The US-led coalition which fights the Islamic State in northern Iraq consists of US-led NATO forces, Iraqi Shi'i government forces, Iranian-backed Shi'i militias, and Kurdish Peshmerga forces. The coalition's continuous attacks have resulted in the killing of thousands of Iraqi Sunni Muslim Arabs and the eviction of thousands as a result of the destruction of their cities and villages.

Millions of Iraqi Sunni Muslim Arabs are expected to leave their cities and villages as the fighting intensifies towards an all-attack by the US-led coalition on Mosul. The end outcome is going to be evicting Sunni Muslim Arabs from the upper Euphrates region of northwestern Iraq and northeastern Syria. 

The following news stories from the official US and Iraqi websites do not mention any civilian casualties, as all reported deaths are claimed to be for ISIS members, who were killed in air strikes and bombardment on cities!

Hayy Al-Shurtta in northern Fallujah liberated

A source in Fallujah Operations Command revealed on Tuesday that the Anti-Terrorism forces managed to liberate Hayy Al-Shurtta neighborhood in northern Fallujah.

According to information obtained by Iraqi News, it was stated, “Today the Anti-Terrorism forces managed to completely free Hayy Al-Shurtta neighborhood in northern Fallujah and raised the Iraqi flag over its buildings after killing many ISIS members and detonating two booby-trapped vehicles.”

The information added, “The Anti-Terrorism troops had achieved its specified targets in the northern side of the city of Fallujah.”

Joint security forces free al-Jumhoriya in Fallujah

On Tuesday, Federal Police Command announced liberating al-Jumhoriyah area and the old bridge in Fallujah City (62 km west of Baghdad), while further information about the killing of tens of ISIS members and destruction of three booby-trapped vehicles during the operation.

Federal Police Chief Lieutenant General Raed Shaker Jawdat in a statement issued to the media,which is also received by Iraqi News, said, “The security forces, at noon today, managed to liberate al-Jumhoriyah neighborhood in central Fallujah and the old bridge of Fallujah in western the city, after fierce battles resulting in the killing of dozens of ISIS members and the destruction of three (3) booby-trapped vehicles.”

Jawdat added, “The operations are still going on to liberate the remaining areas of Fallujah, including al-Jolan neighborhood, 7 April and Bazara, in addition to freeing the popular market and eliminating ISIS cells.”

Coalition warplanes bomb ISIS convey, kill 9 militants west of Ramadi

Media officials with the Ministry of Defense announced on Sunday killing nine terrorists and destroying five vehicles that had carried mono guns during an aerial strike by the international coalition on an ISIS convey near Heet west of the city of Ramadi.

According to information shared by the officials and obtained by IraqiNews.com, “The international coalition aviation, based on intelligence information by the Iraqi National Intelligence [Agency], conducted an aerial strike on a convey belonging to the ISIS terrorist gangs, resulting in the destruction of five vehicles that had carried mono guns, in addition to destroying a mortar detachment and killing nine terrorists that had an intention to target the center of Heet District from the area of al-bakr [using] booby-trapped vehicles.”

In a related context, the information added, “The international coalition aviation conducted an air strike against ISIS gatherings in the village of Kharba Shamam in Nineveh, resulting in the death of tens of ISIS elements,” pointing out that, “The [strike] was based on information by the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security.”

U.S. and coalition military forces continued to attack Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant in Syria and Iraq yesterday, Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve officials reported today.

Strikes in Iraq

Ground-attack, attack and fighter aircraft conducted 10 strikes in Iraq, coordinated with and in support of the Iraqi government:

-- Near Baghdadi, a strike destroyed two ISIL rocket rails.

-- Near Fallujah, two strikes struck a large ISIL tactical unit and destroyed 16 ISIL fighting positions, two ISIL vehicles, two ISIL rocket propelled grenade systems, an ISIL recoilless rifle, three ISIL light machine guns, four ISIL heavy machine guns and an ISIL mortar system and denied ISIL access to terrain.

-- Near Habbaniyah, two strikes struck an ISIL tactical unit and destroyed an ISIL fighting position, an ISIL mortar system, two ISIL bunkers, an ISIL staging area and an ISIL vehicle-borne bomb and denied ISIL access to terrain.

-- Near Mosul, a strike struck an ISIL tactical unit and destroyed two ISIL assembly areas.

Strikes in Iraq

Fighter and remotely piloted aircraft and rocket artillery conducted 15 strikes in Iraq, coordinated with and in support of the Iraqi government:

-- Near Fallujah, three strikes struck two separate ISIL tactical units and destroyed an ISIL fighting position, an ISIL vehicle, an ISIL front-end loader, an ISIL weapons cache and an ISIL heavy machine gun and denied ISIL access to terrain.

-- Near Haditha, two strikes destroyed an ISIL vehicle, an ISIL staging area and an ISIL artillery piece.

انتهاكات ميليشاوية يندى لها الجبين بحق ابناء الفلوجة للتغطية على فشل اقتحامها وتدنيس ترابها الطاهر

جرائم لازالت متواصلة بحق المدنيين العزل في مدينة الفلوجة واطرافها ترتكبها ميليشيات مايعرف بالحشد الشعبي التي لم يروي تعطشها الطائفي للدماء ،القصف المستمر والحصار المفروض منذ اشهر عدة على المدينة، فعمدت الى جرائم تقطيع الرؤوس والتنكيل بالمدنيين العزل فيها.

عدوان متواصل على مدينة المساجد من قبل الميليشيات الطائفية  ، فمنذ  موعد اعلان العبادي بدء العمليات العسكرية على المدينة زادت وتيرة نيران الحقد الطائفي والقصف العدواني العشوائي الانتقامي"الحكومي والدولي" الذي كان متواصلا لاكثر من عامين ، اخر احصائية لمستشفى الفلوجة اوضحت انها ومنذ بداية العدوان على الفلوجة استقبلت اكثر من 9500 مدني بين قتيل وجريح جراء القصف الانتقامي العدواني "الحكومي والدولي" على احياء عدة من مدينة الفلوجة .

نماذج عدة لصور القتل الانتقامي بالقصف كان منها مقتل سبعة من عائلة واحدة والمتمثلة بالمواطن "نجاح جميل اللهيبي "واطفاله الخمسة بالاضافة الى زوجته قتلوا جميعا جراء القصف الانتقامي العشوائي "الحكومي والدولي " الذي استهدف حي الجولان في الفلوجة .

الهروب من القصف والمعارك الدائرة ومحاولة النجاة بالحياة لم تكن الا نوعا اخرا من الموت الذي يستهدف ابناء الفلوجة ، اذ غرقت عائلة المواطن "عقيل حاتم عياش اللهيبي" في نهر الفرات عند محاولتهم الهروب بقارب حيث تعرضوا لإطلاق نار من قبل ميليشيات مايعرف بالحشد الشعبي ماتسبب بغرقهم جميعا في النهر.

محاولات عدة فاشلة لاقتحام مدينة الفلوجة منذ نحو عشرين يوما تكبد على اثرها الجيش الحكومي وميليشيات مايعرف بالحشد الشعبي مئات القتلى والجرحى ففي خلال اليومين الماضيين تكبدت هذه المجاميع نحو 130 قتيلا وعشرات الجرحى جراء محاولات فاشلة لاقتحام مدينة الفلوجة .

فشل محتوم تكبدته الميليشيات الطائفية على اطراف مدينة الفلوجة دفعها الى الانتقام من المدنيين العزل الذي فروا من المدينة ، وفي مشهد مروع تقشعر له الابدان اعتقلت هذه الميليشيات نحو 1000 مدني من نازحي الفلوجة من اهالي الصقلاوية ، وصل الى مستشفى عامرية الفلوجة من استطاع النجاة منهم جثث هامدة مقطعة الرؤوس وبدت عليهم آثار تعذيب بطريقة وحشية، فضلا عن العشرات من الحالات الخطيرة من أصل 605 معتقل تم الافراج عنهم بعد ان تعرض غالبيتهم للتعذيب بمعسكر طارق وتعرضهم للضرب الشديد على منطقة الرأس وتكسير أطرافهم الأربعة، فضلًا عن دفن معظمهم وهم احياء وإعدام اخرين وفق مخطط مسبق .

المفقودون من المعتقلين الالف اكد شهود عيان انهم 300 شاب من عشيرة المحامدة في منطقة البو عكاش بالصقلاوية وانه تم اعدامهم من قبل القوات الحكومية وميليشيا مايعرف بالحشد الشعبي بعد تعذيبهم في مدرسة ذو النوريين بعد يومين على اختطافهم ، في حين لم تتوفر اي معلومات عن نحو 100 اخرين.

منطقة السجر على اطراف الفلوجة هي الاخرى شهدت عملية اعدام جماعي لاشخاص عثر على اربعة منهم قضوا نحبهم جراء التعذيب الوحشي على يد ميليشيات مايعرف بالحشد الشعبي  .

مجزرة الصقلاوية والسجر هي حلقات متواصلة للجرائم الطائفية اذ سبقتها مجازر عدة يندى لها جبين الانسانية وحملات اعتقال ظالمة وتعسفية طالت المدنيين العزل في الفلوجة واطرافها وهو دليل واضح لاشك فيه بان هذه الميليشيات تنفذ مخططًا طائفيا هدفه خلق تخندق طائفي وانقسام مجتمعي خدمة للمشروع الايراني التوسعي في المنطقة وعلى حساب دولها التي لم تدرك حتى الآن ما يحاك ضدها، ومازالت تحت تأثير التوجهات الأمريكية الداعمة لإيران.

ماجرى ويجري في الفلوجة واطرافها كان مدعاة لتحريك المنظمات الانسانية العالمية منها والمحلية ، فقد اكدت الامم المتحدة وعلى لسان مفوضها لحقوق الانسان "زيد رعد الحسين" بان هناك تقارير محزنة للغاية وذات مصداقية عن تعرض رجال وصبية عراقيين لانتهاكات على أيدي الجماعات المسلحة التي تعمل مع قوات الجيش والشرطة في العراق بعد الفرار من الفلوجة، لافتا إلى أن لديه ماوصفها ببعض المزاعم عن حالات إعدام ، وأن هناك شهودا وصفوا كيف تعتقل الميليشيات الذكور لإخضاعهم لفحص أمني  يتحول لانتهاكات جسدية وأشكال أخرى من الانتهاكات لانتزاع الاعترافات قسرا .

الامم المتحدة لم تكن ادانتها هي الاولى للجرائم التي ترتكبها الميليشيات الطائفية الحكومية بحق أهالي مدينة الفلوجة ، اذ اعرب الممثل الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة في العراق "يان كوبيش" عن قلقه ازاء تقارير تحدثت عن خروقات لحقوق الانسان ضد المدنيين من أهالي الفلوجة الهاربين من القصف العشوائي والمعارك الدائرة ، مؤكدا ان الكثير من اهالي الفلوجة يتنقلون ويعرضون حياتهم للمزيد من المخاطر لكي يهربوا من المعارك ، وهم بحاجة ماسة الى مأوى آمن ، ولا ينبغي أن يتعرضوا الى مزيد من المعاناة والترهيب.، داعيا جميع الاطراف الى بذل كل ما بوسعهم لحماية المدنيين والالتزام التام بالقانون الانساني الدولي.

دليل اخر على سادية الميليشيات وجرائمها كشفته منظمة "هيومن رايتس ووتش" من خلال تاكديد المتحدث باسمها "أحمد بن شمسي" الذي اوضح ان هناك معلومات خطيرة تشير الى تعرض نازحي الفلوجة لعمليات اعدام وتعذيب على ايدي ميليشيات الحشد وستعمل المنظمة على توثيقها خلال الفترة المقبلة، والتي من بينها اعترافات من عناصر بالحشد بقتل عشرات من المدنيين بشكل مباشر وبوسائل تقشعر لها الابدان .

المرصد العراقي لحقوق الأنسان هو الاخر دان الانتهاكات ضد المدنيين المعتقلين في الكرمة والصقلاوية قرب الفلوجة على يد الميليشيات الطائفية الموالية للقوات الحكومية ،مشيرا الى ان الفيديوهات تظهر اعتداءات لفظية وجسدية على مدنيين غالبا من الرجال فضلا عن ذلك تظهر مقاطع أخرى مدنيين كانوا محتجزين يشرحون أساليب التعذيب والإهانات التي تعرّضوا لها ويظهرون علامات التعذيب على أجسادهم من قبل العناصر التي احتجزتهم في محاولة إثبات براءتهم من تهمة الانتماء "للتنظيم".

رصد المنظمات الحقوقية كان له منحا اخرا هذه المرة تمثل بازدياد اعداد النازحين من الفلوجة هربا من حر ب الابادة الجماعية التي تمارس بحقهم ، اذ اعلن المجلس النرويجي لللاجئين عن نزوح 18 مدني من مدينة الفلوجة بمحافظة الانبار .

وقال مدير المجلس "نصر مفلاحي " إن 18 ألف مدني وصلوا إلى مخيمات النازحين منذ أن بدأت القوات الحكومية قبل أسبوعين بعملية عسكرية على مدينة الفلوجة، مبينا أن معظم المدنيين الذين وصلوا حتى الآن الى المخيمات كانوا يعيشون في مناطق نائية، مشيرا الى ان " نحو خمسين الف مدنيا لا يزالون في وسط الفلوجة ولايمكنهم الخروج منها ".

الاعترافات الحكومية للكتل المنخرطة في العملية السياسية الحالية والمتلطخة ايديهم بدماء هؤلاء الابرياء لمشاركتهم ومباركتهم لحكومة طائفية تقتل شعبها كانت حاضرة ، اذ اقر عضو مجلس محافظة الانبار الحالي "راجع العيساوي" بان على العبادي ووزراء حكومته مغادرة العراق، وليس فقط الاستقالة، بسبب صمتهم على الانتهاكات التي نفذتها القوات المشتركة والحشد الشعبي في الصقلاوية والكرمة ، معتبرا أن العبادي يعمل على حماية نفسه، وحماية الشخصيات المقربة منه ويتغاضى عن التجاوزات الكبيرة التي ترتكب بحق الأهالي في الفلوجة ، مقرا في الوقت نفسه بدفن مليشيات الحشد الشعبي لعشرات المدنيين الفارين من بلدة الصقلاوية في مقابر جماعية، ومحملا المرجع "السيستاني"، المسؤولية عن هذه الجرائم كونه هو من اسس الحشد الشعبي ، مباشرة بعد إصداره ما سمي بفتوى (الجهاد الكفائي) ".

الاعترافات التي لاتسمن ولاتغني من جوع تواصلت من خلال اقرار تحالف مايعرف بالقوى بارتكاب ميليشيات مايعرف بالحشد الشعبي جرائم بحق المدنيين من أبناء الفلوجة ، مؤكدا ان ما حدث في الصقلاوية ليس تحريرا بل عملية تصفية وتعذيب لمدنيين ، مشيرا إلى ان الصور ومقاطع الفيديو وشهادات الناجين أوضحت ما تعرض له أكثر من ستمائة مدني من ممارسات إجرامية تثير المرارة والألم ويندى لها الجبين وترفضها كل القوانين والشرائع السماوية ، مقرا في الوقت نفسه بان هناك أكثر من ألفي شخص ما يزالون معتقلين عند تلك الجهات.

التحالف عاد ليصرح مرة اخرى ولكن على لسان النائب عنه " رعد الدهلكي " ليعترف هو الاخر بارتكاب ميليشيا مايعرف بالحشد الشعبي جرائم ضد الانسانية بحق المدنيين العزل والنازحين من اهالي الفلوجة ، مبينا ان  النازحين يتعرضون الى تطهير عرقي من قبل المليشيات الوقحة، التي تستغل بدورها الفوضى الامنية وغياب القانون، الامر الذي اعترف به رئيس الحكومة "حيدر العبادي” في وقت سابق ".

اعتراف اخر لائتلاف ما يعرف بالعربية الذي يتزعمه "صالح المطلك" لحفظ ماء الوجه المفقود اصلا ، اعترف بارتكاب القوات الحكومية والميليشيات الطائفية مجازر بحق عشرات المدنيين في الصقلاوية ، مقرا بأن هذه الميليشيات قامت بجرائم قتل وتعذيب واستهداف للمدنيين بسلوكيات طائفية مقيتة وخطيرة  ومن بين ذلك اعدام 17 مدنيا عزل بينهم اطفال باعمار لا تتجاوز الـ 10 سنوات قرب مدرسة شرحبيل بن حسنة في قرية ابو سديرة بالصقلاوية في 29 مارس الماضي".

الائتلاف اقر ايضا بان هناك عمليات تصفية واعدام لمدنيين اخرين في مناطق الصقلاوية و الازركية قرب الفلوجة ، فضلاً عن اختطاف 73 مدنيا في الصقلاوية بعد ان هربوا ، لكنهم اختفوا في سجون الشرطة الاتحادية لحد يومنا هذا برغم المطالبات والتاكيدات عن مصيرهم ، محملاً الشرطة الاتحادية مسؤولية الحفاظ على حياتهم بعد ان اندست في صفوفها عناصر الحشد الشعبي ومارست سلوكيات طائفية خطيرة للغاية".

وزارة الهجرة والمهجرين الحالية خرجت من صمتها في اعتراف لايفيد بشي من خلال تصريحها بنزوح 2511 عائلة من قضائي الفلوجة والصقلاوية ونواحيهما والقرى التابعة لهما في محافظة الأنبار، مبينة إن "نحو الفين و511 عائلة نزحت من قضائي الفلوجة والصقلاوية التابعتين لمحافظة الانبار، موزعة على الفين و495 عائلة في مخيمات عامرية الفلوجة و16 عائلة في مخيمات المدينة السياحية، مضيفة أن هذه العائلات هربت من منازلها في الفلوجة والصقلاوية بسبب العمليات العسكرية الدائرة هناك".
