Israeli sources said the Israeli child, who was injured in
the Thursday morning stabbing attack, in Kiryat Arba’ settlement
in Hebron, died from her wounds.
It added that, according to an initial army investigation,
the Palestinian jumped the settlement fence before entering a
home and stabbed the 13-year-old girl while she was still asleep
in her bed.

The Palestinian Health Ministry the Palestinian, who
reportedly carried the attack out, has been identified as
Mohammad Nasser Mahmoud Tarayra, 17, from Bani Neim town, east
of Hebron.
Israeli Ynet News said the slain Israeli child has been
identified as Hallel Yaffe Ariel, 13, and added that the
Palestinian stabbed her, initially causing a serious injury.
It added that the Palestinian climbed over the security fence
surrounding Harsanina neighborhood before infiltrating the
house, close to the settlement fence.

She suffered various stab wounds all across her upper body,
and died in Shaare Zedek Medical Center, in Jerusalem.
It is worth mentioning that Israeli soldiers assaulted
Al-Jazeera Crew, allegedly for filming in a “closed military
zone,” and kidnapped cameraman Labeeb al-Jazmawi, and Elias
Karram.
Karram was released later, but the army refused to release
al-Jazmawi.
Mohammad is related to
Yousef Waleed Tarayra,
who was killed by the Israeli army, on March 14, 2016, allegedly
after he tried to ram soldiers with his car. Palestinian medics
rushed to the scene, but the army closed the area and prevented
them from approaching him, and he bled to death. The autopsy
showed “overkill”
by the soldiers.

Israeli soldiers shot and killed, on Thursday morning, a
young Palestinian man in Kharsina illegal Israeli settlement,
east of Hebron city, in the southern part of the occupied West
Bank, allegedly after he stabbed and injured two settlers.
According to the Israeli army, the young man infiltrated the
settlement and stabbed the two settlers, causing a very serious
injury to one of them, before he was shot dead.
Israeli daily Haaretz has reported that two Israelis were
injured, one of them is a teenage girl, who was wounded in her
upper torso, when the Palestinian infiltrated Kiryat Arba
settlement block and entered a settlers’ home before stabbing
her as she was sleeping.
Haaretz added that security guards of the settlement rushed
to the home and broke its door, before the Palestinian stabbed
one of them in the face, while another guard opened fire, and
killed him.
The wounded guard suffered a serious injury, before he and
the girl were moved to Israeli hospitals in Jerusalem.
The Palestinian Health Ministry has reported that the
Palestinian was seventeen years of age and that it was informed
of his death by the army, but his name remained unknown until
the time of this report.
It is worth mentioning that Israeli reports were initially
conflicted, as some claimed the Palestinian infiltrated into the
settlement and opened fire on the settlers, and later said he
carried out a stabbing attack.
Following the attack, the army removed all Palestinian
workers from the settlements and all nearby settlements.

he slain Palestinian man has been identified as Taiseer
Mohammad Habash, in his fifties, from Aseera ash-Shamaleyya,
near the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Jul 1, 2016 @ 14:01 The Palestinian Health Ministry has
reported, Thursday, that a Palestinian man, in his fifties, died
due to severe effects of tear gas inhalation, after Israeli
soldiers assaulted dozens of Palestinians trying to cross
Qalandia terminal, north of Jerusalem, on their way to the
Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The man suffocated after the soldiers fired dozens of gas
bombs on Palestinians who gathered near the terminal while
trying to cross into Jerusalem, to perform prayers in Al-Aqsa
Mosque, on the last Friday of the holy Muslim month of Ramadan.
The man was lying on the ground just a few meters away from
the soldiers who did not offer any help, and prevented the
locals, including medics, from reaching him.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said it is awaiting official
verification of the slain man’s identity.
Palestinian Red Crescent medics later managed to reach the
wounded man despite the large number of gas bombs fired by the
soldiers, and various military restrictions, and tried to save
his life before rushing him to a hospital, but he died due to
severe effects of tear gas inhalation.
The soldiers also assaulted dozens of Palestinians with clubs
and batons, and prevented all men below the age of 45, from
crossing the terminal.
At least forty Palestinians were injured after the soldiers
fired gas bombs and rubber-coated steel bullets, and several
others suffered cuts and bruises when the soldiers assaulted
them.
The soldiers completely closed the terminal and fired
rubber-coated bullets at Palestinians who tried to approach it.
On Friday morning, the soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian
woman, identified as
Sara Daoud Ata Tarayra, 27, near the Ibrahim Mosque, in
Hebron city, in the southern part of the West Bank.
In addition, the army
kidnapped two Palestinians in the town of Jaba’, south
Jenin, and near Tulkarem one Palestinian near Tulkarem, in the
northern part of the West Bank.
Also on Friday, the soldiers injured at least
ten Palestinians near the Qalandia terminal, north of
occupied Jerusalem, and
kidnapped eight others in Hebron, in the southern part of
the West Bank.
Furthermore, the soldiers kidnapped a young man, identified
as Mohammad Samir Abu Zeina, 20, after stopping him on a sudden
roadblock near the al-Ram town and the Qalandia refugee camp,
while he was on his way to the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Abu Zeina is from
Jenin refugee camp, in the northern part of the West Bank.

Israeli Soldiers Kill A Pregnant Palestinian Woman In
Hebron

Israel soldiers killed, on Friday, a pregnant Palestinian
woman near the Ibrahimi Mosque, in the southern West Bank city
of Hebron, while a number of eyewitnesses refuted the military
claims of an attempted stabbing attack.
The Palestinian woman, identified as Sara Daoud Ata Tarayra,
27, from Bani Neim town near Hebron, was a pregnant married
woman, living in Hebron, and was killed at the entrance of the
Ibrahimi Mosque, in Area H2, in the city.
Eyewitnesses said a female soldier ordered the woman to
accompany her to a room in order to search her, and that the
soldier sprayed the woman with pepper spray, an issue that
pushed her to run away from the soldier before other soldiers
shot and killed her.
They added that the army had no cause or justification to
shoot the young pregnant woman, and could have easily subdued
her, without resorting to lethal fire.
The soldiers also prevented Palestinian medics from
approaching the injured woman, and she died from her wounds
shortly afterwards.

The soldiers fired several live rounds on the young woman,
causing a very serious injury, and left her to bleed to death,
media sources in Hebron said.
Israeli Ynet News said the Palestinian woman has been
identified as Sara Haddoush Trayra, 27, from Bani Neim town, but
resides in Hebron city, and added that no soldiers were injured
in the attack.
The army claimed that the young woman attempted to stab a
soldier, manning the roadblock near the entrance of the mosque,
before she was shot dead.

Israeli navy ships opened fire, on Friday morning, on a
number of Palestinian fishing boats near the shore of Gaza city
and the Central District, causing damage and forcing the fishers
back to shore.
The fishers said the soldiers fired many live rounds at their
boats as they were trying to fish, in Gaza territorial waters,
causing damage but no injuries.
Several navy ships also chased some of the boats back to the
shore in Central Gaza, while firing at them.
The Israeli navy conducts daily assaults and violations
against Palestinian fishers in Gaza territorial waters, leading
to dozens of casualties, including fatalities, and repeatedly
abducts fishers in addition to the illegal confiscation of their
boats.

Israeli soldiers, stationed across the border fence, fired
several live rounds, on Thursday morning, on Palestinian farmers
and their lands, in central Gaza and in the southern part of the
coastal region.
The WAFA Palestinian News Agency has reported that the
soldiers, stationed on military towers southeast of Deir al-Balah
city, in central Gaza, fired dozens of live rounds into
Palestinian farmlands, as the residents were trying to enter
them, forcing them to leave in fear of further escalation.
WAFA added that the soldiers, stationed on military towers
across the border fence east of the al-Qarara town, northeast of
Khan Younis, in the southern part of the coastal regions, also
fired dozens of live rounds into Palestinian lands.
In addition, Palestinian areas across the border fence in
Gaza witnessed an increase in Israeli military activities,
including extensive deployment across the border fence, and the
firing of smoke bombs while army drones flew overhead.
The soldiers conduct daily violations against the Palestinian
farmers who are trying to enter and work on their lands in
border areas, in the northern and eastern parts of the Gaza
Strip, in addition to the constant attacks targeting Gaza
fishers in Palestinian territorial waters.
