While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of David, Solomon, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Israeli Occupation Regime Finds No Wrongdoing by Soldiers Who Killed 80 Year Old US Citizen

 JUN 15, 2023

The Israeli occupation regime soc-calledProsecutor’s Office announced Tuesday that they will close the investigation into the killing of an 80-year old US citizen in the West Bank in January 2022, with no consequences for the Israeli soldiers responsible.

In the early hours of January 12, 2022, Omar Abdel-Majid Asaad, an 80-year old Palestinian-American, was pulled out of his car by a group of Israeli soldiers, handcuffed, beaten, dragged along the ground and shoved into a cold, dark room where he was left lying on the floor for several hours. There, he suffered a heart attack and died. The soldiers returned, found him dead, and left his body, driving away without notifying anyone. Hours later, his body was found by local Palestinians.

The Palestinian Authority condemned the Israeli prosecution’s decision to close the investigation into the death of Omar Abdel-Majid Asaad, from the village of Jaljilia, north of Ramallah. The Palestinian Authority said the Israeli military was engaging in the crime of covering up a killing, and called on the US government to launch their own investigation into the killing of a US citizen.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry issued a statement, saying that the failure of the Israeli government to file charges against the soldiers “is an extension of an official Israeli policy followed by the Israeli prosecution, courts, and investigative committees formed by the occupying Israeli state to mislead other countries, the international community, and global public opinion to give the impression that there are Israeli investigations into the ongoing crimes committed by the Israeli occupation army, which often end with the acquittal of the perpetrators, the concealment of evidence, and the provision of escape hatches for political and military officials who are responsible for giving the orders for the killing of Palestinians.”

The statement continued, “This case proves once again that the so-called judiciary system, prosecution and courts in Israel are an integral part of the military occupation system, bearing in mind that the majority of crimes are ignored and no investigations are conducted at all.”

The Ministry called on the US administration to investigate this crime, given that Asaad was an American citizen, stressing that the State of Palestine is fully prepared to cooperate with any American investigations to identify the killers and hold them accountable.

It also called on the International Criminal Court to speed up its investigations into the crimes of the Israeli occupation in order to hold accountable and prosecute Israeli war criminals and those behind them.

The family of Omar Asaad filed a lawsuit in October, demanding the prosecution of those responsible for Asaad’s killing.

The Israeli regime responded by offering a payout of 100.000 Shekels (About $140.000) if the family agreed to drop the lawsuit.

The family refused the settlement, saying they would not drop their lawsuit to prosecute those responsible for his death.

Omar As’ad’s brother Nawwaf Al-As’ad, who resides in Chicago, stated at that time, “We are ongoing with our legal measures against Israel, against those responsible for his death. We will never drop the lawsuit for any reason; no amount of money will compensate his loss. His wife, children, and grandchildren miss him greatly and will not accept compensation without justice.”

During these protests, the soldiers injured thousands of Palestinians and killed several others, including children.

The Israeli occupation regime nnavy abducted, after midnight Wednesday, five Palestinian fishermen including a child and seized their fishing boat off the northern coast of the besieged Gaza Strip, local sources reported.

After midnight, on the al-Waha shore, northwest of Beit Lahia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, Israeli Navy boats surrounded a Palestinian fishing boat that was sailing within the limits set for fishing by the occupation.

The Navy abducted all five fishermen aboard and confiscated the fishing boat belonging to fisherman Omar Ibrahim al-Habeel, 70.

Israeli occupation authorities restrict the allowable fishing zone from 6 to 12 nautical miles off the coast, and regularly harass, injure, and abduct fishermen and confiscate their boats.

The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) has repeatedly condemned Israel’s actions against the Palestinian fishermen in Gaza are a “grave breach of all international conventions and instruments, including the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.”

Furthermore, the Israeli navy fired, on Tuesday, rubber-coated steel rounds and tear gas canisters at Palestinian fishing boats in the Sudaniyya Sea area, northwest of Gaza City, shooting and injuring one man with a rubber-coated steel bullet.

Demolition of Palestinian Homes and Property by Israeli Occupation Regime Soldiers

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Demolish A Palestinian Home In Beit Jala

 JUN 15, 2023

On Thursday, Israeli occupation soldiers demolished a Palestinian home in Beit Jala city, west of Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said a large military force invaded the Be’er Owna area after surrounding and isolating it.

They added that the soldiers then demolished a 150-square-meter one-story home owned by Maher Rezeq Zreina.

The Israeli occupation regime army alleges that the home was built without a permit from the so-called “Civil Administration Office,” the administrative branch of the illegal Israeli occupation.

It is worth mentioning that the demolition is the fifth, but the family keeps rebuilding on its land.

Be’er Awna is subject to frequent Israeli violations, including the demotion of homes and property and the bulldozing of Palestinian lands due to Israel’s ongoing illegal colonialist activities.

Israel’s illegal home demolition policy is internationally prohibited; according to Article 33 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, “No protected person may be punished for an offense he or she has not personally committed. Collective penalties and, likewise, all measures of intimidation or terrorism are prohibited. Pillage is prohibited. Reprisals against protected persons and their property are prohibited.”

While Israel continues to build and expand its illegal colonies, Palestinian communities and towns in occupied Jerusalem and various areas in the occupied West Bank continue to be denied the right to build homes and property under various allegations meant to prevent the expansion of Palestinian towns and neighborhoods.

Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention, and various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory.”

Seventh Time This Year, Israeli Occupation Army Demolishes Al-Arakib Village In Negev

 JUN 19, 2023

On Monday, Israeli occupation soldiers and border police officers invaded the Al-Arakib Bedouin village in the Negev and demolished it for the seventh time this year and the 218th time since 2010.

Media sources said several military and police vehicles surrounded the Bedouin village before storming it and forcing the families out of their dwellings.

They added that the soldiers and the police demolished the residential tents, sheds, and barns and displaced the Bedouin families for the seventh time this year.

It is worth mentioning that the village was destroyed on May 30, 2023, before the families rebuilt their sheds and tents. The village was demolished 15 times last year, in 2022, and 14 times in 2012.

Al-Arakib was first destroyed on July 27, 2010, as Israel refuses to recognize it, although it predates it.

Al-Arakib is a Palestinian village located to the north of the city of Beersheba in the Negev desert (southern Palestine). It was established for the first time during Ottoman rule.

It is one of the 51 Arab villages in the Negev that the Israeli occupation government does not recognize, although they predate Israel.

The occupation authorities have worked since 1951 to expel its residents to control their lands through extensive house demolitions and the vast lands equivalent to two-thirds of historic Palestine.

Israeli bulldozers demolished the village on July 27, 2010; Israeli troops demolished all its homes and displaced hundreds of its residents under the pretext of building without a permit. The residents of the village built it again, to be demolished again and again.

The steadfastness of Al-Arakib became a symbol of the battle of wills waged by the Palestinians of the occupied interior, especially in the Negev, to survive and preserve land and identity.

About 240,000 Palestinians live in the Negev desert, half of whom live in villages and Bedouin camps, some of which have been in place for hundreds of years.

The Israeli occupation government does not recognize their ownership of the lands of these villages and communities, refuse to provide them with basic services such as water and electricity, and try by all means and methods to push the Palestinian Arabs to despair and frustration to uproot and displace them.

Article 17 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights states: ” 1. Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others. 2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Israeli Occupation Army Confiscates Seventy Dunams Of Lands Near Qalqilia

 JUN 13, 2023

On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers confiscated seventy Dunams of Palestinian lands from Azzoun Atma village, isolated behind the illegal Annexation Wall, south of Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said the army issued military orders confiscating the lands from their owners in Azzoun Atma and nearby Masha village in the Salfit governorate.

They added that the orders target Palestinian olive orchards in the Khallet Abu Atma area, intending to build 192 new units for the illegal colonizers in the Shaare Tikva colony, built on stolen Palestinian lands.

Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention, and various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Humanitarian Law.

Dr. Al-Batran added that the Palestinian suffered a mild traumatic brain injury resulting in memory loss but is now in stable condition.

He suffered a subdural hematoma and has some symptoms, including confusion, drowsiness, and nausea.

A second scan of the brain revealed that the bleeding is rescinding and the journalist seems to be recovering; however, his injury requires time to heal.

Media sources said a large military force, including the Israeli Combat Engineering Corps, invaded the old town area of Ramallah before surrounding a four-story residential building on about 250 square meters.

The property is home to Palestinian detainee Islam Al-Froukh, his parents, and his four sisters; the soldiers stormed the property, forced the family out, and removed the families from the surrounding buildings before wiring and detonating the second floor of the property.

The invasion began late Wednesday night and lasted until dawn when the army detonated the building.

Dozens of Palestinians protested the invasion into the area and many neighborhoods in Ramallah before the soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.

Medical sources said the soldiers shot six Palestinians, including two photojournalists, and caused many to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

The Health Ministry said one Palestinian suffered a moderate gunshot wound to the abdomen; two were shot in the legs and thighs; one was shot with a rubber-coated steel bullet in the arm; a few others suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Among the wounded is photojournalist Rabea Al-Monir, who was shot with a rubber-coated steel bullet in the abdomen.

It is worth mentioning that Israeli believes Islam Al-Froukh was behind a bombing in a bus station in occupied Jerusalem on November 23, 2022, killings two Israeli and wounding eighteen others.

Israel claims Islam placed an explosive charge in a bag at a bus station and a second explosive in a motorcycle and that the explosives were detonated remotely.

On April 10, 2023, an Israeli occupation  regime court approved the destruction of the Al-Froukh family home, although it is a collective punishment act that violates International Law.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Demolish A Home And Barn In Jerusalem

 JUN 6, 2023

On Tuesday, Israeli occupation soldiers demolished a Palestine home and a barn in the Wad Al-Jouz neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

Media sources said several military vehicles and bulldozers invaded the neighborhood after the army surrounded it and demolished a home owned by the local Totah family.

The sources said twelve family members lived in the 120 square/meter home and added that the soldiers also demolished the wall surrounding the property and the family’s barn where they kept their horses, in addition to uprooting many trees on their land.

The family said this is the fourth and last home they own, and gets demolished by the Israeli occupation authorities.

In March, the army demolished three homes owned by Palestinians from the Totah family and at least two homes that have been demolished since 2015.

Totah family members repeatedly tried to obtain construction permits for the homes built at least 25 years ago to accommodate the expanding family, but the occupation authorities denied their permit applications and appeals.

While Israel continues to build and expand its illegal settlements, Palestinian communities and towns in occupied Jerusalem and various areas in the occupied West Bank continue to be denied the right to build homes and property.

Meanwhile, illegal Israeli settlers continue to occupy Palestinian lands, in addition to the escalating assault, including uprooting and bulldozing the Palestinian farmlands and the constant destruction of their property.

All of Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention, in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory”.
