While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about the transliteration of Arabic terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic nams as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Israeli Genocidal War on Gaza, through Denying Water, Food, Medicine, Fuel, and Electricity

“Amount of water trickling into Gaza is a drop in the ocean compared with desperate level of need” – Action Aid – Palestine

RAMALLAH, Monday, October 30, 2023 (WAFA) -

Coordinator of Advocacy and Communication for Action Aid-Palestine, Riham Ja'fari, said that the amount of water trickling into Gaza is a drop in the ocean compared with the desperate level of need, stating that: “Families may face death by dehydration as the world watches.”

She said that Action Aid is in communication again with its staff and partners following Friday’s blackout. “They are telling us that the situation is catastrophic, scarcity of water is becoming life-threatening, and people are dehydrated and becoming sick. Many can’t access clean water for drinking and resort to drinking salty or unclean water.”

“Access to safe water and basic sanitation is a legal entitlement. All essential aid, including water, food, medicine, and fuel must be allowed into Gaza immediately and in sufficient quantity before people start to die from dehydration or disease. For as long as it continues, the deprivation of goods and services essential for life potentially constitutes collective punishment of the people of Gaza; this would be a serious violation of international humanitarian law.”

Action Aid maintained that at a bare minimum, people need 3 liters of water to drink per day and not become dehydrated. In Gaza right now, this tiny amount is no longer available, and many are resorting to drinking dirty or salty water. On top of this families are unable to clean themselves, their clothes, or flush toilets and the risk of deadly waterborne and other infectious diseases spreading is growing by the minute.

An Action Aid staff member in Gaza described the horrific situation stating: “Sadly, nowhere is safe in the Gaza strip, with no access to water or electricity. As a woman, I’m suffering. I don’t have access to the basic necessities of life. There is no water. I suffered during my period. There was no water available for me to get clean from my period blood. I couldn’t provide sanitary pads for my own needs throughout my period.”

Lack of water and the threat of waterborne diseases could cause a health catastrophe for hundreds of thousands of people and an alarming threat to the lives of pregnant and breastfeeding women and their newborn children, who are struggling to produce the milk they need to feed their babies and keep them alive, said a statement issued by Action Aid.

A mother sheltering in a UN school told Action Aid: "The water we drink is not suitable for human consumption. I mean, even animals can’t drink it. But we have no other choice, this is the only available water. We need to drink. We will die anyway, but our children cry and scream because of hunger and thirst."

Once again, "Action Aid" called on world leaders to employ all available means to stop the ground offensive and air strikes, ensure a ceasefire is in place, de-escalate the violence, and protect civilians, particularly women and children. “The time for action is now.”

Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

500 casualties in a new Israeli massacre in Gaza

GAZA, (PIC) +-

Israeli warplanes bombed the densely-populated Jabalya refugee camp in northern Gaza Strip on Tuesday killing 100 civilians and wounding 400 in a preliminary estimate.

Dozens remain under the rubble of the destroyed buildings, medical sources said.

The health ministry spokesman said that the casualties in the Jabalia massacre might exceed those murdered in the shelling of the Ma’madani (Baptist) Hospital.

Local sources said that the warplanes fired 20 missiles and huge American-made bombs on a residential block that contains 20 houses, destroying them completely over the heads of their occupants.

Iyad Al-Buzom, the interior ministry spokesman, said that the Israeli warplanes dropped at least six bombs on the camp, each one weighing more than 1,000 kilograms. He added that the majority of those killed were women and children.

More than 120,000 citizens inhabit the Jabalya refugee camp, whose total area is 1.4 square kilometer.

The death toll in Gaza rises to 8,525, including 3,542 children, says the Palestinian Health Ministry

October 31, 2023

GAZA, (PIC) +-

At least 8,525 Palestinians, including 3,542 children and 2,187 women, have been killed in the ongoing Israeli strikes on Gaza since October 7, the Palestinian health ministry said on Tuesday. An additional 21,543 Palestinians have been wounded.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Ashraf Al-Qudra, confirmed that 18 massacres have been carried out in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, resulting in the killing of 216 people.

926 massacres have been carried out in the Gaza Strip, he said, leading to thousands of martyrs, while 2,000 of them are still under the rubble, including 1,100 children.

He asserted that 15 hospitals and 32 primary care centers have become out of service, and 25 ambulances have been bombed. 130 health personnel have also been killed in the attacks.

Al-Qudra pointed out that the Israeli occupation is still threatening the Turkish Friendship Hospital, urging Turkish President Recep Erdogan, not to allow the Turkish humanitarian landmark in Gaza to be destroyed.

He further said that the Israeli warplanes repeatedly targeted the vicinity of Al-Quds Hospital and the Indonesian Hospital.

He also called on Egypt to open the Rafa'h land crossing before the entry of medical aid, fuel, and medical delegations.

Israeli Genocidal Atrocities in Gaza Never Seen Before, Says MSF

October 31, 2023

GAZA, (PIC) +-

Médecins sans frontiers (MSF) or Doctors Without Borders reiterated its call on Monday for an immediate ceasefire in the besieged Gaza Strip to prevent more deaths and allow the entry of desperately needed humanitarian supplies.

MSF said in a statement: “Northern Gaza is being razed to the ground, but the entire Strip is also being bombed. There is no safe place in Gaza for civilians to take shelter.”

“The UN General Assembly resolution calling for a humanitarian truce has done nothing so far to rein in the widespread and indiscriminate violence against civilians in Gaza. The international community must take stronger action to stop the bloodshed,” it added.

“People are being killed and forcibly displaced from their homes, and water and fuel are running dangerously low. Atrocities are being committed on a scale never before seen in Gaza,” MSF added.

Hospitals are running out of medical supplies. Earlier this week, Dr. Mohammed Obeid, an MSF surgeon in Gaza, described the situation as following: “Hospitals are flooded with patients. Amputations and surgeries are being carried out without proper anesthesia. And morgues are flooded with dead bodies.”

The medical organization also underlined that the communication blackout has limited the ability of doctors to coordinate their work and help large numbers of patients who were seeking medical treatment. The fuel cut off also left thousands of the trapped people under the rubble as well as pregnant women and the elderly unable to seek desperately needed help. MSF lost contact with most of its workers due to the communication blackout.

“Across Gaza, the number of injured people in need of urgent medical assistance far exceeds the capacity of the health system, which currently has around 3,500 beds. According to the local Ministry of Health, more than 7,760 people have been killed and 21,400 people have been injured in Gaza since October 7. So many victims in such a short time are unheard of, even compared with previous large-scale Israeli offensives,” MSF said.

“Health facilities such as Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, where some MSF staff continue to work, are overwhelmed with patients. Israeli military orders to evacuate hospitals across northern Gaza are dangerous and inhumane,” it added.

The medical humanitarian organization stated that “As of Friday night, Al Shifa Hospital was at full capacity with patients seeking medical treatment, and tens of thousands of others seeking safe shelter. Under international humanitarian law, patients, health workers, and health facilities must be protected at all times.”

For his part, MSF International President Dr. Christos Christou said: “Helpless people are being subjected to horrific bombing. Families have nowhere to run or to hide, as hell is unleashed on them. Water, food, fuel, medical supplies, and humanitarian aid in Gaza need to be urgently restored. We need a ceasefire now.”

Christou underlined that “the entire population of Gaza, more than 2.2 million people, are suffering under the Israeli siege. This is collective punishment, which is prohibited under international humanitarian law.”

He affirmed that Israeli authorities continue to prevent the entry of fuel into Gaza, which is essential for powering hospitals as well as the desalination plants that produce clean drinking water.

“Prior to October 7, between 300 to 500 supply trucks crossed into Gaza every day, where most people were already dependent on humanitarian aid due to a years-long blockade. Since the Rafa'h border crossing reopened on October 21, only 84 aid trucks have entered Gaza, according to the UN humanitarian agency. This is a vastly inadequate response to the constant and growing needs in Gaza,” he explained.

“We are ready to increase our aid capacity in Gaza. We have teams on standby ready to send medical supplies and to enter Gaza to support the emergency medical response, as soon as the situation allows it. But as long as the bombing continues with the current intensity, any effort to increase medical aid will inevitably fall short,” Dr. Christou concluded.

427 higher education students, 12 members of school staff killed in Palestine since start of Israeli aggression on Gaza on October 7 - Ministry

RAMALLAH, Monday, October 30, 2023 (WAFA) -

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research said today that 427 students and 12 members of the school’s staff in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank have been killed since the start of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, pointing out that 85% of the fatalities were recorded in the Gaza Strip.

In a statement, the ministry explained that the actual number of fatalities is likely to be higher as a result of the occupation’s round-the-clock bombardment and massacres and the presence of large numbers of victims who are still trapped under the rubble in the Gaza Strip.

The ministry indicated that 11 higher education buildings were completely or partially damaged, including nine in the Gaza Strip and two in the West Bank.

It pointed out that the entire educational process was disrupted in 19 higher education institutions in the Gaza Strip, which deprived 88,000 students of receiving their education since the start of the aggression.

In addition, there has been a disruption of face-to-face learning in all 34 higher education institutions in the West Bank, which serve more than 138,800 students, as a result of the difficulty and danger of commuting due to the occupation’s checkpoints and continuous attacks.

The ministry explained that there are hundreds of students and university staff detained in the West Bank, in addition to thousands of wounded in the Gaza Strip, whose numbers cannot yet be determined due to the critical field conditions.

It noted that the information and numbers included in the present statement are constantly changing and rising due to the continued aggression against the Strip and the attacks in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

The head of the Farkha village council, Mustafa 'Hammad, explained that Israeli bulldozers from Al-Ras colonial outpost are continuing bulldozing for the third day in a row to implement a colonial plan and build a new road in Al-Batin area to connect it to Al-Matwi area northwest of the village, with the aim of facilitating the colonists’ access to these areas.

He pointed out that the construction of the road aims to seize and control hundreds of dunams for the benefit of establishing colonial projects, calling on the competent local, international and legal institutions to protect the region and support their efforts to preserve it from seizure.

'Hammad stated that the area being bulldozed and seized by the occupation is approximately 1,400 dunams, noting that there is a water spring in it, covering 25-30% of the village’s water needs.

A number of Bedouin families live in the area, and the colonists are constantly pursuing them in an attempt to remove them from the place, he added.
