While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of David, Solomon, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Palestine TV said the Israeli invasion lasted for five hours and was carried out by dozens of army vehicles that advanced into Nablus from the city’s northern, western, and southern parts. The soldiers also invaded several buildings and occupied rooftops before using them as firing posts.

During the invasion, the soldiers exchanged fire with Palestinian fighters, especially when they surrounded a building on Sufian Street and shot two before abducting them.

The Israeli army said its soldiers arrested two young men, Osama Tawil, and Abdul-Kamel Jouri, both are members of the Lions’ Den unified armed resistance group, and alleged that the two were responsible for killing a soldier, Ido Baruch, in a shooting near Shavei Shomron illegal colony, near Nablus, on October 11, 2022.

Israeli Occupation Soldiers Kill A Palestinian Child, Injure Three Young Men, In Jenin

 FEB 13, 2023

On Sunday evening, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed the death of a Palestinian child who was shot by Israeli soldiers at noon in Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, and added that the Israeli occupation soldiers also injured two Palestinians.

The Health Ministry said the soldiers shot Qusai Radwan Waked, 14, with a live round in the abdomen, causing organ damage and severe internal bleeding that resulted in his death.

It added that the soldiers also shot two Palestinians with live fire and caused many to suffer cuts and bruises and the effects of tear gas inhalation.

The incidents unfolded when a large military force invaded Jenin, surrounded a home in the Al-Jabriyyat neighborhood, and stormed it before abducting a former political prisoner, Jibril Zobeidi, who was imprisoned by Israeli for eleven years, leading to protests.

Jibril is the brother of a political prisoner and a member of the Revolutionary Council of Fateh movement, Zakariyya Zobeidi, and Daoud Zobeidi, who died from serious wounds on May 15, 2022, after Israeli soldiers shot him two days before, during an invasion of the Jenin refugee camp.

Israeli soldiers also killed his mother and his brother Taha on April 6, 2002, during the Israeli military offensive in the Jenin refugee camp.

During the Jenin and its refugee camp invasion, Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with the soldiers invading the Jenin refugee camp and several areas in Jenin city.

The Israeli occupation army said it invaded Jenin to abduct a Palestinian fighter and to “foil” what the army alleged was a “planned attack.”

Thousands of Palestinians marched in front of ýIbn Sina Specialized Hospital in Jenin city, the Jenin refugee camp, and participated in the funeral ceremony and procession of the slain child before he was buried at the village cemetery in Al-Arqa, west of Jenin.

The Ministry held Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and his fanatic colonialist right-wing government responsible for the serious escalation, including the seriously increasing demolition of Palestinian homes, especially in occupied Jerusalem, the theft of Palestinian lands, and the daily invasions and violations against the unarmed Palestinian population.

Palestinian Father Of 3 Killed By Israeli Illegal Paramilitary Settler

 FEB 12, 2023

Mithqal Suleiman Abdul-Halim Rayan, 27, was shot and killed on Saturday evening, by Israeli occupation paramilitary invaders, in the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit.

The mayor of Qarawat Bani Hassan, Ibrahim Asi, told the Palestinian Ma’an News Agency, “The young man was killed by a live bullet fired by an armed and angry illegal Israeli settler towards a group of young men in the village.”

He confirmed that the Israeli occupation forces guarded the armed, paramilitary colonial colonizers as they attacked the Palestinian civilians and killed Mithqal.

Mithqal was the father of three young children: a 4-year-old boy, a two-year-old son, and a baby girl.

The fatal events started unfolding when the colonizers attacked several Palestinian civilians in the northern area of Qarawat Bani Hassan and fired many live rounds at them, shooting Mithqal in the head while returning home from work.

The colonizer who killed Mithqal is one of many colonizers who constantly attack the Palestinians, their homes, and their lands.

The colonizers attacked farmers and residents in their homes, shops, and construction sites and when the locals gathered and tried to remove them, a paramilitary colonizers opened fire and killed Mithqal who worked at a concrete factory in Salfit.

The Palestinian father suffered life-threatening wounds and succumbed to his injuries at a hospital in Salfit.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society said Ahmad was only two years away from finishing his twelve-year prison sentence.

Earlier on Saturday, Israeli colonial settlers uprooted dozens of Palestinian olive trees and destroyed an agricultural building as part of their forced takeover of Palestinian land in Qarawat Bani Hassan.

Israeli forces have been helping the Israeli paramilitary settlers in their forced takeover of Palestinian village land- last week, the soldiers uprooted an olive grove, and in January, the army demolished a Palestinian home located in the area that the Israeli colonizers have targeted to take over.

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir stated that he had given an order for Israeli police to establish checkpoints throughout the East Jerusalem neighborhood of al-Isawiya “and to stop everyone one by one, and just check each vehicle.”

These types of checkpoints, particularly on Friday afternoon, wreak havoc on the commutes of thousands of workers, teachers and students trying to get home.

Israeli troops invaded the home of the Palestinian driver Hussein Khaled Qaraqe’ and dragged out his wife, father and two brothers, in front of the three young children. The soldiers took them to a military base for so-called ‘enhanced interrogation’.

Abdullah, a married father of a newborn baby boy, worked in the surveying department (Land Authority) of the Palestinian Authority. His brother, Ibrahim, works for Palestine TV.

The Israeli occupation army claimed that Abdullah tried to snatch a soldier’s weapon, an allegation frequently used by the army in similar cases, and could not be substantiated.

After shooting the young man, the soldiers left him bleeding on the ground without first aid and refused to allow Palestinian medics to reach him until he bled to death.

The army also alleged that the soldiers shot the Palestinian in the legs, but when the Palestinian medics took him to a hospital in Nablus, the doctors found out that he was shot in the chest.

Abdullah was from Al-Jadida village, south of Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

After receiving news of his death, his mother was rushed to a hospital after suffering shock.

In addition to killing Abdullah, Israeli forces also injured several Palestinians with live ammunition in Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, and Beit Dajan, east of Nablus.

Several Palestinian protesters were injured by gunshot wounds. At the same time, dozens suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Three Palestinians were injured by rubber-coated metal bullets, and dozens suffered tear gas inhalation during the Israeli suppression of the weekly peaceful anti-settlement march in the village of Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya.

The weekly protest has gone on for nearly two decades, demanding the opening of the village street, which Israeli forces closed nineteen years ago in order to colonize the village land.

Dozens of Palestinians suffered tear gas inhalation as a result of the Israeli forces suppressing the weekly anti-settlement march in Beit Dajan, east of Nablus, which has been organized since October 2020, to reject the establishment of a settlement outpost in the northeastern area of the village lands.

Three civilians suffered from pepper gas, as Israeli forces and settlers attacked participants in a peaceful agricultural event condemning settlements in the town of Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem. This is another area where Israeli colonizers have been taking over Palestinian land, and locals have organized weekly protests for the past several years.

In addition, Israeli settlers fenced off areas of Yanun land, belonging to the town of Aqraba, south of Nablus, under the protection of the Israeli army.

The Israeli military occupation and its settlers control more than 85% of the lands of Yanun, surrounded by five settlements and outposts, which are expanding at the expense of Palestinian citizens’ lands.

On Tuesday evening, Israeli occupation soldiers injured many Palestinians in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said many occupation army vehicles invaded the Ath-Thaher area in the town and closed streets, leading to protests, especially near the illegal Karmie Tzur colony, built on stolen Palestinian lands south of Beit Ummar.

The sources added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, gas bombs, concussion grenades, and rubber-coated steel bullets.

Medical sources said many Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation before receiving treatment.

Israeli Occupation Army Demolishes Home, Injures 30 Palestinians, In Jerusalem

 FEB 13, 2023

Earlier Monday, Israeli occupation soldiers invaded Jabal Al-Mokabber in occupied Jerusalem, demolished a Palestinian home, leading to protests, injured at least 30 Palestinians, and abducted a young man.

Media sources said several army vehicles and bulldozers invaded Jabal Al-Mokabber before demolishing the 140 square meter home of Adham Bashir.

The Israeli occupation army and the City Council in occupied Jerusalem claimed the home was built without a permit.

During the invasion, the soldiers surrounded the home of Adham’s father and his brother and abducted a young man, Ayman Adnan Bashir.

The invasion and demolition led to massive protests in the town before the soldiers shot 25 Palestinians with rubber-coated steel bullets and caused five to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

It is worth mentioning that on August 8, 2020, the soldiers demolished the home of Khaled Mahmoud Bashir and forced his cousin Adham Bashir to demolish his home.

Talking to WAFA Palestinian News Agency, Adham said his home was built fifteen years ago and added that the family received the first demolition order five years ago before being forced to demolish a 25 square-meter living quarter.

Furthermore, the soldiers attacked many women and children, bulldozed agricultural lands and uprooted trees owned by the family, and demolished a wall to enable the bulldozers to reach the property to demolish it.

While Israel continues to build and expand its illegal colonies in direct violation of international Law and the Fourth Geneva Convention, Palestinian communities and towns in occupied Jerusalem and various areas in the occupied West Bank continue to be denied the right to build homes and property under various allegations meant to prevent the expansion of Palestinian towns and neighborhoods.

Israel’s colonies also constitute war crimes under International Law and violate article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory.”

Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Emergency Department at the Nablus office of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), said the medics treated five Palestinians who were shot with live fire.

Jibril added that the medics rushed the wounded young men, including the one who suffered profoundly serious wounds in the abdomen, to hospitals in Nablus.

The medics also treated dozens of Palestinians who suffered the severe effects of tear gas inhalation, many of whom were in their homes on Sufian Street.

Also, Palestinian fighters exchanged fire with the soldiers during the invasion that lasted for more than two hours.

On Sunday evening, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed the death of a child, Qusai Radwan Waked, 14, who was shot by Israeli soldiers at noon in Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, and added that the soldiers also injured two Palestinians.

The PRCS added that all wounded Palestinians were treated at the scene without needing to hospitalize any wounded Palestinians.

Israeli Theft (illegal settlements) of Palestinian Lands

The following is just a daily example:

Israeli Occupation Regime to Approve 10.000 New Colonialist Units In Occupied West Bank

 FEB 15, 2023

Israeli Finance Minister and Religious Zionist leader Bezalel Smotrich said the government will be granting the greenlight for approving 10.000 housing units in West Bank colonies and stated that this is just the beginning of more construction authorizations.

Smotrich said, “this is just the beginning. We must lift all restrictions on constructions” in the West Bank, “which must be considered like any other part of the state of Israel.”

Israeli Ynet News said besides the 10.000 units that will be granted the green light, including 2000 that are already under construction, the government would authorize the construction of an additional 4.300 units this coming May.

Commenting on relations with the U.S. Administration, Smotrich said the relation between the two countries is built on mutual interests and that despite American stances regarding constrictions in the occupied West Bank, he said: “The Administration [of President Joe Biden] understands that the current Israeli government must act on Israeli interests, and knows very well “its position on settlements.”

He also said that the Israeli occupation regime and the United States have common interests; however, he added that Tel Aviv openly informs the U.S. Administration of its interests, including its commitment to continuing the construction of colonies.

Ynet said Israel will likely not approve any Palestinian constructions in Area C of the occupied West Bank and added that construction plans approved by the previous government will not be implemented.

It is worth mentioning that Israel is also planning to “legalize” many colonialist outposts built on Palestinian lands without approval from the Israeli government.

Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention, and various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory.”

Israeli Occupation Government Approves Nine Illegal Israeli Settlements on Palestinian Land

 FEB 13, 2023

On Sunday, the Israeli occupation regime approved the ‘legalization’ of nine illegal additional Jewish-only settlements on illegally-seized Palestinian land in the West Bank. The colonies have been dubbed by the occupiers as Avigayil, Beit Hogla, Givat Harel, Givat Ha-Roeh, Givat Arnon, Mitzpe Yehuda, Malchai HaShalom, Asa-el, Sde Boaz, and Shaharit. Previously, these outposts –consisting of land taken by force from Palestinian landowners by Jewish paramilitary gangs — were considered illegal even under Israeli law. According to international law and the Fourth Geneva Convention, all Israeli settler colonies are illegal and should be dismantled.

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich both claimed responsibility for the approval of these colonies. They had initially sought Israeli cabinet approval for 77 illegal settler outposts.

Although the officials claimed that the move was in response to what they called a “vehicular attack” by a Palestinian on Friday. This alleged vehicular attack was a dubious claim, given that eyewitnesses said that it was a car accident, but armed Israelis then shot the driver when they identified him as an Arab.

Nevertheless, Ben-Gvir and Smotrich used it as an excuse to push forward their already-written and prepared plan to ‘legalize’ dozens of illegal Israeli outposts on stolen Palestinian land in the West Bank.

Ben-Gvir, the head of the ultranationalist Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) party, stated, “It is not enough and we want more, but it is an important start.” He added, “The training of the settlements will join the extensive police activity in East Jerusalem, and another series of measures to deter terrorism”.

Since Israel was created on the land of historic Palestine in 1948, the government of Israel has never declared its borders, and has continually expanded and encroached further and further onto Palestinian land – with utter impunity and no repercussions from the international community.

In 2022, the Israeli occupation regime legalized the Mitzpe Dani settlement outpost built east of Ramallah in the West Bank.

Mitzpe Dani settlement outpost was built in 1999 during the first term of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government. After it was built illegally, hundreds of dunums of land were declared closed areas, banning their owners from reaching them.

Dozens of Israeli outposts were established with the aim of displacing the Bedouin communities in these areas and seizing thousands of dunums of land that the occupying governments could not confiscate by military orders, while increasing the number of settlers in the Ma’ale Mikhmas, Rimonim, Kochav Hashahar and Kochav Yaakov bloc to 60,000 settlers, which are among the closest settlements to Jerusalem, located to the north and the north-east of Jerusalem.

The settlement expansion is part of the Israeli “E1 Jerusalem Plan”, which was laid out by the Israeli government 10 years ago to encircle the east of Jerusalem with a ring of colonies, then expand both inward and outward, in order to displace the Palestinians that have lived in East Jerusalem for thousands of years.

Under international law, all Israeli settlements are illegal.

As CommonDreams notes, “Both Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention and the International Criminal Court Rome Statute prohibit settlement activity. According to Article 8(2) of the Rome Statute, ‘the transfer, directly or indirectly, by an occupying power of parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies, or the deportation or transfer of all or parts of the population of the occupied territory within or outside this territory’ are unlawful. In 2021, United Nations Palestine expert Michael Lynk said Israeli settlements should be classified as war crimes under the Rome Statute.

“From 1978 until 2019, the United States State Department also considered Israeli settlements unlawful.”

“According to the Israeli human rights group B’Tselem, more than 620,000 Jews currently reside in around 140 settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. While Israel grants every Jew in the world the right to settle in Israel, it has—against U.N. resolutions and international law—refused to allow the approximately five million Palestinian refugees alive today to return to their homeland.”

Demolition of Palestinian Homes and Property by Israeli Occupation Regime Soldier

Illegal Israeli Settlers Burn Car, Attacks Cars, In Nablus And Jenin

The following is just a daily example:

FEB 15, 2023

On Wednesday dawn, illegal paramilitary Israeli settlers burnt a Palestinian car near Nablus and attacked many cars near Jenin, in the northern parts of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said the colonizers invaded the as-Safafeer area in Urif town, south of Nablus, and burnt a car owned by Rajeh Hussein Safadi.

They added that the attack occurred when many colonizers infiltrated a neighborhood near the Ribat Mosque in Urif.

In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, many colonizers gathered at an intersection near Silat Ath-Thaher town, south of Jenin, and hurled stones at many Palestinian cars, causing damage.

Also, Israeli occupation soldiers invaded the town and closed the Jenin-Nablus road, preventing the Palestinians from crossing while allowing the illegal colonizers to road freely.

It is worth mentioning that the town has been subject to repeated invasions and violations by the colonizers and the soldiers, especially over the past three days.

Jerusalemite Palestinian Forced by Israeli Occupation Regime to Demolish His Home

 FEB 15, 2023

The Israeli occupation authorities in the occupied capital, Jerusalem, in the West Bank, forced a Palestinian to demolish his home in the Al-Isawiya town northeast of the city.

The Wadi Hilweh Information Center In Silwan (Silwanic) said the Palestinian, Nizar Muhaisin, was forced to demolish his 60 square meter home after the Israel courts denied his appeals.

Silwanic added that Nizar was informed that he must demolish his home by February 15, or the city would demolish his property using its workers and equipment before billing him for the demolition costs in addition to excessive fines and fees.

Many Palestinians in the occupied city resort to constructing their homes without permits due to Israel’s continued refusal to issue these permits, while the growing families find themselves living in small homes or apartments.

At the same time, Israel continues to build and expand its illegal, segregated colonies in the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem, in direct violation of International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention, and various United Nations and Security Council resolutions.

The Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions (ICAHD) has revealed that, in 2022, Israel demolished 928 structures and displaced 953 Palestinians, with a further 28.255 Palestinians affected.

ICAHD added that in 2021, 3004 structures were demolished in the Negev/Naqab – 431 homes and 2553 agriculture and livelihood structures.

Israeli Occupation Regime Orders Demolition Of Six Palestinian Homes In Jerusalem””

 FEB 11, 2023

JERUSALEM, Saturday, February 11, 2023 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation authorities ordered today six Palestinian households in the occupied Jerusalem neighborhood of Jabal al-Mukaber to leave their homes in preparation for their demolition, according to WAFA correspondent.

She said an Israeli occupation  regime court ordered Ibrahim Bashir, Adam Bashir, Zaid Bashir, Othman Ewesat, and Ihabi Hasini to leave their homes in preparation for their demolition, leaving them and their families with no shelter.

Under the pretext of building without a permit, which is rarely granted to Palestinians in the occupied city, the Israeli municipality has been demolishing or forcing Palestinians to demolish their own houses as part of a policy aimed at restricting Palestinian expansion and growth in occupied Jerusalem.

At the same time, the Israeli municipality and government build tens of thousands of housing units in illegal settlements in East Jerusalem for Jews with the goal to offset the demographic balance in favor of the Jewish settlers in the occupied city.

Palestinians in East Jerusalem, which is part of the internationally recognized Palestinian Territory that has been subject to Israeli military occupation since 1967, say they are discriminated against in all aspects of life, including housing, employment and services, and are unable to access services in the West Bank due to the construction of Israel’s separation wall.
