Hundreds of Syrians Killed in US-Regime Air Strikes, Rebel Attacks, in Just One Day, July 8, 2016 Editor's Note: The US-led coalition which fights the Islamic State in northeastern Syria consists of US-led NATO forces, Syrian Alewife government forces, Iranian-backed Shi'i militias, and Kurdish peshmerga forces. The coalition's continuous attacks have resulted in the killing of thousands of Iraqi Sunni Muslim Arabs and the eviction of thousands as a result of the destruction of their cities and villages. Millions of Iraqi Sunni Muslim Arabs have already left their cities and villages as the fighting intensifies towards an all-attack by the US-led coalition on Raqqa and Mosul. The end outcome is going to be evicting (ethnic cleansing of) Sunni Muslim Arabs from the upper Euphrates region of northwestern Iraq and northeastern Syria. The following news stories from the official US and Syrian websites do not (or rarely) mention any civilian casualties, despite the facts that air strikes and bombardment target cities, including residential neighborhoods!

SOHR, July 8, 2016 8 civilians from one family including 2 women and 4 children were killed after being targets for IS during attempts to escape the city of Menbej, what rose the number of civilians who were killed in the city to 162 including 49 children and 32 women The dead included 57 civilians ( 19 children and 12 women in addition to 8 prisoners ) were killed by the coalition airstrikes on Menbej, while the others were killed during clashes, bombardment, or landmines in the city since the 31st of May/2016 Menbej is witnessing violent clashes between SDF and IS in an attempt by SDF to advance in the city reaching 1km from city center amid aerial bombardment by the coalition warplanes targeting IS locations. 43 killed by bombardment on Aleppo, the dead included 12 children. Aleppo province: Rose to 34 the number of civilians who were killed by bombardment on regime controlled areas of al-Furqan, al-Maharifa, al-Merdia, al-Martini, and the university area, the dead included 6 children and women, no less than 200 others were wounded, the number of the dead is likely to rise. Rose to 9 including 6 children and 2 women the number of civilians who were killed by aerial bombardment a...nd regime's bombardment on rebels controlled areas of Aleppo. including a child in Qadi Askar, 2 civilians including a child in the Castello road and a man was killed by a missile fired by regime forces in Bustan al-Qaser, a child was killed by regime's bombardment on al-Loz dam area, in addition to a child who was killed regime's bombardment on al-Shaar neighborhood. Continued clashes between IS and SDF in Menbej Coalition warplanes bombarded al-Hezwania neighborhood in Menbej city. IS targeted SDF bastions with suicide vehicle on the road of Menbej-Saraqib, no reports of losses. Clashes continued between SDF and IS around al-Hezwania neighborhood amid mutual bombardment from both sides, confirmed reports of losses in IS. Clashes break out between rebels and regime forces in al-Akrad mount. Lattakia province: Clashes continue between regime forces backed by non-Syrian militiamen against rebel and Islamic factions backed by Jabhat al-Nusra around al-Akrad mount in attempt by regime forces to re-gain control on the area, amid aerial bombardment targeting rebels in the mount what devastated vehicle for rebels, confirmed reports of losses. 5 rebels and 3 soldiers were killed in al-Akrad mount. Continued clashes in the eastern countryside of Homs. Der-Ezzor province: A man was killed while others were wounded by IS landmine exploded near al-Furat river around al-Hesan village. Homs province: Clashes continue between regime forces and IS around the eastern countryside amid targeting regime's bastions with a suicide car. IS targeted a helicopter in the Badia of Tadmur, no reports if it landed or crashed. Clashes also took place between the two sides around Shaer oil field, reports of losses in both sides. Strikes in Syria Attack, bomber, fighter and remotely piloted aircraft conducted 13 strikes in Syria near Manbij that struck eight separate ISIL tactical units and destroyed 21 ISIL fighting positions and an ISIL tactical vehicle. In a separate action, fighter aircraft conducted a strike in Syria near Raqqah, where a strike struck inoperable coalition equipment, denying ISIL access to it.
