While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of David, Solomon, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

 MAR 23, 2023

On Thursday dawn, undercover Israeli occupation soldiers killed a young Palestinian man in the Izbat Shoufa area in Tulkarem, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said undercover soldiers infiltrated the Shoufa area and surrounded a home before killing Amir Emad Abu Khadija, 25.

The Israeli occupation army claimed Amir exchanged fire with the undercover officers who attempted to abduct him before they shot him dead.

The army also alleged that Amir was involved in several shooting attacks against Israeli colonizers and soldiers.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said Amir was shot in the head and suffered skull fractures, brain hemorrhaging, and several gunshot wounds to his lower extremities before his body was moved to Thabet Thabet governmental hospital.

The Palestinians in Tulkarem declared a commercial strike to mourn the slain young man.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Injure Five Palestinians Near Ramallah

 MAR 19, 2023

On Saturday, Israeli occupation soldiers injured five Palestinians during the funeral procession and a slain young man near Ramallah, in the central part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said the soldiers invaded Ni’lin town, west of Ramallah, and attacked the funeral procession of a slain young man, Sofian Khawaja, 29, whom Israeli soldiers shot and killed near the entrance of Ni’lin, on March 20, 2020, and the army only allowed the transfer for his body to his family, Friday.

Media sources said the soldiers attacked the Palestinians with live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.

They said the soldiers shot three young men with live rounds and caused dozens to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

In Nabi Saleh village, northwest of Ramallah, the soldiers shot two Palestinians with live fire during protests after the army invaded the village.

It is worth mentioning that the Palestinians also held a funeral procession for the slain Palestinian, Yazan Omar Khasib, 23, whom Israeli soldiers killed on Friday, near the Beit El military roadblock, at the northern entrance of Ramallah.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Kill A Palestinian Near Ramallah

 MAR 17, 2023

On Friday evening, Israeli occupation soldiers killed a young Palestinian man near the Beit El military roadblock, at the northern entrance of Ramallah, in the Ramallah and Al-Biereh governorate, in the Central West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the Palestinian General Authority of Civil Affairs informed it that the soldiers killed Yazan Omar Khasib, 23, at the western entrance of Beitin village.

It added that the Israeli occupation army refused to allow Palestinian medics to approach the young man before taking his corpse away.

More than an hour after he was killed, the General Authority of Civil Affairs received Yazan’s corpse and took it to Palestinian Medical Complex in Ramallah.

The soldiers also closed roads and installed roadblocks, preventing the Palestinians from crossing.

It is worth mentioning that Yazan is from Qaffin town, north of Tulkarem in the northern West Bank, but his family lives in Ramallah city.

His death brings the number of slain Palestinians since the beginning of this year to 89, including 17 children and one woman.

On Thursday, Israeli soldiers, including undercover forces, killed four Palestinians, including a child and a young man who was executed after being shot and seriously injured, and wounded more than 21 Palestinians, five seriously, in Jenin, in the northern West Bank.

Undercover Israeli Occupation Soldiers Kill Four Palestinians In Jenin”

 MAR 17, 2023

On Thursday, Israeli occupation soldiers, including undercover forces, killed four Palestinians, including a child and a young man who was executed after being shot and seriously injured, and wounded more than 21 Palestinians, five seriously, in Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

In a statement, the Palestinian Health Ministry said the soldiers killed Yousef Saleh Barakat Shreim, 29, Nidal Amin Zidan Khazem, 28, Omar Mohammad Awadin, 14, and Luay Khalil Zghayyar, 37.

Defense For Children International – Palestine Branch, said on its Twitter account: “Israeli special forces shot 14-year-old Omar Mohammad Omar Awadin in the back with live ammunition while he was riding his bike outside his parents’ shop around 3 p.m. today in Jenin. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Jenin Government Hospital.

The Health Ministry added that the soldiers shot at least 21 Palestinians, including four who suffered life-threatening wounds.

It said 12 Palestinians who were shot with live fire, including four who suffered serious wounds, were rushed to the Ar-Razi Hospital, five were moved to Jenin governmental hospital, six, including one who was seriously injured and one who was rammed by an army jeep, were moved to Ibn Sina Specialized Hospital.

One of the wounded Palestinians is a child, Ahmad Farahna, will be transferred to the Al-Maqasid hospital in Jerusalem, due to the seriousness of his wounds.

Eyewitnesses said undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated the center of Jenin city and executed the Palestinians before many army vehicles invaded the area and started firing dozens of live rounds at the Palestinians and surrounding homes and properties.

A video from the scene shows an undercover soldier executing the seriously wounded Nidal Amin Khazem after shooting him a live round in the head, even though he was already lying flat on his stomach, motionless and unconscious.

Palestinian medics tried to reach Nidal, but the soldiers did not allow them through before the undercover officer executed him.

There has been a serious increase of cases where Israeli soldiers executed Palestinians, including in January of this year, 2023, when the soldiers killed Ahmad Kahala, 45, a father of five, from point-blank range with two live rounds in the neck near a military roadblock under Yabrud bridge, east of the central West Bank city of Ramallah.

A similar incident occurred on December 2, 2022, in Huwwara town, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, when the soldiers executed Ammar Hamdi Mifleh, 22, while he was lying on the ground. After shooting Ammar on the ground once, the soldier then fired a total of four times again. Ammar was unarmed and was lying on the ground when he was shot.

After concluding its offensive in Jenin, the Israeli army said it carried out a joint operation with the undercover forces and intelligence officers, adding that one of the Palestinians, Nidal Amin Khazem, was a senior fighter of the Al-Quds Brigades of the Islamic jihad, and was “behind serious attacks against Israeli targets.”

The army claimed that the soldiers “neutralized a Palestinian who tried to throw a large iron object on the army, ” and stated that the soldiers “fired live rounds at Palestinian fighters who engaged in a fire exchange with the soldiers,” and said “its operations will continue to ensure Israel’s security.”

The Health Ministry said the number of Palestinians killed by Israel since the beginning of this year, is 88 (including one detainee who died in prison) and added that among the slain Palestinians are 17 children and one woman.

It stated that the 35 of the Palestinians are from Jenin governorate, 21 from Nablus, 7 from Hebron, 6 from Jerusalem, 5 from Jericho and the Jordan Valley, 5 from Qalqilia, 3 from Ramallah, 2 from Bethlehem, 1 from Salfit, 1 form Tubas, and 2 from the Gaza Strip.

As the world marks Mother’s Day, the Israeli occupation forces are holding five Palestinian mothers in jail for resisting the occupation, today said the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).

It said the five mothers, Isra Jaabis, Fadwa Hamadeh, Amani al-Hashim, Itaf Jaradat, and Yasmin Shaaban, are serving different prison terms, the highest is Jaabis imprisoned for 11 years, and Hamadeh and al-Hashim each serving 10 years.

The Israeli occupation prison administration deprives children of the imprisoned mothers from having an open visit with their mothers and from embracing their children, in addition to depriving some of them of visits, or often obstructing them, said the PPS.

 MAR 22, 2023

On Tuesday, the Israeli occupation army confiscated dozens of Dunams of private Palestinian lands near Ramallah and Salfit in the West Bank.

Amir Dawood, the head of the Documentation and Publication Department at the Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission, said the army issued orders confiscating 49 Dunams of Palestinian lands in Rantis village, northwest of Ramallah, and Deir Ballout, southwest of Salfit.

Daoud added that the Israeli occupation army also renewed the order of the annexation of 27.6 Dunams and issued a new order annexing 21.39 Dunams until 2027, and stated that the order could be renewed at any moment without legal proceedings.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Demolish Two Residential Structures Near Jerusalem

 MAR 19, 2023

On Saturday evening, Israeli occupation soldiers demolished two residential structures in the az-Za’ayem town, east of occupied East Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

Several Israeli occupation army vehicles, including bulldozers, surrounded the town before invading it and demolishing two residential structures built using wood and tin.

Media sources said each structure was about 100 square meters, owned by Odah Mohammad Saidi and Hamza Mohammad Saidi, and provided shelter for eleven Palestinians, including children.

The Israeli occupation army claimed that the two residential structures, built on private Palestinian lands, were constructed without a permit.

The two residential structures were built in 1993, and the families received demolition orders first in 1997 and paid heavy fines and fees while trying to save their properties but to no avail.

While Israel continues to build and expand its illegal colonies, Palestinian communities and towns in occupied Jerusalem and various areas in the occupied West Bank continue to be denied the right to build homes and property under various allegations meant to prevent the expansion of Palestinian towns and neighborhoods.

Israel’s settlements in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention, and various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory.”

Israeli Occupation Army Demolishes An Under Construction Home Near Ramallah

 MAR 16, 2023

On Thursday morning, Israeli occupation soldiers invaded a Palestinian village west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah and demolished a two-story under-construction home.

Media sources said a large military force, accompanied by two armored bulldozers, invaded Deir Ammar village and demolished the property.

They added that the demolished under-construction home was 240 square meters owned by a local man, Omar Ghazzawi.

The Israeli occupation army claimed the property was being built without a permit from the so-called “Civil Administration Office,” the administrative branch of the illegal Israeli occupation of the West Bank, although the local Village Council licensed it.

Israeli Occupation regime Demolishes Al-Arakib Village For The 214th Time

 MAR 15, 2023

On Wednesday, the Israeli occupation authorities demolished the Al-Arakib Bedouin village in the Negev for the 214th time since the community was first demolished on July 27, 2010.

Media sources said several police vehicles, including bulldozers, invaded the village and demolished its sheds, huts, and barns.

They added that the police first surrounded and isolated the Bedouin community before forcing the families out and demolishing the village.

Al-Arakib is a Palestinian village located to the north of the city of Beersheba in the Negev desert (southern Palestine). It was established for the first time during Ottoman rule.

It is one of the 51 Arab villages in the Negev that the Israeli government does not recognize, although they predate Israel.

The occupation authorities have worked since 1951 to expel its residents to control their lands through extensive house demolitions and the vast lands equivalent to two-thirds of historic Palestine.

Israeli bulldozers demolished the village on July 27, 2010; Israeli troops demolished all its homes and displaced hundreds of its residents under the pretext of building without a permit.

The residents of the village built it again, to be demolished, again and again.

The steadfastness of Al-Araqib became a symbol of the battle of wills waged by the Palestinians of the occupied interior, especially in the Negev, to survive and preserve land and identity from the policies of Judaization.

About 240,000 Palestinians live in the Negev desert, half of whom live in villages and Bedouin camps, some of which have been in place for hundreds of years.

The Israeli occupation authorities do not recognize their ownership of the lands of these villages and communities, refuse to provide them with basic services such as water and electricity and try by all means and methods to push the Palestinian Arabs to despair and frustration to uproot and displace them.

Israeli Occupation Army Demolishes Two Palestinian Homes In Jerusalem

 MAR 15, 2023

On Tuesday, Israeli occupation soldiers demolished two adjoining Palestinian homes in Sur Baher town, south of occupied Jerusalem in the West Bank.

Media sources said the soldiers invaded the town before forcing the families out of their homes and demolishing them.

The two adjoining homes were built only two years ago; each was 90 square meters and housed twelve Palestinians in the Um Toba area in Sur Baher.

The homes are owned by Sami Abu Teir and his family, along with his sister and her family; the Palestinians tried to appeal the demolition orders in Israeli courts but to no avail.

The demolition of homes, residential and commercial buildings in occupied Jerusalem has seriously escalated due to Israel’s illegal policies barring the Palestinians from building on their lands in and around the occupied city and across Area C of the occupied West Bank.

|Israeli authorities have obstructed the Palestinian development of Area C and much of the rest of the West Bank through military orders. These orders bar Palestinians from registering land, thwart them from building, and forbid local and district planning committees. As a result, Palestinians are excluded from participating in the processes that steer spatial development, while Israel confiscates land for purported public services such as roads built for Jewish Israeli use.

As such, only 30 percent of Area C land is designated for development by Palestinians. The remaining 70 percent is classified as closed military zones that are off-limits unless they obtain special permits from Israeli authorities. These stringent restrictions on Palestinians’ spatial development continue to intensify despite the fact that without Area C, a Palestinian state is inconceivable. Indeed, Area C holds valuable natural resources and a rich cultural heritage, and it represents the bulk of available areas for the spatial development of a future Palestinian state.
