Hundreds of Syrians Killed in US-Israeli-Regime Air Strikes and Attacks

Al-Quneitra Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: areas in Taranja town in the middle section of Al-Quneitra countryside, where shelled by the regime forces, which caused material damage, without information about casualties.

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: explosiosn were heard in the southern countryside of Aleppo, caused by shelling by warplanes today morning Saturday the 10th of February 2018, near the area where Turkish forces are located, which caused material damage, without information about casualties.

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: several explosions were heard this morning, in Douma city in the Eastern Ghouta, caused by renewing the shelling by the regime forces on areas in the city, and no information about injuries was reported, and the regime forces targeted areas in Arbin city in the Eastern Ghouta by 7 missiles believed to be ground-to-ground, but no information about casualties was reported.

Daraa Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: areas in Al-Yadudah town in the north-western countryside of Daraa, were shelled by the regime forces, and no information about injuries was reported.

3 rounds of Israeli targeting hit positions of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in the middle of Syria, in the districts of the capital Damascus and near the border with Lebanon

The violent explosions have still rocking since this dawn the 10th of February 2018, positions in provinces in the middle and the south of Syria, caused by successive and intensive Israeli targeting to positions of the regime forces, amid attempts by the regime forces o respond through their the air defense system, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that a series of targeting hit areas in the districts of Damascus and its countryside, as the SOHR monitored that the Israeli warplanes targeted the outskirts of T4 Airport from the side of Al-Bayyarat area in Homs Desert, in which Iranian forces, the Lebanese Hezbollah and regime forces are located in the area which was targeted, and the targeting resulted in the fall of injuries in the ranks of the regime forces and their allies amid information about the death of some of them affected by the injury they had, followed by a new round of Israeli targeting to areas in the south-western outskirts of the capital near the administrative borders of the southern Syrian provinces, followed by targeting to areas where positions of the regime forces and their allies are located, Al-Dimas area on Damascus – Beirut Road near the Syrian – Lebanese border, while the Israeli bombardment accompanied by sounds of explosions caused by shelling by the regime’s air defense system, while Israeli warplanes were watched flying over Syria after the 3 rounds of targeting.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published last Wednesday, that Violent explosions rocked areas in the capital Damascus and its outskirts before this dawn the 7th of February 2018, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that they were caused by missiles fired by Israeli warplanes which targeted positions of the regime forces and their allies in Jamraya area which includes a scientific research center In the outskirts of the capital, and the sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that this targeting was coincided with the sound of explosions accompanied by a flash in the skies of the area, caused by launching missiles by the regime’s anti-aircraft of the air defense system, in order to intercept the missiles and prevent them to hit their targets, and no information was reported yet about the casualties or the material damage.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 9th of January 2018, that violent explosions rocked areas in the north-eastern Rif Dimashq after the midnight of Monday – Thursday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that they were caused by rocket bombing by Israeli warplanes, targeted position of the regime forces and their allies in Al-Qutayfah area, and the SOHR learned that the bombardment which was carried out from the skies of Lebanese territories, targeted arsenals of the Lebanese Hezbollah and the third battalion, and the bombardment resulted in successive explosions and the breakout of fire in the targeted positions, which caused great material damage, and there is no information about casualties was reported yet.

It is noteworthy that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 22nd of December 2017, that explosions shook the suburbs and surroundings of the capital Damascus just before midnight today, Friday, and the causes of the explosions remain unclear, where it is not clear yet whether the explosions were caused by an Israeli bombardment on locations of the regime forces and their allies in the suburbs of Damascus, or by other unknown reasons, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 4th of this month that violent explosions shook the capital of Damascus and its vicinity, several sources told the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that they were caused by the fall of missiles which targeted places near Jamraya, which includes a scientific research center at the outskirts of the capital and its surroundings, and the sources confirmed to the Observatory that the shelling took place with missiles launched by Israeli warplanes, and the explosions were accompanied by flashes in the shelling area believed to be caused regime’s air defense launching its missiles to intercept the missiles and prevent them from hitting their targets, where the Syrian Observatory learned that the targets are warehouses and locations belong to the regime forces and their allies, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 2nd of December 2017 that the Ambiguity is still surrounding the identity of the site which was targeted by the missiles fired on the southwestern Rif Dimashq last night, and it is not known until now whether the target is related to the regime forces or their allied, which was shelled by the Israeli forces by several missiles fell on the site which is located near Al-Kiswah area, in the area where the first division of the regime forces operating, in the far of southwestern Rif Dimashq, and cross sources confirmed that the site which was targeted is an arsenal, and it was targeted after the midnight of Friday – Saturday, by missiles fired by the Israeli forces on places in Al-Kiswah area, and no information was reported about casualties caused by the targeting that took place after a month of a similar targeting by missiles to a military construction in Hisyah area in Homs countryside, while flash was seen several times over the outskirts of the capital Damascus and its countryside, accompanied by power cut in the area, and the regime’s anti-aircraft targeted at least two of these missiles, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 1st of November 2017, that violent explosions shook south of Homs city, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the explosions were caused by Israeli rocket strikes against a military establishment in the Hisyah area south of Homs city, the sources suggested to the Syrian Observatory that the facility was a rocket depot, and it is not known whether these rockets belong to the Lebanese Hezbollah of the regime, and no information has been received yet about the size of casualties in the site of the strikes, also the strikes caused fires in the vicinity of the military establishment in the industrial area of Hisyah.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 22nd of September 2017 that Israeli shelling targeted arsenals of the Lebanese Hezbollah near Damascus International Airplane, and cross-sources confirmed to Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the shelling carried out by missiles fired by warplanes were fling outside the Syrian airspace, and the targeting resulted in destruction and damage in the places where the missiles fell, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 26th of June 2017 that an Israeli warplanes targeted a location of the regime forces in the countryside of Al-Quneitra which killed a member of the regime forces.

77 people were killed yesterday including 11 members of the regime forces and their allied militiamen, and 50 civilians were killed in aerial shelling, airstrikes, mines explosions and fall of shells.

It rose to 56, including 6 fighters, the number of those who joined on Wednesday the convoy of martyrs of the Syrian revolution

In the province of Rif Dimashq, 40 citizens were killed. They are 4 citizens, who were killed in shelling of the regime forces on Douma city, and 12 citizens including 2 children and a woman, who were killed in a massacre carried out by warplanes that were targeted by Douma city, and 11 citizens were killed including 6 children and one woman, who were killed in a massacre in the city of Hamuriyah carried out by warplanes, and 10 citizens including 4 children, who were killed in massacre by warplanes that targeted Beit Sawa, and a citizen was killed in shelling of warplanes on areas in the city of Arbin, and a woman and a child was killedin shells on areas in the districts of the capital Damascus, and a person was killed in airstrikes on Zamlka day before yesterday.

In the province of Idlib, 14 citizens were killed. They are 6 members of Idlib Free Army, one of them is a commander of brigade, who were killed in airstrikes on the city of Ma’rat Al-Noman, and 5 men and a woman were killed in aerial shelling on areas in the city of Ma’rat Al-Noman, and 2 citizens were killed in shelling of warplanes on Saraqeb.

In the province of Al-Raqqa, 2 citizens were killed in mine explosions in the city of Al-Raqqa.

And 11 members of the regime forces and their allied militiamen were killed in shelling and clashes against the “Islamic State” organization and the factions.

And at least 10 fighters of the “Islamic State” organization and the factions of non-Syrian nationalities were killed in clashes and shelling of warplanes and helicopters and shelling on their areas of presence.

131 people were killed yesterday including 8 members of the regime forces and their allied militiamen, and 80 civilians were killed in massacres in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus carried out by warplanes.

It rose to 103, including 8 fighters, the number of those who joined on Tuesday the convoy of martyrs of the Syrian revolution

In Rif Dimashq province, 89 persons at least including 7 fighters of Islamic factions were killed in shelling and clashes against the regime forces and their allied militiamen in the Eastern Ghouta, and  31 citizens including 8 children and 9 citizen women who were killed in a massacre carried out by warplanes in Douma city, the stronghold of Jaysh Al-Islam, 13 citizens including 4 children and 4 citizen women who were killed in a massacre carried out by warplanes in Arbin city, 7 citizens including a child were killed in a massacre carried out in Kafr Batna town by bombardment, 7 citizens including a child and 3 citizen women were killed in airstrikes on areas in Zamalka city, 5 citizens including 2 children and a woman were killed in bombardment on Mesraba town, 5 citizens including a child and a citizen woman were killed in raids on Hamouriyah city, 4 citizens including a child and a citizen woman were killed in raids on areas in Madyara, 4 citizens including a woman killed by bombardment by warplanes on areas in Saqba city, 3 citizens was killed in an airstrike which targeted Hazza town, and a child was killed in the raids by warplanes on Harasta city, and 2 children were killed in shelling on areas in Jermana.

In the province of Idlib, 6 citizens were killed. The martyrs are 1 citizen who was killed in shelling of warplanes on areas in the village of Al-Ghadfa, and 5 citizens were killed in shelling of warplanes on areas in the village of Tarmala.

In the province of Damascus, 3 citizens were shelled on areas in Old Damascus and its outskirts.

In the province of Homs, 3 citizens, one of whom was a fighter of an Islamic Movement was killed in shelling and clashes against the regime forces and their allied militiamen in Al-Sama’alil area in the northern countryside of Homs, and 2 citizens were killed in shelling of the regime forces on areas north of Homs.

In the province of Deir Ezzor, an elderly man was shot by a member of the SDF in Al-Shahil town

In the province of Aleppo, a woman was shelled by the regime forces on areas in KAfr Da’el town in the western countryside of Aleppo.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that an army pledges allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization carried out the first stoning against a woman near the Syrian border with the occupied Golan, and the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory; the woman who is from Daraa countryside, and who is the wife of a former fighter in Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed which pledges allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, had been arrested before her husband escaped, on charge of “adultery”, which led her husband -the former fighter in Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed- to flee to the factions’ controlled areas, before “stoning” is carried out against her during the past 24 hours, where she died during this “stoning”.

A commander of Hayaat Tahrir Al-Sham was found dead on the road of Sheikh Ali in the western countryside of Aleppo, and no information till the moment about the circumstances of his death.

While it has increased to 149 fighters and soldiers of the forces of the “Olive Branch” Operation who were killed since Operation “Olive Branch” was launched on the 20th of January 2018, including more than 22 soldiers of the Turkish forces which lead the operation, while it has increased to 123 fighters at least of the YPG and the Self-Defense forces who were killed in the aerial, rocket and artillery shelling, clashes and targeting in Afrin area.

And 7 members of the regime forces and their allied militiamen were killed in shelling and clashes against the “Islamic State” organization and the factions.

And at least 8 fighters of the “Islamic State” organization and the factions of non-Syrian nationalities were killed in clashes and shelling of warplanes and helicopters and shelling on their areas of presence.

US Military Strikes Continue Against ISIS in Syria, Iraq

From a Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve News Release

 SOUTHWEST ASIA, Feb. 9, 2018 —

US Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve and its partners continue to strike Islamic State of Iraq and Syria targets in designated parts of Syria and Iraq.

From Feb. 2 to Feb. 8, coalition military forces conducted 41 strikes consisting of 65 engagements against ISIS terrorists in Syria and Iraq.

Feb. 8

On Feb. 8 in Syria, coalition military forces conducted three strikes consisting of four engagements against ISIS targets near Abu Kamal. The strikes engaged two ISIS tactical units and destroyed two ISIS supply routes, a fighting position and an ISIS line of communication.

No reported strikes were conducted in Iraq on Feb. 8.

Feb. 7

On Feb. 7 in Syria, coalition military forces conducted seven strikes consisting of nine engagements against ISIS targets near Abu Kamal. The strikes engaged five ISIS tactical units and destroyed a command and control center, an ammunition storage facility, a fighting position and an ISIS staging area.

On Feb. 7 in Iraq, coalition military forces conducted one strike consisting of three engagements against ISIS targets near Taji. The strike engaged an ISIS tactical unit.

Feb. 6

On Feb. 6 in Syria, coalition military forces conducted two strikes consisting of four engagements against ISIS targets near Abu Kamal. The strikes destroyed two ISIS supply routes, a tunnel entrance and a weapons cache.

On Feb. 6 in Iraq, coalition military forces conducted three strikes consisting of five engagements against ISIS targets:

-- Near the Hamrin Mountains, two strikes destroyed 20 ISIS tunnels, two ISIS supply routes, three fighting positions, six ISIS vehicles and 10 ISIS fueling sites.

-- Near Huwayjah, a strike damaged an ISIS supply route.

Feb. 5

On Feb. 5 in Syria, coalition military forces conducted six strikes consisting of six engagements against ISIS targets near Abu Kamal. The strikes engaged four ISIS tactical units and destroyed two staging areas, an ISIS motorcycle, a fighting position and a vehicle-borne bomb.

No reported strikes were conducted in Iraq on Feb. 5.

Feb. 4

On Feb. 4 in Syria, coalition military forces conducted four strikes consisting of six engagements against ISIS targets near Abu Kamal. The strikes engaged two ISIS tactical units and destroyed three ISIS supply routes, a staging area and a weapons cache.

On Feb. 4 in Iraq, coalition military forces conducted two strikes consisting of four engagements against ISIS targets near Rutbah. The strikes engaged an ISIS tactical unit and destroyed two underground ISIS bunkers.

Feb. 3

On Feb. 3 in Syria, coalition military forces conducted seven strikes consisting of eight engagements against ISIS targets near Abu Kamal. The strikes engaged five ISIS tactical units and destroyed an ISIS supply route, four ISIS-held buildings and a weapons cache.

No reported strikes were conducted in Iraq on Feb. 3.

Feb. 2

On Feb. 2 in Syria, coalition military forces conducted six strikes consisting of 16 engagements against ISIS targets near Abu Kamal. The strikes engaged five ISIS tactical units and destroyed four fighting positions, an ISIS supply route, two staging facilities, three ISIS vehicles and damaged a mortar system.

No reported strikes were conducted in Iraq on Feb. 2.

Additionally, officials said, the task force received late reporting of a strike consisting of two engagements conducted Feb. 1 in Syria against ISIS targets near Abu Kamal. The strike engaged an ISIS tactical unit and destroyed two ISIS lines of communication.
