While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic nams as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Israeli crimes are multiplied, genocide, siege, and starvation

November 10, 2023, GAZA, (PIC) +-

Israel is committing acts of insane revenge against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, in an attempt to regain its lost dignity, which was destroyed and tarnished by the Al-Qassam Brigades on October 7th.

The ruling gangs of the Israeli entity spare no effort and do not hesitate in using the dirtiest, filthiest methods to erase the image of the historic memorable Saturday (the day the Al-Aqsa Flood battle started), deliberately engaging in killings and committing heinous war crimes in the hope of restoring their lost image.

Starvation war
Since the beginning of Israel’s aggression on Gaza, it has adopted a policy of starvation and thirst against the population of the Strip, along with a scorched earth policy that destroys homes and residential neighborhoods with their inhabitants inside, on top of their residents heads.

The Israeli airstrikes targeted bakeries and their surroundings throughout the Strip, while the remaining bakeries are unable to operate due to fuel and flour shortages.

Salama Ma'rouf, the head of the Government Media Office in Gaza, said, "There are no working bakeries now in the governorates of Gaza and northern Gaza after 12 bakeries were targeted."

In a brutal policy, Israel isolates the city of Gaza and its north from the south of the Strip, which is also facing various difficulties as Israel continues to bombard poultry farms, agricultural lands, and farmers.

Israel also prevents the supply of food and all humanitarian supplies, including fuel, through the sole commercial crossing of Karm Abu Salim (Kerem Shalom) and the Egyptian Rafa'h crossing.

The World Food Program has warned that "more than a million people are suffering from hunger in Gaza, with food and water supplies running out."

Estimates by the international organization Oxfam earlier indicated that only about 2% of the required food has been delivered to feed the people of Gaza since October 7th.

The organization added that "almost everyone is now suffering from food insecurity, which means they do not know for certain where their next meal will come from."

International appeals
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor stated that Israel has recently escalated the "starvation war" as a tool of subjugation.

The director of the Monitor pointed out that they are currently documenting cases of children who doctors believe have died due to severe dehydration caused by hunger.

Cindy McCain, the executive director of the World Food Program, called for expanding humanitarian assistance to Gaza as vital food supplies reach critically low levels.

McCain emphasized that at present, parents in Gaza do not know if they can feed their children today, and they do not even know if they will live until tomorrow.

On the other hand, the director of nursing activities in Doctors Without Borders stated that the people of the Gaza Strip are dying of hunger, without exaggeration.

All appeals, up to this moment, have fallen on deaf ears in the face of international paralysis that is unable to act and provide urgent food and medical aid.

A cry for living consciences
Children from the Gaza Strip called on the world to stop the "starvation, genocide, and displacement" they are subjected to by Israel, stressing the need to hold the "killers" accountable.

This call came during a press conference held by Palestinian children in the presence of local media outlets in front of Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza, which is repeatedly targeted by Israeli shelling.

A'hmed Jibreel, the spokesman for the Palestinian Red Crescent, considered that Israel is pursuing "a systematic approach to killing, either through shelling with massive bombs, diseases, or hunger."

Former President of the United Nations Regional Office for Humanitarian Affairs, Iyad Nasr, confirmed that starving civilians and failing to provide essential supplies constitute a grave violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention, and those involved in this context will be held accountable, regardless of the time that passes.

UN General Assembly passes vote affirming Palestinian sovereignty over their natural resources

NEW YORK, Thursday, November 9, 2023 (WAFA) –

The UN General Assembly's Committee on Economic and Financial Questions (Second Committee) has voted in favor of a resolution affirming the sovereignty of the Palestinian people over their natural resources.

The resolution affirms the permanent sovereignty of the Palestinian people in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and of the Arab population in the occupied Syrian Golan over their natural resources.

The resolution also calls on Israel, the occupying power, to cease the exploitation, damage, cause of loss or depletion and endangerment of natural resources in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and in the occupied Syrian Golan.

The resolution affirms that Israel's construction of the apartheid wall and settlements in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, constitutes a violation of international law, and deprives the Palestinian people of their natural resources, calling on Israel to abide by the legal advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice relating to the illegitimacy of the apartheid wall.

The resolution also reaffirms the call made by the UN Security Council in its resolution 2334, which urges states to distinguish between the territory of the State of Israel and the Israeli-occupied Palestinian territories.

Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

Death toll across Palestine surges to 11,208, over 29,500 wounded

RAMALLAH, Friday, November 10, 2023 (WAFA) –

In the wake of the devastating Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank, the death toll has surged to at least 11,208, with over 29,500 individuals wounded, the Ministry of Health said in an update this evening.

The Ministry said in a statement that the number of deaths in the Gaza Strip has reached 11,025, while the death toll in the West Bank also surged to 183. In addition, the ministry said, 27,000 Palestinians have been injured in Gaza, and nearly 2,500 others in the West Bank.

As of October 29, said the ministry, it's been reported that approximately 2,700 Palestinians, including at least 1,500 children, are missing, who may be trapped or dead under the rubble.

Of the 35 hospitals in Gaza, 19 are currently out of service due to the Israeli bombing campaign and the depletion of fuel reserves.

The shortage of fuel has left doctors with no choice but to perform surgeries without proper anesthesia, including those who have been injured in the airstrikes and women undergoing cesarean sections.

Since October 7, Israeli authorities have prevented patients in Gaza from leaving the territory to seek treatment in hospitals in Jerusalem and inside the 1948-occupied lands, including around 2,000 patients suffering from cancer.

Israeli Missiles Target Hospitals In Gaza, Killing And Wounding Dozens Of Palestinians

 IMEMC, NOV 10, 2023

Israeli warplanes fired missiles, in the predawn hours of Friday, at several medical facilities in the Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including children.

Israeli warplanes fired missiles at the outpatient clinics in the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City, where tents for thousands of displaced people are set up, in addition to one for journalists, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including many children.

Mu'hammed Abu Silmiya, director general of Al-Shifa Hospital, told the Qatar-based Al-Jazeera, that the Israeli missiles “This led to a lot of casualties, including critical injuries. It could have been a massacre in this place because of the number of people in this complex”.

The Israeli Air Force also fired missiles at the Rantisi Children’s Hospital, igniting a fire, and earlier missiles targeted the gate at the nearby Al-Nasr Children’s Hospital, leading to dozens of casualties.

Mustafa Ka'hlout, the Director of the Rantisi Hospital, said the Israeli tanks have been surrounding the medical facility since Thursday, and added that the hospital is approaching a disaster as it is unable to provide even basic medical services, and called on international organizations to intervene.

In Bait Lahiya, in the northern part of Gaza, the occupation launched a series of airstrikes in the vicinity of the Indonesian Hospital, killing several Palestinians and wounding others.

An Israeli airstrike near the Al-'Awda Hospital in Jabalya, in northern Gaza, injured a Palestinian paramedic, another airstrike targeted an area close to the Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.

According to the bombing injured a volunteer paramedic and damaged two ambulances, rendering them out of service.

It is important to mention that hospital directors in the northern part of the Gaza Strip have stated that hospitals in the area are dangerously close to shutting down due to a lack of fuel and urged the international community to facilitate medical supplies and fuel into the besieged and devastated Gaza Strip before a “major disaster” occurs.

Palestinian Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kaila, urged the United Nations to immediately intervene to force the occupation to cease the bombing of hospitals in the coastal enclave.

The Israeli strikes against the Al-'Awda hospital struck many facilities and wards, including the children’s ward.

Al-Kaila added that bombing health facilities is a war crime that must be stopped at once and called on the international community to perform its duty to protect the hospitals and medical crews.

The Ministry of Health, on Thursday, announced that the occupation regime has killed at least 10812 Palestinians, including 4412 children and 2918 women, and injured more than 26,000 in the Gaza Strip, in the 34 days of excessive bombing and shelling.

More than half the homes of the Gaza Strip have been destroyed or damaged by Israeli missiles and shells.

Speaking to Al-Jazeera tv, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the spokesperson of the Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip, said “Israel is now undertaking these dangerous steps against the hospitals to put them completely out of commission and subsequently displace the people sheltering in them, as well as the patients and medics.”

Israeli occupation regime forces intensify attacks on hospitals in Gaza, civilian casualties reported

GAZA, Friday, November 10, 2023 (WAFA) –

Overnight and into the early hours of Friday, Israeli occupation regime forces continued their relentless assault on hospitals and ambulances in the Gaza Strip, causing multiple casualties and raising concerns about the deteriorating humanitarian situation under Israel's ongoing aerial and ground offensive in Gaza.

The Al-Shifa Medical Complex in western Gaza faced heavy bombardment, targeting tents set up for displaced families and a tent designated for journalists. The assault resulted in the tragic murder of six civilians, with several others sustaining injuries.

Subsequent attacks led to the murder of another civilian and the injury of a child at the maternity hospital in the Al-Shifa Medical Complex.

Meantime, two civilians were murdered and others were injured in an airstrike on the Old Gaza Street in the northern Gaza Strip.

Additionally, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that Israeli warplanes carried out intense airstrikes near the Al-Quds Hospital in Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, where medical teams, patients, and over 14,000 displaced individuals were seeking refuge.

Furthermore, Israeli occupation forces targeted the Rantisi Children's Hospital in western Gaza, causing a fire in its facilities. Earlier, an airstrike hit the gate of the Al Nasr Children's Hospital, adjacent to the Rantisi Hospital, resulting in the murder of two and injuries to others.

The Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza, housing tens of thousands of wounded, sick, and displaced individuals, also fell victim to a series of brutal Israeli airstrikes, causing additional casualties.

The attacks inflicted severe damage on the hospital facilities, creating panic among civilians who had rushed to the site in an attempt to seek shelter.

In the vicinity of the Al-'Awda Hospital in northern Gaza, a medic sustained injuries during an Israeli airstrike, leading to the withdrawal of two Palestinian Red Crescent ambulances from service.

Hospital directors in Gaza and northern Gaza have emphasized that only a few hours remained before the hospitals would be forced to cease operations due to the run out of fuel and medical supplies.

They pleaded with the international community to act swiftly to ensure the entry of medical supplies and fuel before a major catastrophe unfolds.

35 days of Gaza holocaust: Hospitals bombarded and the genocide continues

November 10, 2023, GAZA, (PIC) +-

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) continued to commit massacres and the genocide war in the Gaza Strip, as their brutal aggression entered its 35th consecutive day on Friday. They carried out hundreds of airstrikes, targeting residential areas and hospitals, while also conducting ground incursions from various axes, following a burned-earth policy, but facing fierce resistance.

The PIC correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation aircraft had continued to launch more airstrikes on various parts of the Gaza Strip since midnight until Friday morning. These airstrikes included the destruction of homes and repeated bombardment of hospitals, along with ongoing artillery shelling and the use of white phosphorus bombs. There were also clashes in the infiltration axes.

The IOF committed two massacres this morning in the Jabalya camp by bombing two houses, resulting in 10 martyrs, as well as several injured and missing individuals.

Hospital Bombardment
The IOF bombed the maternity hospital at the Al-Shifa Medical Complex this morning, after previously bombing a car near the journalists' tent in the complex's courtyard after midnight, which resulted in injuries, including a young man who had his leg amputated.

Additionally, Israeli aircraft targeted the Rantisi Children's Hospital, starting a huge fire, and heavily bombed the vicinity of the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza, as well as the vicinity of Al-Quds Hospital in Tel Al-Hawa.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Ashraf Al-Qudra, stated that the bombardment caused fires in cars at the Rantisi Children's Hospital, and the fire spread to the injured patients' wards. He noted that the displaced people present at the hospital, along with the medical teams, managed to control the fire.

He underlined that the hospital is now relying on water tanks and only the Intensive Care Unit for children is operational. He warned that continuing this situation for hours without intervention from the international community would lead to a catastrophe.

He explained that the hospital accommodates more than 6,000 displaced persons, injured individuals, and medical teams, including 25 children in the Intensive Care Unit.

The Government Media Office affirmed that the Israeli occupation's targeting and bombing of hospitals is a criminal madness that has never happened in history, deliberately targeting healthcare facilities and committing massacres within them.

It emphasized that what is happening to hospitals is a natural result of the international community's and its organizations' failure to fulfill their duty in protecting these civilian facilities.

The IOF also bombed an apartment near the Banda Mall in central Gaza starting a fire in it.

Meanwhile, the invading forces continue their ground incursions in several axes of the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern and central governorates. Fierce clashes and epic battles are being waged by the resistance heroes, led by the Al-Qassam Brigades, who have announced the destruction of more than 140 army vehicles during these battles.

Since October 7th, the occupation forces have been carrying out a holocaust in the Gaza Strip through air, land, and sea attacks, resulting in more than 40,000 martyrs, missing, and injured Palestinians, as a form of revenge against Palestinian civilians.

This brutal barbaric aggression has also led to the complete or partial destruction of more than 220,000 housing units, forcing 1.5 million people to be forcibly displaced from their homes. Furthermore, water, electricity, food, and medicine supplies have been cut off, resulting in a war of starvation and thirst unprecedented in human history.

Amnesty: Horrifying cases of torture of Palestinian detainees

November 10, 2023, NEW YORK, (PIC) +-

Israeli authorities have dramatically increased their use of administrative detention, a form of arbitrary detention, of Palestinians across the occupied West Bank; extended emergency measures that facilitate inhuman and degrading treatment of prisoners; and failed to investigate incidents of torture and death in custody over the past four weeks, Amnesty International said on Thursday.

Since 7 October, Israeli forces have detained more than 2,200 Palestinian men and women, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Club.

Between 1 October and 1 November, the total number of Palestinians held in administrative detention, without charge or trial, rose from 1,319 to 2,070.

Testimony from released detainees and human rights lawyers, as well as video footage and images illustrate some of the forms of torture and other ill-treatment prisoners have been subjected to by Israeli forces over the past four weeks. These include severe beatings and humiliation of detainees, including by forcing them to keep their heads down, to kneel on the floor during inmate count, and to sing Israeli songs.

“Over the last month we have witnessed a significant spike in Israel’s use of administrative detention – detention without charge or trial that can be renewed indefinitely – which was already at a 20-year high before the latest escalation in hostilities on 7 October. Administrative detention is one of the key tools through which Israel has enforced its system of apartheid against Palestinians. Testimonies and video evidence also point to numerous incidents of torture and other ill-treatment by Israeli forces including severe beatings and deliberate humiliation of Palestinians who are detained in dire conditions,” said Heba Morayif, Amnesty's Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa.

The soldiers stormed and ransacked dozens of homes across the West Bank and interrogated scores of Palestinians before abducting at least ninety.

Among the abducted Palestinians, twenty-eight young men were taken from their homes in several parts of the Hebron governorate, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.

In addition, illegal paramilitary Israeli settlers attacked many Palestinians while picking their olive trees in Masafir Yatta, south of Hebron, and forced them to leave their lands, in addition to preventing dozens of farmers from entering their olive orchards in the Tiwana nearby village.

The colonizers also attacked many villages and Bedouin communities in Masafir Yatta, destroyed the main waterline, providing sixteen communities with the needed water for their homes and lands, and punctured the tires of many cars.

Also, fourteen of the abducted Palestinians were taken from their homes in several parts of Bethlehem governorate, while many colonizers invaded Kisan village, east of the city, and gathered near Palestinian homes while chanting “Death To Arabs” and “Death To Palestinians.”

The Israeli army has now abducted at least 2400 Palestinians, including many children and women, in several parts of the occupied West Bank since October 7, 2023.

On Friday dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded the ‘Aida refugee camp north of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, fatally shot Mu'hammed Ali 'Iziyya, 17, and abducted several Palestinians from the refugee camp and nearby towns.

Early Friday dawn, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed the death of Laith Mu'hammed Bakir Nasasra, 21, whom Israeli soldiers shot in Bait Fureek town, east of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part, bringing the number of slain Palestinians in the West Bank for 19 in 24 hours.

Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers

Illegal Israeli settlers assault olive pickers in Masafir Yatta

HEBRON, Friday, November 10, 2023 (WAFA) –

Illegal Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation regime army, attacked Palestinian farmers today during their olive harvest in the Masafir Yatta region, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

Witnesses told WAFA that the illegal Israeli settlers assaulted farmers from the Rajabi family in the Bireen area in Masafir Yatta while they were picking olives, forcing them to leave their lands.

The attackers not only targeted the olive harvesters but also prevented citizens from accessing their lands in the nearby village of Al-Tuwani.

Assaults by Israeli settlers on Palestinian farmers during the olive harvest season, a critical economic activity for many Palestinian families, is a recurring issue in the West Bank.

The presence of the illegal Israeli settlers, often accompanied by military protection, creates an atmosphere of tension and poses a threat to the livelihoods of Palestinian farmers who rely on the success of the season for their livelihoods.
