Two US Soldiers Die in Afghanistan By the CNN Wire Staff January 17, 2011 4:56 a.m. EST (CNN) -- The soldiers die in Afghanistan on January 12 One death is in an attack; the other in a non-combat related incident The Pentagon has announced the deaths of two U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan last week. Sgt. Zainah Creamer, 28, of Texarkana, Texas died January 12 in Kandahar province when insurgents attacked her unit with an improvised explosive device. Maj. Evan Mooldyk, 47, of Ranch Murieto, California, also died Jan. 12 in Khowst province in a non-combat related incident.
