83 Syrians Killed in Two Days of Russian-Regime Air Strikes and ISIS Attacks,

July 28, 2019

About 10 people were killed in air and ground strikes by the Russians and regime’s warplanes on Hama and Idlib countryside within “Putin – Erdogan” area

SOHR, 28/07/2019

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more casualties in the air and ground bombardments on “Putin – Erdogan” area, where it rose to 8, the number of people who were killed today, they are 4 citizens including 2 members of the same family were killed in airstrikes targeted residential neighborhoods in Ariha city in the southern countryside of Idlib, and 2 women were killed in Russian airstrike targeted al-Tannour farm located between Kafr Zita and al-Zakat north of Hama, and a civilian was killed in bombing by regime’s warplanes on the outskirts of Marshourin in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and a civilian was killed in targeting by the regime forces using a guided missile at a vehicle in Rajm al-Qet southeast of Idlib, and the number of casualties may rise because there are more than 25 wounded people including 18 in Ariha, and some of them are in serious condition in addition to the presence of information about other casualties, in the same context, a child died affected by injuries he had in the fall of shells launched days ago by the factions on al-Hamdaniyyeh neighborhood in the western part of Aleppo city which is controlled by the regime forces.

Explosion of IEDs of ISIS remnants kills and injures about 15 of the regime forces and militias loyal to them in Al-Suwaidaa countryside

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented casualties in the ranks of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, as a result of IEDs explosion of the remnants of the “Islamic State” Organization in the eastern countryside of al-Suwaidaa, where 4 members of the regime forces were killed and more than 9 were injured by the explosion of IEDs during a sweep operation in al-Khatib Farms area east of Tarba area in al-Suwaidaa countryside, thus, it rose to 120 people including 56 women and 31 children, the number of people who were killed by mines and IED explosions in several areas of the Syrian territory in Homs, Hama, and Deir Ezzor since the 17th of February 2019 until today, and among the total number of casualties the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 44 people including 30 women and 5 children, also the Syrian Observatory documented the killing and execution of 29 members of the regime forces; as they were passing over minefield areas, or arrested by groups of ISIS and executed during their search and collection of the truffle which grows in the areas that is subjected to heavy rain, and it is sold at very high prices, while the IEDs and mines have also left tens of wounded since the second half of February until now, mostly citizen women, and their injuries varied between severe, amputations, middle, and simple wounds.

More casualties raise to about 35, the number of people killed and injured in the air and ground strikes during the 90th day of the most violent escalation in the “de-escalation” area

It rose to 9, the number of people who were killed on Sunday, and they are 5 citizens including 2 members of the same family were killed in airstrikes targeted residential neighborhoods in Ariha city in the southern countryside of Idlib, and 2 women were killed in Russian airstrike targeted al-Tannour farm located between Kafr Zita and al-Zakat north of Hama, and a civilian was killed in bombing by regime’s warplanes on the outskirts of Marshourin in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and a civilian was killed in targeting by the regime forces using a guided missile at a vehicle in Rajm al-Qet southeast of Idlib, and the number of casualties may rise because there are more than 25 wounded people including 18 in Ariha, and some of them are in serious condition in addition to the presence of information about other casualties, in the same context, a child died affected by injuries he had in the fall of shells launched days ago by the factions on al-Hamdaniyyeh neighborhood in the western part of Aleppo city which is controlled by the regime forces.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2761, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 28th of July 2019, and they are: 835 civilians including 209 children and 154 citizen women, and they are 141 including 31 children and 31 women, and 5 of the civil defense and 3 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 61 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 461 including 127 children, 77 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 101 people including 19 women and 17 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 71 citizens including 24 children and 12 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 998 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 621 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 928 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

“Al-Hol State ” witnesses protests by ISIS families accompanied by shooting injured a woman

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a woman of the families of the “Islamic State” Organization was injured in a shooting by a women’s patrol of the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) in al-Hol camp in the far southeast of al-Hasakah, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: a group of women who are of families of the Organization carried out a protest in al-Hol, which was met with air fire by a women’s patrol of Asayish in order to disperse the protesters.

 They injured a woman, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 24th of July 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a new batch of tens of ISIS families came out of al-Hol Camp at the far southeast of Hasakah, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: more than 125 children and women among about 30 families of the Organization have gotten out of “al-Hol State” towards Manbij city, which is under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces, and sources of the Syrian Observatory informed that all of them are from Manbij city and were taken out in response to demands of tribal elders in the “Meeting of Syrian Tribes.”

This was held in the beginning of the May, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 3rd of May 2019 that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the “Syria Democratic council” organized the “Forum of Syrian Clans” in Ayn Issa town in the northwestern countryside of al-Raqqah, where leaders and representatives of the Syria Democratic Forces meet with hundreds of representatives of tens of Syrian clans, in addition to the civil and popular events today, Friday the 3rd of May 2019, as part of the joint coordination between both parties to prevent the risks and renounce the sedition that the regional bodies are seeking to spread there through groups affiliated to them, in order to drag the area into chaos, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 28th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory monitored the exit of a new demonstration in Shannan village which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the demonstrators raised banners some of which say:

“we demand the release of civilian detainees who were arrested without a guilt” along with names of some detainees at SDF, and “Where are the Oil resources? We will no longer accept the transfer of our riches beyond our areas”, in the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a meeting took place in the factories area, between representatives of the Syria Democratic Forces and notables of al-Bakir clan, to whom the family of Farhan Mashman al-Sarhan (who was killed by the International Coalition and SDF a few days ago) belongs, and the sources added that the leadership of SDF asked for the presence of representatives of the demonstrators, but they refused and only sent demands, the Syrian Observatory obtained a copy of them:

“1-Stopping the arbitrary operation carried out by the security services against the innocent people.

Releasing the detainees of the malicious reports and the ready-charges such as (belongs to ISIS or belongs to Euphrates shield)

Releasing women and children of the area detained in camps.

Not dealing with the regime and stopping the oil smuggling crossings.

Activating the role of people of the area who are commanders in SDF.

Treat the people of Deir Ezzor in al-Hasakah and al-Raqqah well and allowing them to enter and leave without a guarantor.
canceling conscription and taking volunteers only.

canceling the role of cadres present in the Civil Council and activating the role of committee heads and the president of the Civil Council.
Provision of fuel and electricity.

Not to interfere with the demonstrators.

Ending the problems caused by the military command with civilians.” 

49 were killed on July 27, 2019, including 15 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them and 34 other people

It rose to 20, the number of people who joined the convoy of martyrs of the Syrian revolution yesterday

SOHR, 28/07/2019

In Idlib province, 14 citizens were killed, they are 12 persons including 7 children and one citizen woman at least, who were killed in a massacre carried out by the regime’s warplanes after targeting Ariha city in the southern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in airstrikes carried out by regime’s warplanes on al-Haluba Farm near Kafr Owaid, and a child died affected by wounds he had in bombardment by regime’s warplanes on the outskirts of Hish village in the southern countryside of Idlib on Friday evening.

In Aleppo province, 3 civilians were killed, they are a man and a child were killed in the explosion of an IED planted inside a car near Omar Mosque in al-Bab city northeast of Aleppo, and a man was killed in the explosion of a booby-trapped motorcycle in Tal Battal in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo.

In Hama province, 3 men of the ambulance team were killed when Russian planes targeted their car while they were going to rescue the wounded people in the area between Kafr Zita and al-Zakat north of Hama.

While one person was killed in gunfire in Abu Hammam town in Deir Ezzor countryside, but no confirmed information until the moment whether he was of an ISIS cell or a civilian.

The Syrian Observatory documented the death of 7 of the jihadi groups in Russian airstrikes and targeting their positions in the northwestern countryside of Hama.

And a fighter of the factions was killed in missile shelling carried out by the regime forces on al-Teffahiyyeh area in the northern countryside of Latakia.

Unknown people assassinated an agent of the regime in Daraa countryside who is the “head of al-Baath Party division” in Jassim town in shooting targeted him in the town.

A suicide bomber drives a vehicle blew himself up at a checkpoint for the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the area between al-Harak city and Mlehat al-Atash town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, killing 6 of them.

Also, 8 members of the regime and militiamen loyal to them were killed in an attack by ISIS in al-Mayadin desertion east of Deir Ezzor.

And 4 members of the “Islamic State” Organization were killed in shelling and clashes against the regime forces and militias loyal to them in al-Mayadin desert in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
