While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic nams as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Letter to US Congress members notifying them of their potential legal liability for supporting genocide

WASHINGTON, Saturday, November 4, 2023 (WAFA) -

The National Lawyers Guild, Palestine Legal, and the Center for Constitutional Rights yesterday sent a Notice & Demand Letter to all US congressional representatives notifying them of their potential legal liability for aiding, abetting, inciting, or conspiring to commit genocide through congressional acts, in particular with respect to the emergency military funding package to Israel.

“We understand that you will be voting on the emergency military funding package to Israel.  We write to notify you of the legal liabilities of voting for that package, and to demand that you vote against the military assistance package,” said the letter.

“The aid package will provide funds to Israel to, inter alia, support its ongoing genocide of, and war crimes against, Palestinians who are confined to the Gaza Strip, and to support apartheid and ethnic cleansing, and the underlying crimes of forcible transfer and deportation, in the West Bank. As the United States is a signatory to both the 1949 Geneva Conventions and the Genocide Convention, it has an obligation to respect and ensure respect for the obligations in those international treaties, including to prevent the commission of genocide and to prevent and punish the commission of grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions – not aid and abet them.”

The letter instructs, "Please take notice that should you vote in favor of that package, you risk facing criminal and civil liability for aiding and abetting genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity under international law, and may face investigation and prosecution at the International Criminal Court, and in third-states under the principle of universal jurisdiction."

Palestinian Health Minister says international silence is encouraging Israel to indulge in genocide of Palestinians

RAMALLAH, Saturday, November 4, 2023 (WAFA) –

Palestinian Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kaila, said today that Israel, in its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, is blatantly disregarding international humanitarian law and international human rights law.

Minister Al-Kaila explained that the international community's silence in the face of these atrocities serves as a green light for Israel to further trample on Palestinian blood and indulge in the genocide of Palestinians without facing any consequences or being held to account.

"The Israeli occupation army has extended its massacres to hospitals and their surroundings without any intervention from the international community," Al-Kaila said in a press statement. "Countries that should be upholding international law have failed in their duty to do so."

She emphasized that the Israeli occupation "is intentionally targeting hospitals and their surroundings, in addition to bombing the power generators of these medical facilities. This is a calculated move meant to inflict maximum harm on the citizens of the Gaza Strip and cause the greatest number of casualties."

The Minister of Health stated that "Israel's bombing of civilian crowds in front of Al-Shifa Hospital, Al-Quds Hospital, Indonesian Hospital, and Al-Nasr Hospital constitutes a war crime that the world must confront."

"Immediate action is required to halt these flagrant violations of international law," Al-Kaila demanded, calling for "an end to the policy of double standards and selectivity in terms of support and condemnation."

"All the laws designed to protect medical and ambulance teams have been violated by the Israeli occupation, meaning that these teams are deliberately targeted and attacked with the intent to kill both doctors and patients."

UN Secretary-General ‘horrified’ by Israel’s strike on an ambulance convoy at Shifa Hospital in Gaza

NEW YORK, Saturday, November 4, 2023 (WAFA) –

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said last night that he was “horrified” by an Israeli airstrike against an ambulance convoy transporting wounded children outside Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, killing and wounding dozens of people, mainly children.

“I am horrified by the reported attack in Gaza on an ambulance convoy outside Al Shifa Hospital. The images of bodies strewn on the street outside the hospital are harrowing,” said Guterres in a statement, adding, “Now, for nearly one month, civilians in Gaza, including children and women, have been besieged, denied aid, killed, and bombed out of their homes. This must stop.”

The UN chief said the humanitarian situation in Gaza is horrific. “Not nearly enough food, water and medicine are coming in to meet people’s needs. Fuel to power hospitals and water plants is running out. UNRWA shelters are at nearly four times their full capacity and are being hit in bombardments. Morgues are overflowing. Shops are empty. The sanitation situation is abysmal. We are seeing an increase in diseases and respiratory illnesses, especially among children. An entire population is traumatized. Nowhere is safe.”

Guterres renewed his appeal for a humanitarian ceasefire.

“International humanitarian law must be respected. Civilians and civilian infrastructure, including humanitarian and medical workers and assets must be protected. Civilians must also not be used as human shields. Essential supplies and services and unimpeded humanitarian access must be safely allowed into and across Gaza at a scale commensurate with this dramatic situation,” he said, calling on all those with influence to exert it “to ensure respect for the rules of war, end the suffering and avoid a spillover of the conflict that could engulf the whole region.”

UNRWA Director in Gaza says UN flag is not enough to protect Palestinians seeking refuge in UN buildings

GAZA, Friday, November 3, 2023 (WAFA) -

UNRWA Director in Gaza, Thomas White, said today via a video call that the UN flag is no longer enough to protect Palestinians seeking refuge in UN buildings.

“We cannot even provide them safety under a UN flag,” said White in reference to the approximately 600,000 people who are seeking refuge in UN buildings in the Gaza Strip, including schools.

He said that more than 50 UN facilities were damaged by Israeli shelling, including five that were directly targeted, which so far resulted in the killing of 38 people who sought refuge there.

He expressed his fear that this number would rise "significantly," especially in the northern Gaza Strip, as the agency affirmed that it has lost contact with many centers.

He further noted that 72 UNRWA staff were killed since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Strip on October 7.

"The reality is we've lost contact with many of the shelters in the north," said White addressing representatives of member states on the humanitarian situation there.

"These are people seeking shelter under a UN flag seeking protection under international humanitarian law," stressing, "Let's be very clear, there is no place that is safe in Gaza right now."

Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

Gaza Holocaust: Death toll surges to 9,488

November 4, 2023, GAZA, (PIC) +-

The death toll in Gaza has reached 9,488 including 3,900 children and 2,509 women in addition to 24,158 injuries since the start of the Israeli aggression on 7 October, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

Spokesman for the health ministry Ashraf Al-Qidra said in a press conference Saturday afternoon that Israeli occupation army has carried out 10 massacres over the past hours, leading to the killing of 231 Palestinians in Gaza. 70% of the martyrs were women and children, he added.

He affirmed that 2,200 missing have been reported including 1,250 children who are still under the rubble.

Some 150 of the medical staff have been martyred with 57 ambulances destroyed, 105 health facilities targeted, and 16 hospitals knocked out of service, he added.

“Hospitals in Gaza have been overcrowded with the injured including people with severe and critical cases. We have been losing many of them every day,” Al-Qidra said.

Death toll across Palestine surges to 9,572, over 26,000 wounded

RAMALLAH, Saturday, November 4, 2023 (WAFA) –

In the wake of the devastating Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank, the death toll has surged to at least 9, 572, with over 26,000 individuals wounded, the Ministry of Health said in an update this afternoon.

The Ministry said in a statement that the number of deaths in the Gaza Strip has reached 9,425, while the death toll in the West Bank also surged to 147. In addition, the ministry said, 25,000 Palestinians have been injured in Gaza, and nearly 2,200 others in the West Bank.

As of October 29, said the ministry, it's been reported that approximately 1,950 Palestinians, including at least 1,050 children, are missing, and they may be trapped or dead under the rubble, awaiting rescue.

Of the 35 hospitals in Gaza, 16 are currently out of service due to the Israeli bombing campaign and the depletion of fuel reserves.

The shortage of fuel has left doctors with no choice but to perform surgeries without proper anesthesia, including those who have been injured in the airstrikes and women undergoing cesarean sections.

Since October 7, Israeli authorities have prevented patients in Gaza from leaving the territory to seek treatment in hospitals in Jerusalem and inside the 1948-occupied lands, including around 2,000 patients suffering from cancer.

Ma'rouf: Israel deliberately targets the essentials of life in Gaza

November 4, 2023, GAZA, (PIC) +-

Israel has deliberately targeted and bombed all life-sustaining facilities in the city of Gaza in the past few hours, Salama Marouf, head of the Government Media Office, said.

Ma'rouf said, in a press statement on Saturday, that Israel focused its bombing on solar energy projects and electricity generators that supply power to institutions or citizens' homes, especially in the areas surrounding Al-Shifa Hospital.

He pointed out that Israeli air strikes targeted the generator of Al-Wafa Hospital, the generator that supplies media institutions on Al-Wahda Street, and the generator that supplies several restaurants on the same street. The Israeli aircraft also bombed solar energy projects on several buildings and residential structures, as well as above the Amal Institute for orphans and other civil institutions.

He stated that these attacks coincide with the Israeli bombing of gatherings of citizens in front of Al-Shifa, Al-Quds, Al-Nasr, and the Indonesian hospitals, in a deliberate crime against these health facilities and the displaced civilians seeking refuge in them.

Marouf emphasized that “this savage criminal holocaust against our people, our land, and our resources, which Israel has been carrying out for 29 days, sparing no one and not stopping at any prohibitions or red lines, and disregarding international law, is a natural result of the shameful position of the international community and its United Nations organizations.”

He added that this international system has been unable to stop this “Nazi holocaust or alleviate the humanitarian catastrophe by providing the basic needs and essential livelihood supplies for our people in the Gaza Strip.”

GAZA, Saturday, November 4, 2023 (WAFA) –

An Israeli airstrike today at a school where thousands of Palestinians were seeking refuge from the barbaric Israeli war on Gaza killed and injured dozens of people, according to WAFA correspondent.

On the 28th day of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, generators, water tanks hit as the massacres continue

GAZA, Saturday, November 4, 2023 (WAFA) –

Dozens of people were killed and injured as Israel continues its carnage and massacres for the 28th day in the besieged Gaza Strip, targeting generators, specifically the main generator providing electric power to Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, solar panels on buildings, and water tanks serving entire neighborhoods.

After targeting the entrance to Shifa Hospital yesterday killing dozens of civilians, mainly children, and also firing missiles at ambulances getting ready to transport wounded people to get treatment in Egyptian hospitals killing dozens, the Israeli warplanes attacked the hospital’s generator that was providing it with the vital and life-saving electric current, setting it on fire and rendering it out of service.

Warplanes also attacked solar panels on rooftops providing solar energy to buildings and homes in light of the cut in the electric power to the entire Strip.

They also attacked a water tank serving neighborhoods east of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip destroying it in total to make sure no water reaches the people in the devastated Gaza Strip.

Israeli navy ships shelled fishing boats, setting them on fire and destroying them.

The warplanes also attacked people fleeing the north of the Gaza Strip and going south, as they were instructed by the Israeli army, killing at least 14 people, mainly women and children, walking on the coastal Rashid Street.

Meanwhile, four people were killed and many others injured in a missile attack at the Najjar family home in Khan Younus, in the south of the Gaza Strip.

Latest figures say 196 Palestinians were killed in Gaza in the last two days, bringing the total killed since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7 to 9,257, including 3,826 children.

At the same time, the Turkish Friendship Hospital, the only cancer treatment hospital in the Gaza Strip, has stopped working due to attacks and lack of fuel leading to the death of at least four cancer patients.

The Health Ministry said 16 out of 35 hospitals have stopped functioning due to being targeted by the Israeli warplanes and lack of fuel.
