While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic nams as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Dozens of human rights groups demand the world stop arming Israel

November 13, 2023, GAZA, (PIC) +-

Over 113 international and Arab organizations have called on countries that provided and continue to provide arms and other forms of military assistance to Israel to adhere to their legal obligations and act resolutely and urgently to prevent Israel from perpetuating further crimes, genocide and other serious violations of international law.

In a joint statement, the organizations called on these countries to cut off all arms transfer to Israel, stressing that providing arms or military support to Israel could make those countries complicit in Israel’s actions and facilitate its war crimes against Palestinians.

The statement also emphasized that since the launching of its large-scale retaliatory military offensive on Gaza on 7 October 2023, the Israeli military has carried out indiscriminate, disproportionate, and other unlawful attacks against civilian infrastructure causing widespread civilian casualties, including through the use of internationally-banned weapons and white phosphorus.

It asserted that “nowhere is safe in Gaza. Palestinian civilians in the besieged Gaza Strip, including a million children, are trapped in dire conditions under almost constant bombing, where they have no access to safe shelter, food, water, electricity, or fuel.”

“The complete siege of Gaza coupled with unfeasible evacuation orders and forcible population transfers, is a violation of international humanitarian and international criminal law”, the statement added.

The organizations expressed concern about reported news of targeting medical personnel, journalists, hospitals, schools, mosques, churches, bakeries, telecommunication infrastructure, and allocated areas as safe corridors.

The human rights groups underlined that many of these acts may amount to war crimes, crimes against humanity and other grave violations of international law, including incitement to commit acts of genocide.

The organizations also condemned the Israeli escalation of its repression and collective punishment against the Palestinian people, which has affected the West Bank, including Occupied Jerusalem, where the Israeli occupation forces and settlers killed 158 Palestinians, including 45 children since October 7.

“Furthermore, the Knesset’s National Security Committee continued with “the government’s broader plan to arm Jewish Israeli civilians”, by loosening Israel’s gun control and reportedly making an additional 400,000 Jewish-Israelis eligible to have a license for guns,” the joint statement highlighted.

The human rights groups said that imposing a two-way embargo on transfers of military items to and from Israel is a kind of legal and moral obligation, demanding that all countries should put an end to and denounce imports of arms and surveillance technology from Israel. They called on signatories to the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) to cooperate within relevant international and regional organizations to impose a two-way embargo on transfers of military items to and from Israel.

They also called on all countries to call for an immediate ceasefire, the unconditional and unimpeded access of fuel and humanitarian aid, including water, food, and medical supplies, into the Gaza Strip to alleviate the dire humanitarian crisis, and the immediate lifting of the 16-year-long illegal blockade and closure on the enclave.

They urged the US, the UK, Germany, Canada, Italy, the Netherlands and other countries that authorize the continued transfer of arms, and other forms of military support to Israel to immediately bring an end to such transfers in accordance with their international law obligations and immediately halt the provision of any materiel, equipment or other commodity that may foreseeably be used in the commission of serious international law violations including international crimes.

They asked the transit countries, as well, to refuse to have their ports and airports used for transferring arms to Israel.

Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

MoH: Israel's aggression on Gaza/West Bank claims lives of 11,360 Palestinians so far

GAZA, Monday, November 13, 2023 (WAFA) –

The Palestinian Ministry of Health (MoH) said on Monday that the number of Palestinians who were killed by Israel has jumped to 11,360 as a result of the ongoing aggression since October 7th and until last Sunday evening in the Gaza Strip, while the number of wounded has reached 28,200.

It indicated that among the dead were 4,609 children, 3,100 women, and 678 elderly people.

In the West Bank, the number of slain Palestinians rose to 180, and the wounded to 2,700, as of Monday afternoon.

The ministry explained in its daily report, which covers the period from October 7th until Sunday evening that it's difficult to collect information with the loss of communication, but it stated that 3,250 citizens are still missing or under the rubble, including 1,700 children.

It said that six premature babies and nine patients in Al-Shifa Hospital died because fuel ran out and hospital departments were out of service as a result of it being directly targeted and besieged.

The Ministry of Health recorded the death of 202 health personnel and 36 members of the Civil Defense, while more than 130 were wounded, as 60 ambulances were damaged, including 53 that were completely out of service.

The number of hospitals out of service has now reached 25 out of 35 hospitals in the Gaza Strip, and 53 out of 72 primary health clinics, due to running out of fuel or bombing.

The health ministry said that the bombing operations around Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City intensified since November 11, as vital infrastructure was targeted, including the oxygen station, water tanks and well, cardiovascular department facilities, and the maternity ward, noting that three nurses were killed, adding that while many displaced people and some staff and patients were able to exit, others remained trapped inside, afraid to leave or physically unable to do so.

15 patients died inside Al-Shifa Medical Complex due to the outage of electricity and medical consumables, including six newborn babies.

The sick and wounded cannot reach Al-Shifa Medical Complex, whereas many of them lost their lives either due to bleeding or because they did not receive any medical intervention, as there is no drinking water or food in the hospital for neither the patients nor the staff, in addition to what they are suffering from.

10,000 oncology patients who were being treated at Al-Ranteesi and Al-Turki Hospital are at risk of death, after the occupation expelled them from the hospitals.

Gaza: Israel’s genocide enters day 38

November 13, 2023, GAZA, (PIC) +-

For the 38th consecutive day Monday, Israel’s massive carnage continues to claim more lives in the Gaza Strip as its army persists in targeting civilians systematically.

Since last night, hundreds of citizens have been martyred and many others have been wounded in renewed waves of aerial and artillery attacks on different areas of Gaza.

On Sunday evening, the health ministry in Gaza estimated that the death toll neared 12,000 martyrs, mostly women and children, while the number of the wounded citizens climbed to over 28,200.

According to the latest developments, the Israeli occupation army launched several aerial attacks on Monday morning on the area around the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza.

According to director of the hospital Kamal 'Udwan, there are more than 5,000 displaced civilians inside the Indonesian Hospital in Bait Lahiya, with no one being able to leave.

Israeli warplanes reportedly bombed a concrete block factory and the nearby cemetery of Bani Suhaila in eastern Khan Younus, south of Gaza.

Warplanes also bombed the police station in Shaikh 'Hamad City and a house near al-Amin Mosque in Khan Younus. A number of casualties have been reported.

Other Israeli attacks targeted Shaikh Radhwan neighborhood and Al-Jala street in Gaza City, with no reported casualties.

Israeli aerial and artillery attacks also targeted homes and facilities in different areas of the Strip, especially in Gaza City, last night and on Monday morning.

Meanwhile, dozens of families are stranded in their homes in western areas of the Gaza Strip, where Israeli incursions happened, and some of them have martyrs and wounded relatives, according to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter.

The PIC reporter said that the stranded families in western Gaza launched appeals for their evacuation from their homes.

On day 38 of Israeli aggression on Gaza, dozens killed and wounded as siege of the hospitals continues

GAZA, Monday, November 13, 2023 (WAFA) -

Dozens of people were killed and injured on the 38th day of Israel’s barbaric aggression on the Gaza Strip while thousands of people are still trapped in the hospitals in Gaza City, suffering from lack of food, water and medical supplies.

WAFA correspondent said the occupation warplanes bombed Al-Rimal, Tel Al-Hawa, al-Tuffah, the Shaikh Ajlin neighborhoods west of Gaza City, and Beach refugee camp, killing and wounding dozens of civilians, without ambulances being able to reach them due to being surrounded by tanks.

Meanwhile, the occupation warplanes continued their raids and bombardment in the vicinity of the hospitals, where they completely destroyed the cardiovascular department building in the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, and tens of thousands of displaced, wounded, and sick people are still trapped there after being besieged for the fourth day in a row, amid a complete outage of electricity, water, and food.

According to the Ministry of Health, 12 patients have died inside Al-Shifa Medical Complex so far due to the outage of electricity and medicines, including two premature babies.

All 3,000 oncology patients who were being treated in Al-Ranteesi and the Turkish hospitals were now left to die after the occupation expelled them from the hospitals, in light of warnings of a real humanitarian catastrophe due to the absence of basic services.

WAFA correspondent said those trapped inside the Al-Shifa Complex sent a distress call to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and international organizations urging them to provide milk and diapers for the infants who suffer from a lack of the most basic necessities of life and the inability of the hospital to provide them their basic needs.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society said Al-Quds Hospital in Gaza City was out of service and completely stopped working yesterday due to the depletion of fuel and a power outage.

A total of 23 out of 35 hospitals have completely stopped operating, and the occupation forces are still besieging many hospitals, preventing entry or exit for medical staff, paramedics, and patients.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has resulted in more than 11,078 deaths, including 4,506 children and 3,027 women, in addition to the injury of 27,490 others, the majority of whom are women and children.

Gaza: 17 other patients died at Al-Shifa Hospital

November 13, 2023, GAZA, (PIC) +-

Medical sources in Gaza announced on Monday the death of 17 patients at Al-Shifa Hospital after oxygen devices stopped working due to the depletion of fuel needed to run the facility’s electric generators.

A reporter for WAFA news agency, who is currently at Al-Shifa Hospital, said that another premature newborn, two intensive care patients and 14 others from different departments died on Monday morning.

The new deaths brought the toll at the hospital within 48 hours to 32 people, including six premature babies and nine intensive care patients.

Al-Shifa Hospital is still encircled by Israeli tanks and armed drones that target anyone moving indoors and outdoors. It is also impossible to evacuate the facility in the presence of more than 60 intensive care patients, over 36 premature newborns and over 500 dialysis patients.

Earlier today, the health ministry in Gaza said that seven sick and injured citizens died at Al-Shifa Hospital, which is under Israeli siege for the third consecutive day.

Spokesman for the ministry Ashraf al-Qudra told Al Jazeera satellite channel on Monday morning that the death toll among civilians suffering from injuries and patients climbed to 20 martyrs.

Spokesman Qudra added that “36 premature babies are at risk of dying after the fuel supplies used for the facility’s generators have run out.”

Al-Shifa Hospital has been under Israeli siege and attack for three days, with no ambulances leaving or coming to it or anyone moving between its sections, according to the spokesman.

The spokesman affirmed that the hospital had to coordinate with the Red Cross before transferring the premature newborns to another section for their safety.

He also said that Israeli tanks arrived at one of the hospital’s gates that is located on the side leading to the intensive care department, which had been bombed several times.

There are 650 stranded patients and wounded people inside Al-Shifa Hospital, in addition to hundreds of medical and administrative staff and thousands of displaced people (between 6,000 and 7,000), including children, women and elderlies. They have no water or food, and cannot leave the facility.

Premature baby, two intensive care patients at Al-Shifa Medical Center die due to lack of oxygen

GAZA, Monday, November 13, 2023 (WAFA) –

A premature baby and two intensive care patients at the besieged and bombarded Al-Shifa Medical Center in Gaza City have died today because of a lack of oxygen due to a depletion of fuel that runs the hospital's electric generator, said medical sources.

With the death of these patients, the death toll rose within 48 hours to 15, including six premature babies and nine intensive care patients.

Al-Shifa Medical Center, the largest hospital in the Gaza Strip, is still under full Israeli military siege as soldiers and drones target anyone who moves in its vicinity.

Currently, there are more than 60 patients in intensive care, more than 30 infants in the premature and nursery ward, and more than 500 patients in the hospital’s dialysis department.

UNICEF, UNFPA, and WHO Regional Directors call for immediate action to halt attacks on health care in Gaza

CAIRO/AMMAN, Sunday, November 12, 2023 (WAFA) -

The regional directors of the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) called for urgent international action to end the ongoing Israeli attacks against hospitals in Gaza.

They expressed horror at the latest reports of attacks against and in the vicinity of Al-Ranteesi Children's Hospital, Al-Shifa and Al-Quds Hospitals, and others in Gaza City and in the north, killing many civilians, including children. They stressed that Intense Israeli attacks surrounding several hospitals in northern Gaza are preventing safe access for health staff, the injured, and other patients.

Premature and newborn babies on life support are reportedly dying due to power, oxygen, and water cuts at Al-Shifa Hospital, while others are at risk. Staff across several hospitals are reporting a lack of fuel, water, and basic medical supplies, putting the lives of all patients at immediate risk, they stressed in a joint statement.

Over the past 36 days, WHO has recorded at least 137 Israeli attacks on health care in Gaza, resulting in the killing of 521 and the injury of 686 others, including the killing of 16 members of the health staff and the wounding of 38 others.

It said that Israeli attacks on medical facilities and civilians are unacceptable and are a violation of International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law and Conventions. “They cannot be condoned. The right to seek medical assistance, especially in times of crisis, should never be denied.”

More than half of the hospitals in the Gaza Strip are closed. Those still functioning are under massive strain and can only provide very limited emergency services, lifesaving surgery, and intensive care services. Shortages of water, food, and fuel are also threatening the well-being of thousands of displaced people, including women and children, who are sheltering in hospitals and their surroundings, said the joint statement issued by Adele Khodr, UNICEF Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa; Ahmed Al-Mandhari, WHO Regional Director for the Eastern Mediterranean, and Laila Bakr, Regional Director of the United Nations Population Fund for the Arab States.

“The world cannot stand silent while hospitals, which should be safe havens, are transformed into scenes of death, devastation, and despair. Decisive international action is needed now to secure an immediate humanitarian ceasefire, prevent further loss of life, and preserve what’s left of the health care system in Gaza. Unimpeded, safe, and sustained access is needed now to provide fuel, medical supplies, and water for these lifesaving services,” the statement said.

GAZA, Sunday, November 12, 2023 (WAFA) –

Israeli warplanes continued tonight to bomb the vicinity of Al-Shifa Hospital, west of Gaza City, targeting anyone moving outside the hospital.

WAFA correspondent, who is currently at Al-Shifa Medical Complex, said that the hospital is still under the occupation’s drone and artillery attacks, which target anyone who moves in its vicinity with bullets and missiles.

He added that five buildings of the Al-Shifa Hospital were bombed by the occupation aircraft and artillery after they shelled and destroyed the old cardiac department building on the western side of the complex.

As a result of the ongoing Israeli bombing and the depletion of fuel, five premature babies have died due to a lack of oxygen or fuel to run the generator to power the incubators. Seven people receiving treatment at the hospital were also killed.

According to the International Committee of the Red Cross, there are difficulties in evacuating Al-Shifa Medical Complex, as there are more than 60 patients in intensive care, over 40 premature infants, in the incubation departments, and more than 500 patients in the dialysis departments.

Earlier today, the occupation aircraft targeted the western and northern areas of Gaza City, namely Shaikh Radhwan, Tel Al-Hawa, Al-Karamah Towers, Al-Maqousi, Shaikh 'Ijleen, Al-Rimal, and Al-Nasr.
