medical staff, and provide them with humanitarian assistance.

The Euro-Med renewed its call to all states and the UN to implement their international legal obligations to stop the crime of genocide in the Gaza Strip, impose a comprehensive arms embargo on Israel, hold it accountable and punish it for all its crimes, and to take all effective measures to protect Palestinian civilians there, prevent their forced displacement and ensure their return to their areas of residence.

It also demanded the release of all Palestinian detainees who have been arbitrarily arrested and allow all forms of humanitarian food and non-food aid, especially life-saving aid, to enter quickly and without obstacles in a manner that meets the needs of all residents of the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas, and ensure the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation army from the entire Gaza Strip.

WHO: Gaza’s Kamal 'Udwan Hospital struck with ‘no warning’

Friday 6-December-2024

GENEVA, (PIC)

The World Health Organization (WHO) said that the Israeli army issued no warning for the strike on the Kamal 'Udwan Hospital that killed four of its medical staff.

WHO spokesman Richard Peeperkorn said “there was no official warning or evacuation order before the bombing of … the hospital, only rumors that spread panic.”

This comes just a week after the WHO facilitated the entrance of an Indonesian emergency medical delegation to the hospital for the first time in 60 days. The facility had run out of most supplies, including fuel.

Peeperkorn said the fact that the attack on the hospital had taken place after Israeli authorities had allowed the entry of the medical delegation was particularly troubling for the staff and patients.

“Within one week, they feel forced, scared, whatever, to leave,” Peeperkorn said at a Geneva news briefing. “That is extremely concerning and should never happen.”

The hospital was “minimally functional”, he said. According to the WHO, about 12,000 patients across Gaza need medical evacuation but only 78 have been evacuated so far.

Gaza’s Ministry of Health said the three main hospitals in northern Gaza are barely functioning and have been under repeated attack since Israel sent tanks into the northern town of Bait Lahya and nearby Bait 'Hanoun and Jabalya in October.

The ministry on Friday accused the Israeli military of committing a “war crime” in Kamal 'Udwan Hospital by perpetrating “all forms of killing and violence inside and around it.”

“The injured who remained inside are in critical condition and need immediate medical care,” it added.

Medical sources: Situation at Kamal 'Udwan hospital and its surroundings in northern Gaza is catastrophic

GAZA, December 6, 2024 (WAFA) -

Medical sources reported on Friday that the situation inside and around Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in Bait Lahya, in the northern war-torn Gaza Strip, has reached catastrophic levels. The hospital is overwhelmed with casualties, including four medical staff members who have been killed.

With only two inexperienced surgeons remaining to perform surgeries, they were forced to operate on 20 severely injured patients despite their lack of expertise, said a source at the scene.

The Indonesian medical team; the only medical staff left to perform surgeries, was forced to leave and head towards a checkpoint. With medical supplies nearly depleted, hundreds of injured individuals still await treatment.

According to the sources, the Indonesian medical team was the first to be forced to leave the hospital.

A source working inside Kamal 'Udwan Hospital said Israeli forces carried out a series of airstrikes on the northern and western sides of the facility, accompanied by heavy and direct gunfire. Soon after, two individuals entered the hospital with a loudspeaker and ordered the evacuation of all patients, displaced people and medical staff. They forcibly gathered everyone in the hospital yard and demanded their removal to a nearby checkpoint. The soldiers later returned, instructing that one companion per patient or displaced person be allowed to assist with the evacuation.

The source described the scene as shocking, noting the presence of hundreds of bodies and wounded individuals on the streets near Kamal 'Udwan Hospital. The source warned that the overall situation in northern Gaza, particularly around the hospital, was catastrophic.

Israeli forces struck the oxygen generators at Kamal 'Udwan Hospital last night, worsening an already critical situation. According to another source, medical services in northern Gaza have collapsed under the weight of continuous attacks.

The source further reported that Israeli forces are continuing to target Kamal 'Udwan Hospital and its surrounding area with drone strikes, severely affecting the already strained healthcare system in the Strip in blatant disregard of international laws and conventions.

The source confirmed that the situation in southern and central Gaza is equally critical.

UNICEF: The situation in northern Gaza is horrific

Friday 6-December-2024

GENEVA, (PIC)

UNICEF Communication Specialist Tess Ingram said that the situation in northern Gaza is “horrific,” stressing that the aggression against civilians must be stopped immediately.

Ingram said, in a statement issued on Friday, that all services have been disrupted due to the ongoing aggression for more than two months.

She explained that the continuous targeting of the civilian infrastructure and health system in the northern Gaza Strip has led to more civilian casualties, most of whom are children, due to the lack of health services or the complete closure of hospitals.

“Our colleagues have seen children searching for food due to extreme hunger and collecting plastic materials for heating.”

She concluded by saying that “the lives of children are threatened not only by bullets and shelling but also by the deteriorating living conditions.”

Israel launched a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, killing nearly 44,612 people, most of them women and children, and injuring over 105,834.

The second year of the genocide in Gaza has drawn growing international condemnation, with officials and institutions denouncing the attacks and blocking of aid deliveries as a deliberate attempt to destroy the population.

Last month, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Army Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
