Fighting Continues All Over Syria, Involving Turkish, Kurdish, Russian, Iranian, and Regime Forces, with More Deaths and Destruction

In Idlib Province, 3 citizens were killed, they are a young man from Salqeen city was shot by the Turkish border guards while he was passing on the road between Darkush town and al-Deriyyeh village at the border with Iskenderun west of Idlib, and a citizen died effected by wounds he had a few days ago in airstrikes on Marshourin town in the southern countryside of Idlib, and a citizen died affected by injuries he had a few days ago in the fall of barrel bombs on a camp for displaced people in the vicinity of Hass town south of Idlib.

In Daraa Province, a doctor was killed under torture inside the security detentions of the Syrian regime after 5 years of arrest.

A civilian died after an armed robbery carried out by unknown people on the citizen’s house on Jandairis road, where he was strangled to death.

2 members of the Syria Democratic Forces were killed when an IED exploded while column of SDF was passing through al-Shuhayl town east of Deir Ezzor.

While a member of the rebel factions was killed in rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces on areas at the northern countryside of Hama.

The Syrian Observatory learned that a leader of the regime-loyal “National Front for the Liberation of Palestine” militia was killed after being targeted by an IED while he was passing on Palmyra road in the eastern countryside of Homs.

2 members of the regime forces were killed in the fall of shells launched by the rebel and Islamic factions on Sahl al-Ghab area in the western countryside of Hama.

While 5 members of the regime and militiamen loyal to them were killed in an ambush by members of the “Islamic State” Organization in al-Mayadin desert in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a booby-trapped motorcycle parked on the road near al-Mweileh village in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor; exploded when a column of cars belongs to the Syria Democratic Forces passed near it, which damaged 2 cars and injured several members of the Syria Democratic Forces, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 19th of July 2019 that an explosion shook al-Shuhayl town east of Deir Ezzor at dawn on Friday, it was caused by the explosion of an IED when a column of the Syria Democratic Forces passed in the town, where the device exploded in one of vehicles of SDF, which killed 2 members and injured others, and with the fall of more casualties, it rose to 329 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, the number of people killed in areas within the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 90 civilians including 4 women and 5 children in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 234 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and 4 members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human monitored the injury of tens of people due to these assassinations.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published 18th of July 2019 that unidentified gunmen shot at the car of a commander in Deir Ezzor Military Council of the Syria Democratic Forces; in al-Dahla village in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, which injured his driver, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an IED explosion in Thiban town which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the device exploded while 3 people were trying to plant it in the town on Wednesday evening, 2 of them were killed and the third was injured and managed to escape, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 16th of July 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a force of the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces raided al-Busayrah village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, in order to arrest a cell of the “Islamic State” Organization in the village, after which clashes took place for long hours since midnight until the first morning hours where warplanes of the International Coalition intervened and targeted the center of the cell which refused to surrender, and he Syrian Observatory documented the killing of one of the group’s most prominent leaders in the area during the operation, and information about other casualties of the Syria Democratic Forces and the cell, and in the same context during the night hours as well, a cell belongs to the “Islamic State” Organization attacked al-Omar oilfield, in which there are leaders of the Coalition and an airport used by the Coalition, where clashes took place between guards of the airport and the cell which caused casualties in the ranks of both parties, where 4 at least of the SDF were killed and members of the Coalition forces were injured, and this attack is considered one of the most violent and largest attacks carried out by the Organization against al-Omar oilfield and the airport inside it.

Turkish Forces and the loyal factions target positions of the Kurdish forces in Tal Rifaat and its outskirts north Aleppo city

Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored missile shelling carried out by the Turkish forces and their loyal factions, targeted areas controlled by the Kurdish Forces in Tal Rifaat and Its outskirts in the northern countryside of Aleppo, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 15th of July 2019 that the Turkish forces and pro-Government factions continue shelling areas controlled by the Kurdish forces north of Aleppo, where the Syrian Observatory monitored by pictures the continuation of shelling on places in Ain Daqneh, Menagh, outskirts of Tal Rifaat, Tal Madiq, and Jame’e  Om al-Qura since this morning, while the Kurdish forces launched rocket shells on areas controlled by pro-Turkish factions north of Aleppo, and in the same context, the regime forces shelled Hayyan town by artillery shells in the same countryside, but no information yet casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published on the evening of yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling today evening, carried out by the Turkish forces targeting areas in the villages of Tal Madiq, Bailuniyyah and Sheikh Issa in the northern countryside of Aleppo province which is under the control of the Kurdish forces, without information about casualties, and the SOHR published on the 6th of July 2019, that violent clashes in the area of Maraanaz north of Aleppo, between the pro-Turkey factions against the Kurdish forces deployed in the area, amid exchange of shelling by mortar shells, and no information about casualties was reported so far, where these clashes come hours after targeting by the Turkish forces to the Kurdish forces-held positions, where the SOHR published on the 6th of July 2019, that the Turkish forces carried out rocket shelling on areas in Al-Malikiyah village which is under the control of the Kurdish forces in the northern countryside of Aleppo, without information about casualties so far.

And the Syrian Observatory published on the 2nd of July 2019 that the Syrian Observatory monitored artillery shelling carried out by the Turkish forces targeted areas in the villages of Mar’anaz and Malkiyyeh, which are controlled by YPG in the northern countryside of Aleppo, but no information about casualties. and the Syrian Observatory published on the 26th of June 2019 that at least one Turkish soldier was killed and more than 3 other soldiers were injured, as a result of rocket shelling carried out by the Kurdish Forces at the Turkish base in Kimar village near al-Basutah in the northern Countryside of Aleppo, followed by a sweep for the perimeter of the area by the Turkish forces with heavy machine guns, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 9th of June 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a Turkish soldier and the injury of 7 others as a result of rocket shelling whose source is the Kurdish Units which targeted one of the posts of the Turkish army in the vicinity of Tel Rifaat city in the northern countryside of Aleppo, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling by the Turkish forces on areas where the Kurdish force are deployed in the areas of Tel Rifaat, Sheikh Issa and Menagh Military Airbase within the northern sector of Aleppo countryside, amid clashes took place between pro-Turkey factions against the Kurdish forces, in the area of Tways near Mare’ town north of Aleppo, and no information was reported so far.

For the second day in a row, hundreds of ground and airstrikes target Khan Shaykhun city south of Idlib causing massive destruction in the city

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented the death of a woman affected by injuries she had in bombing by Russian warplanes on areas in Jisr al-Shughur city a few days ago, and in the same context, it rose to 46, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on Khan Shaykhun, Tar’ei, al-Taman’aa, the vicinity of Ariha, al-Arba’in area, Kansafra, Iblin, Balyoun, Bsames, and Frika in Idlib countryside, and Tal Meleh, al-Jabin, al-Arba’in, and Kafr Zita in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, and Jub Kas and al-Bawabiyyah in the southern countryside of Idlib, while it rose to 31, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Khan Shaykhun south of Idlib and Stuh al-Deir village in Jabal Shashabo and Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2541, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 20th of July 2019, and they are: 672 civilians including 173 children and 133 citizen women, and they are 80 including 24 children and 22 women, and 3 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 58 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 392 including 103 children, 70 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 88 people including 16 women and 11 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 53 citizens including 19 children and 10 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 963 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 606 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 906 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 20th  of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3070 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 958 civilians including 255 children under the age of eighteen and 196 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 81 people including 26 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1049 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 651 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1062 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3299 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1040 civilians including 283 children and 211 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 83 people including 26 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1116 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 665 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1143 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

Warplanes of the regime and the Russian “guarantor” escalate their airstrikes and target by about 70 strikes and barrel bombs the “de-escalation” area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored intensive air and ground shelling on “Putin – Erdogan” area within the 82nd day of the most violent escalation, where it rose to 29, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on Khan Shaykhun, Tar’ei, al-Taman’aa, the vicinity of Ariha, al-Arba’in area, Kansafra, Iblin, Balyoun, Bsames, and Frika in Idlib countryside, and Tal Meleh, al-Jabin, al-Arba’in, and Kafr Zita in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, also warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” carried out 23 raids at least on places in Khan Shaykhun, Bidama town, the vicinity of al-Hambushiyyeh, al-Kheder area, and Kabani area in the countryside of Idlib and Latakia, and Kafr Zita, al-Qarqour, al-Sermaniyyeh, Dwayr al-Akrad north and northwest of Hama, while it rose to 16, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Khan Shaykhun south of Idlib and Stuh al-Deir village in Jabal Shashabo and Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia.

About 5 helicopters alternate bombing the southern countryside of Idlib…and more than 170 airstrikes carried out by the regime’s helicopters and warplanes with the Russian ones during this day on “Putin – Erdogan” area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of a member of the regime forces by sniper fire in Al-Huwayz area in Sahl Al-Ghab in the northern countryside of Hama, while the SOHR documented the killing of 6 members at least of the regime forces and the injury of 10 others with varying severity, as a result of targeting by the factions to their vehicle using a guided missile in A-Bahsa area in the western countryside of Hama, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases some of whom are in serious conditions as well as the presence of information about other casualties, and in the same context, a citizen was killed and others were injured including a child, as a result of bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Jub Al-Kas in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while a citizen woman died affected by the injury she had as a result of earlier bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Jisr Al-Shughur city, also a number of residents were injured with varying severity due to the today’s air and ground strikes on the countryside of Aleppo, Hama, Latakia and Idlib, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new rocket shelling carried out by the rebel and Islamic factions on Salhab town which is under the control of the regime in Hama countryside, without information about casualties, also the factions’ strikes targeted hours ago, Muhrada city and places in Kernaz, Buraydij, Al-Hammaiyat, Al-Mughayr, Al-Jarniyyeh, Shiekh Hadid and the outskirts of Muharada, which is under the control of the regime forces in the countryside of Hama province, without information about human losses, in the same context, it rose to 79,  the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on Hish, Al-Rakaya, Arinbeh, Khan Shaykhun, Tar’ei, Maar Zita, al-Taman’aa, the vicinity of Ariha, al-Arba’in area, Kansafra, Iblin, Balyoun, Bsames, Frika Karsaa, Faqi’, Tremla, Al-Naqir, Hassanah and Maarrat Al-Sin in Idlib countryside, and Tal Meleh, al-Jabin, al-Arba’in, Kafr Zita and Al-Lataminah in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, and Jub Kas and al-Bawabiyyah in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while the Russian guarantor’s warplanes bombed by about 35 raids, places in Khan Shaykhun, Maarrat Hurama, Bdama, the vicinity of Al-Hambushiyyeh, Al-Khudur area and Kabana area in both Idlib and Latakia countryside, and Kafr Zita, Al-Qarqur, Al-Sermaniyyeh and Dwayr Al-Akrad north and north-west of Hama, also it rose to 55, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters, where the SOHR monitored 5 helicopters bombing the areas of Sheikh Mustafa and Maarrat Hurma in the southern countryside of Idlib, also helicopters targeted hours ago, Khan Shaykhun, Tremla and the vicinity of Al-Rakaya south of Idlib, Stuh al-Deir village in Jabal Shashabo, Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, and Murak and Al-Sermaniyyeh north and north-west of Hama.
