This includes the accounted for deaths (44,875), those who are still missing under the rubble (an estimate of at least 10,000+).

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

 After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

‎New Israeli violation: Targeting a car in Al-Khardali and rising a martyr‎

‎Al-Mayadeen correspondent in southern Lebanon reported that an Israeli raid targeted a car in the Al-Khardali area, ‎‎and preliminary information indicated that a martyr was killed in this attack.‎

‎Meanwhile, Al-Mayadeen correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation army continued its bombing operations in the town of Kafr Kila, southern Lebanon. ‎

‎Earlier this week, ‎‎Al-Mayadeen‎‎ correspondent also reported the targeting of an Israeli march to the town of Khiam, which caused the rise of a martyr. Caretaker Prime Minister Najeeb Miqati commented on the Israeli violation, saying that "the countries sponsoring the ceasefire in Lebanon must present a clear position on the Israeli violations."‎

‎Al-Mayadeen‎‎ correspondent in southern Lebanon reported that an Israeli march targeted the town of Al-Khiyam today, causing the rise of a martyr. ‎

‎Caretaker Prime Minister Najeeb Miqati commented on the new Israeli violation, saying that "the countries sponsoring the ceasefire in Lebanon must present a clear position on the Israeli violations."‎

‎He added that "today's aggression on the tents is a described Israeli treachery, which violates all the pledges made by the parties that sponsored the agreement."‎

‎In this context, the Lebanese Army Command announced, on Wednesday evening, December 11, 2024, ‎‎Its units are stationed in 5 locations around the border town of Al-Khiyam‎‎, in Marji'youn district, Al-Nabatiya governorate, in coordination with UNIFIL, as part of the first phase of deployment in the area.‎

‎This was done in conjunction with the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation army from the area, after contacts made by the five-member supervisory committee, according to what the Lebanese Army Command confirmed in its statement.‎

Gaza death toll nears 44,900 after Israel kills 40 more Palestinians

At least 40 more Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours, bringing the overall death toll since last year to 44,875, the Health Ministry in the enclave said on Friday.

A ministry statement added that some 106,454 others have been injured so far in the ongoing assault, now in its second year.

“Israeli forces killed 40 people and injured 98 others in three massacres of families in the last 24 hours,” the ministry said.

“Many people are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads, with rescuers unable to reach them,” it added.

Israel launched a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip following a cross-border attack by the Palestinian group 'Hamas on Oct. 7, 2023.

The second year of genocide in Gaza has drawn growing international condemnation, with officials and institutions denouncing the attacks and blocking of aid deliveries as a deliberate attempt to destroy the population.

On Nov. 21, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its deadly war on Gaza.

Israeli genocidal war on Gaza enters Day 434

In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 433rd consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Friday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.

The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalya and Bait Lahya, has entered day 70, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area.

Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services.

The Israeli warplanes bombed a house in the vicinity of Abu Shabak Clinic on Jaffa Street north of Gaza City, without reporting any casualties.

The Israeli army also blew up a number of houses in the Bait Lahya project north of the Gaza Strip.

A citizen was killed in an Israeli drone strike east of Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Photographer Shadi Al-Salfeeti and another young man were also killed in an air strike near the industrial area in the center of Gaza City.

Since the early morning hours, the Israeli army has been carrying out bombing operations against several houses in the vicinity of Abu Qamar station in Jabalya refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

The Israeli gunboats bombed the western areas of Al-Nusayrat camp in the central of the Strip at dawn Friday, amid artillery shelling north of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp.

The Rafah Municipality said that the Israeli forces are deliberately turning Rafa'h city in the southern Gaza Strip into an uninhabitable area.

Several people were also injured in an Israeli attack on a residential house in the vicinity of the A'hmed Yaseen Mosque in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp.

Three people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on two tents housing displaced people in the Qizan Al-Najjar and Jourat Al-Lut areas, south of Khan Younus city in the southern Gaza Strip

Earlier Thursday, the Israeli occupation army committed a horrific, brutal massacre by bombing a residential area in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, killing at least 33 people and leaving more than 84 missing and injured.

Many injured people arrived at the Al-'Awda and Al-Aqsa Martyrs hospitals, while nearby homes were severely damaged during the attack.

The Palestinian Civil Defense said that its crews recovered the bodies of 15 people and 8 wounded after the bombing of the “Sheikh Ali” family house in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Several people were also killed and injured in an Israeli attack on the Qizan al-Najjar and Jourat al-Lut areas in Khan Younus.

The Israeli warplanes bombed a house in Al-Shaikh Radhwan neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City.

Professor 'Abdul Salam Abu Zayida, Dean of Graduate Studies at Al-Aqsa University, and his wife were killed in an Israeli bombing in Gaza City.

‎Martyrs and wounded in Israeli raids on Jabalya and Gaza ‎

A number of citizens were killed and injured, on Friday evening, in a raid launched by the Israeli occupation warplanes on a house in the town of Jabalya, north of the Gaza Strip.‎

‎According to local sources, Israeli warplanes bombed a house belonging to the Abu Warda family in Jabalya Al-Balad, resulting in a number of martyrs and injuries.‎

‎The Israeli occupation issued new "evacuation orders" to citizens southeast of the town of Jabalya.‎

‎Israeli ‎‎warplanes also launched a series of raids on neighborhoods in Gaza City, and blew up a number of houses ‎‎ in ‎‎the area of Abu Al-Jidyan roundabout in Bait Lahya in the northern Gaza Strip, in conjunction with artillery shelling targeting the area.‎

‎Earlier, four civilians were killed and eight others were injured when Israeli warplanes bombed a house and a gathering of citizens in Gaza City.‎

‎According to medical sources, three civilians were killed and five others were wounded when Israeli warplanes bombed a house in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of the city.‎

‎A citizen was also killed and three others were injured when the occupation shelled a gathering of citizens in Al-Sabra neighborhood, south of the city.‎

‎The Israeli occupation forces burned an ambulance in front of the gate of the Martyr Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, knowing that the occupation fired on the same vehicle and disabled it a few days ago. The occupying forces also burned a house next to the hospital.‎

‎Israeli tanks fired shells and bullets northwest of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, while the Israeli occupation forces continued to blow up a number of residential buildings inside Al-Junaina neighborhood, east of Rafa'h, in the southern Gaza Strip.‎

‎The stormy winds accompanied by rain led to the sinking and uprooting of a large number of IDP tents, especially near the shores of the Gaza Strip.‎

‎The Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip by land, sea and air since the seventh of October 2023, resulting in the death of 44,875 citizens, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 106,454 others, in an infinite toll, as thousands of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them.‎

IOFs set fire to an ambulance in Gaza

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) set fire to an ambulance at the entrance to Kamal 'Udwan Hospital, which they had targeted last Saturday.

Last Saturday, an Israeli air strike targeted the ambulance near Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in northern Gaza.

Footage, that went viral on social media, depicted the Israeli forces firing on the ambulance near the hospital.

The ambulance driver was injured during the attack, which completely damaged it.

Ambulance use in northern Gaza has become increasingly rare amid ongoing Israeli attacks.

Most ambulances are now inoperable due to repeated strikes and acute fuel shortages, leaving only one or two operational vehicles near the hospital.

Disabled Palestinian killed by IOFs gunfire in Al-Khalil village

A Palestinian young man with disabilities was killed on Friday afternoon during an Israeli military incursion into the town of Bait 'Awa, west of Al-Khalil.

The director of Dura Governmental Hospital, Mohamed Rabi, said that the young man who was identified as Mu'hammed A'hmed Masalma, 23, was brought to the emergency department with critical gunshot wounds to the chest, before he was then pronounced dead.

Local sources explained that Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) stormed the town, and fired live bullets randomly towards citizens, leading to the injury, then the martyrdom of the young man.

Meanwhile, the IOFs arrested another young man, Meethaq Masalma, from the town during the incursion.

Palestinian injured in IOFs Nablus raids

A Palestinian citizen was shot and injured at dawn Friday after the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) stormed Nablus in the northern West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society stated that the injured young man was transferred to the hospital, suffering from gunshot wounds.

The IOF also broke into Balata, 'Askar, and Al-'Ain refugee camps, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes amid heavy use of live bullets, sound, and tear gas bombs.

Earlier Thursday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested a father and his son after storming several local homes in Sebastya town, northwest of Nablus.

Also in Nablus, a Palestinian young man and a child were injured on Thursday evening as clashes erupted in Bait Foureek.

In Jenin, armed clashes erupted between the resistance and the occupation army forces in Qabatya in the city of Jineen, north of the occupied West Bank.

In Jenin, armed clashes broke out in Qabatya town, while a family was forced to evacuate its home in Jalboun village.

In al-Khalil, the IOFs forced their way into Bait 'Awwa town, west of the city.

Local sources said that the IOFs stormed the town and raided for the second time the house of prisoner 'Izz Salama Al-Masalma and took measurements of the house which houses 20 people.

Meanwhile, a group of the illegal Israeli Jewish settlers threw stones at Palestinian vehicles, near the town of Teqou', southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem).

The Israeli occupation forces also arrested a citizen and his son from the village of 'Harmala, southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem).

Israeli occupation forces detain Palestinian youth after severally assaulting him in the old city of Al-Khaleel (Hebron)

Al-Khaleel (Hebron), December 13, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces detained a Palestinian young man on Friday evening after assaulting him in the Old City of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to a local activist.

Activist Arif Jabir said Israeli forces stopped a Palestinian in the Jabir neighborhood, violently beat him and then transferred him to a nearby detention camp.

The activist, a resident of the Jabir neighborhood, noted that Israeli forces regularly stop young men in the area, search their phones and fabricate reasons to assault or detain them.

Nine incidents were documented this week in which young men were stopped, assaulted and detained by the Israeli forces after their phones were confiscated.

He expressed serious concerns about the escalating violence by Israeli forces and colonists against Palestinian residents in the Old City and its surrounding neighborhoods.

Israeli forces also closed the Al-Shuhada Street checkpoint, which leads to the Tel Rumsida area, barring residents from entering or exiting the area.

Illegal Israeli settlers uproot trees owned by Palestinians east of Nablus

NABLUS, December 13, 2024 (WAFA) -

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers Friday night uprooted trees belonging to Palestinians in the village of Khirbet Tana east of Bait Foureek, east of Nablus, according to a local activist.

Coordinator of the popular campaign to defend Tana lands, Tha-ir 'Hanani, told WAFA that he and several farmers were attacked by the illegal settlers, held captive for over an hour and forced to leave the area.

The illegal Israeli settlers also stole the farmers’ equipment.

When 'Hanani and the farmers returned to the site later that night, they discovered that the illegal Israeli settlers had uprooted several almond, grape and banana trees. Additionally, the fence surrounding the land had been destroyed.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian Bedouin community near Aree'ha (Jericho)

Aree'ha (Jericho), December 13, 2024 –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers Friday night attacked the Arab Al-Mulai'hat Bedouin community, located northwest of Aree'ha (Jericho), according to a local official.

'Hasan Mulai'hat, head of Al-Baydar Association for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, told WAFA that a group of colonists launched an assault on the Bedouin gathering in the Al-Mu'arrajat area, however, residents fended off the attack and forced colonist to leave the area.

Israeli occupation forces and colonists have escalated their attacks on Palestinian Bedouin communities. These assaults led to the displacement of five Bedouin communities, comprising 18 families and 118 individuals, during the first half of the year.

This is in addition to 24 other communities, consisting of 266 families (1,517 people), that were forcibly displaced since October 7, 2023, according to the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission.

IOFs seize 55 dunums of Palestinian land north of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission said the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) seized 54.79 dunums of Palestinian citizens’ lands in the towns of Qatanna and Biddu, northwest of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

The Commission explained, in a statement on Thursday, that the lands confiscated were classified as “state lands”, adding that the confiscation aims to expand the “Har Adar” settlement built on Palestinian citizens’ lands in the towns of Qatanna and Biddu.

The seized lands are located behind the racist separation wall built on the lands of the two towns, through which the IOF have prevented Palestinians from reaching their lands in these areas for more than 20 years in preparation for seizing them for settlement expansion.

The Commission pointed out that 2024 witnessed the most severe and dangerous Israeli violations including military evacuation and demolition orders in favor of land confiscation and settlement expansion.

UN Humanitarian Coordinator raises alarm over Gaza's escalating humanitarian crisis

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), December 13, 2024 (WAFA) -

The UN Humanitarian Coordinator for the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Muhannad Hadi, expressed deep concern on Friday over the rapidly worsening security and humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, stating that civilians are bearing the brunt of the ongoing conflict.

Hadi highlighted the devastating impact of recent Israeli airstrikes, which have resulted in significant civilian casualties, including women and children.

He condemned the attacks undermining UN aid convoys, describing them as unacceptable and life-threatening for those in desperate need.

He reaffirmed the UN’s commitment to supporting Palestinians, emphasizing the urgent need for a ceasefire, safe aid delivery and international action to protect civilians and address the root causes of the conflict.

He stressed that the UN is working around the clock to deliver vital aid to families in Gaza who have been left with nothing after enduring 14 months of war.

Hadi called for adherence to principles of distinction, proportionality and precautions in all military actions.

UNRWA's Lazzarini: Israel’s ban on UNRWA aims to strip Palestinian refugees of their right to return

NEW YORK, December 13, 2024 (WAFA) -

Philippe Lazzarini, the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), stressed on Friday that Israel’s efforts to eliminate the relief agency’s operations are aimed at stripping Palestinian refugees of their right to return.

In a press interview, Lazzarini emphasized that the true motivation behind Israel’s campaign against UNRWA was not the alleged issues regarding several members of the agency’s staff, but rather the objective of stripping Palestinian refugees of their right to return.

On Oct 28, 2024, the Israeli Knesset passed bills banning the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) from operating in Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem.

The laws prohibit any UNRWA activities and ban it from operating any representation, providing services, or conducting any activities, directly or indirectly, within the territory of Israel.

Additionally, Israel, as the occupying power, notified the United Nations of its decision to terminate the 1967 agreement between Israel and UNRWA. These laws are set to come into effect at the end of January 2025.

PGMO calls on the UN to stop the bloodshed in Gaza

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in the Gaza Strip said the Israeli occupation army has committed a horrific massacre by bombing a residential square in the Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in Central Gaza.

The PGMO said, in a statement on Friday, that the Israeli massacre has led to the martyrdom of 33 people, the majority of whom were from Al-Shaikh 'Ali family, in addition to more than 84 missing and injured people, most of them are children, women and elderly.

The Office affirmed that the Israeli occupation army hit the residential buildings despite knowing well that they were inhabited by dozens of civilians including displaced women and children.

The massacre came “in line with the Israeli systematic campaign to destroy the health system in the Gaza Strip,” the PGMO added.

The PGMO condemned the heinous Israeli massacre and charged the Israeli occupation authorities, the US administration, and the countries involved in the crime of genocide, especially the UK, Germany, and France, with responsibility for the continuation of the crimes of ethnic cleansing, annihilation, and genocide being committed against civilians in the Gaza Strip.

The Office called on the international community and all international organizations to pressure Israel to stop the crime of genocide and the bloodshed in the Gaza Strip.

Euro-Med: IOFs deliberately targets medical teams to destroy health system in Gaza

The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) deliberately target medical teams in the northern Gaza Strip in an attempt to completely destroy the health system and impose deadly living conditions, killing the Palestinians and depriving them of accessing life-saving medical care.

In a statement on Thursday evening, the Euro-Med said, “We documented the targeting of Dr. Sa'eed Jouda on Thursday afternoon when he was killed while heading from Kamal 'Udwan Hospital to the Al-'Awda Hospital to treat some cases.”

The statement highlighted that Dr. Jouda was martyred by a quadcopter drone attack that hit him in the head, which means his killing was deliberate, noting that he was the last orthopedic doctor in the northern Gaza Strip.

Last Sunday, the IOFs killed the paramedic 'Ali Al-Qarra, in the vicinity of Kamal 'Udwan Hospital in the Bait Lahya Project.

The Israeli occupation army has targeted Kamal 'Udwan Hospital more than 20 times in the past ten days, injuring a number of medical staff, patients and their companions.

The human rights group warned that the occupation army is working systematically in a repetitive pattern to target the few medical staff remaining in northern Gaza, which exacerbates the difficulty of providing health services to tens of thousands of civilians who have been under siege for 69 days.

This comes while civil defense and ambulance crews have been banned from fulfilling their duties for 51 days.

Since October 7, 2023, about 1,057 Palestinian medical staff and more than 135 scientists and academics have been killed by the IOFs, according to the Euro-Med.

'Hamas: Paraguay’s embassy move to Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) violates international law

'Hamas Movement said that the decision by the President of Paraguay, Santiago Peña, to relocate his country’s embassy to Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) represents a blatant violation of the rights of the Palestinian people to their land and eternal capital.

Hamas emphasized in a statement on Friday that this step violates international law and United Nations resolutions, which consider Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) as occupied Palestinian territory.

The Movement called on the Paraguayan government to reverse this decision, align itself with the values of justice and humanity, and support the rights of the Palestinian people who face acts of extermination and the Judaization of their land and holy sites, particularly Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Paraguay opened its embassy in Jerusalem for the first time in May 2017 but later closed it and reopened it in Tel Aviv based on a decision by its former Foreign Minister Luis Alberto Castiglioni in September 2018, who justified the move as aimed at supporting efforts to achieve a just and sustainable peace in the Middle East.

In 2018, the United States was the first country to move its embassy to Jerusalem, followed by other countries such as Guatemala, Kosovo, and Honduras.

However, the majority of countries in the world refuse to move their embassies to Jerusalem, adhering to the international stance that considers this an implicit recognition of Israel’s declaration of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) as its capital, which is viewed as a step that undermines the two-state solution and excludes the rights of Palestinians in East Jerusalem as the capital of their future state.
