While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of David, Solomon, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Killing of Palestinians by Israeli Occupation Regime Soldiers

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Kill A Palestinian Child In Jerusalem”

 JAN 25, 2023

The Palestinian Health Ministry has confirmed Wednesday the death of a Palestinian child who Israeli occupation regime Border Police officers shot in Shu’fat refugee camp, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

The Health Ministry said the child, Mohammad Ali, 17, was fatally wounded during protests that took place when the army invaded the refugee camp to demolish the home of a slain Palestinian.

Israeli media said the child aimed a toy gun at the soldiers and border police officers, but they shot and killed him “because they didn’t know it was fake.”

The Israeli occupation regime “Border Police” claimed there was no way to know the gun was fake because it “looked real,” but could not negate the facts, captured on police video, clearly showing the child running away after already dropping the “gun.”

Israeli daily, Jerusalem Post, said the police later discovered that the gun was a dummy, adding that although the officers could not have been sure it was a toy gun in advance, it remains “unclear whether the killing was justified, given that at the moment he was hit, the child had thrown away the “weapon” and was running away.

It stated that a response from the police failed to address the issue of the slain child being shot after dropping the toy gun and fleeing but said the child “showed open signs of presenting a threat.”

The Israeli army refused to comment on the fatal shooting and only stated that even though the soldiers were there, the “incident is managed by the border police, not the military, because it took place in East Jerusalem, not other parts of the West Bank.

The child was officially pronounced dead after he was taken to Hadassah Israeli medical center in Jerusalem. His family tried to take his body for burial, but their request was denied.

Furthermore, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said the soldiers shot a young man with a live round in the shoulder and caused dozens to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Also Wednesday, the soldiers killed Arif Abdul-Nassir La'hlou'h, 20, after an alleged ‘stabbing attack’ near the illegal Kedumim colony, built on stolen Palestinian lands near Kufur Qaddoom town, east of Qalqilia, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

On Wednesday, Israeli soldiers shot and seriously injured a Palestinian man in the Shu’fat refugee camp, northeast of the occupied capital, Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

The Palestinian Health occupation Ministry said the soldiers shot the Palestinian with live fire in the chest, inflicting life-threatening wounds.

It added that Palestinian medics rushed to the scene, but the soldiers initially did not allow them to approach the Palestinian, and eventually, the medics provided him with the needed first aid and rushed him to a hospital.

Earlier Wednesday, the soldiers invaded the Dhahiat Al-Salam area, between Abata and Shu’fat refugee camp, and demolished the apartment of the family of Odai Kamal Tamimi,  22, who the soldiers killed last year.

In related news, the soldiers killed Aref Abdul-Nasser Aref Lahlouh, 22, after an alleged ‘stabbing attack’ near the illegal Kedumim colony, built on stolen Palestinian lands in Kufur Qaddoum town, east of Qalqilia, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Kill A Palestinian Near Qalqilia

 JAN 25, 2023

On Wednesday, Israeli occupation soldiers killed a Palestinian after an alleged ‘stabbing attack’ near the illegal Israeli settlement of Kedumim, built on stolen Palestinian lands near Kufur Qaddoom town, east of Qalqilia, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Civil Affairs Committee said the young man is Arif Abdul-Nassir La'hloo'h, 20, from the Jenin refugee camp, in the northern West Bank city of Jenin.

In a statement, the Israeli army claimed that the young man, reportedly carrying a knife, arrived at the military roadblock near the illegal Israeli settlement of Kedumim, and attempted to stab a soldier before other soldiers shot him.

It stated the Palestinian reportedly “chased a soldier who fired at him, causing him to fall on the ground, but managed to get up and run towards him again before he was fatally shot. The army said no soldiers were hurt in the incident.

Furthermore, the soldiers refused to allow Palestinian medics to approach the young man or take his corpse away.

A few hours after killing him, the soldiers abducted his father, Abdul-Nasser, while crossing a military back on his way back home.

His death brings the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli army fire in the first 25 days of this year to nineteen, including four children.

Palestinian Killed by an Illegal Israeli Settlers near Ramallah

 JAN 21, 2023

On Saturday, an illegal Israeli paramilitary settler fatally shot a Palestinian man in the Jabal Al-Reesan area, near Kafr Ni’ma village, northwest of the central West Bank city of Ramallah.

The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the man as Tariq Oadah Yoosuf Ma’ali, 42, a married father of three children from Kafr Ni’ma village.

Israeli sources claimed the Palestinian exited his car and attempted to stab a colonizer before he shot and killed him.

The incident occurred in the illegal Israeli outpost of Sde Ephraim, near the Neria colony, built on stolen Palestinian lands.

Ar-Reesan Mountain, situated on lands belonging to al-Janiya, Ras Karkar, and Kafr Ni’ma, witnesses frequent protests due to illegal Israeli annexation and colonialist activities.

The illegal Israeli outpost of Sde Ephraim is considered “unauthorized” by Israel because it was established without approval from the Israeli government.

All of Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory”.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Kill Two Palestinians In Jenin

 JAN 19, 2023

On Thursday dawn, Israeli occupation soldiers killed two Palestinians, injured three, and abducted four others after the army invaded Jenin and Jenin refugee camp in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry has confirmed that the soldiers killed a physical education teacher and a married father of six children, Jawad Farid Hussein Bawaqna, 58, after shooting him in the head, and former political prisoner, Adham Mohammad Bassem Jabarin, 26, both from Jenin refugee camp.

Ata Abu Romeila, the secretary of the Fateh movement in Jenin, said the soldiers fatally shot Bawaqna while trying to render first aid to Jabarin, who was shot in front of his home in the As-Saha area in the center of Jenin refugee camp before an army sharpshooter shot him in the head.

The man was trying to help Adham, who was shot by an Israeli army sharpshooter and heavily bleeding, before Jawad’s daughter helped drag Adham to safety a few meters away, but then an army sniper shot her father.

He added that Israeli soldiers also stopped Palestinian ambulances and prevented the medics from entering the refugee camp, forcing the residents to transport Jawad and Adham to the Ibn Sina Hospital in private cars, but they succumbed to their wounds.

The soldiers also attacked Palestinian protesters with live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.

Medical sources said the soldiers injured several Palestinians, including three who were shot with live fire to the abdomen, thigh, and shoulder, suffering moderate-but-stable wounds.

The Palestinian shot in the abdomen was rushed to surgery after a soldier shot him with an expanding bullet, causing multi-organ damage.

Two Israeli soldiers were reportedly injured by an explosive charge hurled at their military vehicle.

After killing the two Palestinians, the soldiers fired many live rounds at the Khalil Suleiman governmental hospital in Jenin.

Dr. Mai Al-Kaila, the Palestinian Health Minister, denounced the Israeli army’s attack on the governmental hospital, especially since many bullets struck inside the children’s ward.

Dr. Al-Kaila said the attack is not the first targeted medical centers, medical workers, and facilities, and called on international legal and human rights groups to intervene and help end these serious violations.

Her statements came after Israeli soldiers fired many live rounds that went through the windows of a children’s ward, the nurses changing room in the same ward, and the pediatricians’ conference room.

The soldiers also invaded and ransacked many homes and abducted four Palestinians, including two siblings, Hasan Ahmad Zaghal and Sharaf Ahmad Abu Sharif, in addition to Aws and his brother Hani Khaled Abu Zeina.

Hundreds of Palestinians marched in front of Ibn Sina hospital carrying the corpses of Jabarin and Bawaqna, chanting for ongoing resistance, steadfastness until liberation and independence, and calling for international protection for the Palestinian people.

On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian security officer, Hamdi Shaker Abdullah Abu Dayya, 40, at the entrance of the Nabi Younis area in Halhoul town, north of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Last year, Israeli soldiers killed 224 Palestinians, including 59 from the Jenin governorate.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Kill A Palestinian Security Officer Near Hebron

 JAN 18, 2023

On Tuesday, Israeli occupation soldiers killed a Palestinian security officer at the entrance of the Nabi Yoonus area in 'Hal'houl town, north of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the Palestinian has been identified as Hamdi Shakir Abdullah Abu Dayya, 40, a former political prisoner and a married father of three children from 'Hal'houl.

The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the armed wing of the Fat'h Movement, said Hamdi, a police officer with the Palestinian Authority, was one of its members.

The Israeli army claimed the soldiers fatally shot a Palestinian in a car, reportedly after several shots of live fire targeted a military roadblock.

According to Israeli Channel 14, the army is investigating whether the Palestinian was the same person who, two days ago, opened fire at a bus near the illegal Gush Etzion colony.

Palestinian medics rushed to the scene, but the soldiers stopped them and did not allow them to approach the severely bleeding man, who was later declared dead at the scene before the army took his body to an unknown destination.

Hours after killing the Palestinian man, dozens of Israeli soldiers invaded Halhoul town, stormed and ransacked the slain officer’s home, and interrogated his family.

The invasion led to protests before the soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs, causing many Palestinians to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

 JAN 16, 2023

The Health Ministry said the child, Amro Khalid Al-Khumoor, 14, has succumbed to a serious gunshot wound to the head.

The child was shot at dawn when many army vehicles invaded the refugee camp, violently searched homes, and abducted a young man.

Hundreds of Palestinians gathered in front of Bait Jala governmental hospital and marched to the child’s home in the Dihaisha refugee camp.

Palestinians held the funeral ceremony and procession and headed to the Shuhada graveyard in the Artas nearby village while chanting for liberation and independence and calling for International Protection for the Palestinian people.

The child’s death brings the number of Palestinians killed by the Israeli army in the first sixteen days of this year to fourteen, including four children.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Kill A Palestinian Near Ramallah

 JAN 15, 2023

On Sunday, Israeli occupation soldiers killed a Palestinian man at the western entrance of Silwad town, east of Ramallah, in the central West Bank.

Eyewitnesses said the soldiers installed a sudden military roadblock at the entrance of the town before stopping and searching cars.

They added that the soldiers forced a driver, Ahmed Hasan Abdul-Jalil Ka'hala, 45, out of his car and started assaulting him after a verbal argument ensued.

The eyewitnesses stated that one of the soldiers assaulting the Palestinian shot him from point-blank range.

Palestinian medics rushed to the scene, but the soldiers stopped them, obstructed their efforts to provide him with life-saving first aid, and eventually allowed them to take him away.

The medics rushed Ahmed to Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, but he succumbed to his serious wounds.

“Ahmad had no vital signs when we reached him,” Aahed Smerat, one of the medics at the scene, said, “His son called for help, but when we arrived there, the soldiers stopped us and told us the man was under arrest, and later allowed us to take him away.”

The slain man’s sister, Ehman Kahala, said her brother and his son, Qussai, 18, were heading to work at a construction site when the soldiers stopped them at a military roadblock.

“They were assaulting my brother before an argument, and a brief scuffle broke out, and then they [the soldiers] just executed him….” She added.

His sister added that the slain man is a married father of five; two boys and three girls, and one of his daughters will graduate from high school this year.

The Israeli army alleged that the Palestinian “got out of his car, approached the soldiers and attacked them with a knife, in an area where Palestinian protesters were throwing stones at the army.”

Dr. Laila Ghannam, the Governor of Ramallah and Al-Biereh, said Ahmad’s execution is yet another Israeli crime against the Palestinian people and called on the International Community to act instead of shielding Israel from international prosecution for its ongoing war crimes.

Palestinian Prime Minister, Mohammad Shtayyeh, denounced Ahmad’s killing and said, “the criminals are ongoing with their crimes and violations of International law with impunity,” and called for international protection for the Palestinian people.

Ahmad is the thirteenth Palestinian, including three children, to be killed by Israeli soldiers in the first fifteen days of this year, 2023.

On Saturday dawn, Israeli soldiers killed two Palestinians, Ezzeddin Bassem Hamamra, 24, and Amjad Adnan Khaliliyya, 23, near the main entrance of Jaba’ town, south of Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, clashes with the Israeli occupation forces broke out in the “al-Tal” area of the Old City, during which the soldiers fired live and metal bullets, wounding three young men with rubber-coated metal bullets in the foot and thigh.

Al Khader town was named after Al Khader monastery which is located in the old town. The town dates back to at least 1700 AD.

Since 2001, the Israeli occupation regime targeted the land of Al Khader for Israeli settlement expansion at the expense of the Palestinian residents.

According to the Applied Research Institute of Jerusalem, over the past twenty years, the Israeli occupation forces have handed many Palestinian families in Al Khader town military orders of demolition and of halting construction of any houses under the pretext of illegal construction, as they claim that the houses are located in area C, which is under Israeli full control, according to Oslo Agreement signed in 1995.

Thus, every Palestinian who wants to build a house or a room to an existing house must be subjected to long, complicated, and expensive application processes, which usually are rejected by Israeli forces.

Israeli Army Demolishes Six Homes Near Jericho

 JAN 25, 2023

On Wednesday, dozens of Israeli occupation soldiers invaded the Ad-Duyuk At-Tahta, village, west of Jericho in the northeastern West Bank, and demolished six Palestinian homes.

Palestine TV (Video) said the soldiers surrounded and isolated the village and prevented the Palestinians from entering or leaving it before invading it.

Palestine TV added that the military bulldozers and heaving machinery demolished six homes after forcing the families out.

The invasion was still ongoing at the time of this report, and the army is planning to demolish more homes in the village, which remains besieged.

Three years ago, the army demolished fifteen Palestinian homes due to Israel’s ongoing illegal colonialist activities and annexation of Palestinian lands after demolishing the property and uprooting lands.

Israel is trying to annex more Palestinian lands in the area, which would isolate the village from Jericho city and the villages of Ad-Duyuk Al-Foqa and Nu’eima.

The occupation authorities have been preventing the Palestinians from building, especially in the Esteih area, and have already handed many demolition and halt-construction orders.

Ad-Duyuk At-Tahta is west of Jericho city and north of Nu’eima and Ad-Duyuk Al-Foqa; most of its 1300 inhabitants are farmers.

About ten days ago, the soldiers fired many live rounds and gas bombs at Palestinian farmers near Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, causing many to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

The attacks are part of constant Israeli violations against the Palestinians, especially the fishermenfarmersshepherds, and workers in the besieged and impoverished Gaza Strip, and resulted in dozens of casualties, including fatalities, in addition to severe property damage and the confiscation of many boats after abducting the fishermen.

The Palestinian was planning to get married this coming May and was hoping to live in his new home with his wife, but the demolition hindered these plans and forced him to propose the wedding without a set date in sight.

Israel Occupation Forces A Palestinian To Demolish His Home In Jerusalem

 JAN 22, 2023

On Saturday, Israeli occupation soldiers forced a Palestinian to demolish his home in the Ras Al-Amoud neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

Media sources said Hussein Qunbar had to demolish his home using basic equipment to avoid the excessively-high fines and fees in addition to demolition costs if the City Council used its workers and equipment.

“I had to demolish my property by hand, piece by piece,” Qunbar told reporters, “They threatened to impose an 80.000 Shekels fine in addition to demolition costs if the city used its workers and equipment.

In a video published by the Wadi Hilweh Information Center In Silwan (Silwanic), his daughter ran to the home, asking why they must demolish the property.

The Palestinian filed many appeals trying to save the property, but the courts decided to go ahead with the demolition. Hussein lived in the home with his wife and their five children.

In an interview with Palestine TV, Qunbar said the city only gave him 21 days to demolish the property and added that the army threatened to fine him 80.000 Shekels just for the costs of the bulldozers, in addition to other costs, fines, and fees.

“I had to demolish it, and now my family has no place to go,” Hussein said, “I will have to set up a tent and live with my family, I don’t know what else to do.”

While Israel continues to build and expand its illegal colonies, Palestinian communities and towns in occupied Jerusalem and various areas in the occupied West Bank continue to be denied the right to build homes and property under various allegations meant to prevent the expansion of Palestinian towns and neighborhoods.

All of Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention, in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory.”

Palestinian Forced To Demolish His House In Jerusalem”

 JAN 20, 2023

JERUSALEM, Thursday, January 19, 2023 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation regime soldiers today forced a Palestinian owner to self-demolish his own house in the old city of occupied Jerusalem, citing unpermitted construction as a pretext.

Witnesses told WAFA that Mahran Disi, the owner, demolished his privately-owned house to avoid paying exorbitant fees to the Israeli municipality in the event that its crews carried out the demolition on their own.

Using the pretext of building without a permit, which is rarely granted to Palestinians in the occupied city, the Israeli municipality has demolished or forced Palestinians to demolish hundreds of Palestinian-owned houses as part of a policy aimed at restricting Palestinian expansion in occupied Jerusalem.

At the same time, the municipality and government build tens of thousands of housing units in illegal settlements in East Jerusalem for Jews with the goal of offsetting the demographic balance in favor of the Jewish settlers in the occupied city.

Although Palestinians in East Jerusalem, a part of the internationally recognized Palestinian Territory that has been subject to Israeli military occupation since 1967, they are denied their citizenship rights and are instead classified only as “residents” whose permits can be revoked if they move away from the city for more than a few years.

They are also discriminated against in all aspects of life, including housing, employment, and services, and are unable to access services in the West Bank due to the construction of Israel’s separation wall.
